I have ordered "Allie Wood Sheesham Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set" in Flipkart on 22nd may and received by 4th June. But due to faulty product I had initiated replacement and received new items on 18th June,
but again received faulty product so initiated for refund but no body has responded approx 30 days. I called so many times (approx. 20 times), after 30 days they responded for refund.
As per commitment product need to be taken back by 24th July but nobody has came for product collection and till date money not received.
Every time new date provided by flipkart and technician came for product verification (2 times) and given for approval for refund but no nobody came from last 2 months to pickup their material.
I request you pl provide a solution -
1) Take your product back
2) Provide refund Rs. 21500/- with addition of compensation amount additional Rs. 10000/-
3) We are very flustered from flipkart and their service, currently their material kept ideal in my house which cover my 8'X5' feet area, as well as my money also in ideal from last 3 months, and we are eating in floor.
so required compensation amount additional Rs. 10000/-
so Total amount to be paid by flipkart Rs. 31500/-
I hope you can take necessary action towards Flipkart.
