Hello,

This is my N th followup with flipkart and just disappointed with the response.

I ordered a laptop and also purchase a 2 year extended warranty from flipkart (which is due till 4 october, 2022)

    I have ordered grocery item on 16th july..I am received any items but I got delivery confirmation notification. I was raised ticket but not yet resolved the problem..flipkart customer care team also not responding properly..Worst service...They keep on extended the date only but not giving the solution

      I ordered nothing phone (1) and i found some scratches and bends on mobile body and immediately requested for replacement. day after i was unable to login to my account and i got to know that my account has been blocked with no response and not intimating via mail also. i tried reaching customer care executives multiple times and i heard only one answer "we couldn't able to see your details !!", this is very pathetic and i am getting no help from FLIPKART. i have gift coupons and wallet money which i couldn't able to use now. please help me to recover my account back.

                I my ordering Samsung F13. Its offer price is Rs. 7, 878/- including exchange & bank instant discount.

                Every time the order is being placed successful and I received confirmation SMS of payment debited from my bank account, Soon within less than minutes the orders automatically get cancelled (cancelled by the seller) with no proper explanation what so ever.

                This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract!

                        Hello,

                        This is regarding the orders placed during sale of 20th July 2022

                        I ordered shoes from Flipkart during the sale period in the month of July
                        A total of 7 shoes were as I was getting a great deal on them,
                        Out of the 7 shoes ordered, 6 of these were marked as cancelled without any prior information or my consent.
                        The reason they we provided was very fishy that I cannot place multiple orders in the sale period and other customers should be allowed to avail these benefits
                        I tried to reach out the customer service a multiple times, but they did not have any reason available for the cancellation and some of the agents just went on mute because they did not have any answer to the absurd cancellation of products
                        The orders were placed on 20th July 2022
                        And all of them were prepaid orders
                        I lost great deals on products and no proper reasons were provided
                        Please look into the issue

                        This is a mental harrasment by Flipkart as the cancelled products were still in stock, just to increase the clicks on website they are placing clickbaits

                          I asked flipkart to cancel my order and refund the money, however they said, order will not be cancelled. and they will not refund the money.

                                I have ordered a mobile From Flipkart in 21.08.2022. The customer care executive said that it will deliver in the next day. It has been 5 days it has not be delivered.                                     I Have purchased a Paragon PU7763G Mens brown sandle 2 Aug 2022 but it has been damaged in daily office use only now the flipkart support team is saying it cannot be returned as this has increased return days.
