I have received wrong and damaged product from Flipkart and now there is no option visible for return or replacement in my order page. I have requested for call from Flipkart service center but not received any call yet

    I have got an Airephone bluetooth of boat company which is defective model number is boat roax 235pro which before that i am using bot roax 235 pro of same company which is completely different from it and which i bought from flipkart I am very angry with flipkart, which is finding us defective, but we are not taking it back

      I ordered the thea stilton 7 books set for rupees 2609 and i got a paper thin magazine in return. I put it for return and relacement the day it came and I opened it. They cancelled my replacement thrice. The first time the delivery boy refused to accept the product as it was totally different from what i had ordered. The other two times no one came only, and they sent me a message saying "replacement accepted". Then i finally sent an email and called them on 13th of august. I told them everything that happened and that 15th was the last day of return. They assured me that on 17th my product will be replaced but again, i get a message saying its cancelled.i called again on 18th and they kept calling back and saying they will solve the issue, but today morning (20 august) i get a call saying that they cannot give me a refund or replacement because i lodged a complaint just yesterday. Mind you, i have all the call logs and emails, but she was not ready to listen to me.

        Hi, I created an account in Flipkart long back with my mobile number and mail ID. But as I was not using that email id, I forgot it. And now When I tried to login to Flipkart using that number by resetting password, an OTP is sent to mobile number as well as to that email ID that I doesn't know now. So I am not able to log in to my account. Kindly help me with this issue by deactivating that Flipkart account linked with my number ([protected]) so that I can start a new account with it.

          I have ordered a mobile phone ( poco x3 pro) on december 2021, I want to return it to a seller but i dont seem to find the invoice copy in the flipkart application or the website. the customer care doesnt prove to provide any useful solutions. pls help

            deffective oil received total 6qty bag rs 1028 wasted ...Oil is old stock .It is reddish type of oil it is supposed to be yellow but it has became red it is hazerdous to our health rs 1028 totally wasted from flipkart it is not useful for anyone totally hazerdous yo human being rs 1028 wasted ... Please take disposable product back to you and refund my money back in gift card wallet balance account

                Dear concerned,
                I purchased one blue star RO.
                Order I'd -OD[protected].
                After installation. I found the water purifier was leaking, water was coming out even in switch off condition. I put a request for replacement, under 10 days replacement policy. Instead of replacement, technical team was sent. They said connection was incorrect in purifier, from the time of installation itself.

                I immediately told them to replace, i don't want a repair. Still they tried, but the issue is not corrected. Now the water is leaking, as well as it's going inside storage tank, even in off condition.

                We drank unpurified water for that period in between. This is so unprofessional and against consumer.

                I want immediate replacement or refund. I didn't expected this kind of fraudulent activities from Flipkart.

                  Flipkart has cancelled the order of my phone without any consent. The delivery guy had come with the product to my doorstep but he couldn't register the delivery on his app so he said he will come back again and he never returned though again i was assured by their customer care that it will be delivered but next morning i receive notification saying order has been cancelled and refund will be processed but now iam not getting the phone on the same price. Very pathetic service by Flipkart. I want my order to be delivered don't need any refund

                      I tried to order oppo enco air 2 pro worth ₹3, 499 from Flipkart on August 6 using GPay's UPI payment method, money got debited without any error but it showed order not confirmed, asked customer care regarding the issue an they said to wait for 7-8 days for refund as per RBI guidelines but still I have not received the refund. Please help me with my refund amount. Thank you

                        I've recently ordered a graphic card worth 20k from flipkart and paid online but it was not delivered even after the due date but the order status shows that it is delivered. However, I haven't received any product. I approached flipkart customer care team and it has been days but I haven't got any resolution. I've lodged the complain several times but the customer care is just not listening. The customer care is not taking my matter seriously and they just keep postponing the deadline of resolution. I just want to get my money back. Never gonna trust flipkart again

                        the flipkart customer support team contacted me recently and solved the issue im facing by processing the refund amount back to my account. Im happy that i got my money back however they took a long time to get the issue resolved that caused me much inconvenience also im heplful to consumercomplaints team for the steps taken by them

                          I have purchased this in the month of June 2022 but Flipkart has cheated me by providing 3rd class product. The product got fungus in it and panels were bend and they acted as if they will be changing immediately but did not helped me in any aspect instead they harassed me a lot. The Item value is Rs.15000 but I want to claim Rs.25000 for the harassment and my clothes were destroyed.

                            It’s been a week since my product delivery has been delayed by flipkart and their seller trunet commerce.
                            Flipkart is not taking responsibility also, I have paid the whole amount. No fixed delivery date is being given by flipkart. We consumers are suffering because of sellers like truenet commerce.

                              I placed a order through Flipkart amount of Rs 202 in 18th off july 2022. After few days the order showing pending, So thats why I cancelled the order in 31st July
                              After cancelling the order i didn't get my refundable amount.Several time i complaint their agent about my issue but they didn't resolved my problem and they given date by date and harassing me so thats why i want to Complaint against Flipkart.

                                I ordered some grocery products from flipkart. I found one item missing in the package and I raised a missing product report. They cancelled my return request repeatedly. I called them and asked for help and the customer support executives raised complaints on behalf of me. After that they blocked my account and when I raised another complaint about my account was blocked, they mailed me and wrote that my account was blocked due to high rate o[censored]nusual return and they are not unblocking my account.

                                  Hi. this is akash. My order I'd is OD[protected]. I Did not receive product, but got delivery confirmation notification, I don't know where my order is delivered and delivery person not once contacted me before delivery. I feel cheated after shopping on Flipkart.

                                    Hey,

                                    I'm Sourav Choudary I'm a Flipkart Plus customer (email sourav.[protected]@gmail.com, mobile no. [protected]) and I'm using Flipkart Pay later service in which a paid payment on November 2021 shows a delay in my CIBIL report which impacts my CIBIL score.
                                    I made complaints so many after 2, 3 days they didn't respond to my complaint. I have to complain again, and they are not solving my issue.
                                    Even I also visited Flipkart pay later service partner bank IDFC and they told me that they didn't receive any payment, I showed them my transaction then they told me that Flipkart's pays letter department will show them the transaction ID and I need to contact Flipkart for this issue. and Flipkart does not give any update on this issue.
                                    It's been now 8 months but my issue didn't resolve yet.
                                    Below here I also attached the screen of Flipkart last time's response, the CIBIL report showing the delay amount, Flipkart APP showing no delay amount remains from my end, and a screenshot paid amount with a transaction ID of Nov 2021 from my end.
                                    I'm requesting you guys to resolve this issue which impacting my CIBIL report and make Correct my CIBIL report score too after solving this issue.

                                        26/7/22 I ordered a Louis Philippe jean from flipkart.worth R.s 1599/- And the item was delivered with in 2 days.Item received on 28/7/22, Unfortunately the size is large.I ordered the 32 size it's my jean size.But the size is not fit well.So I try to exchange it but the 30 size is not available.So I return the product & Placed a new order instead of this jean.I ordered a new Louis Philippe 30 size jeans worth R.s 1539/-
                                        & This jean is also delivered in 2 days.But this time, The item is different.I got Park Avenue jean Instead of louis Philippe.I check the order list again & I checked the order, the item were different, Then I requested to exchange the product.I mentioned that the product is different.And I send the image too.After 2 days I received a rejection from their side.Then I tried to return the item.Return request send & finally I got the return request & the wishmaster came.But he said: the is different.This is not returnable.The I called to the customer service & tell them the issue that I faced.Then they arranged the pick up for next day.Then the pick up is done.After 2 days, I didn't get the refund.Instead I got a message that the pick up is rejected.second time I called to the customer care to know about the issue.They said it will ready in 2 days & You will get the refund with in 3 business days.At that day Flipkart blocked my account.And I can't access the account.Still I didn't get my refund.
                                        Please help me with this.
