I placed an order in FlipKart for Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P (STYTJ02YM) on July 21st, but till now I haven't received the product or refund.

On Aug 11th I received an email from flipkart support that the product was cancelled by by the seller as there was a prolonged delay in the delivery of the order.

I'm following up with the customer support from past 1 month but still they are unable to resolve my issue.

    So, I placed an order for Nothing ear (1) Bluetooth Headset at Flipkart on August 10th via zest money. The order order has not been confirmed yet and I haven't received the refund for the loan amount as well. I've spoken to your consumer support multiple times but no one were able to give a solid solution. I kindly request you to provide a refund on the same as soon as possible.

        When Flipkart Healthplus was SastaSundar - PDF invoice was available over their website. But after it turned to Flipkart HealthPlus - the PDF invoice download facility were disabled. I am sending them email and making calls for last 20 days. But the totally inefficient support team could not help me with any single assistance. All they mention over call is that they had taken your complain and the respective team will get back to you (which never happened). In email they say our team tried to contact you but did not able to connect your phone (but they use the same number to deliver my product - their delivery personal are able to reach me - but the 'specialist' team cant.

          If an order is delayed by 2 months, why can't I cancel it?

            Flipkart doing fraud and cheating job with indulekha bringa hair oil. They fill the bottle with different oil like navaratna and coconut oil. I have already complaint about it 4 times. No resolution pass from Flipkart. While I make complaint about the product they place replacement order and than it will rejected automatically. Today also same thing happened.Kindly take some remedial action about it. Thank you

              I had booked for a replacement of the product on Flipkart.
              Brand name : Allie Wood.
              The customer care of flipkart is totally unresponsive. It has been more than 5 days since I have raised a replacement request. They said there would be a technician who would visit to my place, but I haven't received any call from anyone. The Brand person had called to check for the product delivered and I had sent him the images. After that he doesn't pick calls nor revert to any of the calls. I would say this is just one of the worst customer care services ever. I would never recommend Flipkart to anyone.

                I have purchased onida 8kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart seller omnitech retail the moment i recieved a product and started using it the product worked fine for the half an hour and than suddenly started making extreme abnormal sounds while using washer only i made a complaint and called flipkart executive told them about the incident and next moment i saw my washer has stopped workimg it was making noise like machines do while pulsator rotation but it was not workimg only sound coming i called up again and told them that machine stopped working in just one hour of delivery please give me a resolution.they have arranged tech visit for me the guy came in evening same day and than washer started working again.he told me sir if problem still persists please make a video and send me the moment he left my house just after 10 mins the problem occurs again but washer was working so i called him and told him that please come again the problem happened he told me please call our owner i called him he denied me that we dont have any tie up with flipkart we cant do anything .i called flipkart again they told me that update is not yet mentioned by technician i told them that visit already done why not updated yet they told me wait 24 hours. Its 72 hours now i called them again they arranged tech visit but again same thing happened tech came and told me please call me if problem occurs call me im in ur area only .i called him told him pls come washer stopped again and making noise too.he told me ok m coming i called him for atleast 10-15 times he said m coming to u but he didnt came and at last started cutting my call and told me call to owner i called him he again said we dnt have any tie up we cant do anything i said just update incident he said we dont have any system for doing so we just close the call. I said this is not a way to treat customers he said we cant do. I called flipkart 100 times they say tech have nt updated the case yet. Nobody is helpimg me out i dont wana keep this product with me i want my refund please help me. I urge to everyone boycott flipkart dont waste ur hard earned money on frauds like flipkart and seller like omnitech retail alsp know as consulting rooms pvt ltd. My order id OD[protected]

                  I have been using Flipkart pay later since last 2 years and i haven't missed any payments around 12th of June 2022, i have seen huge drop in my credit score and this was caused because there were late payments and overdue amount in Flipkart pay later which is provided by IDFC bank, i have contacted both Flipkart pay later and they took the complaint on June 14th since then they have not resolved this issue and every week i call for update they say our team is investigating the issue they will call you soon. it's almost 3 months and they still haven't provided me any resolution. This issue has caused me so much of problems all lenders are refusing to provide loans and denying my application.

                    I had placed an order for a kitchen utensil from Flipkart app on my android phone. I had checked the return policy for the product by clicking on the 7 days return link on the product page. It clearly says the product is eligible for a refund with one of the reasons for return being - did not like the product. Now when I'm trying to return the product, the only option available is of exchange in case of missing, damaged or defective product. I called their customer care no 3 times and their response was that the product return policy clearly states that it is only eligible for exchange. I offered to send screenshot and screen recording of the return policy which they said could be done on their email-id "[protected]@flipkart.com" . I did the same but I have not received any reply in 8 days.

                      I have ordered a mobile realme c11 2021 on flipkart on 06.09.22 order id no- od[protected] and the delivery dated was given 09.09.22 but this product was not delivered to me till 20.09.22 and same was cancelled by flipkart on 20.09.22.
                      I have file my complain to flipkart but they said wait for 24~72 hours each time but no any solution given by them.
                      I was mentally harassed during this period.
                      I need compensation from flipkart for this failure.

                        I had ordered Apple airpods pro from flipkart but flipkart seller delivered fake Apple airpods when i check the serial number which was totally fake now its has been 2 months flipkart customer service just raise the issue and ask me to wait i wait then the issue showing resolved and showing for pickup but no one come to pick then again issue cancellation like this going its 2 months

                                Ordered tuski rakhi set on 5 aug 2022, which was delivered on 8 aug but was different(image attached) from which i ordered or shown in descriptive image by Flipkart. I instantly raised the complaint along with the pic of delivered rakhi set. I also gave review with the pic. I called customer care to create a return request which they created but return was rejected stating illogical reply of confirmation of delivery by courier partner of item whereas i was complaining of wrong delivery of item(image attached). I again called customer care and raised return request which was again rejected with same illogical reply. They seriously don't read/understand what customer is saying, just keep on acting/replying like a robot.
                                I created return request 5 times (image attached of mail) and all rejected with same reply, last request was created on 18 aug(image attached) which was rejected on 19 aug and then flipkart.com blacklisted me stating unusual returns, like seriously.

                                As Flipkart has a policy of return/refund if "Not as per description" I want this item to be returned/refunded. I trusted Flipkart but they forced me to come here.
                                I being a plus customer of Flipkart also has cash in Flipkart gift wallet, blacklisted for no proper reason and without intimation, pathetic and completely unprofessional behaviour by Flipkart.

                                Received this today from flipkart.com. what I am complaining about and what they are looking for! What is wrong with you Flipkart? Spam rejecting return request, blocking customer for no reason, and dealing with complains like this? Seriously, there is something really not right with Flipkart.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    I, Dr. Vipul Shah have booked Oppo Reno 8 pro 5G through flipkart app on 18th August 2022. At the time of booking, it was showing delivery by 20th August 2022 and that's why I have booked as I need handset on urgent basis.

                                    On 20th August 2022, delivery status changes to 23rd August 2022. I contacted customer care and i came to know that it is delayed and will be delivered on 23rd of this month.

                                    Today, on 23rd when i have not received my handset, again i contacted customer care and again i am informed another date i.e. 26th August.

                                    I have booked this mobile from flipkart considering early delivery than other Ecommerce platforms.

                                    All the times during talk with customer care, i have listen different stories like issue from seller side then in another call issue from courier partner etc..

                                    When anyone buying from Flipkart then flipkart is only responsible for any issue in delay either that is from seller side or courier partner and flipkart needs to look in to it and resolve the issue.

                                    Lastly, if you can't deliver in committed timeline then why u commit.

                                    I am writing this here with hope that consumer forum help me to resolve this issue and take a action against flipkart.

                                      I priya singh ordered a samsung earphone order no. : OD[protected] . This earphone is not working properly and the earphone have lots of damage on it . it also missing a accessories c type cable . I have tryed to return the product but they just waited me soo long that the return last date is tomorrow.                                         Flipkart send me a defective air conditioner. And now says go to manufacturer since policy period is over. Manufacture says you shopped online go to flipkart. What will I do then?
