I have ordered a product from Flipkart and received different product from the original one then I put it under return. But return of my order is just getting canceled every time.
Once return get cancel I contact customer service and I have to take 2-3 calls every time. It’s been approx month and I have been calling and mentioning same issue every time but issue is not resolved yet. Please help

I was cheated by flipkart company,
I have ordered a chair worth Rs 7731 on flipkart on 21st August and received damaged product on 26th Aug and I contacted them on 26th itself but still they are not responding and not accepting my call. I want to log the official complaint here. I was mentally depressed for this and I want the resolution ASAP.

Hi, Iam away from India and my house was delivered with some thing( Hook) as per the flipkart its value is 99Rs, which was not ordered by me during anytime. The delivery executive collected Rs.340/-

The delivery person urged the person in my house to collect the money and swiftly moved away

This is to informed to the concerned authority that I have ordered 1 HP laptop carry case from Flipkart but after using it for 1 day I found that the product is fake and the product damaged my 70000 rs laptop. Due to that carrycase some fungus type white thing growed on my laptop and damaged the laptop from outside as well as inside it cost me a lot to repair that laptop from that day I am contacting Flipkart from 1 month but they are just busy selling their fake products they do not value about their customers they are saying that why you have not returned the product under 7 days so for their kind information I want to tell them that after delivery of product I have opened product after 4 to 5 days because I was busy somewhere and when I opened product after 5 days and used it for 1 to 2 days it damaged my laptop and the return policy was over it costs me a lot to repair that laptop but now they are not returning and refunding my amount so here by I request you people consumer affair to take necessary action against them and tell them to refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise the same will be forwarded to court complex.

I am unable to update the bank account details for refund through your website or application. I had received a link via sms from your side to update my bank account details but I am unable to do it through your portal.
Please solve this issue.

It’s been almost two weeks and I got no response, no resolution … This is the worst Flipkart logic, if you want to use a product, they’ll make you use it after a month or a year or they’ll return.

I want to let you know that i have purchased a Oppo Reno 8 5G phone with flipkart costing rs 20628. The amount was paid by online Debit card ICICI . I ordered from flipkart .
I made payment through debit card of my ICICI bank account but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried again which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie Rs 143(twice).

Please revert my one payment

I have paid my past emis on time. But after full emis payments suddenly paylater is showing as not available. I dont understand why this is happening even though i have paid amount on time. Please solve this issue as soon as possible
