I ordered an IPHONE 11 on 7th August 2022 by using loan partner Zestmoney. My amount got deducted but in order details it was showing order pending. I call on Flipkart several times but they are not cancelling the order from their nor they giving me the option to cancel. I don't want my order anymore because of the delay. I want my money refund otherwise i have to pay the EMI of the loan without any delivery of my order. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    I ordered a product from flipkart using flipkart pay later. After that I paid that pay later due amount before the due date. My pay later limit is 500, I used 141 in it to buy one product. When I paid before the due date, flipkart charged me Rs 201. I paid 60 rupees more because I didn't want to spoil my CIBIL score.But after paying more than 60 rupees, I am being asked for money again and again and the claim is being made to suspend my account. I talked to the customer care of flipkart 4 to 5 times but they did not listen to me and disconnected my call. flipkart may have spoiled my cibil score b. My account is not suspended yet but I think this is not a good service of flipkart. I don't know what to do.
    i have received the refund of rs.60 already.
    but i want to know that did they spoiled my cibil score?

      I placed an order for Sofa set on 13th July 2022. Order amount was Rs.22, 749. Promised delivery date for the order was on 21st July 2022. Flipkart was sending updates stating the order will be delayed and this has happened over 5 times. When the delivery is about to near, I will get a message day before from Flipkart stating the order will be further delayed. Every time I call customer support, I won't get proper response and my call will be disconnected. I contacted Flipkart and requested to cancel the order on 28th July 2022. On 14th August 2022, I received an email from customer support mentioning the order will be cancelled and requested for bank account details for NEFT transfer. I called customer care again and they said order will not be cancelled and refund will not be processed. If I ask any further questions, call will be disconnected. Never expected such pathetic support from Flipkart.

        i have order on Realme Tab 3gb/32 gb on 7th Aug with exchange my Samsung Mobile Galaxy J7 Pro product dispatched on 7th Aug but still waiting for delivery

        i paid advanced payment for my product but still waiting even i have to gift that product to my son on his Birthday that also spoiled.

        Dear sir,

        Flipkart cancel my order without any concern and no call no message received from flip-kart going to cancel my order, now problem is icici bank charged me 1053 rs for this product buy on emi but flipkart initiate refund amount only 6739 rs.

        now issue is
        1:-they cancel my order without my confirmation.
        2:- i was wait for this order from last 13 Days
        3:- ICICI bank charged me 1053 rs.

        I think they just flash discount on product for only attract customers, but they cant deliver same to customers they are total doing fake commitment to customers.

            Deliver date is 12/08/2022 but still not deliver Order also complaining at Flipkart coustomer care but they are not giving proper resolution since last five days. Also they report false information that they tried to deliver my order but not any massage or call received from Flipkart

                We a order ID:- OD[protected], Dt. 28-Jul-22 (Replaced) Item_Realme Earphone received on 28-Jul-22 and same day we have raised complaint to flipkart that product are not working properly and multipule attempt following to customer vs Flipkart also techician has observed that products having fault but still flipkart can't help now as per policy is expired.

                who is responcable for that inconvenience of service or payment hold by flipkart.

                Would like to humble request to return the product asap.

                  I ordered a study table from Flipkart but due to its size was smaller than expected i placed a return order. The pickup date was on 11th August 2022 but still the pickup is not done it gets rescheduled always and now my return order and refund is cancelled

                    I made a return request for my product boat bassheads 242 and the product was picked up on 4th August. I used Flipkart pay later fir this .They are saying the refund has been done . But i haven't got the refund yet . The product was picked up after i cleared the whole due of Flipkart pay later. So where did my refund go? I haven't received the amount in my bank account either. I have been talking and complaining to Flipkart customer care executive for the last 15 days still my problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter and do it asap. Didn't expect this behaviour and service from a company like Flipkart. My experience for last 15 days from Flipkart has been like a hell.

                        Hello,
                        I have ordered "Allie Wood Sheesham Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set" in Flipkart on 22nd may and received by 4th June. But due to faulty product I had initiated replacement and received new items on 18th June,

                        but again received faulty product so initiated for refund but no body has responded approx 30 days. I called so many times (approx. 20 times), after 30 days they responded for refund.
                        As per commitment product need to be taken back by 24th July but nobody has came for product collection and till date money not received.

                        Every time new date provided by flipkart and technician came for product verification (2 times) and given for approval for refund but no nobody came from last 2 months to pickup their material.

                        I request you pl provide a solution -
                        1) Take your product back
                        2) Provide refund Rs. 21500/- with addition of compensation amount additional Rs. 10000/-
                        3) We are very flustered from flipkart and their service, currently their material kept ideal in my house which cover my 8'X5' feet area, as well as my money also in ideal from last 3 months, and we are eating in floor.
                        so required compensation amount additional Rs. 10000/-
                        so Total amount to be paid by flipkart Rs. 31500/-

                        I hope you can take necessary action towards Flipkart.

                          Placed an order on Flipkart dated 08/08/2022, but the order was not successful and it went into pending state. since then the order is still in a pending state as of now. For payment, I have opted ZestMoney and the amount has been deducted from ZestMoney as their EMI option has been activated. Now it's been 10 days now there is no update from any of the merchants. every time they are just giving a timeline but the time period provided by them is getting extended and there is no proper resolution as of now.

                            When I enter new mobile number, otp's are sent to both old and new mobile number.

                            I have otp which is sent to new number but I can not enter otp which is sent to old number

                              I ordered a smartphone through flipkart using Zest money emi as the payment. Zest Money has approved the loan and the loan amount has been disbursed to the flipkart. But the order is in pending state. I ordered the item on 5th August it's been now 13 Days and the status of the order is still pending.

                              When I raised issue with the flipkart they told that the issue will get resolved by 72hrs. After 72hrs the flipkart automatically shows that the issue is resolved, whereas the original issue is not getting resolved. Please help me solve the issue. My money is stuck .

                                Ordered was delayed by 7 days...

                                There is fraud going on flipkart..Product wasd damaged and customer care care on 18t Aug 8:30 AM to asked me to cancel the replacement request and we will do refund. He asked me to call again at 9:30 AM when i called and he was unable to raise REFUND

                                  Grocery ordered ORDER ID - OD[protected] ₹692 on 3rd Aug 2022 with committed delivery on 7th Aug 2022 but as on date Flipkart delivery partner EKart not delivered order. Daily new extended delivery date msg coming from Flipkart but no delivery done. I have requested for cancellation of order but neither they r cancelling it nor delivering my order from last 12 days. I have opened ticket for cancellation but it has been closed without any resolution. Telephonic customer care never helpful at all. They are giving fake assurances and commitments of delivery soon but no resolution provided. Flipkart expert Mr Aayaan yesterday assured me that order will be canceled within 24hrs but he also committed fake assurance.
                                  I want my refund of ₹692 on priority basis now. Flipkart has harassed me a lot from last 15days continuously.

                                  Still as on today (19th Aug22) NO resolution/response from Flipkart. Neither order has been canceled (as requested 10times) and NO refund initiated nor delivered yet against assurance from Flipkart expert Mr Aayaan and customer support member Ms khoosboo on 15 and 17th Aug. I don’t understand what’s wrong going On in Flipkart/delivery partner EKart and Seller. Never expected such frustrating services.

                                      I have ordered Sleepyhead Queen Size bed from Flipkart and recieved it on 11/08/2022. Much before it was updated in their application. On initial check we and technical person from Flipkart had found lots of cracks and scratches in wood along with that bolts were missing during assembly. Technical guy himself asked us to return but on multiple call with customer care and even after raising incidents IN[protected] return was not initiated. It was throwing technical error from flipkart mobile and chrome application. We also had multiple call with them through their contact us section but even then no resolution of the problem and instead of returning the product they always give new incident id. I have raised dispute against that transaction to my SBI bank[protected]. We want Flipkart to return the product and refund our amount. Please do the needful.

                                      Still I am unable to return the product. I had many call with customer care but they are also not able to return it. They are just extending time. After tomorrow system will automatically say product policy has exceeded its return time. Flipkart support is not forwarding the request to technical team. Their application is throwing error only for this product. And nobody call us that return has been filed. They have such atrocity that they are purposefully ignoring the request. Even their grievance officer is ignoring the mail. Expecting return of product by tomorrow.
