On 20 july 2022 i ordered a mobile phone of OnePlus brand of 40679 rupees and delivered to me on 26 july 2022 and i found in it wrong product and i made a video at the time of opening the box. After that i raised a complaint about by telling the the situation to the customer agent. They provide me a date of resolution 7 August 2022 and by mail they want to send me a document and a picture of product which i provided on time. And on 7 August 2022 by complaint is rejected so i done the same and they raised the query again and similar they rejected again and i done it third time so again they rejected. And till now i don't get a refund or replacement of it.

    Today on 22Aug 2022 someone taken over my Flipkart account and used my paylater balance. He changed all the information about the account and I don't have access. Customer support agents are no use . I dropped multiple email till morning to close the account no response. I have no clue what should I do. The fraud had every single information about my account

        Regarding Order No: OD[protected]

        Hello,

        Let me start by stating how I am feeling now.
        I am frustrated, annoyed, disappointed, angry, and feel cheated.

        I ordered a Green Soul Chair worth around Rs 15k on 30th July 2022.
        I had canceled the order before it was delivered to me on 2nd Aug 2022.
        But to my surprise, the package was delivered to the security guard of the building without taking OTP from me (I had an OTP for its delivery from Delhivery). And I came to know about it only after the guard brought it to my flat.

        And when I opened the package, it was a different chair and that too incomplete. (Pic attached). The package was so light that anyone could have guessed that something was wrong with the chair.

        I had reported this to customer care and it was said that by 9th Aug, the chair that was delivered would be picked up and a refund would be issued to me. I had followed multiple times till 9th Aug for it and always the response was to wait till the promised pickup date. And the day came but the package was not picked up, again to my surprise now, the refund request was automatically canceled stating the seller's replacement policy. I called multiple times to customer care and tried explaining the issue, but it seems like they don't understand the customer's issue and instead just give standard responses.

        After failing there, I requested a replacement then, (thought at least I should have a correct and complete chair worth 15k). A replacement request was raised and again I followed multiple times. I had even messaged on Facebook to Flipkart, thinking that they would help me in resolving the issue. I was promised a pickup date of 19th Aug then and a replacement. Again the promised date passed and nothing happened.

        I again started messaging and calling customer care, and now to add to my surprise I was informed that the pickup request was not generated due to some technical issue. I was asked to wait again. Then today someone from Flipkart's social media team called and said that she is canceling the current replacement request and will raise another one and will get back to me. I was so disappointed then that words can't explain my feeling and emotions.

        And again in the evening, I got an email stating that the seller will not be replacing the product. I have no words to say.

        I have a few questions: -
        1) How come Flipkart from being such a wonderful eCommerce marketplace is now proving such a terrible customer experience?
        2) Shall I forget my 15k and keep that incomplete and different chair as a reminder that never shows from this app now, as they can deliver anything and will leave the incorrect product?
        3) Already 20 days are gone, shall I wait more than 1 month or a year maybe for a proper resolution?

            Order ID: OD[protected] This was delivered on 28/7/2022 & as soon it got delivered, I reported it as faulty(water leakage to both tanks & performance issues) and asked for replacement. No one came to check but put up a status as resolved automatically.

            Post that too I called atleast 10times and as many mails but noone turned up yet. After replacement is period over, customer care ppl asking me to connect to brand(Thompson) directly as they can't do anything now, how come? I want Flipkart to take this washing machine back & refund funds asap. One last one month it's kept at my place without any usable condition.

              Ekart wishmaster resceduling and cancelling 2 pick orders multiple times, order no. are OD[protected] and OD[protected]. The wishmaster never contacted me or visited my address to collect both returned items. Also tried calling wishmaster on landline phone no. received on pick up confirmation phone sms at [protected], however it never ask me for 3 digit pin to enter and auto connecting my call with a same wishmaster Shivam who denied picking up the product. Attached are the screenshots. Please resolve.

                Sir/Madam,
                I ordered a pair of dumbells on .August 12, 2022.The delivery was on August 21, Sunday.On Sunday it showed that the product is out for delivery and I get the delivery person mobile number. But it is not delivered on Sunday. Then in Monday it shows that the product is reached the hub near me and it is not showing that the product is out for delivery. But the product is not delivered till now to the address I have given the order page it shows that the product has reached the hub near me. Please resolve my issue.

                  I ordered Wildcraft bag on 9 th August and Flipkart promised it wil deliver by 15 th August but on 15 th it took extra two days and I asked them reasons they told pincode is not serviceable so they wil deliver it within next two days but after two days they cancelled order without my consent without contacting me without my any knowledge ...after that i called customer care they said to place new order so again i placed new order and Flipkart promised to deliver on 20 th August but same case happened again they took extra two days and promised me they will product within next two days and a senior head promised me my order wil be not cancelled at any cost and they wil deliver product in next two days but today 22 August again they cancelled my order without my consulat without my knowledge without contacting me...so i want to ask who is responsible for 15 days wasted on single product ...if pincode not serviceable why the hell u take order and u cancel order when product reach nearest hub ...and delivery agent why the hell they don't contact customer ..i was flexible with .y order i would have collected from hub and but no one contacted me ... Flipkart exploit customer and waste their time and who is responsible no one taking responsibility i want solution for this ur delivery partner words logistics team worst so irresponsible play with customer

                    I recently bought a led tv from flipkart i.e on 18th aug. On flipkart it was mentioned that delivery will be done within 2 days and Installation within 48 hrs, I have received my product within time i.e on 20aug but as promised that installation will be done within 2 days (48hrs), still nobody has contacted us regarding installation and Installation person has not come for installation process yet, Its more than 48 hrs and my tv is still packed as it is, No contact number is provided so that we can have a talk/ask with them about Installation

                      I have ordered dining table from flipkart and it was defective hence put return request. return request got cancelled b mistake first hence again put the return request for the product. I received the product and after that my account got blocked. I wanted to return the later received product as well as it was not in good shape but couldn't return it because of my account was blocked. this is very unethical behavior from flipkart as customer is investing money in products and not able to get genuine one and on top of tat not able to return as well.

                            The product I received was a fake one. I have contacted Flipkart Customer Care over phone for more than 10 times. No body came to my house for picking up the fake product. After the return policy date, now it is showing that my issue is being solved. I didn't expect this from a reputed service provider like Flipkart. If needed, I send the copies of the product received.

                              I have purchased POCO mobile phone on 16th august from Flipkart (invoice number OD[protected], I having troubleshot with the mobile phone (Camera issue and hanging issue) two times technician came and checked but that time they concluded its working fine, but I keep on having the same issues. And Flipkart customer service denied resolving our problems and they wasted our time and did not respond properly. please help me to return my order

                                My account got blocked on 30july . So I raised my complaint against it. But there doing just formalities. Never get a responsible answer from team .. today 22 August but my problem still in pending. They mail me that due to high number of cancellation your account is blocked. But the fact is on 6 order in row were cancelled in which three order are cancelled by the seller that's my grocery basket. I didn't cancel them .. infact i complaint about the in customer care then they told that ..sir there is some issue so your order got cancelled we request you to new order. So I ordered again grocery basket but still cancel because of there packing issue. Again I registered a complaint but same response..so it happens three times and every time my order got cancelled by seller. Before that i have ordered kids toys items which I got in broken condition so I returned.it happened twice. Then I ordered a kitchen weight machine which got a packing From Snapdeal. Which is also broken. So I returned that. ...Now tell me in all this where is customer's fault. They blocked my account. They even didn't accept that it's there mistake. I have raised almost 12-13 complaint against it..but everytime they gave me formalities time of 24 hours but they never responded. Every time I call they says that ..we can't do nothing from here, we register your complaint and concern team contact you soon..but they never respond. Poor poor service from Flipkart. This happens even I'm a Plus member since 3 years.

                                I don't know why Flipkart support team didn't contact me. My problem is still in pending.no response from Flipkart care on call. Always manipulate my giving 48 hours time in which concern team never responded.
                                It's about one week and response from Flipkart support team. Seems this complaint doesn't gonna work.

                                    I have purchased multiple products from flipkart and they are not able to provide me the bills for that and due to that i have to pay the installtion charges which was free and i have purchased the sony tv and bosch machine from them on oct 2021 and right now i am facing problem with the machine which is still in guarantee and flipkart is still not able to provide me the bill after many follow ups and now i have to pay around[protected] rs for the washing machine to get it fixed which i don't have to if i would have the bill ..

                                      I Buy a dell laptop on Oct 2021 and after some month on 26th Jun 22 their in some issue in the display in the laptop. I complained the issue on 29th Jun. 30th June Technician visited in my home and checked the issue and said me that their is some issue in display of laptop. He said that display will be changed after some days and I ordered a new display and will change. But right now it is more than 2 month spend but my issue is not resolved. Whenever I called to support team they always said that give me 24 hour/48 hour/2-3 more days to solved the issue but no one is working on this. What should I do for this????

                                        I ordered a POCO M 20 mobile phone, got it delivered on 14 august 2022, it was an open box delivery, after a days set up and usage I found the phone had a laggy software and wifi connectivity had issues, the speed and connectivity was too bad, i placed a return request, the tech visit was supposed to happen on 21 august but he didnt turn up neither picked his calls for the whole day and at evening i got a automated call from flipkart that he couldnt reach me and put my replacement on hold . so i had to reschedule it and after this he had to visit today but he is still not responding, i called jeeves they said its not their responsibility and flipkart is not resolving the same, HELP ME OUT!!! I WILL LOOSE MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS and they are not closing the same.
