    I have ordered Motorola G82 on Aug 7th and the estimated delivery date was 11th Aug, but it was not delivered on the promised date they mentioned. Then the estimated delivery date was updated to Aug 14th. Since then it was not delivered. It made me frustrated on expecting the product on the date they promised.

      My order Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and I am a plus member and this time I am very Disappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. I am in urgent of the product and bought seeing the expected delivery date as 15th August but it is not shipped yet order placed on 5th August. If you cannot ship please let me know we all have different need because of that we are ordering products. This is making me in a difficult situation why cannot you contact seller and update product status or give me seller details I will contact and I can plan according to that. Worst support.

      When I spoke to their representative yesterday, they said that they would deliver yesterday at or before 7 o'clock, if not, they would definitely deliver on the next business day.But I have not received an update about it yet, I don't understand why there is a delay or no proper update. I have ordered a much needed product but I am sorry that they have not given me an update about it till now, I have been waiting for so many days and it is difficult to cancel.what should i do

        My account has been blocked since 2 weeks and reason for blocking my account was "unusual returns". I never knew that there is any such criteria and wasn't mindful about it. I apologize for the trouble faced by sellers. I am a Plus Member of Flipkart and i am quite a loyal customer. All my orders are prepaid and i have my genuine reasons for returning. And as a customer i have the right to return according to my choice and within prescribed terms and conditions. And if there is any problem flipkart team should have contacted before blocking me.
        It's not fair to straight away block the account without any prior warning. I am constantly contacting customer care and also tweeted but the response is not what we expected from such dignified service providers. Very disappointing and tiresome. I am accepting my mistake and confronting it and it's time for Flipkart to come forward. I also have some issues with my recent orders but i am totally not able to access my account.

        Kindly respond as soon as possible.

          Product selled back- Samsung Galaxy j2
          Amount to be received- Rs1500

          Under flipkart sell back program, I sold back my Samsung Galaxy j2 handset. The delivery boy picked my phone on 12/08/2022 and handed me a packet, which only had a card and nothing else(not a code to be redeemed). The card said I will receive my payment within 24 hours but i haven't received my money yet.

          I called for customer help but they always say we are helping you, your complaint has been forwarded and such other statements, not actually solving my problem.

          I request, plz look into my case. Thank you

            I ordered oppo Reno 8 on August 9 my 1st delivery date was August 12 till that phone was not shipped and the delivery date was changed to August 16 for that date also the phone was not shipped yet today August 15.I raised complaint on flipcart and they told they will resolve at August 16. The resolution date was August 16 then when will I get the phone. I think the seller is fraud.I used credit card offers. I saw many complaints against this seller that he delayed the shipping and finally cancel the order for whom are all used the offers. I need the phone at what i ordered amount. I attached the screenshot.

                  Sir, my order was of 88 dippers for rupees 687 which is delivered today and I have paid rupees 687 but after unboxing the packet i received only 22 dippers it is cheating so please resolve my problem, because it happens again in the with me. The same problem had happened in the previous order with me

                    I have ordered grocery from flipkart on 7th August with order Id: OD[protected] and delivery date was 12th August. On 12th August expected delivery date changed to 15th August. Order status shows item yet to be shipped. All form of contact related to delivery went futile.
                    No idea whether the item would be delivered or cancelled. Mental trauma incurred due to delays as I couldn't buy the grocery outside or whether to wait to be delivered by flipkart.

                      I had ordered a Samsung 6kg washing machine on 6th august. It was delivered on 10th August and my old IFB machine was exchanged and same day itself Installation person came. While opening the bottom cover of the machine for installation he found that the machine was damaged and installation could not b done.I had given request for replacement on 10th August itself and images were uploaded. Afterwards i called and contacted the customer service several times regarding the same.As per their request i uploaded the damaged machine image on 11th august also. But till now my replacemnt request has not been approved. This is causing a lot of mental trauma as well as physical difficulty to my parents also as i had purchased the item for my parents who exchanged their old machine. Now they are left without a washing machine with piles of clothes to wash. I want to know why is this delay in replacement. For my only mistake was i ordered this item through Flipkart for which my parents are suffering for the past 4 days.The customer care people not offering a proper solution. They are always telling to wait for another 24 hrs. So how many "24hrs" more do i hav to wait and what is the compensation for this waste of time and mental and physical agony?

                        I have purchased Avita Laptop from Flipkart vide Order ID: OD[protected] dated[protected].

                        I have selected this laptop based on 18 month warrenty promised by flipkart.

                        Due to poor quality of components the laptop stopped working within warrenty period. I had contacted Nexstgo/Avita India for repair. Their authorised service personnel checked and informed me that the laptop stopped working due to failyre of battery and mother board.

                        They promised to replace the item within two weeks. However they have not arranged these spares even after 5 months

                        I have requested several times but nothing happened sofar.

                        At present their website and telephone are dead.

                        Even now flipkart is selling the same brand Avita Laptop through their web site promising 18 months warrenty?

                        Please arrange for refund of money spend on this poor quality laptop

                          I ordered a Titan watch in Flipkart on End of Season Sale offer in the end of July 2022 with 85% discount as prepaid order. This has been shipped on the same day by Retailnet Bangalore and was Out for Delivery the next day at 08:30 hrs through EKART and this has been marked as DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL at 12:30 hrs "Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues" - this is the status that was shown on the EKART LOGISTICS for that consignment number. When I approached the delivery staff next day why the above mentioned order was cancelled - the delivery boy clearly said as the SALE PRICE was VERY MUCH LESS THAN MRP, his SENIOR MANAGER in the Padi Hub has cancelled the order. Why delivery hub people are viewing the order details which is a privacy and the item may be private for some customers. I have all the records which clearly proves the above. My complaint in the Flipkart's portal still remains unresolved. Can we conclude that above is the truth behind FLIPKART'S End of Season Sale, BIG BILLION DAY SALE, etc?

                              I ordered a laptop (OD[protected] on Saturday 6th August 2022. It was supposed to be delivered the next day 7th August 2022. It did't happen.

                              The laptop reached to the nearest hub which is just 2 kms from the delivery address on 8th August 2022 (7 AM IST). After that laptop was never delivered to me. Its been now 7 days and even after many complaints Flipkart is unable to support.

                              Since this is an electronic item and that too a costly product, it should not have been there on hub for 7 days. I want to cancel my order but both Flipkart App/Site are not allowing me to cancel it. I requested Customer support so many times but they are always giving standard replies.

                              I want to cancel the order and get my money back.

                                    I ordered realme wireless buds for Rs 2500 from Flipkart and it got delivered on 6th August. But I received the defective product and since the day of delivery I am contacting Flipkart that I have received a defective product, please help me to return it as I am not able to place a return or replacement on it. The app shows that the product was open box delivery but at the time of delivery it was not being opened so I am not able to place a return on it.

                                    Flipkart executives are just telling me to wait for 48 hours and 24 hours since 9 August and today is 14 August. My policy for return has been ended as it was valid only till 13 August. This is the pathetic experience of Flipkart the customer care just makes the people to wait and they are not returning my order. For this Amazon is much better than Flipkart. I have enclosed the images of my buds. Kindly resolve my complaint. It's a humble request

                                      I have recently purchased a dining table seeing the "Quality verified" tag by flipkart. I placed the order on 26th Aug 2022, i received the product on 8th Aug 2022. I unpacked the product the next day and found that the quality of the product is bad, really bad!!! There were cracks at multiple places on the chairs and on the table and there were holes in the table which was filled by wood scrap, if you just sit on the chair it shakes. I don't understand the significance of "Quality varified" tag here, maybe Flipkart is trying to make fool of customers, if you just sit on the chair you would know the quality is so poor, guess flipkart after all didn't check the quality and fooling people with the tag.

                                      I immediately placed the replacement request and the technician visited on 10th Aug and he packed the table and told "you would be getting someone to pick up the product today or tomorrow", it's 14th of Aug no one visited to pick up neither there is any update from flipkart. The customer support is NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. The expected pick up date on the app is 11th Aug.

                                      I want a resolution immediatly.

                                        I have ordered Inno3D Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 X3 OC LHR on 3rd August, 2022 for 49, 998/- prepaid using Kotak bank and it is confirmed by the Flipkart with order ID: OD[protected]

                                        The status on my Flipkart account is showing the order has been order has been picked up at 3:17 PM 3rd August, 2022 and also showing it has been delivered at 11:59 PM 4th Aug, 2022 which is midnight. The delivery is not being done and when I check the status page, there were no courier company details & tracking ID. When we reached out to Flipkart customer care, they are conveying that order is not even dispatched yet.

                                        After series of calls with customer care they have given that issue will be resolved by August 8, 2022 and then August 10, 2022 and again by August 14, 2022. Now, its been 10 days since they haven't resolved our issue. I want full refund from Flipkart as they are unable to deliver the product.
