I have been having with Flipkart for ages now. All I wanted was a phone number update on my account christina.[protected]@gmail.com. All the customer service agents did was just mess things up I ask them to update I dont understand how do they hire such dumb people.. They end up creating a new account on the number i want to update and so since the new number is on database they wont be able to update is what they say.. What idiocracy is this .. I have never asked to create an account

      Pathetic.. worst customer service take prepaid payments and not deliver the order and when asked to raise a complaint for the same none of them took the ownership unprofessional customer service. I ordered this product to gift to my dear one on his birthday and no communication sent to me the whole day.

      Another order got delayed now by Flipkart. It's really getting frustrating now. The 3rd consecutive order of mine is got delayed. Seems flipkart don't care or value his customers.

        I had ordered for Oppo Reni 8 Pro 5G (Glazed Black 256 GB) on 6th august 2022 and had paid the amount of rupees 38444 plus (1600 - interest free EMI)(order ID-OD[OD[protected]].

        The amount got deducted from my account on the same day but the seller has not yet shipped the product even after 7 days. They keep saying logistics issue but how hard is it to organize courier pick-up from a new courier company.

        There is no proper response from flipkart support regarding this issue. They have been exceptionally unprofessional. I request you to kindly confirm the order or refund my money as soon as possible.

          I bought a Nokia 107.9 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Sound by OnkyoTV from flipkart and I faced screen problems & raised a complaint(ticket no:2G13-44591BASC[protected] for service on 14th of July. Technician came the next day & checked it & told the screen to be changed & he raised a ticket for screen change. Then we got call from Flipkart saying "We are not get the screen change done for the above mentioned TV & the dealer accepted to provide you a refund. Then the technician came uninstalled the TV & went. None of them contacted us for product pick up nor the message saying "Pick-up has been scheduled". When I called the customer care & checked, "They told your address has been changed & it is not an serviceable(NOT SERVICEABLE AREA IS JP NAGAR 5 th PHASE which is in the hot of the city) area so pick up couldn't be done. Again has to be raised, & they raised the complaint again. & it was not mentioned again the entire process will start from the beginning. After that, no progress from Flipkart & I was literally behind customer care executives & I have reached them more than 30 times in this duration & no proper response from Flipkart. From that time, Flipkart is keeping dragging me saying "Technical issue", so again you have to raise the complaint & cancel the first one, second one, third one & this the fourth time & it is still continuing the same. Again technician came for technical visit, uninstallation & no response for pick up of the product. Attaching the necessary photos for your reference hoping that I will get the necessary help.

            Purchased new Intel i3-10105F 4.4 GHz Upto 4.4 GHz LGA 1200 Socket 4 Cores 8 Threads Desktop Processor through Flipkart order ID OD[protected] and invoice no # FAFO7Z[protected] dated:[protected]. However, the seller sold repacked item and Flipkart says that this product is not returnable. I am stuck with the repacked product. I request to refund this or replace it with a new product. Flipkart says to open it and use it, which is not acceptable to me as I have ordered a new product. I request to resolve this issue.

              I ordered my product on 31st July 2022. It was an F-Plus Assured Product and was dispatched on 1st August. It reached the main hub (Ludhiana) near my address (Rajpura) on 7th August at 2:11 P.M. The promised date of delivery was August 8th.

              Generally, any courier service takes the time of maximum one night to transfer product from Ludhiana to Rajpura for delivery. I had to go out of station on 10th August, so I ordered the product accordingly so that I have some buffer time before the date I needed to go.

              The order didn't come on August 8th, I called customer care in the afternoon and they said wait till the evening for the delivery. Then I called in evening of August 8th, I was told new promised date of delivery is August 12th, but most delayed shipments are delivered within a day. So I should wait till next day.

              This process continued on and on, every evening I was told to wait for the next day and every day I was told to wait for the next evening. Finally I was told to be 100% assured that product would be there by new promised date of August 12th. Even senior officials have lied to me multiple times and have 'broken' promises of delivery.

              I am writing this complaint as of August 12th, and the product is still in Ludhiana where it has been stuck since August 7th. It's been 5 days, whereas the distance between Ludhiana and Rajpura doesn't not even 3 hours to travel. I wanted to pickup the product myself from the hub, I wasn't allowed to, and I wasn't told what 'technical difficulties' there hub is facing. If F-Plus Assured product on COD causes this much problems, I don't think this company even gives a thought to their customers. Their customer service, even seniors, just give the same repetitive learnt responses without any actual help.

              I wanted to contact E-Kart, but they don't have any customer care service themselves, it's just Flipkart(their owner) who responds to queries. If the product wasn't important enough for me, I wouldn't have spent so many hours talking to customer care and changing my travel plans for this incompetent company. I don't think they are going to do anything even now to help me, but I think why not take a chance here as well.

                I have ordered mobile on 23rd july 2022, but still product not delivered and suddenly i got the order cancel alert. i was waiting from long time for the delivery. i called so many times flipkart customer support team. Even support team also not able to find the root cause behind this.

                    Delivery Time
                    1) Moto G 82 5G : I have ordered it on 01-Aug and Flipkart confirmed a although very late delivery time of 07-Aug. I still patiently waited till 07-Aug. The useless tracking system on flipkart site was not showing any clear updates till 08-Aug. On 08-Aug, Flipkart changed the delivery date to 14-Aug. When complained to the call center they informed that order cannot be cancelled as it is in courier. I have anyways cancelled the order and got the return. But very horrible waiting time and no improvement at all.

                    2) I ordered Moto G31 on 08-Aug ( Still wanted to give Flipkart a chance) in exchange of Samsung J7 which is absolutely fine working with minor scratches only on back panel. The phone exchange value was Rs. 2350 which is surely high and I was expecting some reduction of Rs. 500 at the time of exchange.
                    However to my horror, the delivery person who visited home started finding out issues and informed that there is screen discoloration. I am using this phone and has got very good display. but I decided not to argue since AS PER FLIPKART OFFICIAL PAGE, IN CASE OF DISCOLORATION, VALUE IS REDUCED TO RS. 1850 which was still acceptable to me. Now the fellow further informed that there are scratches on screen !!! I still accepted it since AGAIN AS PER FLIPKART OFFICIAL PAGE THE VALUE IS FURTHER REDUCED TO RS. 1500. I still accept it but under the fraudster exchange scheme, the delivery fellow has informed that value of the phone is combinedly reduced to only Rs. 700!!!
                    IS IT A WAY FOR COMPANY LIKE FLIPKART TO CHEAT CLIENTS?
                    WHY YOUR OFFICAL WEBSITE PAGE DOES NOT MENTION THAT THE EXCHANGE SCHEME PRICING SHOWN IS ONLY CHEATING AND YOU ARE INTERESTED TO PICK UP THE OLD PRODUCT AT SCRAP RATE?

                    I have requested the delivery person to stick to their own valuation scheme of Rs. 1500 or otherwise I will cancel the order. He happily opted for cancellation of order !!!
                    I was long time member of flipkart plus but it seems the success has now gone to the head of flipkart team and they simply do not bother for deliveries, and fraud exchange schemes. Good bye flipkart!

                      I have made a purchase of some products from Flipkart using Flipkart Pay Later.

                      EMIs are paid every month before due date and next due is on september.

                      But now I'm facing an issue with Cibil Report, although there is no due, where this flipkart paylater is showing as personal loan even though it is a consumer loan and as Over Due & in june 2022 and December of 2021 but my payment was correct on all this month you can check this and which made my Cibil Score to decrease drastically,

                      Detailed Cibil Reports of these two accounts have been attached here.

                      I tried reaching out CIBIL Credit beuro and raised the dispute to update correct details, it's still updated as overdue for both of the accounts in all credit reports which made an huge impact of decreasing my credit score.

                      Finally I'm here to file a complaint on Flipkart. I again request you to please solve the issue which causing me decrease in credit score and incorrect data in the report
                      I request you to please contact CIBIL Team and send them a proper account status so that they can able to correct the wrong information.

                          Pathetic service from Flipkart on that plus customer 2 months for a single product after 20-25 follow ups and multiple escalations with senior executives gave 7-8 different resolution dates no upfront call from flipkart everytime i have called them and one more date is provided.
                          Confirmed with seller also and told product will be delivered on 4th july after a month still no response even after that one more month passed by 3 months there is no update after 20 calls multiple emails being forwarded..

                          So many emails escalation still no resolution so many messages and mails in inbox for one product

                          FLIPKART PATHETIC SERVICE

                          and now they say cancel the order..
                          Why after so much follow up and 2 months they are saying to cancel..

                          Why customer should place a fresh order? from 13th june till date its showing approved item is to be shipped.

                          If shipment issue at flipkart send, retrigger the product as customer has already paid the amount.

                          if you want new order to be placed provide the differential amount or GV of the product when i purchases in sale why should i pay extra money..

                            The printer doesn't work properly. Flipkart doesn't give me either a refund or a replacement. they advised me to contact HP Customer care that even doesn't exist. I tried a thousand times to contact HP customer care but all in vain. as i purchased the product from Flipkart, I need a refund. I have initiated a refund request on the first day of my receiving the product. But Flipkart denied it.

                              I had ordered a ceiling fan on 6th August and the promised date of delivery was 8th August, On 8t August i received an OTP stating item is out for delivery and the otp needs to be shared to the ekart executive. But even now I have not received the product, I tried reaching out to the delivery executive number shared through flipkart chat box, but call is not being lifted. I am continuously followin up with flipkart for tracking the status of complaint and for cancellation of the order since i had to buy the fan else where as I needed it on 8th August.. Now flipkart is not cancelling the order and whenever I call they just promise that the issue will be resolved in 3 days.

                                Ordered 3 items on Flipkart on 7th August with two products with 1day delivery option stating that it'll be delivered within August 8th 2pm. And the other order being delivered on August 9th with two day delivery option. On August 8th, the delivery date of the first two products changed to "item yet to be delivered". The other one changed to "delivery by August 12th".
                                After contacting customer care, i was informed it was a logistics mistake (same mistake for another product that i cancelled after waiting a week after the expected delivery).

                                  I booked neckband from Flipkart and made payment through credit card. The payment was deducted and it said that the order confirmation email will be sent in half an hour but I didn't get any update and the order is also not showing in orders page. Even I contacted the customer support they replied that there is no order placed with my number.

                                    I have Flipkart account and registered with my old mobile number and email. My old mobile number is no longer in use so I would like to update to my active number. Flipkart does not have an option to update mobile number without the OTP sent on old number.

                                    Due to this, I could not contact Flipkart customer support and they try to call old number which might be inactive or used by someone else.

                                      This is regarding order no. OD[protected]
                                      I purchased farmley almonds but product delivered to me was torn amd repacked with the tape so at the time of delivery wasn’t noticeable so I accepted it but after some time when I cut the tape, whole packet was torn and taped afterwards,
                                      I raised return request for the same and product got picked up as well after 3 days but I didn’t receive any acknowledgment for that and no refumd has been processed,
                                      Please look into this matter as soon as possible, seller has cheated me and I don’t have the product and no refund as well, pathetic service from you guys, it’s been all day I have been talking to your executives and getting no resolution for the same
                                      Pleae help me in getting my refund and blacklist the seller
