For the past few days, game zone is not functioning on my account.
I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
And provides an option to go back to game zone.
As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.

    First I am never going to order from Flipkart again. My product was supposed to be picked on 15th but it's 17th today. I called them up and now they say that it will be picked up on 19th. I know I will hear the same jargon on 19th as well. The money will be refunded only after the pick up.
    Second, they cancel orders as and when they please. My order was cancelled and the order says that refund is completed. They again say that it will show in my account on the 19th but I absolutely don't trust them since they have done this before and the money didn't show up even on the stipulated date.
    I just want my refunds before I uninstall Flipkart. Anyways also most of the products are non deliverable at my pin code more than half the time. There was a time I used like Flipkart but I don't anymore.

      I order a mobile phone Samsung F22 on 9th Aug 2022 order id ( OD[protected] by full paying full amount Rs 10528. till the product is not delivered by the flipkart. the promise date by the flipkart is on 12 th Aug 2022. but they don't delivered the product the date. i raise customer complaint on the same issue through flipkart customer on 12th Aug 2022. then check the complaint and say it will deliver on 16 Aug. then i wait for Aug 16 2022 and the product not received. then i check customer now they saying it will deliver on 17th Aug. but till now i didn't get update about the delivery of the product. they are changing the date day by day when i am asking. they don't have any manner to inform the customer about delay in the deliver. when i asking the question they are sharing answer with saved message not replying my question. please help to solve the issue.

        I have placed an order for Realme Book Laptop on 10th of August 2022 for ₹45490/- which was scheduled to be delivered on 12th of August but the seller has not dispatched the product till 12th of August so I have contacted the helpline and they said it will be delivered by 15th August. But I could see that the product was never dispatched from the seller and the price of the Product is increased by ₹14, 500/- and the seller has cancelled my Prepaid order giving some reasons.

        If the seller has informed earlier during the sale then I would have purchased another laptop but now the sale is over and I have to pay more for all the laptops.

        I want to place the order for same laptop and I want the seller to compensate the additional amount which is increased now.

          My order IDs are OD[protected], OD[protected] are consistently delayed despite being Flipkart assured products. Worst service from Ekart and pathetic Customer service.
          They are saying the issue is with the logistic team for the pin code 500084

          Note: i am getting a new estimated date every 2, 3 days

          Please help to deliver this product asap.

            Bought a fan back 2020 OD[protected], Fan company "FLIPKART" itself flipkart ecommerce and fan company registered address same. So, both the entity belongs to same company don't pass the buck by saying we're ecommerce platform. Reached to authorized service center of Flipkart Smart Buy about the fan issue the took three weeks to fix it. Post service fan turned worst now the fan completely not working tried to follow up with both the service center and smartbuy customer service but no one responding anything. At the end Customer suffering amid scorch sun heat. Provide new fan or compensate me. I am fed up with both the service center and customer service no one heeding me. Fan is under warranty (two years).

              Placed an order OD[protected] on 13th Aug till 16 Aug order not dispatched who will wait so much time for daily needs so I cancelled the order as the wait time was too long but they deducted Rs 30/- as cancellation fee which is totally unnatural in e-commerce sector. Claim cancellation fee option also not working. You can't charge anyone without providing service its totally unhealthy practice. Refund my Rs 30/- to the source account.

                I had ordered Skechers GO WALK LITE - FABULOUS Walking Shoes For Women of size UK 6 on Flipkart on 12th July, 2022. However, I received the product of size UK 7 and color black, which was not what I had ordered. I requested a return as per the procedure on the same day. However, my return request was rejected stating the baseless reason that 'the delivery agent has confirmed that the product was intact.' Following this, I spoke with the customer executives multiple times who placed return requests. Later, I came to realize that my Flipkart account had been blocked due to multiple return requests. I haven't had such a terrible experience with any e-commerce websites. I feel harassed. I have spoken to multiple customer executives, and sent emails and none of this has helped in any way. My account is still blocked, and my return request is still not approved.

                Kindly look into the matter at the earliest, approve the return request and process my refund.

                  I order a piece of furniture on 9th July, making advance payment of around 13, 000. Till date I have not received it. I have made innumerable calls and sent many messages to customer care but issue remains resolved. The indifference of the company is shocking. (OD[protected] is the Order ID).
                  Their website indicates it is shipped on 10th July by Gati Courier - D[protected].

                        I ordered Axor Apex from Flipkart by seller OptimVR Commerce, when I received the product I found several damages so I applied for refund and the process started but between ongoing process, Flipkart cancelled the return.

                        I have call recording of Flipkart agent, they said I will definitely be return, but now they're not returning my money.

                        I want to return the product and I want my money back!

                        Now I'm helpless, I've been cheated.

                          Recently i purchased a tv on flipkart during an offer sale. The product was delivered and when the installation guys came, they checked and told that the serial numbers are different. I called continuously and didnt get any response. Then i searched onthe internet. There were many people like this who has faced this situation. So this should be stopped ASAP

                            Initially expected delivery date of my product was 13th Aug 2022, then it rescheduled to 15, then customer support agent assure me that it will be delivered in a day on 16th, but on 16th EOD i didn't receive any updates and when I connect again to support team they are updating it will deliver by 19th August
                            Too much bed support and delivery experience with Flipkart
                            I ordered a Sony home theatre and it's a prepaid one..
                            The tracking status is also not updating from last 5days..

                              In the morning, i got a call from one of your escalation relation managers (chang) who assured me that he would be in contact if i replied at the email [protected]@ncp.Flipkart.Com and i did not even hear from him throughout the day. Best part is all of your agents say they have no way of contacting the courier service directly or even get realtime status, and when we ask for a supervisor, the call gets disconnected. Mind you, a lady escalation rep (maybe shweta or something) called yesterday and lied to me that the product reached a hub near me when the courier website mentioned otherwise. Your website and your pathetic courier shadow fax show product out for delivery. Then the whole day no one even tried to contact me--your cut off time/breach time is 7 pm. When i tried to get help from your courier shadowfax, only get response that i would be contacted in 24 hrs on their website and contact number... No live agent possiblity??? when i tried the phone number with pin provided by shadowfax and entered my details, it kept saying invalid input. This phone via flipkart order # od[protected] was ordered on 07.08.2022 with a delivery due date of 15.08.2022??? and then on 15.08.2022, shadowfax tell me they have a due date of 19.08.2022 and then your website updates late at night the due date is 20.08.2022!!! now at 10.29 pm approx, today, after hearing from no one at shadowfax, i get an sms that the delivery guy needs help in contacting me and was provided with a phone number at 10.29 pm???? and when i called that number, no one was picking up. And to my amazement, you have changed the status from out for delivery to being shipped???

                                      A week back I ordered mobile phone from Flipkart website and someone breached security and hacked Flipkart account and changed the shipping address. Now my phone has been shipped to the unknown address and delivered
                                      I downloaded the invoice got to know that real address was changed .

                                      This to Flipkart app has worst security and extremely bad customer services no one wants to tackle the problem.
