I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

    My order id is OD[protected]. order date 05/08/2022. now after 11 days on 16/08/2022 flipkart have canceled my order. and said me to place new order. my order price was around 848 per trouser, total 4 trouser. and now new trouser price is around 1500. means i have loss of rs. 2600.

      Today i got a package from Flipkart that I didn't ordered I had to pay for it because it was on COD. I have no idea who ordered it and I don't want the product. How can I return it. There is no email or contact number printed on the package through which I can get to know who ordered it. Seeking for a refund

        I have ordered a Nothing Phone(1) and it was delivered on 6th August 2022. The product received was a damaged one, charging time is around 1:45hr -2hr which was much more than the specified charging time. Tried charging with Mi 33W and 65 W charger and also realme Fast charger. It was same for all the chargers. So I placed a request for replacement. They told technician from Jeeves will come and check the phone by Aug 12 and replacement windows closes by Aug13. So till this time no one had contacted me and there is no follow up on the replacement request. I had seen many flipkart consumers complaining this technician visit by Jeeves Technician is a scam . Flipkart has provided a defective product and they are not being responsible for that

        With respect to new replacement request which was put forward the executive on behalf of my compaint, the technician was suppose to visit today. But by this time no technician had contacted me. I know what you are going to say “the day is not over yet, wait for some more time”. I Have read many articles where this technician visit by Jeeves is scam. Now it has come true, it’s the second replacement request, no technician contacted me . Even when I asked the executive on that day Are you sure this technician will visit today, she was also not sure. Now when I checked the status, I am getting "replacement request got rejected". No technician vistied till this time, no proper enquires from the exective, then on what basis the replacement request got rejected.What an excellent service

          I ordered a Moto G31 mobile on Flipkart. It was delivered on Aug 12. But It is having a mic issue. When I speak on the phone, the other side is experiencing a heavy distortion and slowly the distortion is increasing and my voice is inaudible to the other side.

          I ordered apple AirPods Pro from flipkart but the serial number on the invoice was different from the product delivered to me. The product turned out to be faulty and when i went to apple store then i came to know that the product’s warranty is expired. I called flipkart within the 10 days replacement/return period but no action was taken and i was told to approach the manufacturer for this issue. But now apple has denied that the serial num should match with invoice to avail warranty. I request flipkart to please either replace my product or give me an invoice with correct serial num on it

              Did not receive refund amount into my UPI

                I am not able to update my email account in my [protected] flipkart profile. The previous email adress which is registered is wrong and i have no access to it.
                While updating the email account it requires otp from new email and otp from old email account and the password but as i have no access to my old email account i cannot enter otp.
                I have been trying from a no. Of days and months and i have contaced customer care also but they knew nothing about this... They dont even know that it ask otps and passwords for email updation...

                  I ordered an item through flipkart using Zest money emi as the payment option. Zest Money has approved the loan and the loan amount has been disbursed to the flipkart. But the order is still pending. I ordered the item on 5th August it's been now 11 Days and the status of the order is still pending. When I raised issue with the flipkart they told that the issue will get resolved by 72hrs. After 72hrs the flipkart automatically shows that the issue is resolved, whereas the original issue is not getting resolved. The flipkart isn't properly taking this issue as serious. Some of their representatives calls daily and will tell that "their team is looking into the issue" . After 10days also the issue doesn't get resolved.

                  Yes At last after 14days of the transaction the money has got refunded back .And my active loan got closed by today. After tremendous calls to flipkart and zestmoney the issue stands resolved..

                      I ordered a top and a dress from flipkart, the order was prepaid.
                      on the day of delivery, I was not available, so my mother took the packet. the delivery guy gave her only one packet and I received only 1 code which was shared with the delivery guy at the time of delivery, when I opened the packet, it had the top only, however the my order section in my flipkart account showed both the items delivered, I am trying to reach out flipkart to resolve this but no help.
                      I am definitely not going to shop from this stupid website ever again and would request everyone if you want to order something from flipkart, order cash on delivery only.

                              I ordered a phone from Flipkart. It was not delivered and customer care kept on assuring us that it will be delivered today, tomorrow. But suddenly after 10 days, they cancelled the order.

                              I again placed another order, but again they did not deliver the phone on the delivery date. The customer care kept on saying it will be delivered by 7 pm. Then when it wasn't delivered, they asked to wait till 11 pm. It wasn't delivered. Then they extended the delivery date to the next day and kept on doing it everytime. So finally after 5 days, i had to cancel the order after getting no resolution from the customer care after multiple calls i made to them.

                              I then made 2 more orders of mobile phones, where delivery was mentioned as 14 August. They did not get delivered. The customer care said it will be delivered by 7 pm, and requested us to wait. None of the phones got delivered. Then the delivery date was postponed to 15 August. But again it has not been delivered.
                              Again they will keep extending the dates and one fine day, will cancel my order as they did the first time.
                              Why are you not delivering mobile phones if you are taking orders and money from customers?

                                  I purchased laxmipati saree but I received some other brand saree which is completely different so I placed a return request on which was within the return period because what I ordered and what I received were completely different saree in terms of brand, quality and price but my request was rejected 3 times and also I called Flipkart customer care nearly 30-40times in last week, till date I was told that I will get full assistance & support but got NO support from Flipkarts team & I also requested to talk to senior but my request was rejected every time, I requested for REFUND / REPLACEMENT because the problem is from Flipkart as they sent different brand saree ‘INDER’ INSTEAD OF ‘LAXMIPATI SAREE’ as well as rejected my return request is this a way of treating customers by providing fake product for worth Rs 1700 and not taking any responsibility and not responding or providing any solutions

                                    I had placed an order of Rs.1704/- on 2nd Aug 2022, and the products are about to deliver on 10th Aug2022. On 6th we have got an sms that the product will be delivered on 8th, respectively we have received call on the given no [protected] for delivery. But it yet to deliver and in the app it is showing delivered. On 10th we have registered a complain on flipkart call center and they have assured us the issue to be resolved by 13th Aug2022. On 13th Aug against I have connected to flip cart call center and complain about the issue was not resolved. On 13th evening we have received an sms again for the issue to be resolved by 15th Aug2022. But it is yet to be resolved and now when I spoke to the flip cart representative over phone they are still asking 14hours time to resolve the issue.

                                    Please help us to resolve the issue as I have completely lost faith on flipkart.
