Flipkart - Buzzindia seller

I had ordered this product on 08/08/22 and delivery date was 11/08/22 but till 11/08/22 the product was not shipped. And every time I contacted the customer care they are raising complaint for shipping delay. But product was not shipped till yet. It's delay with seller....

    I ordered a laptop bag through pay later option and when they deliver bag. Bag is small for laptop so want to return it but when i try to login in my Flipkart account they block my account i call them around 5-6 time they just giving date to date and also give penalty’s for my pay later so what can i do now ??? I want to these pay later amounts but they are helping me ple help me

        I have placed an tynor knee cap order on 2 july 2022 due to size issue i have placed a return on 7/07/22 they have picked up product on 13/07/22...
        Till now they are not able to process my refund to my account..
        Idk how stupid these people are ...they are taking too much time in refunding my money to my wallet.
        Its been more than month ...
        Pls help.

            I've ordered a Pre-paid motorola mobile from flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th Aug.

            The delivery guy came on 10th; tried and wasted 1.5 hrs but could not exchange the old phone as he didn't know the process.

            He said he would come back with another expert person on the same day but didn't come. Didn't pick up call and cut the call for 6-7 times.

            The product showed 'out for delivery' on 11th but same thing happened again. Nobody picked up the call while calling delivery boy.

            Flipkart helpline is saying they don't have any delivery manager's number to help.

            It's complete harrassment as I'd need to be out of state tomorrow and my current phone is dead. Please help to resolve.

              My name is Anil kumar i iahve booked a order of I'd no. OD[protected]
              Rockerz 333 Upto 30 Hours Battery i recieved it by 24 July 2022, in damaged condition I have complained for the same many times but my complained would closed without any conclusion, sir I am getting tired bcz no one can help me from Flipkart side. Sir I have attached herewith the picture of the damaged headset also have fluctuation to listen voice product you can see, and also I cannot use it bcz it would be replace.

              Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I will be great ful for me

                    I can order a oppo reno8 5g smart phone on 28/07/2022 but our convenience 09/08/2022 delivery i was fix but till now there is no delivery i called to customer care but they are told 13/08/2022 delivery will complete or otherwise 16/08/2022 complete so they telling different answers amount also paid to my credit card on emi basis but i am to pay emi 11/08/2022 could solve my problem as early as possible

                      Through Sell Back Thank you card option i have sell back my latest Redmi 9 Prime to Rs.5750 which is priced by Flipkart. But Collecting team denies tp collect the same and telling some useless reasons . The person removed the scratch card from my mobile without my knowledge. Finally customers are the looser and Flipkart doing a kind of cheating .

                      It is correct that the Flipkart agent is removing the Tamper Glass and scratch guard of the phone and after dis-satisfaction of the value offered for buyback, the phone is returned to the customer and the customer becomes a looser as he can't re fix the removed tamper and scratch guard of the phone. the FK agents are applying their own policy and causing loss to the customers. flip kart is not taking any action or not guiding properly to their agents.

                        I purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart and the delivery executive called me on 9th August to deliver my order but he didn't deliver and on 10th August he also didn't deliver and on 11th also he didn't deliver...when I called Flipkart they always giving excuses to wait...

The product was expected to be delivered by 23 july but it says due to some unexpected issue faced by the seller the seller cancelled the order.                                 Please note that i have purchased poco x4 pro on 1 aug and return requested on 6 aug .
                                The technician also visited and checked the mobile, i showed him the defects but inspite of doing something he told that the when the update file will come it will be ok.
                                So is this the excuse?
                                I have also file a complain on consumer care for the same issue on 6 aug and issue still persists.
                                Kindly return and refund and stop this fraud practice.

                                  Since 01/08/2022 I hv being following up, but no fruitful reply recd, executives are just worried about their feedbacks.
                                  If you or the seller don't want refund its OK, but don't waiste individuals time please.

                                      On 4thAug2022, I have ordered medicines through flipkart app (which was showing under categories “medicines(new) along with other categories travel, insurance etc”.
                                      My flipkart healthplus Order ID is [protected] and the order is supposed to be delivered by 6thAug2022. Today is 11thAug2022 till now I didn’t receive the order. I tried calling flipkart healthplus customer care [protected] (sometimes doesn’t work) and the blue dart customer care too - no one has any idea nor bothered to delivered the order. My blue dart AWB Number is [protected].
                                      Since I wasn’t receiving any help from the exclusive platform of flipkart healthplus I tried contacting flipkart customer care - through the app which I ordered medicines. But they too can’t help me because the flipkart healthplus order id was not showing in their backend as it doesn’t start with OD.

                                      The issue is flipkart acquired sasta sundar & placed it in their platform (without proper backend integration) for ordering medicines but the logistics & customer care help sucks leaving us to pathetic service & horrible experience. Neither flipkart owns it nor the acquired sasta sundar renamed to flipkart healthplus helps.

                                      Flipkart has to think about it’s goodwill it has earned this long before placing medicines/third party stuff in their platform if they are not owning the customer experience & order delivery - I don’t know yet whether my order will be delivered or not yet & no help from flipkart or flipkart healthplus either.
