Excuse given is my account does match my name, in previous refund (wall berry adhesive sticker) I recd the refund though my surname was incorrect..
Since 01/08/2022 I hv being following up, but no fruitful reply recd, executives are just worried about their feedbacks.
If you or the seller don't want refund its OK, but don't waiste individuals time please.
There may be other option regarding refund...
Hereafter I am not going purchase any items through flipkart...
