I've order Logitech MX keys Black color keyboard
Order No : OD[protected], Flipkart has delivered the wrong color keyboard i.e. "Graphite", I've raised multiple issues on the order, but none of them seems to be working and flipkart is not returning/replacing my order.

attached the product delivered screen shots and order invoice as well.

Kindly, please look into the issue.

Its bee around 3 years I have not able to play the games on Flipkart. It keeps showing ''something went wrong''. This is really unfair please resolve this issue.

I am unable to play games on Flipkart app. I tried calling customer care multiple times but they just keep me on hold or don't resolve the issue.

I ordered kaipo 200gm face wash of Rs 94
As 200 gm mean 100 gm of one and today it was delivered on 14 September 2022
They only gave me 100 gm a single product and there is no return policy for that product
I want one more or give my money back

I have placed order in Flipkart on 06th September 2022, delivery was scheduled on 09th September, but I didn't received on that date.

Delivery was rescheduled to 13th September 2022 and again I didn't received the products on such date.

Again they have rescheduled to 19th September 2022

Please look into the matter

I am order the crucial DDR4 16gb ram on flipkart on[protected] the price is 3650 rupees. I got the product from currier boy and i opened it Infront of the currier boy i show a brown color paper wrapped by flipkart sticker .I take a of it and complaint in that time to the Flipkart .Its gone two days no any resolution about my refund.in the above invoice one sticker is tampering above another sticker.

Return raised and they delivered a small box, with used smartwatch without any original box/ without user manual/ without charger or any other things

raised return request, and pickup guy told me without original box/charger he cant take it back

I have order sofa from flipkart order id. OD[protected] on 15 aug 2022 during flipkart showing 22 August delivery date, on 22 aug delivery date change as 29 August, again on 29 August date change showing 6 sept one again date extended and showing 15 August. I called many time with flipkart customer care all the person giving me different answers. On 12 they cancel my order but again 13 status automatically change and showing shipping which was showing from 16 August. I am very much disappointed this type of fraud done by flipkart even they cannot track my order and the order is automatic cancel but order is not cancel showing

My flipkart account hacked by someone his no [protected] and he misused with this 66000 fraud he purchased iphone 13 and 3499 watch I immediately informed flipkart they did not take any action on it now I am in big trouble

Flipkart canceled my order

Flipkart is returning the error that it doesn’t recognize my phone’s IMEI number when I provided the same for exchange. It shows an error: "IMEI number did not match with selected brand and model". Tried to exchange different devices from different accounts as per the instructions provided by your executive.

I've tried to discuss the matter with two executives but they are saying they can't help and are trying to manipulate the conversation. No one is addressing the issue. I’ve checked online for the authenticity of my phone using my IMEI number and it appears to be clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognized. Amazon accepts the IMEI, and the manufacturer themselves verified the IMEI. What's wrong with Flipkart? Why can't you even create an incident so that someone can look into it? This isn't the first time the issue is happening and I need a solution.

We ordered groceries from Flipkart, the contact number that we provided got discontinued probably because of the sim chip issue, we tried to call the delivery person 6-7 times from another contact no. He didn't accept the call till 1 hour.

When he answered, he said rudely "Mai 1 ghante se call mila raha hun, abhi mai aage ki taraf hun mujhe car 2 baar back leni padegi delivery karne k liye, aap bahar aao lene".

We requested him for 15 min. explaining him the situation what happened with that sim, he didn't listen.

I finally went there 150-200 meters from my home, i asked politely "gaadi chalana nahi ata kya back lene me dikkat kya thi?"

He again raged on me "1 ghante se phone ni mil raha tha, mujhe hi akad dikha rahe ho"

I said "to kya order deliver ni karoge?"

He said "haan nahi karunga, jisko bolna hai bol do, jo karna hai karo".

I started camera and asked him to say that on record, he said "camera me kuch ni bolunga"

Attached is the small clip of the last statement and vehicle number.

And most importantly he marked the order "delivered" even before delever it and we still have not received the order or money, its been 2 days now.

Dear Flipkart Team,

I bought a Samsung fold 4 phone by Flipkart. There is a offer along with phone for Samsung galaxy watch 2999, after receiving the phone i have discussed with Flipkart customer service for watch offer. They told me that u will get a code after 7 days receiving phone.

7 days has been passed, still i did not received any code or message, now customer care service executive are saying we dont have any solution or knowledge about this type of offer.
