    Dear Sir Madam, I'm Siva Kumar Mamillapalli I have ordered Motorola Qled 50 inch TV and I Received on 20th July 2022 and Technician came to my home and opened tv but TV Display is not working So he said i raised return request behalf of you, you will get replacement with in your replacement policy ends, but in my it's showing automatically got cancelled replacement and i raised cases around 150+times they are just saying to me only one word please wait 24hours you will get resolution by Flipkart service, i have waited till now (04.08.2022) i didn't get resolution please do the needful on my issue.Thank You

      Dear sir
      In Indusind credit card Frad transaction done in July-10-2022 and 14 transaction is done and total Transaction rs 27, 000 flipkart payments banglore KAR debit was done on it with out any otp, credit sms kindly give me the details by whom the payment was done and where .
      Kindly repay my amount 27 thousand which was unauthorised by me.
      i Raised Incident ID :-IN[protected] on july 28th still not response kindly resolve the issue and refund that amount.

          I ordered a nothing phone 1 on 30th July 2022. The expected delivery was 1 st August. I waited until the evening of 1st August, but there was no response for the delivery. Then in the evening, I got an updated date for delivery, 3rd August. Fair enough. I waited till afternoon and got an update that the parcel is reached Hyderabad the store nearest me. Still, I did not receive the delivery. I contacted Flipkart customer care. They said to resolve this situation by 8th August, which is too much. It's 4th today and I need my delivery.

                I ordered a Motorola Egde 20 Pro 5 G in exchange of One Plus 8T. Screenshots of order and exchange attached. My order was canceled without any intimation and the team officials misbehaved with me and used abusive language. When I approached local office of ekart for exchange enquiry as same was not initiated, officials misbehaved with me and even put up hand on me and pushed and dragged me out of the premises. This was humiliating and hence I sent a legal notice to Flipkart for misbehaviour and worst customer service.
                Firstly they accepted the order with exchange, then denied exchanging phone and cancelled my order without my request.
                I logged 3-4 complaints with flipkart but none was entertained and when I visited flipkart office, they misbehaved with me and dragged me out.

                I request you to kindly look into the matter else I will escalate further to CMO and PMO and I seek Written apology and compensation from Flipkart and Ekart for the mental and physical harassment I faced and for the fraud they have done with me

                      मेरा नाम जुली झा है में मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार से हूं सर मैने एक फ्लिपकार्ट से ऑर्डर की थी जिसकी order id:-OD[protected] ये है मेने 22जुलाई 2022 को की थी जो की मुझे 28जुलाई 2022 को मिली थी जब मेने पैक को ओपन की तो उसमे pack of 4 के वजह pack of 2 received हुई तो मेने तुरन्त flipkart customer care में फोन की उनको पूरी बात बताई लेकिन उनके तरफ से कोई संतुष्ट जनक जवाब नहीं मिला लगातार में फोन कर रही हूं Flipkart customer care में उनके तरफ से बार बार आज कल किया जा रहा है( सर आज तो उनके तरफ से जवाब दिया गया की आपका ना तो पैसे रिटन होगा ना ही पार्सल पिकअप होगा आपको कंप्लेन करना है कर दो )

                        I could not use paylater option at checkout yesterday so I contacted Flipkart customer support. Today I got a message that my account was disabled by the financing partner based on their terms o[censored]se. Well, there was no particular reason for that as I've always paid my bills on the first day of every month and I've used only half of the credit limit. Why was it disabled

                            I have ordered a F&D A521X52 Bluetooth Home Theatre from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 4199 on 1/07/2022. Because of quality issue and defective product I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my F&D A521X52 Bluetooth Home Theatre and replace On 11/07/2022, I got a damage and broken product from Flipkart delivery boy and saying that "I know that Your product has damage and broken so you have to return this refund has been initiated and it will be credited to your bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". After that I return my product On 11/07/2022 and delivery boy pickup the product On 23/03/2022 and saying to me I will confirm you when I reach the office. But I have not information. first time I face such type of trouble.
                            Sir, I am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more details:

                              I've ordered a shirt from Flipkart which was cancelled by themselves, and they didn't made the refund completely even after month. The shirt was Rs 419 and they made only Rs 300 refund. Now whenever I call the customer service they are not responding to my complaint. Please help me to get my refund.

                                Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising.

                                      I placed an order on 27 June 2022 for Rupees 28028 on Flipkart to buy a mobile using HDFC credit card under EMI plan. Then I immediately canceled the order (Screen shot enclosed) and again placed another order on the same day to buy that mobile under EMI plan using the same credit card.
                                      Flipkart is yet to refund the canceled order amount of Rs 28028. I complained and Flipkart replied that the amount was refunded on 1st July 2022 (mail copy enclosed). But the refund amount was not reflected in my credit card statement (statement copy enclosed), so HDFC bank charged me EMI for Rs. 28028.

                                      A dispute was raised with my credit card bank and the bank confirmed that my money was not received from the merchant and Flipkart also does not provide any proof of refund. So I bounce back and forth between them over a month and never got my money back. Kindly help me to get my refund and in addition I would like to seek compensation from Flipkart/HDFC for giving me depression.

                                        I have purchased 1 mobile with buyback offer of 1 year and in this 1 year i have claimed that offer but some how order got canceled from flipkart after my buyback period over so i have connected with the customer support and ask to reopen the offer or give me any fisible solution on it. than they told me to exchange the mobile on flipkart and they will give me the refund of different amount. but after that i am also not able to exchange the mobile on flipkart which i purchased from flipkart. so again same communication goes on 2 month and they provide me solution to exchange the mobile to any local vendor and the difference amount they will give me as giftcard. and i agreed on that and i exchanged my mobile with local vendor and shared the details and they accepted the things gave me the hope to get the giftcard in 24hours and that promise is on 23 june 2022. but still after wait and communication again and again they are not giving the solution till the day. and even not giving any meaning full details on the time and wasting my time.
