I have ordered 25 groceries and received 22 products on 29/06/2022, and raised issue for refund, repeatedly called the customer service and got 1 product refund on 02/07/22 for rs.63/-.
but till today, i haven't received any refund for the other two products, even no use of repeatedly calling the customer services, i didn't understand without credited to customer account how this issue was tagged as RESOLVED?
Even i have screen shot of my credit card statement, there is no amount credited for refund on 06/07/2022.
Please check & let us know to whom i need to escalate.
HDFC creditcard division says no refund from flipkart except 63 after purchase date, ut flipkart says refunded already and reference no 018895 for rs.351 on 06/07/2022.
