I have purchased a LG sound bar through Flipcart, the product was defective and replaced it but still i've received a defactive product. I have been told by a customer care executive that i will be given refud by 22nd of July, 22. But till the date the product is not being picked up and also my refund is not processed. Daily i receives a call for technician visit but no technician comes and visits. Kindly refund my money and resolve my query on urgent basis.

LG SJ3 300 W wireless dolby bluetooth soundbar.
Sound quality is even not match to a 65 W speakers.
Poor quality sound and sound is not so loud and clear.

    I have ordered 25 groceries and received 22 products on 29/06/2022, and raised issue for refund, repeatedly called the customer service and got 1 product refund on 02/07/22 for rs.63/-.

    but till today, i haven't received any refund for the other two products, even no use of repeatedly calling the customer services, i didn't understand without credited to customer account how this issue was tagged as RESOLVED?

    Even i have screen shot of my credit card statement, there is no amount credited for refund on 06/07/2022.

    Please check & let us know to whom i need to escalate.

    HDFC creditcard division says no refund from flipkart except 63 after purchase date, ut flipkart says refunded already and reference no 018895 for rs.351 on 06/07/2022.

    I have attached the creditcard statement y which i had this transaction.

      item will be delivered in a week.
      2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he
      is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300
      hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
      3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
      4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly
      waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different
      items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over
      vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are
      wet. He told we are coming like that only.
      5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take
      item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is
      not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
      6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
      7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
      8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
      9. And also is cancel without any reason for flipkart.

        I ordered a mobile phone in June . It was promised to deliver on time but it got delayed and delayed and cancelled after 15 days on 11th July. Then I got a mail from their side, by promising that please place a same order We will give you 2000rs gift card and I did the same. The new product was delivered on 16 July and then I called them to give 2000rs voucher and they said wait for 24 to 48 hours it will credited automatically. On 18 I called them again and they took the complaint and told to wait for 21st to get it resolved. Now today is 26, they are not giving 2000rs gift voucher . Whenever I talked to their executive they said to wait for 24-48 hours. This is very pathetic.

        No steps is taken by company. I daily call them but they don't have answer. They always say that our technical team will coordinate you. Please wait for 24-48 hours. They don't even listen to their plus customer. They are very unprofessional

          I have ordered Crompton air cooler on 19th May 2022 from Flipkart. And received a defective/broken product. I have raised the return request but it's not resolved yet. I was my refund as soon as possible. Worst experience. I have called so many times to the customer care. They are giving me dates again and again. Just resolve it.

              My name is Mustafa alam, my mobile no. Is [protected].My account has been blocked because i have order one clothes (the order name is Zambet women kurta. I have received wrong color but despite giving replacement and return request seller is rejecting the replacement and return request. I contacted flipkart executive but they only take complain and return request but every time seller is rejecting the request, and due to this my account got block and reason i got is to many return. Please unblock my account and provide me the refund, it is more than 15 days i am facing the issue and giving complain, i am frustrated. Seller is a cheater. I have shared the image in flipkart account also. Please help. I am attaching the image of cloth received. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                I was trying to place Iphone order with the order ID OD[protected], and i had a gift card of 8000 INR, while placing order got an error and the order was not placed, they said they will return the gift card balance, still its not reflecting on my account and the customer support executives are worst not even solving my case and making me wait, and i have ordered from ID: [protected]@gmail.com, i had ordered nothing 1 pass as well, they have not reimbursed the same with me. now the card is showing as deactivated.

                  I am trying to make a purchase using a HDFC credit card and bob debit card and also upi. This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                  Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                  I wish to make a purchase.

                  I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 2 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

                      Recently I lost my registered number so I wanted to change my account to a new number. I contacted customer care they asked to mail them a valid ID proof along with new number. I mailed them over 3-4 times. They mark my complaint as resolved. Even I didn't got any help from them.. please look into this i have provided all the documents they want still my problem has not solved. Since my old number been theft
                      I want to update my number as soon as possible.

                        I had booked flight on 15th June, 2022 and cancelled it on 17th July, 2022 as my plan got changed. But i still did not received my refund amount. Details are provided below-

                        I had talked to Indigo Airlines are they informed that my refund has been processed already.

                        Kindly look into the matter on priority basis.

                          I am using Flipkart since 1 year @140507 pin code area. Never face this kind of issue of getting all products undeliverable. I can't able to order anything from Flipkart site. Also they are doing nothing to resolve this issue.

                              I purchased a Marq by flipkart 6kg semi-automatic washing machine from flipkart on 16 July 2022.
                              That product did not worked This product do not work as a fully automated washing machine.
                              But the product quality was not good as expected. This product running is not smooth. This product is not convenient to use as the draining and washing can't be done simultaneously.
                              So i requested for return this product on 17-July 2022. Then instead of returning the product, flipkart send a technician. First time the technicin came and i didnt know what happen, my product return request was cancelled. And the product was replaced by same brand, same model product which I don't need anymore.
                              I again requested for return. Second time also the technician came and make video of noisy washing and poor quality product. But again this time return request was cancelled.

                              Before ordering the product was eligible for return. But now facing very difficulty in returning. So how can we trust online shopping.

                                    The delivery person asked us by call if he could deliver the product tomorrow but as we had to leave for somewhere the next day we asked him to make delivery on the same day if possible.suddenly it started to rain when he arrived. we felt bad which is why we asked him to come into the shed even though the rikshaw already had a shed.But the person started shouting at us very rudely about his deliveries getting wet.
                                    He was also drunk while doing the delivery.
                                    I don't think this is safe and appropriate behaviour.
                                    Please do something about it.
