I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart. It has reached to nearest delivery hub on 16th Jul'22. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th Jul'22. Today, it is 26th July, still it is not delivered. Delivery time kept on delaying due to unspecified reason. Flipkart customer care is giving automated replies to my queries. No contact number is available to call flipkart or delivery agent. The call back facility is also not working on flipkart app. Now, I am at mercy of this irresponsible organization

      Still awaiting and I have not received the materiel, That is very poor services and his response. Till the date no update by anyone against order ID OD[protected]

      Flipkart are committed to delver the material within 3-4 days while placing order but I did not receive my product but got a delivery confirmation notification when i complained than taking a time to search/solution up 12-15 days. this is showing to how is making fool to customer by flipkart

        This is for the order id-OD[protected].
        Ordered this item on 23 June, 2022 and packed disassembled item was delivered on 4th July, 2022. After waiting for weeks, no one came for installation and customer care keeps making untrue promises that it will be resolved next day.
        I have requested cancellation on 14th July, 2022 which was eligible for cancellation and refund but it was put on hold. Later I could track that refund was due on 26th July, 2022. Now today 26 July, 2022 again customer care called and without mentioning regarding replacement initiated a replacement. I am not interested for replacement anymore as I am tired of chasing them for this item. I want a full refund and requested them to pickup the packed box. Flipkart is rejecting my request.

            I ordered track pant today from Flipkart while paying i choosed Gpay but it was showing money hasn't transferred yet so i payed again from UPI but then i got notification from bank that 600+600 has been transferred to Flipkart but it was showing only for 1 track pant money has given so i cancelled my order and it's gonna refund me tomorrow but only 600rs so please do refund my 1200rs as soon as possible

                I have purchased a realme pad mini 4G sim+ wifi from flipkart. This tab was delivered me on[protected]. After delivery, i found that tab has a manufacturing defect as the SIM tray was not opening. So i raise the replacement request With Flipkart. On 17.07.2022 Flipkart representative called me that your replacement request accepted and it will be approved after technician visit by 19.07.2022 . Technician visit work assigned to 'Jeeves' On[protected] Jeeves Sms me that Engineer detail and visit schedule, however Not any Jeeves people contacted me and not any jeeves people visited my home to verify the tab and not even I could contact them on the given no. as it was switched off or unable to connect . The technician visit was again rescheduled on 21, 23 July but again so technician visit happened . flipkart cancelled my earlier replacement request and raised a new replacement request on 23 July and it was assured that the technician visit will happen for sure till 26 July i.e today and again provide the same Jeeves technician no. which is not contactable . I m again to contact him and even I have also not received any call from them . They are just delaying it since 10 days. I have never seen such irresponsibility towards customer . I request to Flipkart to provide me a proper no. of the technician and make sure that the visit is completed as soon as possible .

                On 27 July they cancelled my replacement request and approved for a refund request and schedule the pickup on 29 July . But on 28 July my return request was cancelled and later it was approved . Bt on 29 July when the wishmaster was about to come for pickup they again cancelled my refund request. After contacting with executive they again approved my refund request and gave deadline of 1 aug for the issue to be resolved . But the wishmaster neither contacted me for pickup nor came for pickup and later that day again my refund request has been cancelled . How long this drama will go on ? How many more days I have to wait they are just making excuses of technical issues and not taking any action

                  Myself Benjamin PC, is a flipkart plus customer and a regular buyer of the same from 2010.
                  First time in my experience am facing such an issue from your side. The item was not delivered to me and the notification says item delivered., which happened on 16th of july 2022.

                  The delivery personel called me on the same day for an excuse in delivering the item, and i replied to deliver it on the next working day possible without any further rivalry. there was no further call or any updates on it.
                  i contacted the customer care twice and they promised me to do the best possible. Till now there has been no strict action taken against it, neither did i receive any refund.
                  Pls help me to resolve the issue with a refund at the earliest possible.

                    I have purchased a LG sound bar through Flipcart, the product was defective and replaced it but still i've received a defactive product. I have been told by a customer care executive that i will be given refud by 22nd of July, 22. But till the date the product is not being picked up and also my refund is not processed. Daily i receives a call for technician visit but no technician comes and visits. Kindly refund my money and resolve my query on urgent basis.

                    LG SJ3 300 W wireless dolby bluetooth soundbar.
                    Sound quality is even not match to a 65 W speakers.
                    Poor quality sound and sound is not so loud and clear.

                      I have ordered 25 groceries and received 22 products on 29/06/2022, and raised issue for refund, repeatedly called the customer service and got 1 product refund on 02/07/22 for rs.63/-.

                      but till today, i haven't received any refund for the other two products, even no use of repeatedly calling the customer services, i didn't understand without credited to customer account how this issue was tagged as RESOLVED?

                      Even i have screen shot of my credit card statement, there is no amount credited for refund on 06/07/2022.

                      Please check & let us know to whom i need to escalate.

                      HDFC creditcard division says no refund from flipkart except 63 after purchase date, ut flipkart says refunded already and reference no 018895 for rs.351 on 06/07/2022.

                      I have attached the creditcard statement y which i had this transaction.

                        2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he
                        is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300
                        hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                        3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                        4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly
                        waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different
                        items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over
                        vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are
                        wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                        5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take
                        item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is
                        not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                        6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                        7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                        8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                        9. And also is cancel without any reason for flipkart.

                          I ordered a mobile phone in June . It was promised to deliver on time but it got delayed and delayed and cancelled after 15 days on 11th July. Then I got a mail from their side, by promising that please place a same order We will give you 2000rs gift card and I did the same. The new product was delivered on 16 July and then I called them to give 2000rs voucher and they said wait for 24 to 48 hours it will credited automatically. On 18 I called them again and they took the complaint and told to wait for 21st to get it resolved. Now today is 26, they are not giving 2000rs gift voucher . Whenever I talked to their executive they said to wait for 24-48 hours. This is very pathetic.

                            I have ordered Crompton air cooler on 19th May 2022 from Flipkart. And received a defective/broken product. I have raised the return request but it's not resolved yet. I was my refund as soon as possible. Worst experience. I have called so many times to the customer care. They are giving me dates again and again. Just resolve it.

                                My name is Mustafa alam, my mobile no. Is [protected].My account has been blocked because i have order one clothes (the order name is Zambet women kurta. I have received wrong color but despite giving replacement and return request seller is rejecting the replacement and return request. I contacted flipkart executive but they only take complain and return request but every time seller is rejecting the request, and due to this my account got block and reason i got is to many return. Please unblock my account and provide me the refund, it is more than 15 days i am facing the issue and giving complain, i am frustrated. Seller is a cheater. I have shared the image in flipkart account also. Please help. I am attaching the image of cloth received. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I was trying to place Iphone order with the order ID OD[protected], and i had a gift card of 8000 INR, while placing order got an error and the order was not placed, they said they will return the gift card balance, still its not reflecting on my account and the customer support executives are worst not even solving my case and making me wait, and i have ordered from ID: [protected]@gmail.com, i had ordered nothing 1 pass as well, they have not reimbursed the same with me. now the card is showing as deactivated.

                                    I am trying to make a purchase using a HDFC credit card and bob debit card and also upi. This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                                    Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                                    I wish to make a purchase.

                                    I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 2 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

                                        Recently I lost my registered number so I wanted to change my account to a new number. I contacted customer care they asked to mail them a valid ID proof along with new number. I mailed them over 3-4 times. They mark my complaint as resolved. Even I didn't got any help from them.. please look into this i have provided all the documents they want still my problem has not solved. Since my old number been theft
                                        I want to update my number as soon as possible.
