The item they delivered is defective right side earpod doesn't work. So, i try to return the product but they rejected my request. Help me to get refund or get my item replaced

      I'm Shrawan Kumar

      I've ordered a dog harness of M size but I've found it large for my dog. Then i thought for a replacement with XS size but that size wasn't there so i request a return and refund.
      But the pickup agent didn't visit me and cancelled the return.
      Then i complaint at customer care about it... Again they scheduled a pickup but this time also the pickup agent cancelled the return without visiting me..
      This is totally disappointing.

          I have purchased 5 products form flipcart which cost Rs.9388 And I received it on July 13 with order id=OD[protected] And with tracking id of : . FMPC[protected]
          Actually i recieved only 4 products instead of 5 in such a way that 2 products ( 1.Arrow slim fit grey trouser Rs.933 and 2 . Us polo men blue trouser Rs. 1413 ) in 1 packet instead of 3 products which cost Rs. 3776 . In this 1 product US POLO MEN GRAY trouser of Rs . 1430 is missing, i haven’t recieved it . Out of the 5 products which i have ordered other 2 products in single single packets.
          At that time itself i has asked the delivery boy that i had paid for 5 products its just 4 . Then he asked me to complain regarding the same . That day itself i registered a complaint through your customer care . And they had told me the details regarding the delivery has not yet updated and they ask me to wait for some more time . I really dn’t understanding why there is so much of delay in solving this issue . . I m a govt staff, for the past 2 week i am spending all my free time in calling flipcart . Evenafter sending all my id proofs and all datas regarding the products you guys are still denying it . So instead of troubling the customer i kindly request you to check the packing video these products from the seller . Since i have’nt recived the product and you guys are telling that you have send . So i want to know what has happened to that particular product . If the mistake is from my side i m ready to face all the consequences . If its from the part of the seller you have to take action aganist him because for this you guys have troubled me so much .plz help me

                I ordered my Flipkart grocery at 14 th July 2022 and they gave me the delivery date of 19 th July between 3:30 to 10 so I came taking half day from office to pick up my order but no one came I tried to talk to customer care but no action was taken and then in the morning message came that your order was not able to deliver so we are reslotting it to 21 july then again no one came and then again I talked to customer care but again no satisfactory response or reason was given then again in the morning I got the message that you order has been reslotted and you will get your delivery at 23 Rd July but again no one came so I called the customer care and said them to cancel my order since at last ordered it from somewhere else and also I got my things since grocery is very important but they started saying sir we could not cancel order then I said to them you are neither giving me my things nor returning my money but they didn't cancel my order and not returning my money I don't know what to do Flipkart grocery is the worst service provider as well as a fraud ...uper se message aata hai wish master aayengaye... bakwaas ...

                        I ordered Apple Airpods pro from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on 22nd July 2022. I received the product on 23rd July 2022. When I tried to use it, I came to know that the product is fake. I also verified the same through Apple website. I tried contacting Flipkart customer care but they are disconnecting phone after listening to my issue. They never called me back even if the calls were disconnecting due to technical issues.
                        Here are the issues that I have with the product.
                        1. Packaging was broken and not secure.
                        2. Poor finishing of the box
                        3. No Embossing of the airpods logo
                        4. Noise cancellation doesn't work at all.
                        5. Apple website can not recognize the serial number of the Airpods pro.

                          I purchased a jeans from flipkart order id OD[protected] it was deleivered on 19th july when i opened the package it was completely different it was not of my size brand labels were not attached and it was distressed jeansIt was completely different from the picture so I requested the return at that time only with proper reason but when today the deleivery boy came he denied the pickup please help about this issue as soon as possible and I am trying to get callback fromthe customer careBut till now no call received please do something its very bad that customers had to suffer because of flipkart

                                  I am trying to make a purchase using a HDFC credit card and Bob debit card and also upi. This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                                  Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                                  I wish to make a purchase.

                                  I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 2 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

                                    I have raised a return issue and no one came for the pickup.. and i recieved out for pickup everyday but the pickup agents are cancelling the pickup everyday. They are not coming for pickup. Its been 11 days and they cancelled my return everytime and now the return policy is over. It is happening same with 3 products till now. Is flipkart even responding?? Pickup agents are being worse.
