I have purchased a realme pad mini 4G sim+ wifi from flipkart. This tab was delivered me on[protected]. After delivery, i found that tab has a manufacturing defect as the SIM tray was not opening. So i raise the replacement request With Flipkart. On 17.07.2022 Flipkart representative called me that your replacement request accepted and it will be approved after technician visit by 19.07.2022 . Technician visit work assigned to 'Jeeves' On[protected] Jeeves Sms me that Engineer detail and visit schedule, however Not any Jeeves people contacted me and not any jeeves people visited my home to verify the tab and not even I could contact them on the given no. as it was switched off or unable to connect . The technician visit was again rescheduled on 21, 23 July but again so technician visit happened . flipkart cancelled my earlier replacement request and raised a new replacement request on 23 July and it was assured that the technician visit will happen for sure till 26 July i.e today and again provide the same Jeeves technician no. which is not contactable . I m again to contact him and even I have also not received any call from them.On 27 July they cancelled my replacement request and approved for a refund request and schedule the pickup on 29 July . But on 28 July my return request was cancelled and later it was approved . Bt on 29 July when the wishmaster was about to come for pickup they again cancelled my refund request. After contacting with executive they again approved my refund request and gave deadline of 1 aug for the issue to be resolved . But the wishmaster neither contacted me for pickup nor came for pickup and later that day again my refund request has been cancelled . How long this drama will go on ? How many more days I have to wait they are just making excuses of technical issues and not taking any action.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have order the Nothing 1mobile on 20.07.2022 with mentioning gst details of my firm. On 20.07.2022 I have one invoice of offer Flipkart first flight in gst details of my firm not mentioned. From 24.07.2022 I have make many calls to Flipkart customer care regarding my issue but no one resolved my issue. On calling to customer care they said it's yr responsibility. We can't do any more. I make this my concern to Flipkart many times but they failed to do this. This is clear cut that Flipkart it's clear cut deficiency in service by Flipkart. They make fool customer and used his hard earned money.

    Till date no one contact me regarding this issue despite of many calls from me and no resolution provided by any one. when i return the phone the executive denied not to return only replacement is provided but on website they clearly mentioned 7 days return policy and No one provided me the amended invoice, in which my firm details are mentioned. They only raise concern not my complaint. This is the clear cut case deficiency in service. For which flipkart is liable. its total mental torcher to the customer

    This is true in case of Google Pixel 6a as well. They launched it exclusively on Flipkart. I have enquired about GST invoice through Flipkart and Google support team both separately. All efforts in vain, Google said they can't comment on Flipkart in this matter and Flipkart said its depends on seller.
    Main point is if a mobile/product is exclusive to Flipkart then it's Flipkart 's responsibility to provide GST invoice.

    I'm guessing they might be using shell companies as sellers and making use of Input tax credits of them. In short, tax ki chori kr rhe hain

      Address: Reg. replacement of my washing machine order (Order ID OD125539944821428000) and activation of my flipkart account..

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      With reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform you that, I have booked a washing machine on dated 23.07.2022 (Order ID OD[protected] for my brother Naveen. The Faulty product was delivered on 25.07.2022 at 10:00 PM . (Door not closing properly) . Your technician visited our home for installation and demo and confirmed about the same. while requesting for replacement, I found that my flipkart account is not opening. I have complained many times to customer care over the phone for activating the account and replacement of the product but no action has been taken till date.
      You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

        I ordered item from flipkart on 7th June 2022 and the product was not delivered. So i cancelled the product on 17th July 2022 and the refund is still not initiated. I have called support 4 times and every time they ask me to wait 24-28 hours. They are not even transferring calls to their seniors. Saying they are are not available. Still the refund is not initiated. Worst company and worst support. This is simple fraud. Neither the product was delivered nor they are issuing refund.

            This is with reference to order ID OD[protected], a caprese brown tote bag.
            I ordered this on 24th July 2022 and the exect delivery was already 30th July 2022( a week which is too long) but still the bag is yet to be delivered and I have not received further information it just says that there is a delay.

            I don't want my money back, I just need the bag at the earliest please.

                  I order InnoQ Super Bright 62cm (24 inch) HD ready LED TV ( Order ID- OD[protected] on 13.07.2022, and I received the TV on 21.07.2022 ( Return policy up to 31.07.2022)
                  The technician visited for unboxing and checking on 27.07.2022 (Case ID- FLVI-2XYBNH-6G4HDY-6123XK-OW432D0) Technician find a defective product, which he processed for return and replacement but the Flipkart seller has canceled the return request without any reason on 31.07.2022. Again I requested for return. The technician visited on 01.08.2022 he also find the defective product he also processed for return and replacement but Flipkart has canceled.
                  I called Flipkart for my concern but they refused my request. My return policy finished on 31.07.2022. Please help me to return and replacement of my product.

                      ***FLIPKART IS DOING FRAUD TO THE CUSTOMER***

                      Dear,

                      As per my complaint, there is no satisfactorily solution given by your hand. The complaint was to give me back my wallet balance rather than to unnlock my account. This statement is already given that my account is now permenantly blocked but what about my wallet balance?

                      EVERYTIME CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE GIVES A NEXT DATE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT AND SAYS THAT WE HAVE RAISE YOUR COMPLAINT.

                      My Registered Mail ID is [protected]@GMAIL.COM
                      And Mobile Number: [protected] (This number's service has been dropped since more than 10 years and now flipkart is asking me to do calls by this number. It is totally to outweigh from my actual complaint.)

                      The date to resolve the complaint was 1st August 2022, after so many commitments by customer assistance. Now, the date is given is 4th august, 2022. But what about the commitment given by you to resolve the issue on or before 1st august, 2022? It seems that flipkart is truly a fraud company.

                      I need my wallet balance urgently whitin 24 hours of my mail. If fails, I will take further action against you.

                      Another, I have sent a scan copy of Adharcard as an ID Proof after your call, If in future, there is any fraud occurs by misuse of my ID Proof, FLIPKART will be only responsible for the same.

                      Do it on urgent basis and solve my issue.

                        Flipkart blocked my account saying that i cancelled multiple order. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. How can they insult blocked my account. I haven't canceled any orders. Even if I have canceled the order, then flipkart should tell which and how many orders I have canceled. And Flipkart should also tell that what will happen to the cash amount in my account, which is in the gift wallet and my points.

                          Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s IMEI number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                          I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.My regsitered id: [protected]@gmail.com

                            I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
                            Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.
                            They simply say that team is working on your issue it is taking time. They took time for about 10 days whereas they have promised to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
                            I request tem to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                            When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from IDFC FIRST BANK INR 70000.
                            And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
                            So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dues if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately. An amount of INR 12 is showing outstanding amount pending in flipkart paylater o[censored]sage fee etc. I requested them to please generate payment link to clear the dues. They fail to do so.
                            So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                              My total transactions done through Flipkart paylater for the month of june was for rs 6460. Out of which I had items cancelled and returned worth rs 4232. So the total purchase actually was rs 2228. I made a total payment of rs 4939 in the month of june. Out of which I should receive a refund of rs 2711. The amount has neither been credited to my account or the Flipkart paylater wallet. And the customer service people haven't given any information regarding the issue so far.

                                Order of Rs 199 was placed twice using money from my wallet. ( Rs 398 in total)
                                This order wasn't placed by me. It is completely componies security concern. But flipkart is denying me for refund. Kindly help me to get my money back

                                    Received SleepyHead matress through Flipkart on July 14th 2022, found it faulty and used like, so initiated return, received return request approved message and return pick up message, courier person picked up return on July 15th, its been 16 days - there is no refund yet. Spoke with customer care 6 times over last week, the only answer they provide is we are looking into it, we will provide resolution in 48 hours - its been two weeks - no change.

                                        After a long wait escalation team spoke to me sent an email asking bank details where the seller is ready to refund my amount 4589k. After their is no is no respond from there end. So many followups i made tru mail nobody responds. Pls help whether the refund got initiated or not. I am unable to track the status because due to technical issue on the Flipkart order page my return window shows it got closed Sunday July 31st. Pls help me in this issue more Dan 10 days i am goin tru dis. Nobody gives me a proper solution. Pls help
