Dear Flipkart Team,
I (Satya Sudheer Athukuri) am a preveliged customer to flipkart since long time.

Recently, Have ordered SAMSUNG Refrigerator, Same has been delivered timely & The Installation Engineer Suppose to visit on 16th July according to the order.

But not visited till the time, Have approched flipkart Customer Care team multiple times/logged a complaint also but Installation Engineer not visited till date.

When we contact flipkart CC team, By putting in hold for some time CC representatives are disconnecting the call by not giving proper solution.

Moreover, In addition to that My account has been blocked with unknown reason, This is really a horrible experience with Flipkart & Never ever expected this kind of service from any of the reputed platform.

Kindly invesigate on this immediately & activate my accout on priority basis so that we can able to track other orders which are to be delivered.

What is the issue?? Why you guys are unable.to respond, Why you guys are selling the products if not capable to install the products??

Who will install the products which are lying at our home????

Seems flipkart is unable to resolve the issues

      Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flipkart. For almost more than one month, the products are not getting delivered nor informing us once it reaches the respective hub. No updates are provided from Flipkart's end too. It reaches the hub and is sent back without informing us. We will get to know about all these once we check with the employees in the hub (Kattappana) directly. We had raised this issue through their customer care centre but that was also in vain. They were also helpless. It is better to purchase directly than going with Flipkart since, it can't fullfill the customer needs.

        I have placed a fassured product on 24th july 2022, it showed a delivery date of 29 july 2022, still it hasent delivered to me yet, also i have l a plus membership.

          I was supposed to get this laptop which I have already paid 77, 240 rupees on 26th July. But Flipkart has delayed it 3 times already and now saying they will try to resolve issue in next 5 days by 3rd Aug.

          My laptop has already reached hub nearest to my location on 27th. It has already been more than 3 days but they are not delivering.

          Fraud/Unethical practices by Flipkart:
          - Misguiding customers by showing product has reached nearest hub.
          - Support team don't give any reason and only says 'Due to unexpected reasons this has happened'. Their support team is only for giving emotional support and not solve the issue.
          - Support team put all blame on Ekart delivery partner. And there is no way to contact Ekart.
          - They are giving 2000 rs if I order same laptop again, which costs me 3000 more now. They have not even refunded the money.

          Fraud by Ekart Logistics:
          - Showing wrong information of the product status in transit.
          - Not giving actual reasons about why it is not being delivered.

          Fraud by seller TBL Online:
          - Maybe they have not delivered the exact product and got my money. Now flipkart push me to cancel. And i will have to order again on higher price.

          I have already spend more than and hour talkin' to your customer support but you guys are not helpful.

          I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND I NEED MY LAPTOP IMMEDIATELY, I NEED THIS FOR WORK PURPOSE.

          WHY LAPTOP IS NOT BEING DELIVERYED IF ALREADY AT MY NEAREST HUB FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS?

          RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS.

              Dear Team,

              My account has been blocked on the pretext of 'account security' and alleged irregularities in methods of payment.

              This is to confirm that my account is absolutely secured and the transactions are carried out by me. There was an issue with my old SBI card and the company issued a new card subsequently. As a result, there need not be any issue whatsoever.

              Moreover, my account history of over a decade is enough proof to show that I had been a loyal Flipkart customer.

              If the customer ascertains that there is no issue of account security, isn't it a concern that the company doesn't heed even a dozen reminders?

              I reiterate that there was never a malafide intent. The irregularities detected by the system is completely baseless and I am ready to furnish any proof they need with regard to account security.

                I bought 1 trolly bag from flipkart which was expected to delivered by 25th of july but it was delivered and I was given next delivery date which was 29th of July but even on 29 it was not delivered than I talk to customer care they gave me new date again and product is still not even shipped then how they will deliver it to me on given date...I was in need of that bag urgent but they just delaying the now as they don't understand someone emergency need so I want compensation for that so that they can respect someone's patient and need.

                Flipkart has cancelled my order and now the price of the product has increased by 700 and I m in need of the same product so I want that product at same previous price or I want 800 as compensation for the increased price

                  These two orders are pending since 2 days I have already contacted by chat and call but have not received any effective response.
                  I paid through flipkart pay later, so you can check my account transaction, see that money has been debited from my pay later account.
                  So you have no reason to delay in resolving this issue..
                  Check it out and confirm or cancel these orders and process the refund asap..

                    IMEI validation error during product exchange

                    As checked, it's not the first time a user is facing this issue. I am trying to avail an exchange offer in Flipkart, but every time I enter my phone's IMEI no. it says, "IMEI number does not match with SAMSUNG Galaxy A52s". Wherein I know that it's the correct/valid IMEI no. This has been reported by many users here but Flipkart is yet to fix this issue. PFA the screenshot for review with the IMEI no.                     I ordered a mobile phone on Sun, 24th Jul 2022 for realme 9 Pro+ 5G (Midnight Black, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM) from Flipkart that time mentioned delivery date 26th Jul 2022, the seller accepted the order and ready to dispatch but courier partner did not collect that parcel after a longer period. I contacted customer care and they replied your mobile reaches you in 2 days, and after some time Supplier canceled the purchase Order. It's too bad, I placed an order with an offer by SBI Debit card. This is very bad about Flipkart services. Seller: EComyalgarTrade

                      Hello Team,
                      I am Ashfaq Sumra and I had ordered a classic black acoustic guitar from flipkart on 23rd July. However, I received a red sunburst guitar insted of the classic black. My concern is when I ordered a classic black because I wanted that then how can the sender vhange it to red sunburst and send it to me. This is purely unethical. Now when I am trying to exchange I do not get the option to exchange. I can only return the product. But I do not want that. I'd like an exchange for the color I had ordered "a CLASSIC BLACK".
                      Kindly look into this at highest priority as it was a gift sent for someone. This has ruined the birthday of that person.
                      Never expected this from flipkart.

                        I have purchased large electronic item on 22nd July 2022 and it was delivered on 24th July.
                        I did not recive the hard copy of invoice with my product nor I recived any mail for invoice.
                        I raised support case for the same and it was marked resolved mutiple time by flipkart team with accutaly resolving the case.
                        I recived comment on my case yesterday that invoice can not be provided as it unavailable with seller. This is the condtion when your are charging 18% GST for electronic item.
                        I request for the invoice as soon as possible. Such kind o[censored]nwarrented thing are not expected from company like flipkart.

                          I hv ordered a product named "Mivi duopods f40" but at the delivery time I recieved the wrong model as "Mivi duopods m20"
                          Immediately I placed my replacement request but due to unknown reason the seller rejected my request after 3 days.
                          Then again I hv made the request for exchange but unfortunately it was rejected again and again.
                          And the most disappointed part is the Flipkart support is not responding at all on this matter.
                          Now my replacement of 7 day policy is over.
                          Now I am really frustrated to do what next.
                          It is really a mere disappointment from a such trusted e-commerce like Flipkart.
                          Please try to resolve this as this request is genuine and I hv all the proof.

                              I ordered boat airdopes from flipkart on 3rd July and received them on 7th July. However the main product that is the earphones was only missing from the package. After this I had raise an issue for refund 6 times with flipkart but everytime they rejected my request and didn't even tell me the reasoning for it. Now they have blocked me out of the flipkart as well. Please help me get my refund.

                                  I have purchased preorder pass on June 30.
                                  I bought the Nothing phone 1 on July 12th with preorder pass. Along with the phone I bought their charger, bumper case and screen guard ( 4000 rupees for 3). The charger, bumper case and screen guard delivered to me on 15th July.
                                  The delivery was expected on 25th July for nothing phone. But the delivery didn't happen and on 29th July the order got canceled. They refunded me the phone amount but not preorder amount. The charger, bumper case and screen guard are with me and I have no use with them. If I want to purchase now Im losing the 1000 rupees offer and Preorder amount is not getting deducted. On top of that I dont know how many more days I have to wait.

                                  I have called customer care many times and they told me the pincode is un servicable. It is just a reason beacuse I got many deliveries from July 12 to July 29.

                                  Flipkart offered me 1000 compensation after so many calls. Even with that compensation ordering the phone again is not viable for me as 1000 offer was removed and bank offer of 2000 on hdfc also removed and replaced with axis Flipkart cashback of 1383.

                                  So I asked them to take return of the charger, case and screen guard (all 3 items were beyond return date). They did that and refunded my preorder amount.

                                  Even with this I lost so much time in waiting for phone and all the hassle in talking with Flipkart customer care executives. The executives, only 15 percentage of them were helpful. Remaining lack minimum knowledge and 1 or 2 of them are not even capable o[censored]nderstanding whatever said to them.

                                  The seller who cancelled the order is the one who is at fault here. Even with preorder he couldn't deliver what was ordered and cancelled the order saying some random reason.

                                      I ordered The Mobile On Exchange After The Order Is About To reach I reset my old phone as they exchange the phone after reset i called them on customer care they said due to logistic we canceled the order and we can’t Deliver that to you.. this is complaint no. IN[protected]. At The Time Of Order There was much better offer on Amazon but I ordered on Flipkart as I ordered the two pc as there is occasion in our family so i was about to gift my both sisters.
