I placed the order on the 17th of July. My product has to be delivered today, but it is not delivered and I haven't received any response from Flipkart and Ekart logistics until now. It has been 5 days since I ordered.

My registered number is [protected]...i ordered Adidas shoes and received different brand product..so i filed a complaint and raised request again..this went 6-7 times and seller kept rejecting my request despite the fact that i kept mentioning this to customer service...later they blocked my account and now i can't access my account and they are not opening it or responding my mails and customer service keep saying that please wait this time it'll open and by far I've called them 17-18 times but i get same response and no results

I paid amount 613 twice for grocery to flipkart executive but it has nit been refunded yet.. So requesting flipkart to pay back my money ASAP

My flipkart account have been blocked. They asked me to contact the customer support. What should I do next?

I have ordered one tv and it has been cancelled within 5 mints due to old hose address mentioned in the flipkart site.

I have been following with flipkart to initiate my money(22999rs) back to my account since one month, but no reponse from them.

Whenever I call them, they told me that we are checking on high priority and get back you with the status.

And one more thing while booking the product I selected EMI option for three months, for the same, my bank already sent the 3 EMI amount to the marchant and sent the documents to pay the emi..First emi is going to be started on next month.

So please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir i had ordered asics flip flop since 6 june. The product will be delivered on my address but the product was missing than i have to raised return request my account had been blocked.i have tried many time but those clients don't give me a specific resolution and someone do misbehave with me. I had ordered order this oil but it is Deffective oil old stock oil provide and oil is reddish it is supposed to be yellow totally Deffective and old oil smell is coming no useful for it it is hazerdous to our health ...rs 1015 wasted totally which is no useful for it

My account has been blocked from more than one year.
I don't the reason why they blocked my account. Now I am unable to order any products from flipkart. I am using other e commerce sites like Amazon, Myntra & Ajio.

I had placed an order on 15th June on Flipkart worth Rs 531. It was not shipped and after one month I requested for a cancellation because I had no need of the product by then. I called Flipkart support multiple times and the kept telling me the issue will be resolved, to no avail.
On 16th July the cancellation was requested again and I was told the refund will be initiated within 4 hours. I have still not received any refund and am very tired of continuously calling flipkart and asking for solutions. Please look into it and refund the money ASAP.

Few days back I saw an article in quora that 'Flipkart is a sinking ship now'.
Today i realise what's that mean.
I am Abhishek bhadauria and i am shopping from Flipkart from several years.
Few days back I ordered a Titan analog watch WR 50M whose dial size is much smaller than usual so I filed a return request regarding this issue on same day of receiving product but they are not responding about my request,
So I called Flipkart customer support team and they told me to upload some pictures of watch on their mail account along with my I'd proof.
I uploaded all images and my aadhar card on their mail but there is no progress in this issue.
My request is still pending.
It has been 5 working days and they ensure their customers to solve their issue with in 4 days.
So I request Flipkart support team to look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible .

I have ordered apple iPhone 11 from flipkart on 10 july 2022 and delivery date was on[protected] product was out for delivery on given date but product was not delivered by delivery person and after that now update
and it was not delivered and I have requested to solve my issue to support team they have escalated my issue many dates given to me but no solution (16th, 19, 20, 21 and now 23 rd july issue resolve date extensions) . I have made payment using credit card and billing is generated due to the undelivered product I am feeling to be depressed and i request to cancel my order as it is undelivered but support team was failed to help me many times daily I requested but I can't find any help from them.

When I reach the payment page none of the methods are working. It says Transaction was declined based on risk checks as soon as I select any one. Contacting customer care as always doesn't help. They are asking to wait . they don't have the facility to see details regarding my account to find out what's wrong and neither can they take any action. Customer care at flipkart are just show pieces, at least now . they just ask us to wait. Same thing happened when I complained about delivery.

I received a damage smartphone... Its screen was damage inside😭
I exchanged my old phone to buy the new smartphone but i received a damage smartphone as it is not usable...Now i have no phone to use and My Online Classes are also going on Utkarsh App
But because i received a damage product . I am not able to attend my online claases and My Exam is also coming on 24 july😭
I requested a replacement on 11th of july but there is no response till now😭😭😭Flipkart customer service telling that we will replace we will replace but nothing is happening 😭 As i Requested Please help me in this.

Flipkart blocked my account due to the reason that i did too much returns but what can I do if I get a wrong product or defective product or totally changed product.. i request unblock my account as soon as possible. I have already told Flipkart executive that the third party courier team in my city is not doing fair things. But instead they blocked my Id.. i need justice..

Please check the images attached. The grocery bag was not sealed and was just knotted, please see the images attached. The lal shahi's Mysore Pak of 400gm of Rs 149-/ was opened and half eaten and this disgusts me out during this covid time. The delivery person didn't bothered to open the bag infront of me and check it. He dropped it and went away after I paid him. I have recorded a video for proof from the time of opening of the bag and seeing the inside contents of it because it was my 1st time grocery shopping from Flipkart and I had read bad reviews on twitter. I am returning the product based on the chat with a customer service executive as she said replacement is not possible. Please initiate me a refund asap dear flipkart. I won't go back to the flipkart grocery section I promise. 1st and last time it was.

Please find out who did this and I request you to make sure that no other customers have to go through this yuck experience. It's been 2 days. My images and return was supposed to be done today as per product return tracking on the app but no movement since yesterday.

I purchased boat airdopes 381 in october 2021. It's not working since one month. The download invoice option not showing on the app. I need the invoice to get it repaired.
