Hello, my order is not deliver yet.

I order a phone on 2nd july but i not received my phone because of Flipkart delivery issue. Flipkart locked a date that your product is deliver to this date but i am not receive my product till 15th july.
Then Flipkart support team call me and told that the product is not available in your area, reorder it.

I cancel my order and reorder it on 17th july . Again same problem raised by Flipkart. I am not receive my product till date. Yesterday was the promised date to deliver. Again Flipkart extended the date to 25th july.

I am lose faith in Flipkart delivery and support system.

Please deliver my product today any how because my product is reached to nearest hub on 18th july.

But unfortunately my order was cancelled at your end without any notification.If I order same product the price is increased around 240 Rs.             The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered a SAVYA HOME Apollo High Back Office chair, I have received the product day before yesterday, Yesterday i assembled and started using.
            The Chair is very much uncomfortable for my height and it is the last setting for my height no further height adjustment is there,
            And the push back of the chair goes along with the seat it is no where mentioned in the description which is still more annoying and discomfort, I ordered the chair for my Work From Home but how can I work with so much uncomfortable Please understand.
            I have raised the issue many times yesterday they were simply telling you will get the new please replace it replace is available on product, , I don't need a replace of same
            UNCOMFORTABLE AND ANNOYING CHAIR...
            I want refund not replacement.
            I hope you understand a customer concern and please help in return the product Please..

              Transaction of 13528 INR was done through my HDFC credit card which was not reflecting until I got my bill generated. Prior to that no such deduction was visible on my credit card. Apparently it was done on 21st of June. Need resolution.

                Flipkart had sale at 12:00 a.m. 20th July 2022. I woke up at late night to place the orders. I placed the several orders at the price offered by Flipkart and even prepaid them.
                Later Flipkart cancelled the orders. That is very rude and it costed me a loss of 27897 rupees.

                I request Flipkart to compensate the loss or just reorder the items at same price nothing else.

                  I order Puma Flex shoes at Rs 410 in offer i m very excited about my new shoes so i track my order they shipped and reached nearest hub but after that they cancelled my order and said out of stock seller cancel ur oder etc but after shipment there is no chance of out of stock they why cancelled my order?

                    Wasted my valuable time trying to purchase two shoes for offer price
                    1. adidas shoes MRP 4299 - offer price 1047
                    2.puma sneakers MRP 7999 - offer price 1248
                    need to know why flipkart is fooling customers with offers if they are sure that the item woll not be delivered by the seller at the offer price.

                      On 15july 2022, i ordered a smartphone (Poco f4) from flipkart for Rs 23028.
                      On the very next day i cancelled. And were told that my refund will be completed by 18th.
                      On 18th, it was showing refund is completed on 20th july, 2022.
                      Now its 21st and my refund is not received yet and in flipkart it was showing that the refund is completed on 20th july.
                      When i called, they were saying to go to the bank. What should i do in bank when amount is not sent. I have net banking and it is showing. I have attached the statement alongwith.

                      After calling 5 times to customer care, they mailed me which is attached along with and asked me to go to the bank.
                      Whats the role of bank here, i mean they received my money and now they simply have to refund it. Bank never stop from refunding the amount.

                      As i said bank doesn't know what to do with the refund reference number. Therefore, bank clearly asked me to call to flipkart and asked to pay back the amount from same mode of transaction as i did. Then there will be no issue.
                      Please help me, its a headache for me, i cant even handle this big amount.

Out of nowhere, I received an intimation that the order had been cancelled as requested. Flipkart has been unable to provide details of the request. I would like the order to be initiated from their end and if not so share the request from my end that led to them cancelling the order suddenly.

                          On sale i have purchased 6 shoes from flipkart and i have also paid for that. But yesterday they cancelled my order by their own.. And when i talked to customer care executive they are replying that the order was cancelled by the seller and we could not deliver it and sometimes they are saying some another reason and sometime other.. Please resolve my issue and help me to get my product deliver at that price range

                              Hello, i have ordered a realme c 11 mobile on flipkart on 7 th of july and it will be delivered on 10 th of july but they shift delivery date to 14 th july and again my product is not delivered on 14 th of july and shift the delivery date to 16 th of july so i canceled the product, after canceling the product i got the massage form flipkart that your refund is credited in your account within next 7-8 working days, but i didn't got my refund yet.

                                I had ordered for realme 9 pro+ for a relative at price of Rs.[protected]gb variant). Delivery boy came to our home with product and product had no damage but he said he was not able to scan the qr saying it was not registered. He said he is taking back the product now and will return it in 3 days. But nobody communicated with us. Later when I checked in the Flipkart app, it was showing refund completed. When I checked for product, its price was more than Rs.29000. And I checked for some other phones which was on similar price range (motorola edge 20) also was price hiked due to which I was not able to buy any product and later since it was very urgent we had to buy another Chinese brand which we were not preferring.
                                When contacted customer care for getting details they responded like mocking and when I tried to complaint about this not helping lady in cust care the other lady name Haritha was not registering complaint and played me a fool like saying she registered complaint, it is not possible to register, will register. But never registered.
                                Also she told that seller promised that they will give 2000 gift voucher(4000rs increase in product price and 2000 voucher) if I buy same product as this is a mistake from seller side( to avoid complaints ) but then she did not give much details and I was not in mental condition to accept such offers. I had to call in between my working time for this and they were treating like my time and money is something they can play with.
                                Then when I again contacted for voucher details CC person was saying there is no such voucher she may be mistakenly said that like that. I don't know why they are cheating people by showing product at small price then holding our money for 5 10 days then cancelling the order and then price hiking. There is no way to register complaint and they are not helping either. My relatives were saying I cheated and I took their money. It was not easy period for person living at long distance from family to face this bad thing in relationships with family. Mentally it has affected so much and no one was there to support in anyway.
                                Currently we got another Chinese branded product. But with this I lost a lot of time and got bad name when the cheating was done by Flipkart. I need some justice for they treating their customer like we are nothing and we don't have any power or we don't question anything. Similar experience was seen in a facebook group from there when I commented I also faced same experience, some persons gave me this link so that I am able to register complaint now.

                                Flipkart was saying they will not help they don't know anything (then why they are selling in their site if they cannot even register complaint or take any action on cheating sellers - we know only Flipkart trusting Flipkart only we buy products we don't know any sellers other than their rating which maybe manipulated ones we don't know). Seller was saying the product was damaged during shipment and it is delievery agent mistake ( we saw the product it was not damaged as I have already mentioned even though if it was damaged they could have given a new phone but not cancelling so that we had would not had to buy at 4000 rs higher price). Delivery agent is only person who even do not know what is the problem.

                                I need justice and this like fake advertisemens showing very low price in a prestigious company (using our trust to cheat) then cancellations without informing customer should not be normalised, they are holding the money without any service in return( maybe using or getting interest for that money if minimum 1000 people were cheated for 25000 per day then we can guess how much amount they are able to hold for no reason )and increasing price so that we would have no choice but to buy again for higher price(again getting higher amount)

                                  Please check the images attached. The grocery bag was not sealed and was just knotted, please see the images attached. The lal shahi's Mysore Pak of 400gm of Rs 149-/ was opened and half eaten and this disgusts me out during this covid time. The delivery person didn't bothered to open the bag infront of me and check it. He dropped it and went away after I paid him. I have recorded a video for proof from the time of opening of the bag and seeing the inside contents of it because it was my 1st time grocery shopping from Flipkart and I had read bad reviews on twitter. I am returning the product based on the chat with a customer service executive as she said replacement is not possible. Please initiate me a refund asap dear flipkart. I won't go back to the flipkart grocery section I promise. 1st and last time it was.

                                  Please find out who did this and I request you to make sure that no other customers have to go through this yuck experience.

                                  They didn't take the tampered and eaten sweet item back so I have thrown it in dustbin fearing covid situation. I said them on call and message that the opened and half eaten box is lying in my drawing hall since 2 days and I have senior citizens at home. But I didnot get any call about product pickup. Only 150/- was refunded to my bank account by imps and a sms received that refund has been issued and case is being closed. Done and dusted with flipkart

                                      I ordered a shoe in Flipkart and it even got shipped. It was in transit and was yet to reach the city but they cancelled the order without any notice. This is clearly a bad way of doing business and a breach of customer contract. Order ID is OD[protected]. Let me inform that the order ID is perfectly valid because I am skeptical that Flipkart might say that the order doesn't exist.
