TV unit was ordered on 17th Aug, 2022 was of bad quality and had missing screws necessary for installation.

A return and refund request was raised on 18th Aug, 2022.

Flipkart service guy visited and confirmed the issue but got a message saying refund was rejected.

    I purchased MOTOROLA Edge 20 Pro 5G (Midnight Sky, 128 GB) with order "OD[protected]" in oct-2021 and
    recently i am facing multiple ghost touches and buggy display problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
    The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing in both mobile app and website.

    Please look into this urgently.

        I wants to return my money deposited in Flipkart account.
        karib ek mahiney mae 50 hajar ki shoping kar chukey hai Flipkart par.
        duplicate products bhejtey hain or consumer return request bhi nahi dal saktey. dalogey to account block kar diya jayega.
        माननीय से निवेदन है कि अब फ्लिपकार्ट तो इस्तेमाल करेंगे नहीं पर जो duplicate प्रोडक्ट भेजे हुऐ हैं एक तो उन्हे वापस लें और मेरी पेमेंट जो फ्लिपकार्ट में जमा है वो वापस दें।

              I have ordered a phone on 9th august, 2022. As per deliver date flipkar not able to deliver my product . On order time I seleted old mobile exchenge on that the price show 6250, but during inspection flipkart told me to take 2700 rupees. I asked reason they told me for funtional faultyin phone, I told them please show me the fault of my phone They not able to show.I really harrased from flipkart. I contact them so many time. They just give me theire's system, not given any solution. After that I agree to paid money instead of old phone.Please do the needful.

                My Account was first inactivated then a call came from a scammer and asked me to tell me the OTP to verify the mobile number and then they changed the mobile number. But since they couldn't change my E-mail ID, I am able to log in to the Flipkart account. But those scammers are ordering from Myntra using their mobile number and paying for it using my Flipkart Pay Later. So, I log out from all devices and also deactivated my account but they are still able to log in to my account and yesterday, i.e. 18th August 2022, they ordered again from Myntra and paid by using the same trick again. I don't know how they are able to reactivate my account and also change my password. Now I want to close my Flipkart account as a whole or at least close my Flipkart Pay Later option. I will be happy if any of the above is done/resolved as early as possible.

                  I am bhagya shree, ordered a product on Flipkart named Safari star set combo on 18th of July worth 7964/- but till now I didn’t receive the refund. They provided bank transaction id for refund[protected]. but when contacted bank they said no transaction is made. The order id is OD[protected]. Please provide refund it’s 32 days.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have recently bought one bed from Flipkart and it got delivered on 12th August and after that on 13th August installation was completed and while doing the installation I have realised that bed alignment is not proper and the lower ply of the bed is not as per the measurement. So immediately i have tried to raise the return request because the product comes under 10days return policy, but even after many attempts i am not able to raise the return request. Urgently I had contacted to flipkart customer support and them to raise the return request from my side but they also not able to raise the request because of the same technical error which i got, then the executive raise the incident related to that and ask me to wait till 17th Aug and someone from the concerned team will reach me but even after numerous calls from my side now they have given me time and asked me to wait till 19th Aug 12:37 pm . I am not sure why they are doing these things and 22Aug is the last today to raise the return request otherwise i won't be able to raise the request after it. Please help me on this it is a kind of harrasment i am going through for almost 5 days.

                        I have ordered sofa set and has to be received today...but we haven't received it yet. It was taken already 14 days..but their delivery date shows 22 now... Really this delivery date change is not accepted..

                        Flipkart is trying to convince me instead of cancel the order.. not hearing our issues..

                        Delivery delay is not my problem..it was already 14 days waited..and no more days..

                        Please help on this issue in Flipkart

                            I have purchased mobile phone from flipkart and i have a lot of issues in that its touch is not working properly sometimes and also it has lock unlock issues so i make a replacement request after that technician visit two times and both the time my request were rejected by saying that there is no issue with your product and we can't do anything because infront of technician no issues were found.

                              Hi,

                              I recently purchased Sony Liv Premium Subscription from Flipkart

                              While I got the activation code ### (I can't disclose fearing it may be stolen) after purchase, when I went to SonyLiv website with logging in with the same mobile number as my Flipkart registered mobile number. It showed the error (refer attached screenshot) "The coupon code has expired".

                              Now I fear that following events may have lead to this forgery that has happened with me and the future course of action:

                              1. Seller was fake and I was duped and I will not be getting any penny as Flipkart might not take guarantee of Sellers although the purchase being 'Flipkart assured'.

                              2. Someone in the purchase department got to know the code before me and instantly used it to their benefit, thus fraud happened. I would not be really surprised as it is rather easy to leak CUSTOMER's data as Flipkart has Chinese investors.

                                Hi,
                                This is a complaint for my phone Samsung Galaxy F62 which I purchased from Amazon on 4th Sept 2021. I have been getting alerts from Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan to Repay Rs 6000 by 21st Aug else my phone will be locked. Why is Flipkart trying to lock my phone when the phone has been purchased from Amazon. I have tried contacting Flipkart, Amazon and Samsung customer care but they have been of no help. Please help me with this.

                                  Flipkart has blocked my account stating that they have observed a high number o[censored]nusual return.

                                  Firstly, this is not true, i have placed return request only for those product which was defective or there is size issue, if i receive a defective product then obviously i would like to return the product. And it is clearly mentioned in their policy that customer can return the product if there is defect in the product or if there is any size issue.

                                  Also if they don't want to activate my account again, then no problem with that i also don't want to be a part of cheater company like flipkart but why they have blocked my account before my return period is over. It's a complete fraud with the customer.
                                  They have no right to block my account before my return period is over.

                                  So if they don't want to unblock my account i have no problem with that but i want them to accept return request for my last order as again the product i received was defective and of no use. It's not working as described in product specification. I have ordered two emergency bulb and only one bulb is working fine and the other one is not working properly.

                                  Kindly accept return of my last order and refund my money.

                                    In may I have ordered some items from Flipkart pay later option so some of items where cancelled from seller side only and amount Fully was not refunded to my amount so I have called them but no response from their side and they said monthly adjustment will be done so I kept quiet but from June every month they called in my house and irritated my parents to pay the amount when my amount is not refunded fully why should I pay the amount, from last month i am not able to shop anything in Flipkart so I want my problem to be solved which this customer care people are not solving and no positive response from them even..
                                    Aug 10 i have added a gift card for shopping from that also i am not able to shop . I called Flipkart customer care to delete my card that also no reply from them positively .
                                    What i do now ??

                                      First of all my account has been blocked in the month may. I was a Flipkart Plus member along with a pay later customer. I used the pay later amount at approx 7000 I had my due amount to paid but unfortunately I am unable to pay because I am logged out (blocked).
                                      I got a link on my register mobile number as well as on my email but the link automatically go to the application and need to be log in for further payment.I need to clear my due. If an unable to pay my bills as you can see that uts already several months passed this is on my cibil score too so Kindly help me out with this please I can't even order things from Flipkart as I had no account of access. Please unblock my account so that i can pay my due amount.
                                      It's an humble request to flipkart from a customer.

                                        I am Harsh kumar with registered number -[protected].My account has been blocked for some reason that is absolutely wrong.I was facing issues with one of my ordered product but its not good experience, I had ordered many things from Flipkart but if you will simply block my account then its not fair for a customer who is with you for so many years. As a Flipkart Plus member and with that a pay later customer I am very much disappointed with it and if i had trusted flipkart for several years then this should not be happened with me.
                                        I request flipkart to please unblock my account as I am a pay later customer I had to pay bills.
