I had purchased Nothing Ear 1 through Flipkart on 12 July and received on 13 July, when i came back from office and open then i was found issues.
1. That outer box was packed and inner brand box was opened
2. Product is dead (Not power on after charge by cable or wireless less)
3. I had created return as battery issue because there is no option for used product, after 2 days technicians visit he update the status product is used Flipkart is canceled.
4. I was create again return request, then again canceled by Flipkart or team of Flipkart. Reason don’t know. I had called many times no resolution.
5. I was creat again return request now Flipkart giving dates and dates now resolution after making 20 + calls
6. Now they gave me again date and now saying Flipkart assured can’t give used product how can I accept this because I received used product.

Now guide me how can i take my money and time return from Flipkart.

    I ordered kaju katli haldiram from Flipkart on 24 July 2022 costing 575 rupees paid in advance. Received my order on 26/7/22. I received a box which was torned and no kaju katli item in it. I tried to contact Flipkart but i couldn't. It was supposed to be a rakhi sweet but they ruined my festival and my emotions. I am mentally stressed. Loss of money with no gain of item

      I have ordered a safari suitcase, when I received the order, I checked it, it was not up to the mark quality, its handle was not functioning as expected, I immediately initiated a return request. I was told that pick up will happen the very next day but no one came for pick up and I received a message saying this

        My pickup details are as follows:-

        And further a call has been received and my little brother has select some option on such call and then I received a sms for cancellation of return.

            My order id is OD[protected]. I want to return the product due to some problems I am facing with it. I submitted a return request on Flipkart app. But Flipkart asked me to upload my Aadhar card and Voter ID for so called verification. I do not consent to any online shopping platform to record and store my ID data and use it for "different purposes". Now my return is rejected, but i want flipkart to pickup the product soon and provide me the refund. If needed, I can show my id to the delivery person who picks up my product

              Hello

              My name is Bincy. I have been a customer of flipkart for over 5 years now.

              Recently, i had ordered 5 live plants.
              First 3 orders, i got the wrong products.Called several times for help, but got rejected and refused for various reasons. Sometimes, i get a message saying the seller refused or rejected, sometimes the message says i decided to keep the order, sometimes it said the courier service partner confirmed that the package was intact. I dont want something that i didnt order for. I need my money back as soon as possible.
              The rest 2 plants were totally broken and damaged. I have proof of video, pictures and the delivery agent itself had told me, ma'am please dont order plants online-you would never get it healthy. Fought a lot on calls, finally replaced it, again with broken plants.
              Since i kept calling daily, my account is blocked since a week.
              They keep saying i would get calls or mails from backend support team, but nothing happened till date.
              I just need my money back.

              Kindly go through and get me justice.

                Hello

                I ordered a coffee table from your site. In a few minutes, thought of cancelling it. But couldnt do it. Called for help, they said couldnt cancel, even though it was before shipping. Finally one agent said, as it is a prepaid order, i could refuse it at doorstep by denying to give out the OTP when they deliver. My bad, neither the delivery guy called nor the OTP was asked for, they delivered it at my home without my knowledge.
                Now i have a loss of 799 rupees.
                I dont need that product anymore, just give my money back.

                Help is needed as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart. It has reached to nearest delivery hub on 16th Jul'22. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th Jul'22. Today, it is 26th July, still it is not delivered. Delivery time kept on delaying due to unspecified reason. Flipkart customer care is giving automated replies to my queries. No contact number is available to call flipkart or delivery agent. The call back facility is also not working on flipkart app. Now, I am at mercy of this irresponsible organization

                      Flipkart are committed to delver the material within 3-4 days while placing order but I did not receive my product but got a delivery confirmation notification when i complained than taking a time to search/solution up 12-15 days. this is showing to how is making fool to customer by flipkart

                        This is for the order id-OD[protected].
                        Ordered this item on 23 June, 2022 and packed disassembled item was delivered on 4th July, 2022. After waiting for weeks, no one came for installation and customer care keeps making untrue promises that it will be resolved next day.
                        I have requested cancellation on 14th July, 2022 which was eligible for cancellation and refund but it was put on hold. Later I could track that refund was due on 26th July, 2022. Now today 26 July, 2022 again customer care called and without mentioning regarding replacement initiated a replacement. I am not interested for replacement anymore as I am tired of chasing them for this item. I want a full refund and requested them to pickup the packed box. Flipkart is rejecting my request.

                            I ordered track pant today from Flipkart while paying i choosed Gpay but it was showing money hasn't transferred yet so i payed again from UPI but then i got notification from bank that 600+600 has been transferred to Flipkart but it was showing only for 1 track pant money has given so i cancelled my order and it's gonna refund me tomorrow but only 600rs so please do refund my 1200rs as soon as possible

                                I have purchased a realme pad mini 4G sim+ wifi from flipkart. This tab was delivered me on[protected]. After delivery, i found that tab has a manufacturing defect as the SIM tray was not opening. So i raise the replacement request With Flipkart. On 17.07.2022 Flipkart representative called me that your replacement request accepted and it will be approved after technician visit by 19.07.2022 . Technician visit work assigned to 'Jeeves' On[protected] Jeeves Sms me that Engineer detail and visit schedule, however Not any Jeeves people contacted me and not any jeeves people visited my home to verify the tab and not even I could contact them on the given no. as it was switched off or unable to connect . The technician visit was again rescheduled on 21, 23 July but again so technician visit happened . flipkart cancelled my earlier replacement request and raised a new replacement request on 23 July and it was assured that the technician visit will happen for sure till 26 July i.e today and again provide the same Jeeves technician no. which is not contactable . I m again to contact him and even I have also not received any call from them . They are just delaying it since 10 days. I have never seen such irresponsibility towards customer . I request to Flipkart to provide me a proper no. of the technician and make sure that the visit is completed as soon as possible .

                                On 27 July they cancelled my replacement request and approved for a refund request and schedule the pickup on 29 July . But on 28 July my return request was cancelled and later it was approved . Bt on 29 July when the wishmaster was about to come for pickup they again cancelled my refund request. After contacting with executive they again approved my refund request and gave deadline of 1 aug for the issue to be resolved . But the wishmaster neither contacted me for pickup nor came for pickup and later that day again my refund request has been cancelled . How long this drama will go on ? How many more days I have to wait they are just making excuses of technical issues and not taking any action

                                  Myself Benjamin PC, is a flipkart plus customer and a regular buyer of the same from 2010.
                                  First time in my experience am facing such an issue from your side. The item was not delivered to me and the notification says item delivered., which happened on 16th of july 2022.

                                  The delivery personel called me on the same day for an excuse in delivering the item, and i replied to deliver it on the next working day possible without any further rivalry. there was no further call or any updates on it.
                                  i contacted the customer care twice and they promised me to do the best possible. Till now there has been no strict action taken against it, neither did i receive any refund.
                                  Pls help me to resolve the issue with a refund at the earliest possible.

                                    I have purchased a LG sound bar through Flipcart, the product was defective and replaced it but still i've received a defactive product. I have been told by a customer care executive that i will be given refud by 22nd of July, 22. But till the date the product is not being picked up and also my refund is not processed. Daily i receives a call for technician visit but no technician comes and visits. Kindly refund my money and resolve my query on urgent basis.

                                    LG SJ3 300 W wireless dolby bluetooth soundbar.
                                    Sound quality is even not match to a 65 W speakers.
                                    Poor quality sound and sound is not so loud and clear.

                                      I have ordered 25 groceries and received 22 products on 29/06/2022, and raised issue for refund, repeatedly called the customer service and got 1 product refund on 02/07/22 for rs.63/-.

                                      but till today, i haven't received any refund for the other two products, even no use of repeatedly calling the customer services, i didn't understand without credited to customer account how this issue was tagged as RESOLVED?

                                      Even i have screen shot of my credit card statement, there is no amount credited for refund on 06/07/2022.

                                      Please check & let us know to whom i need to escalate.

                                      HDFC creditcard division says no refund from flipkart except 63 after purchase date, ut flipkart says refunded already and reference no 018895 for rs.351 on 06/07/2022.

                                      I have attached the creditcard statement y which i had this transaction.

                                        2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he
                                        is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300
                                        hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                                        3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                                        4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly
                                        waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different
                                        items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over
                                        vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are
                                        wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                                        5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take
                                        item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is
                                        not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                                        6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                                        7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                                        8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                                        9. And also is cancel without any reason for flipkart.
