I was trying to place Iphone order with the order ID OD[protected], and i had a gift card of 8000 INR, while placing order got an error and the order was not placed, they said they will return the gift card balance, still its not reflecting on my account and the customer support executives are worst not even solving my case and making me wait, and i have ordered from ID: [protected]@gmail.com, i had ordered nothing 1 pass as well, they have not reimbursed the same with me. now the card is showing as deactivated.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
