I have been long using flipkart paylater service on the month of may I have used 147 Rs a purchase from flipkart and has been paid on June bill & I have not use on July month. Now again 147 has been due and penalty also added in this I have raised complain multiple times but resolution has not given by CS. I have attached screen shot may bill and june bill where in may purchase is showing and in June no purchase.

    I have ordered one product and pay the amount by online through Flipkart pay later. And I have cancelled the order. It has cancelled. But there is no refund. Please help me to get my refund in Flipkart pay later.

        I am using products from flipkart from many years. i have a problem grocery product delivery related problem on my pin code- 712515 . when i selected my pin code the grocery option is not available. but in others this option is available like 712514. so why not for my pin code. I already discussed about that on their customer care they assured me to help me out . but still date 17.07.22 this grocery is still not available on my pin code- 712515 .

          I ordered a product(t-shirt) on 22 Jan 2022 at Flipkart. The product showed to be shipped but I never received the same. I complained several time for the same and everytime they told to wait for next 15 days for the issue to get resolved. I waited for the product but it never reached me. Finally I decided to cancel and requested for cancellation on 12 June, but Refund is not yet issued . I again complained for the same 15 days ago but I haven't received my refund yet. Flipkart is acting like fraud. Please help.

            I bought a Puma RS shoes worth 4775 and i got delivered a diffrent shoes with a different size and diffrent color and diffrent price tag on it. How ever, I called the customer care several times but they just initiated return and refund 5 times and it got rejected stating they verified with vendor and they delivered a right product. How ever I didn't get the right shoes . Senior associates nidhi, Immanuel and Mary just told me they can just escalate it and nothing else can be done from there side.

            The status of my refund still got rejected as they say they delivered the right product. This flipkart team doesn't verify anything. Can someone please help me. I really need to get the money

              Hello,

              I am sharing my experience with ### Flipkart service.I dont know they are running business or a circus show.

              I ordered one CellBell chair and did the payment at the time of ordering.Then their ### service started.Here I am adding the order flow.

              Product Ordered on 2nd July = Promised delivery date was 7th July= Delivery Extended to 9th July= Delivery again Extended to 11th July= Delivery again Extended to 13th July=Delivery again Extended to 17th July=Delivery again Extended to 31st July

              Even after n number of calls to the CUSTOMER service, I am not getting any resolution.
              I dont have the cancel option with me and they are not even initiating the refund.This is a clear cut harassment but What I can do.I should have ordered from Flipkart, my request to everyone who are reading this please try avoiding this.
              Even I had smooth service earlier with Flipkart, dont know what happened now.
              I am planning to legally.

              Even after all this there customer service is telling to wait till next promise date and keep tracking the product.
              I always track like I did on 7th July, on 9th July, on 11th July, on 13th July, On 17 th July.
              I guess Flipkart wants me to track in the same way.
              Can #Flipkart answer one of my question.The product is coming from the same planet where we are living now or from a different solar system?? FROM WHICH PART OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM IT IS COMING??AND EVEN AFTER RESCHEDULING 7 TIMES YOU STILL HAVE GUTS TO SAY "WAIT TILL NEXT PROMISE DATE"
              HATS OFF TO YOU, BUT I WILL ASSURE YOU I CAN'T WAIT, I am not here to wait.I paid you.I will go legally and will show you how thing works

                I registered on flipcart earlier with my phone number. I did nit used the account for a while. Now I'm not able to acess into my account.
                i have forgotten my password and the forgot password option is not working on flipcart site, it displays the message "unable to process the request".

                Many times i've tried to login, but the issue is persisting. Even talked to flipcart customer care, but even they ask me to do the same process, which dosen't work.

                It is so much annoying since I'm not able to access my account even thought my registered mobile number is currently active

                  My flipkart account has been blocked on returning oder that was different from the original product, and when I complaint to flipkart your customer care executive told me it will resolve in 2-3 days . But they didn't resolve my issue nd 10 days passed but my issue is not resolved And after 10 days my account is blocked . This is very bad experience with me . still I am not getting any update regarding my account.I tried to customer executive they will not give any response and I also did too many tweets but didn' t get any response such a worst service by Flipkart they are doing too much fraud . I tried to contact with them through emails, tweets and calls also but didn't get any positive response.
                  Please take a strict action on flipkart .

                        I had added Rs5000 to my flipkart account from a gift card on 19th March 2021 .Though I haven't consumed the whole amount I found zero balance in my account after one year.The company has cheated me more than Rs1000 without any information These things don't happen with amazon. So please give the statement and refund my money.

                            I've booked an 2 International flight tickets from Hyderabad to New York in the month of May & Year 2021 via Flipkart Flights, Platform is Flipkart but Airline is AirIndia, but the flight is cancelled from AirIndia side and they have processed the refund to Flipkart. But Flipkart is not processing the refund. Everytime I talk to the customer care they only say one thing "we are escalating the issue" It has been over an year and still they are saying the same answer to me.

                              I purchased ariel matic front load detergent powder (6 Kg) from flipkart on 6th March, 2022. I opened the packets in June because i already have some. When i opened, i found detergent powder is duplicate. Flipkart sell the duplicate detergent in the name of ariel which is a reputed brand. firstly i connected with ariel customer care, they did not help me on this and said raise the complain on Flipkart. Than i contacted to Flipkart, firstly they register my complaint and after taking the 1 month time, they did nothing and showed my complaint as resolved without doing anything. Flipkart a famous site do the fraud with their customer with the help of fraud sellers. they authorised those sellers who sell duplicate products.They cheat their customers, i urge to you please take strict action against flipkart, so they will not do this thing with any another customers.

                              One of representative of Flipkart whose name is Abhishek took my number but did not contact with me. They are focusing on cheating the new customers, rather than to resolve their old customers issues.

                                The order id OD[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 6 july 2022. But then it was informed that it will be delivered by 8 july 2022. On 8 july 2022. I was informed I will be informed about the delivery by 14/7/22. On 14/7/22 the date changed to 19/7/22 and now it has changed to 21/7/22.
                                There is no response and action after numerous complaints

                                    I have purchased a router of 750 mbps supported one.But iam getting only 80 mbps speed.My data plan was 300mbps.Though rising many complaints, they told that there will a technician visit and later on they will return/refund the product .but no technician came. I have purchased the product on 22nd june.I have been following up the situation from first week of july.but no response.And they have created a return request on 13th of july (latest complaint) .kindly resolve my issue.

                                        I have ordered for a puma shoes around on the first weak of July and got delivered on the same week itself. But when I opened up the package, I was terrified to see that the shoes was missing from the package. The package was all perfectly sealed. The brand box was alse there inside the package. But inside the brand box the shoes was not seen. I contacted Flipkart customer service for the same, since they told me that no replacement is available for the given reason from sellers, I asked them to refund me the full amount of purchase.they asked me to submit my I'd proof and photos of the recieved product and I submitted everything good. Then everything was going smooth untill I got an email mentioning that seller has rejected return request two days after th returm request was placed. Again I contacted Flipkart customer care and enquired and place request for another return request. It also get cancelled. This continue almost 5 times(note that I provided my I'd proof photo as well as other details 5 times). When the request got rejected for the 5th time it was about July 15. The when I opened my Flipkart account to contact customer support, I found that my account was blocked by Flipkart. Terrifying experience from flipkart. I recommend no one to use Flipkart because these can happen with you too and they gonna steal your money as they done to me.
