I have purchased Rakhis from flipkart.. I got wrong item delivered.. I tried to contact flipkart help service..but it's not responding..it's not about money it's about trust we showed on you. I have submitted review on that fake product but flipkart is just showing submitted but not reflected in profile

    I had placed an order for the book named Disney's Frozen, "Frozen Heart" which was priced indian rupees 308 and shipping charge Rs 50. The shipping address was Swapan Kumar Banik, 522

    Mahestala, Mollargate, Sontoshpur govt.colony block c,

    Kolkata

    West Bengal - 700142 . The order id is — OD[protected] dated 20/07/2022. Today i have received a book named 'Disney's Frozen movie', it was not the book i ordered.Wrong Frozen series book was delivered to me.Book I ordered had 308 pages but the book i received is less 100 pages long. In receipt on the package it was written Frozen Heart but the book was diffrent .It was Frozen book but not the Frozen Heart book i ordered Kindly replace the book with the correct book.The writer of Frozen Heart is supposed to be Elizabeth Rudnick.

        I had ordered a pair of soundcore by anker R100 TWS earbuds on 15th of July via Flipkart app. The product's delivery date was showing to be 18th July at the time so I went ahead and ordered. I was also tracking my product by the delivery timeline provided by Flipkart on the orders page. I saw that my product had reached in the delivery hub in my city, i.e. Hyderabad on 17th of July only. But after waiting till night on 18th when I didn't get the product I went to the orders page again, There they had now changed the delivery date to 19th of July stating some reason. Again on 19th I was waiting for product but didn't get it. When I checked the orders page again I saw they changed the date to 21st now. I called the customer care for getting a resolution but they also didn't have any clear information. They bluntly told that the package seems to be lost in transit so will have to wait till 21st July. Then I went ahead and canceled the product as I was to be out of station from 20th till 22nd July. The customer care guy also told that I can reorder the product on 19th July only which will be surely delivered on 24th July. At this claim, I again ordered the product, this time the Flipkart app was asking for pre-paid payment as due to some reason the pay on delivery was not available at the time. So, i went ahead and paid Rs. 1999 as part of product cost. But once again on 24th of July, just before the EOD I got the message that the delivery has now been rescheduled from 24th to 27th due to delivery issues. I again contacted the customer care to understand what is this issue but to no avail. They just keep apologising without giving any explanation, and repeating that the product will be delivered on 27th surely. I now am clearly in doubt if product will be delivered on 27th as well or not as last time also they changed the date 2 times. I hence want to raise a complaint against this totally unprofessional behaviour of Flipkart and it's lack of Customer integrity.

        My order has still been not delivered, it was scheduled to be delivered on 27th July. Yesterday, towards the end of the day I again got a message that the order has been delayed giving the same repetitive excuse of issue with transit of the product. Whenever I talk with the customer executive they start giving false promises about getting it delivered as soon as possible. Totally unprofessional behaviour from Flipkart and I'll make sure never to shop from it again in future, rather I will opt for Amazon and other services which are providing 2-3 days delivery at the same delivery location for me. I request strict action against the fraud Flipkart is doing with its customers.

          Hello Flipkart, I have made the payment of 6298 INR towards the Order of Kamiliant by American Tourister Bags ( 2 pieces ) on 14th July 2022.

          I haven't got any refund or the confirmation of the order. It has been more than 10 days I am constantly following up and just getting the templated responses from customer care services. I would request Flipkart to please look into my case and can directly contact me

            Hi, I have ordered smartphone on 22nd July '22 and was promised to Deliver it by 24th July '22 which they failed and when I am following up now they have pushed to address the concern by 29th July '22, Is this fair business Flipkart is doing, making customers wait and wait and felt with no clue when the product will be delivered.

              Order status is not relevant and shown as not delivered. I have received the item 15 days ago and wanted to return it.please update it accordingly.

              And all items are shown as not deliverable.

              I have already ordering for same from long period and suddenly it is showing as not deliverable.

                I ordered a mobile on 23 July 2022. Amount is debited immediately from bank. But on flipkart it still showing pending for payment.
                I called the customer care. first, they said wait for 24 hrs it will be credited back in your account and after 24 hrs i contacted them again and then they are saying they are not able to view my order on their console support team will contact me regarding this.
                Today is the 3rd day and no one contacted me yet.

                  Flipkart failed to deliver item after a month also even after raising complaint they didn't deliver the item .
                  Now they blocked my number not able to receive any call and not able to call them also.

                    When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                      I had placed on order for an iphone 13 on 23rd July 2022. The expected delivery date was 25th July 2022. Today,[protected] I got an email from flipkart that my order has been cancelled. No warning, nothing. How can they do this. Is this even legal?. I got a message saying that my refund has been completed but i still haven't received the amount. They are a bunch o[censored]seless thieves. I hope people can see my complaint and never order anything from frauds like them.

Tired of complaining frequently. Till now resolution received.Kindly solve it in high priority as its taking too long.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!The customer care calls and closes the ticket raised without even solving the issue. They took bank details for refund and said we’ll open new tickets for refund instead they closed the existing tickets and also no refund.DELIVERING FAKE PROMISES

                              I received a product that never turned on. Replaced it and the same issue, got a product that does not turn on. The flipkart says it's seller/brand replacement policy. That I need to contact the brand for the replacement

                              How is this fair where you pay for a working item, a defective product is dumped to your doorstep and you are asked to go to the brands service center for replacement. This is pure cheating.

                              I also mailed contact.[protected]@flipkart.com to get seller contact details. But they are not responding

                                      I have placed a order on 12th June and paid Rs 1938 via Paytm. Later I cancelled the order but I haven't received my refund till date. Multiple follow ups to Flipkart customer care and mails but no resolution till date. It has been more than 40 days and all I get is bot replies of "your issue will be resolved in 24 hrs" but nothing is actually done. I am so irritating at this point.

                                        I ordered a portable washing machine and what I received was a small packet with a saree in it. In it's packet it's written portable washing but still I got a saree in side of that small pack. Is it really posible for a bucket to put in a tiny bag. This is the 4th time I have seen this mistake. Please do recheck before you send any thing. Please look in to it and i want my full money returned please.
