Client: Flipkart and IDFC First Bank
Issue:
I am using Flipkart Pay Later account since last 2 years, that is backed by IDFC First Bank.
For the month of March 2022, my bill payment was marked as Late Payment and that impacted my credit score heavily.
Although I have paid the bill on 1st April (The bill payment timeline is 1st to 5th of next month).
So, That is NOT a late payment. But still they have marked it as late payment.
The technical error from Flipkart's end costed me my credit score.
Since last 1 month I have been trying to reach Flipkart to resolve the issue, but they are not supporting me. They are keep on extending the resolution timeline everyday. The issue is still pending at their end.
My credit score is effected badly, and I need them to correct it asap.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
Resolution:
Mark the payment for the month of March'22 as On time payment, and update the same to IDFC bank.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
