As per discussion with Flipkart customer care has informed my issue can not be entertained further; as their return window option has been closed.

I am not able to use this product & I have invested total cost of this product and Flipkart is straight forwardly rejected my request.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

I have received update today on[protected] from Flipkart.Message is like below:-

"Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand.

Return ID[protected]"

My submission is, when the seller is unable to replace the product;then why such wrong information shown in their app.I have booked the product for GREY colour only.

I am not interested to keep the product.Since last one month they are not entertaining on this subject and even more they are asking to talk with brand.They have given total irresponsible statement.They can not discharge their responsibilities.

I want replacement or refund of amount paid.

Please help to get justice.

I ordered from Flipkart .
Haier 195 litter direct cool 5 star refrigerator.
My refrigerator price - 15990
I ordered this refrigerator Flipkart Wallent gift kard .
I prement full money.
But, my refrigerator was defective dailyvared by Flipkart.
So, I told from Flipkart this issue .
But, Flipkart doesn't resulation provide me.
So, I contracted many times Flipkart castomar care executive & many times contacted Flipkart seniors executive .
But, Flipkart was doesn't resolve my issue .
I was herrazed from 1month .
I am mentally herrazed from Flipkart company .
So, I wish quickly action Flipkart company .

I am replacement this refrigerator meny times . But, Flipkart cancelled my replacement request .
Technican was came 1 time my home .

I am Class -10 examenator (2023).
This time very emportent for me.

I demand price from Flipkart mentally herrazed 1 lakh 20thousends (120000/-) rupes & replacement this refrigerator quickly .
I wish resolve my issue .
