Ordered Jack and Jones Shirt but seller sent me Jack and Jones T-Shirt (XL).

Seller sent me Jack and Jones (XL size) T-shirt instead of Jack and Jones shirt.
I have the clear video recording of Flipkart package opening, I always open Orders while recording the video.
Filed the complaint return request 5-6 times in last few days..
But the Flipkart and seller is rejecting the return repeatedly. Fraud seller denying to return it even though he knows clearly that he sent me wrong item.
& Flipkart is not at all willing to return it...
I have sent Flipkart many e-mails, called them many times but not even a single time they tried to help...when I told Flipkart executive to transfer my call to senior executive..they intentionally cut the calls everytime.
When I am requesting the call me back request through Flipkart app, they hardly calls and when they called ...they simply said you need to wait for 2 days or 3 days...never resolve the issue.
Continuously making me fool and harassing me..
I have wasted my more than 2-3 hours just to talk with Flipkart executives and all goes waste.
They are not taking any strict action against fraud seller. If they strictly ask seller, definitely seller will accept it. Actually seller doesn't have the stock of Shirt (M Size), the product is Showing out of stock. By mistake he updated on Flipkart that the M size is also available, & accepted the order. & Later sent me wrong product just to fulfill the order. Because if he cancels the order due to unavailabilty he might have to pay some penalty.
So sent me wrong product & not accepting their mistakes.
The parcel was completely intact and properly SEALED but inside the seller packed T-Shirt.
& Flipkart is harassing me for seller's mistakes/fraud. They are not ready to help me instead asking me provide Govt. ID proof like Aadhaar, Voter etc.
I have provided my Voter Id to Flipkart. Still they are not returning the wrong item.
I want you to take strict action against Flipkart and Seller for this harassment, mental torcher and fraud.
Flipkart is getting worst day by day...they are cutting the calls if they don't want to resolve the issue or don't want to listen to the customer.
If they are not returning the product after this complaint, I'm Ready to go in offline Consumer Court against them and Seller with all proofs and file the mental torcher & harassment and fraud case.
Shirt's price is ₹1299 and I have wasted my time more than this just to call them and mail and dealing with mental torcher and harassment from them too.
See all the images how many times I have contacted them & everytime they rejected the complaint.
This should be resolve immediately.. Flipkart. Don't be FRAUDKART else we customers are going to boycott you soon.
& definitely I will think 1000 times before placing any order on Flipkart.
