In April 2021, I received phone as gifts from an office colleague. The phones were purchased by my colleague on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.
Apparently, my colleague has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphone. Since the colleague has left my organization and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance EMI payments so that I can unlock my smartphone and continue using it.
I have attached the details of the passkey and IMEI of phones. I request you to look into the matter urgently and suggest a resolution at the earliest.
