Dear @Flipkart

My IMEI number doesn't match/find in your website when applying for exchange offer, i have tried all options, *#06# & bill & even from Box. I directly copy paste even just to avoid any typos but nothing helped.

Could you please help.

              Flipkart has started with a new scam of delivering product without ordering anything. I have not used Flipkart for ages now and i recieved a call saying that i have a product and need to pay. I was busy at work and also waiting for a product on Amazon too i got confused and paid it by a link ... After i came home i see headphones o[censored]nknown origin being delivered to my address! Now i cannot track the order neither can i return the order.

                    My registered number is [protected]...i ordered Adidas shoes and received different brand product..so i filed a complaint and raised request again..this went 6-7 times and seller kept rejecting my request despite the fact that i kept mentioning this to customer service...later they blocked my account and now i can't access my account and they are not opening it or responding my mails and customer service keep saying that please wait this time it'll open and by far I've called them 17-18 times but i get same response and no results

                              I have ordered one tv and it has been cancelled within 5 mints due to old hose address mentioned in the flipkart site.

                              I have been following with flipkart to initiate my money(22999rs) back to my account since one month, but no reponse from them.

                              Whenever I call them, they told me that we are checking on high priority and get back you with the status.

                              And one more thing while booking the product I selected EMI option for three months, for the same, my bank already sent the 3 EMI amount to the marchant and sent the documents to pay the emi..First emi is going to be started on next month.

                              So please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      I had placed an order on 15th June on Flipkart worth Rs 531. It was not shipped and after one month I requested for a cancellation because I had no need of the product by then. I called Flipkart support multiple times and the kept telling me the issue will be resolved, to no avail.
                                      On 16th July the cancellation was requested again and I was told the refund will be initiated within 4 hours. I have still not received any refund and am very tired of continuously calling flipkart and asking for solutions. Please look into it and refund the money ASAP.

                                      Updated by Souramita Gorgori                                       I keep getting calls from Flipkart, saying that the problem will be fixed within 24 hours. It has been about 5 times that I've heard this.
                                      I was told to wait for 24 hours more than 48 hours back, and I was to receive an email so that I can forward my bank account details to the seller for my refund. No such email was received. I'm so tired of repeatedly asking Flipkart to fix this issue. I want my refund now.
