For a long I was trying to return the wrong brand shoe delivered to me but yet no resolution is given from the side of company and the courier boy is also denied for pickup without any reason, they aren't helpfull, I am frustrated with the current situation and unable to do anything yet, kindly help me to get sort out of these matter.

    Product stuck at Seller is processing your order.

    Is been 10 days since I ordered my smartwatch from Flipkart and I didn't got it .
    My product is stuck at Seller is processing your request. I had contacted with Flipkart customer care but not got any solution to this they keep saying we had complain to higher authorities but no message after that . Please solve this issue as soon as possible....

    I have placed two orders on 26 Jun (expected delivery on 27 Jun) and 30 Jun (expected delivery on 1 July).

    For both order delivery, delivery boy called me and ask my address and didn't came there after.

    I complaint for both orders to Flipkart Customer care for delivery delay and told the behaviour of their delivery agent. But no support from them as well as both order is still yet to deliver.

    JTI ...Both order are prepaid.

    So raising complaint to get this resolved asap. Also ask Flipkart to return money with interest incase of order cancellation! Also request to take action to culprit delevery agent/company for such bad behaviour and harassment.

    Didn't got any solution from Flipkart and so after waiting for long time i cancelled my prepaid online order to get my money refunded. Fuck off to Flipkart services and customer cares.

      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500049 for almost 4-5 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 95% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500049 about 4months ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just few kms away I.e. 500089 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode....

      I have an paylater account on Flipkart but for some reason they blocked my account. But here my issue is not related to account it's for paylater payment.

      The case is that I have paid the amount directly to the bank of ₹1516 on 21st of June because I was feared that if flipkart don't unblock my account I might fail to pay the dues on time and which may led to me pay late fine and other overdue charges and downfall of credit score in future.

      I spoke to the bank IDFC(lending partner) through their helpline number regarding this and they told me that there is no outstanding left on my Loan account number as they had received the payment made by me. Bank told me not to pay Flipkart BNPL payment through their application or any other third party application, as there might be chances of payment failure. Further they told me to contact FK team to so that they can also update the payment details on their system. More adding to that, i was asked to request them to contact us for payment confirmation, if FK contact us them we will tell they that we have received them amount so there is no outstanding left for the same.

      Since then I'm trying to tell Flipkart that I am having problem with my paylater service and I want answer for the same, but they are copy pasting the same thing "our team has already addressed the issue" and getting the same same answer on mail too that "due to High number of returns your account was blocked "

      I have tried contacting them many times, have raised issue on twitter 3-4 times on gap of 2-3 days. But they are continuously giving me information which I am not looking for (the answer was regarding my Flipkart Account that too many returns led me to blocking of a/c). I just want answer regarding my Flipkart Paylater.

      Today, 1st of July I got the message and emails for the paylater payment of ₹1526. I clicked the link to pay the dues but it took me the Flipkart page and was asking me to login but when I entered my mobile no/e-mail and clicked continue that i got message that "my account has been blocked contact customer support".

      I have only 4days left to pay the dues, just forget that ₹1516 which I paid to IDFC(LAN[protected] . I want to clear the outstanding and want to close this paylater service.

      I just want to pay the dues of Paylater and want to close my paylater service. So please allow me to pay the dues, and close my account ASAP.

      And Flipkart please try to contact the consumer through telephonic conversation so that they can understand the resolution much better.

        Dear Flipkart,

        Once we were friends, but now you have decided to block my account for no valid reason.

        It is strange that you decided suo moto to block my account which has my funds blocked in the account in a whimsical way. The reason you have given me is that I am returning goods, yes I have returned goods when they are:

        1. Old and damaged
        2. Not in accordance to what I have ordered
        3. Missing items/wrong brands

        Do you guys want your customers to accept sub standard or wrong order fulfillment because you no longer value a "Prime" member? I have been a customer of Flipkart for a long time and i have ordered many times which have not been returned because the products were to my satisfaction. If you are hell bent on delivering wrong/sub standard products then I am within my rights, given by you, to return those products.

        Please refer order ID's which have soured our relationship and the reasons i have cited to return those products

        I am now done with Flipkart, I had a very poor customer service from Flipkart.

            I have purchased some things, the amount was 3902 in May and I paid the due amount on 4th of June, Then same day I purchased things of 2201RS, after that the Flipkart Pay Later was showing some warning tag with Overdue written but the amount was Zero, then They started calling me and I gave Transaction ID of the Payment made on 4th June, They said they will resolve this issue in some days, but did not and kept calling me everyday for this problem, I told each customer support executive that I have made the payment and this is the transaction ID and I have already shared all the details but they still kept calling, I called flipkart and they said, it will be resolved in 10-15 days, Nobody was listening, still calls were coming everyday. Same thing I had to repeat everytime, now it's 1 july, I'm trying to make the 2201 payment, but flipkart pay later is saying something went wrong, I called their customer support, they don't even know how the flipkart pay later works.
            They're saying someone will call you after 5 days, which means I have to pay extra payment for Overdue period.

            Kindly do resolve the problem as soon as possible.

              I recently purchased the Mobile phone from Flipkart using my debit card and delivery shipped to my nearest location on[protected] but I haven't received my order on[protected] my delivery showed out for delivery and got details about the delivery agent when I called him he responded that he will delivery my product by[protected] but he hasn't and my delivery date rescheduled without proper reason and I contacted him after that but no response till now can I get my delivery As early as possible.

                    I had ordered on 27th, May, 2022(order I'd OD[protected] for LUMINOUS ZELIO+ 1100/12/ZEILO 1100/12V Pure sine wave inverter which has digital display From Flipkart and I have received totally different product which is non digital display, when i asked for the replacement they accept my replacement and again they delivered different product, again i raised a refund request but they are reportedly rejected my refund/ replace request. still my issue was not resolved.

                    flipkart is cheating customers like us and giving fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action.

                      I ordered POCO X4 Pro 5G (128GB, Laser Blue) on 13th june 2022, which was delievered on 17th june 2022, from the day I received the phone, I was having issues in it, when I play video on it, the screen got stuck and only music is audible. In 15 minuted of video this happened 4-5 times, screen stuck for 5sec and only audio was running, but I neglected it on first day thinking that problem would go away, but it did not happen. Also on the upper side of the screen there was glue which had came out at the time of manufacturing, so after 4 days I placed return of this product, and first technician visit took place. Technician came and checked the phone, the problem I was facing was not recurring all the time I play video but was happening after some time, and at that time he was not able to find the problem so he cancelled the request. this happened around 22 nd june, after this I again placed return request and I called flipkart excutive and told him that this is problem and to detect the problem technician has to stay for longer period, so he will be able to detect it, and this time I also mentioned the manufacturing problem and overheating problem that I faced after normal use of phone, and i also told flipkart executive to mention manufacturing issue to technician who is from Jeeves company, and second technician visit date was told to me around 26th june, he came on 25th and said me that only overheating problem was told to him, and he only checked for overheating, as phone was not used before visit, its temperature was normal, and he only checked that temperature instead of temperature after use, and this was second time return request got cancelled, then I called flipkart and told this issue . I am plus member on flipkart, I have orederd so many things form flipkart. in spite of this they provided me such service so I decided on 26th june to file complaint in consumer forum and told flipkart executive the same. but he convinced me wait upto 29th june so they can provide me solution, i waited upto 29 then called about 3 pm on 29th june to flipkart, they told me that upto evening you will get solution, and after call I opened the application and saw that the date 29th given to me was changed to 2nd july, the solution for which i waited for 4 days they postponed date without thinking, my works are pending due to phone, I am facing daily problems . And flipkart did this. I waited because i thought i will get refund easily and thats why i did not filed complaint at that time, this time they gave me next date 2nd july, but on 30th june without any coversation they have placed update on that issue that the issue is resolved . I again called them and they told me to wait upto 3rd july. this time I was fed up of this, hence i am complaining against them, they have provided me very bad service . im plus member and i got this service. and in mean period they was raising fake issues which did not happen in actual and tried to divert from the main problem, screenshots of which im attaching . ive called them about 60 to 70 times and yet im not upto any solution, 15 days gone is this problem .please help me through this situation, ive purchased this phone after 5 years, and cant use this faulty piece, please help me in getting the solution .

                          I bought the LG Super Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 1.5 on 28th of June, my expected installation was for 29th June 2022 till now flipkart did not installed my AC. from past three days I am calling to customer care support of flipkart they are just playing passing the ball. for my first call they said sir I am logging a complaint it will be resolved by 4th of July but they closed it today and now I reached out to Customer care they have logged the new request and new date it 5th July.
                          And in first called they told me that from backend my AC is not yet delivered, so I asked them to update it they said they will do but from last 3 days they are not able to make a simple update.
                          It looks like flipkart is delaying my installation so that they pass the return period, because return period is 10 days from the delivery date. And flipkart is not allowing me to install my product from outside. If I do so then I won't be getting the Guarantee and Warranty on the product. It is a high amount product.
                          I want my installation to be done ASAP or want confirmation from Flipkart if they are not installing it then I will arrange the installation and their will be no effect on my product Guarantee and warranty.

                                  I ordered a pair of Wireless earphones costing ₹1599 on 6th January 2022, they were prepaid and they arrived on 8th January 2022. When I opened the box it was absolutely empty and i stopped the delivery man right there and questioned him about it to which he said, it's not his business to know what's inside or box or not. I requested refund 3 times all of them got rejected on false pretenses. I understand it's been 6 months but i cannot act normal about the fact that I got scammed. Order Number - OD[protected]
