Sir, I bought a mobile phone model "Realme 9 5g SE" on flipkart site,
which i ordered on 15th june 2022, which they delivered to me was on 17th june 2022 on afternoon sir, i used the phone and faced some issues like heating issues, and mobile hotspot issues, display randomly low brightness during playing games, and random issues, in within the day, then i addresed the compliant
the issue regarding to the flipkart help page, they told me some instructions and resetting my phone, and use it for one day, i did like they told, and used the phone for 1 day, same problem happened again, so i did the replacement request option on 19th june 2022, in which they told a tech visit will happen and rectify, on 24th june 2022 tech visit came to my house, and i told my issues which i was facing, and showed the issues i am facing via screenshots, which he accepted, and told me, first rules is that they just will reset my phone and told me use as it, then i asked they didnt check anything on regarding mobile heating issues, they told only first rules and instructions they got form their side is they only do mobile resetting option on first visit, use the phone as it, if the same problem arise he told me complaint again on flipkart, after you have again request a replacement option in flipkart site, and i believed him, and the tech visit person left after taking some photos of the phones, and i used the phone after giving it rest for 1 hour, did, and the same problem arised again, so i again requested the replacement option on june 24th in which tech visit came again on 28th june, same person came his name is kannan.r, i told him same issue i am facing, in which he accepted, and took some photos of the phone installed some apps and told me again do ask a refund or replacement option by via flipkart customer care number, so i trusted his words and phoned them regarding this issue, in which customer care told because replacement warrenty is over and cant do anything, and told me take phone to brand authorized service center, and tech person informed & reported to flipkart that there was no issue was on the phone,
in which he lied sir, or i dont know what happened

sir, i am telling the issue from day 1 which they had give me defective phone, in which they didnt solve anything in the given time, and now there are telling me replacement warrenty is over, whose fault is that when i bought a new phone in which i cant use it in full performance.
the issue i bought i gaming device, which i intend to use it play the game to its perfomance, but i cant even play the game for more than 20 minutes, then whats the purpose of purchasing a gaming phone?
because this is a new phone i dont want to use brand service centre, if it problem has after two or three weeks, i would used it, but i complaint from day 1,
so kindly solve my problem sir, either via replacement option or if possible refund option, thank you
