I want to return my order which is damaged but in returning process they ask for invoice number, and the invoice bill number is not shown on the order details, due to this inconvenience my return is canceled.

    I bought so many products from flipkart. I faced no issues but last few orders disappointed and littrely harassed me.
    Again I faced harassment from flipkart. I ordered hisense A6GE 50 inch tv from flipkart and when I was ordering the product, it was showing that I will get 2 years comprehensive hisense warranty. But when product got delivered ( product was open box delivery) I saw one year warranty card. When I ordered the tv it has 2 years comprehensive warranty. Now it's changed to 1 year. But it has 2 years and it was showing the warranty for two days not for two hours.
    I called the customer care. They denied the warranty. I talked with the senior of customer executive. they also denied the warranty and said now showing 1 years warranty so you will get 1 year warranty.
    I argued about it then they said I'm taking the note about it. wait for it.
    This is littrely harassment. I couldn't imagine flipkart will scam with me like this. Totally unexpected. I want solution about this issue or please return the product. I don't want the product anymore.

          With due respect sir I want to say continously I am contacting flipcart and paytm for my refund amount of 363rs and 349rs for last 2 order which I canceled. Flipcart has initiated both refund in 2 part I.e. 363rs is in 348+25 rs and for 349 is in 324+25, in both refund I have not received 25rs each. I am continously calling flipcart they are sayings refunded and contact paytm. I contact paytm as they informed no 25rs has been initiated by flipcart.
          Flipcart also not providing me Reference number of 25rs and they giving wrong information and cutting call. Sir please help me from these fraud company to regain my amount back.

                Hynix 4 GB DDR3 Laptop Ram was purchased on 14th June 2022 via Flipkart Order no OD[protected], but when the package was delivered on 19th June2022, there was NO product inside the package, Despite Lodging Complaint with Flipkart Customer service the same hour without wasting any time, and sharing Unboxing video and pics, and explaining everything in details to them multiple times on multiple days, they haven't refunded/Returned my hard earned money... Everytime they close the close by Rejecting my Refund..Kindly help me in getting back my Full Refund from Flipkart...tks

                  I had purchased Eureka Forbes Amaze 7L RO+UV+UF+TDS water purifier from flipkart on 11th June. An installation was arranged by Flipkart/Seller(of water purifier) and the technician visited my home for installation.
                  On visit, I was told by the Eureka Forbes technician that the product is already assembled (as the unit was already assembled and used by previous buyer). In-spite of raising multiple request of Replacement as well as return there is no resolution was that provided to me.

                  The photos I have attached the the exact state in which the product was delivered & it is evident from the photos that the screws were already assembled & the packet was already teared.
                  Kindly provide me the resolution because the customer service executives are not resolving me complaint

                    Dear Concern,

                    I have placed an order for 12 items from Flipkart on 6th June 2022 for amount Rs 13, 413, but later on I returned 1 items and now the amount stands at Rs 12950.

                    First of all the order didn't get place at first but still the amount got deducted from Zest Money, second time it was successful and I have received the items also..

                    But now Flipkart is not ready to provide me any confirmation regarding my Order not placed, they have just been harassing me mentally over my amount, they are not paying me back and just increasing the tenure for resolution.. Pls help me.

                      I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 20999 in market but their offer says the price of Redmi Note 9 Pro MaxAurora Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage for rs.857

                      I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                      Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                        I ordered a Wood shoe rack through Flipkart on 9th June. It's been delivered on time but the door is faulty and doesn't close. I requested for replacement immediately. Flipkart, they have assigned a technician visit before the replacement. Since then each morning I get a message saying a technician will visit and by the end of the day, I get a message saying, the technician tried to reach me but couldn't get me on call so it gets rescheduled. I have raised so many complaints about Flipkart customer care. They are not providing me with any solution. Please help me.

                            Today is 25th June
                            Seller is not shipping intentionally my Seagate one touch product for the FLIPKART order OD[protected]. Below is the proof :
                            I placed an order from my father's account on 21st June to check if the seller ship the product..I saw that seller shipped the product..You can check the order ID OD[protected]order I'd of my father's account) ..Then I cancelled that order.. Exactly same address same product same seller..Are you understanding now?? Seller is shipping the product which was placed on 21st June 2022, but the seller is not shipping the same product order which was placed on 17th June, 2022..Seller is very bad..I believe Seller is not shipping intentionally my Seagate One touch product.
                            Please take action against FLIPKART and ECOMDGMSTEL seller.
                            I already raised a complaint to Flipkart. Promised resolution time was 22nd June. But today is 25th June, No resolution yet.

                              I have ordered 1 ton ac of Llyod company. It got delivered on june 1st week. Then installation team came and it was informed that both the units are different. One is inverter unit and another one is non inverter and team denied to install it. Also the model number which was booked and mentioned in the invoice is totally different from the received product. Also, i have order non wifi model but wifi model was provided. Now every time i have to call customer care and case is highlighted with no replacement or refund, neither flipkart support team calls for pickup. Everything has been emailed to the flipkart including photo and address details but either they denied to replace it nor they are refunding back the amount. Everytime i have to call and they provide new date and time with case highlights and nobody bothered to call from flipkart team. Actual photo of model booked and received is been shared including invoice copy.

                                I'm purchased OneTouch Select 50 Strips but I received OneTouch Select Plus Strips. That's why i contacted customer support team and they created refund request and seller approved it but Ekart(Logistics Partner) cancelled the pickup without calling me even when i contacted him he even didn't picked up my call. and i received a message from Ekart Pickup Cancelled: Pickup of OneTouch Select 50 Glu... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. But from that day to 3 days in my area Internet service suspended by Gov that's why I can't able to know status and not able to contact flipkart. So i contacted on 20th and customer support team created replacement but i don't want to replacement i want refund so i told customer support team for cancel replacement and create refund request 4 to 5 times but they said we having system errors please contact later or cancel replacement from your own side then contact us(Flipkart customer care). I want refund because now already purchased from Offline market after you approve Refund request.

                                And now I'm really irritated with Flipkart in this order also faced 3 worst experience .

                                1st:-. Different products Received And no Return policy in it.
                                2nd:- Refund request accepted that's why i purchase it in offline for checking blood sugar level. but pickup cancelled by Ekart.
                                3rd. I wanted refund but replacement created which is waste of money and product for me because i already purchased it in offline.

                                  Hello My name is Vijeta Gupta. I have ordered a Facewash of Zyan and Myza Facewash from Flipkart on 19 june 2022 at 02.01 PM. And they deliver me the wrong product instead of Facewash they send me Zyan and Myza Serum on 22nd june 2022 . Since that product has no return policy I tried to contact their Customer care service constantly but neither they reply my messages nor they called me.                                     They are not resolving the issue of showing "NOT DELIVERABLE" in my pincode for over 80% products they have and it's not only me one can search up for it in google and will find thousands of customers from DIFFERENT STATES facing same problem and yet they have been ignoring it since 2-3 weeks
