    Today is 25th June
    Seller is not shipping intentionally my Seagate one touch product for the FLIPKART order OD[protected]. Below is the proof :
    I placed an order from my father's account on 21st June to check if the seller ship the product..I saw that seller shipped the product..You can check the order ID OD[protected]order I'd of my father's account) ..Then I cancelled that order.. Exactly same address same product same seller..Are you understanding now?? Seller is shipping the product which was placed on 21st June 2022, but the seller is not shipping the same product order which was placed on 17th June, 2022..Seller is very bad..I believe Seller is not shipping intentionally my Seagate One touch product.
    Please take action against FLIPKART and ECOMDGMSTEL seller.
    I already raised a complaint to Flipkart. Promised resolution time was 22nd June. But today is 25th June, No resolution yet.

      I have ordered 1 ton ac of Llyod company. It got delivered on june 1st week. Then installation team came and it was informed that both the units are different. One is inverter unit and another one is non inverter and team denied to install it. Also the model number which was booked and mentioned in the invoice is totally different from the received product. Also, i have order non wifi model but wifi model was provided. Now every time i have to call customer care and case is highlighted with no replacement or refund, neither flipkart support team calls for pickup. Everything has been emailed to the flipkart including photo and address details but either they denied to replace it nor they are refunding back the amount. Everytime i have to call and they provide new date and time with case highlights and nobody bothered to call from flipkart team. Actual photo of model booked and received is been shared including invoice copy.

      As soon as i put up a complaint, they immediately acknowledged the return request and within 7 days they delivered the new AC

        I'm purchased OneTouch Select 50 Strips but I received OneTouch Select Plus Strips. That's why i contacted customer support team and they created refund request and seller approved it but Ekart(Logistics Partner) cancelled the pickup without calling me even when i contacted him he even didn't picked up my call. and i received a message from Ekart Pickup Cancelled: Pickup of OneTouch Select 50 Glu... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. But from that day to 3 days in my area Internet service suspended by Gov that's why I can't able to know status and not able to contact flipkart. So i contacted on 20th and customer support team created replacement but i don't want to replacement i want refund so i told customer support team for cancel replacement and create refund request 4 to 5 times but they said we having system errors please contact later or cancel replacement from your own side then contact us(Flipkart customer care). I want refund because now already purchased from Offline market after you approve Refund request.

        And now I'm really irritated with Flipkart in this order also faced 3 worst experience .

        1st:-. Different products Received And no Return policy in it.
        2nd:- Refund request accepted that's why i purchase it in offline for checking blood sugar level. but pickup cancelled by Ekart.
        3rd. I wanted refund but replacement created which is waste of money and product for me because i already purchased it in offline.

          Hello My name is Vijeta Gupta. I have ordered a Facewash of Zyan and Myza Facewash from Flipkart on 19 june 2022 at 02.01 PM. And they deliver me the wrong product instead of Facewash they send me Zyan and Myza Serum on 22nd june 2022 . Since that product has no return policy I tried to contact their Customer care service constantly but neither they reply my messages nor they called me. Also they added 5 star ratings on their own.Please help me get my Refund 🥺🥺🥺 My Order ID - OD[protected].please

            They are not resolving the issue of showing "NOT DELIVERABLE" in my pincode for over 80% products they have and it's not only me one can search up for it in google and will find thousands of customers from DIFFERENT STATES facing same problem and yet they have been ignoring it since 2-3 weeks

                  I ordered a product on flipkart and it does not look good and wanted to return it. Return order was placed and on the pickup date non called me nor anybody picked up my product. Also there was a free product along with the order which we did not received and flipkart show that also delivered.

                  Please resolve all these issues with Flipkart. In the same way I wanted to return my TV as it has few problems and the executive visit to TV was so delayed that it crossed the return policy date also and finally product got unreturned. I think Flipkart is cheating us.

                      I had ordered Baby Diaipers and they delivered Baby Pants. I have been following up for replacements like calling them alteast 10 days back to back and they have send replacements again of wrong product and then they cancelled the Replacements and refund as well.

                      I am sick and tired of their customer care. They are totally helpless as they are not even having systems to raise requests.

                        They have delivered an used tv.
                        I have tried to contact them via chat. And over they I got response to call on[protected].

                        I tried to call them 4 times. But all the times their executive just listen and put my call on hold. And then just disconnect it.

                        I am not getting any solutions.
                        As well as they are not showing this order under helpcenter menu.

I requested for return and when the pick up guy came he said he can’t take the shoes as it Doesn’t have rvp seal .. I told him many times that I didn’t get any seal ..                             My flipkart order is delayed since long.I had ordered metal queen bed on 10 th June and delivery date was 21th 2018 but till date the product hasn't reached yet also a new delivery date is given to me. Also i am requesting a call but they are ignoring it as well. as a disgruntled customer I want compensation for untimely delivery

                              I had ordered oneplus earbuds but the order was found missing and money was debited so i requested a complaint and the costumer care helpline said it will be returned.

                              And then my account has been blocked.

                              And flipkart blocked my account and i am not able to access product information through it. So you unblock my account. And give me my refund. I am very disappointed.
                              I did a lot of shopping on Flipkart.

                                    They have 10 days return policy with no questions asked. Now when I am returning the product, they are asking me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                      Flipkart has blocked my account for approx 2 years now. I have bought 2 phones for my sister and younger brother and sent to their different addresses. After that when I opened my account, it was already blocked by Flipkart. I don't even know the reason of my account getting blocked by Flipkart. Solve this issue for me.
