    Hi team,

    I have ordered for a mi vacuum robot from Flipkart. I have received the invoice which has incorrect serial number of the product printed. Which is of no use. The manufacturer warranty is void.

    Flipkart gave me a replacement product after multiple followups for over a period of month. Again the invoice is generated which is also having the same issue. Now they are not at all bothering to do communication properly on the issue nor any progress. I'm totally clueless on what to do next. It is really frustrating to keep on doing followup with flipkart on this issue as aend user.

      I ordered a mobile charger MRP: 1199. Its offer price was Rs 284. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But after 7 daysbthe order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! Thanks and Regards Ranvijay Pratap singh

        I have created flipkart account 5-6 years back with a mobile number few months ago my number got disconnected and I don't have any access for that number.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My old mobile no. was [protected] and My New mobile no. is [protected]. Few months back I wrote a mail for the same nad sent my aadhar copy as well but still no response given by flipkart. Right now i am very disappointed.

          I have placed an order with in Flipkart quick basket for few grocery. And this was supposed to be delivered in 45 mins.
          I didn't receive the order nor any attempt was made but the order was marked delivered.
          Called their customers service team who says they need time till the next day EOD to get back for any replies.. or confirmation..
          This is so annoying and literally harassing the customer for following up on prepaid order and to acquire the product from them..
          The number they provided on the order page mentioned the delivery guys no doesn't even respond.
          Almost I tried to call them for 30+ times

            I have purchased xiomi 7a from Flipkart which has 2 years warranty.
            After 3 month's screen was not working so to claim warranty i reached mi service centre then they are telling it has no IMEA NUMBER and all parts of phone has been changed. And i called Flipkart then they talking but they are skipping my issue saying that we need more 48 hours and so on.

              I have ordered one mobile cost 11000, I have paid the amount in advance. promised date of delivery was 17th June 2022. Till now they are not able to deliver and whenever i call they say in 24-48 hour the issue will be resolved. They simply keep the item to nearby location but not deliver. This happened multiple times that they keep the item at near place and finally they tell we are unable to deliver due to Logistics issue. If they don't have proper logistics then why they are doing this online business and takes money as Prepaid. Simply they say in call sorry nothing else. They are not updating the status also properly. You can see in attached image still date o[censored]pdate is 19th and promise delivery date is 19 after that today is 22nd but no update from their end.

              After putting complaint also there is no seriousness for these flipkart guys. They are still sending email that it will reach you in 24-48hrs everyday. But they are not able to deliver the item. What should be the penalty for these guys for this behave that they took 11000rs for mobile and till not delivered. who are they to take some person money,

              Till now the issue is not resolved. I have placed a fresh order after waiting for 10 days still the item is not delivered. Now for the new order also i am facing the same issue and my item is not getting dlivered.

                So on 18th june I got Replacement of my asus laptop and i received a defective product .the space bar of the laptop was broken so immediately requested for refund after pictures of the defect.its been 72 hrs waiting and now there are saying wait 24hrs more..idk whats with slow process..there services are worst first the send broken item and don't even solve the problem fast/waste too much time..

                  I have brought Lorial xtenso product from flipkart which has been deliverd on 1 June 2022
                  This product is totally fake
                  I have been using this product since many years hence I am aware of its fragrance and consistency
                  This procuct is absoulutly fake and has verry awful fragrance and thin consistency
                  In the name of xtenso shampoo Flipkart is selling local products which is very disappointing
                  Also after delivering the product it has updated that product has been cancelled by me and and now I can't even place return request

                      Hello. I have been a loyal customer of flipkart since 4 years And usually keep ordering every little thing i want. Last week also i ordered 6 products from flipkart, i faced no problem with my pincode. I have been ordering things using my pincode-781023 for almost 2 years now. How all of a sudden almost 90% of the items became undeliverable to my address. its showing no seller ship. I really want to solve this problem, as i keep ordering lil things from flipkart and I am extremely disappointed with this. Please look into this matter and solve it

                        I have bought my Apple Mac mini M1 from flipkart seller was Treasure Haul Online But on receiving the seller was Cigfil Retail Private Limited Indore. I have invoice of my product after receiving when i contacted apple to know my valid warranty and make sure my product is genuine they informed me that my purchase is not validated with their record and they will need original invoice with Same purchase date or they informed me to ask flipkart to correct it by their side or ask reseller to do so and since then I am raising complaints calling again and again and till now it's been nearly 5 days but my issue hasn't been resolved yet

                        Today i received a call from flipkart asking about the issue they asked me to provide a proof of my job sheet/service sheet as i have not visited care center i have no job sheet but after talking to apple support they provided me with a Apple case ID and also mailed me in written of what is required.Only thing apple wants is my correct serial number mentioned on my invoice.Once serial number is available they will validate my purchase date according to invoice date.

                        But flipkart seems to be taking alot of time in doing so. I am a genuine customer paid for my product i am buying and asking for a valid thing. Its your mistake that you are provided us with some other number mentioned as serial number Apple can only verify their product by serial numbers.

                        Please flipkart make do it ASAP and provide me with a new invoice mentioning my correct serial number on invoice. So that i can enjoy my 1 year free warranty which is my right as a consumer.

                        My resolution date was 28th of June 2022 but somehow on 28th. I received a call from flipkart asking to share picture of my original brand box in which serial number is visible and i did shared required pictures on 28th June then my resolution date was updated from 28th June To 29th June after that even on 29th i received no update or call or whatsoever. Now its been 1st of July no resolution date is showing up nor any resolution has been made yet.

                        I request if there is any person how can resolve my problem.
                        please help me and if you are a buyer this is a lesson for you.
                        I am paying price of buying from flipkart.

                        It's been July 3 2022 still no update frok them just showing up in my account that issue is resolved. But no new corrected invoice has been provided to me

                            I have bought a realme narzo mobile from Flipkart under smart upgrade plan for what I have to pay 4800rs before 1 year from the purchase date and I failed to do that as mobile is being used by father i didn't got any info about the repayment as i forgot, finally after 1year the next Flipkart blocked the phone and then i called them so they asked me make the payment of rs4800 through the link which they have sent after calling 10 times in three days . Now after making the payment 13 days have passed stilll they haven't unlocked my phone . Calling the customer care on daily basis they are simply saying 24-72 hrs from date of payment but 13days passed, spoke with multiple people still not resolved.

                              1. TV delivered on 09 June 22 and same day afternoon installation people called for installation(But in flipkart mentioned date is 11Jun22).
                              2. On that day I was not there in my home. So requested to come on 11Jun22.
                              3. And also raised a new complaint also but Still didn’t receive installation.
                              4. Daily I am calling them saying we are working on it like this.
                              5. It’s been 15 business days already. Still not came for installation.

                                Today i received my parcel which was stuck at gurgaon..i was happy because it was to be delivered today.. But i received completely different product from what i ordered..what is this?. I ordered jeans and received baby socks.. What is this?? I am feeling very disappointed..                                     I ordered blazer and I received jeans and then I place replacement request than replacement product is also different now the tshirt. And from last 7-8 days I make return request but every time it shows product is picked up within 2 days. And I have received no call or anything and after two days Flipkart app shown rejected by seller.

                                    I complaint too many times on Flipkart and customer service. But no one take the action. Today is also pickup day but nothing response from courier partner regarding pickup. Very bad things I seen from last 10 days from Flipkart.

                                      I bought the product of Sony wf-c500 headset nd i m not satisfy with his product, bcoz it's not a worth for that huge amount. So I'm asked Flipkart customer care to retake the product but they refused to take return instead of they say go and ask Sony customer care to resolve ur problem. I m asking why did I go and ask Sony customer care then y did u sell it, ur the core to the responsible for sell so u must take my return request. I m not like that product.

                                      Flipkart customer service didn't response for my request nd delay the process nd shut their eyes, ears nd mouths for my complaint. No one has gave a proper response. I couldn't understand what is the problem in it, y d they refused to take back their product.

                                        After they accepted the payment and booking Flipkart updating the message “Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)” and cancelled without notice to customers and payment reversal also not done. Please need your help to check this issue and take necessary action against Flipkart. Thanks.
