I purchased wireless bluetooth with Order ID - OD[protected] in oct-2021 and
Recently i noticed sound distortion problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

Please look into this

    In last year october 10, 2021, i have buyed vivo x70 pro with exchange my old mobile. I have paid 32727 rupees and i add one buyback policy with my order. As per the buyback policy if i exchange my mobile within 1 year with same brand i will get 32900 rupees discount and other brand i will get 16450 rupees and this offer will valid from 21st june to 20th october 2022. So as per policy i try to exchange my mobile with latest one on same brand. But i found that they are only offering 16450 rupees instead of 32900 rupees. I have attached some screenshots that they are not providing offer as per policy. Please take action regarding this so that i can avail my offer as per policy.

    They are not solving my problem. Everytime when they call me they need only 48 hrs to solve. But still my problem not reslove.

      I had ordered Voltas 1.5 Ton 4 Star Split Inverter AC - White from Flipkart under the order ID - OD[protected].
      Issue - Product delivered but not installed

      The order was placed on 5th June 2022 and it was delivered to me on 6th June on the scheduled time. After this the technician from Flipkart never came and we did some initial checks from our end to find that the product delivered was having different Indoor unit code and Outdoor unit code. Therefore we raised a replacement request for the product as that delivered item could not be installed (due to mismatch codes). After much efforts and repeated calls to Flipkart, the product was finally replaced on 16th June. This was after so many calls and complains I made with Flipkart.

      Now again, the product that was delivered to me on 16th June, is still not installed. I've received no communication from Flipkart to get the AC installed. I've tried to reach out to their customer care multiple times but this has not helped me in any manner.

      The product is still kept aside as it was delivered, and the replacement date for this is also getting over on 26th June. With installation person still not visiting, I'm not sure if the product delivered is even usable or not. I've a 10month son, who is not able to cope with the heat of the summer and is getting sick due to heat. I've iterated this to Flipkart multiple times that it is o[censored]tmost importance to me that the AC is installed as soon as possible as it is impacting our health condition. I would want Flipkart to get this resolved quickly.

      This is worst experience anyone could get out of any online purchase where the product that is delivered is not installed and the customer is getting sick due to irresponsible service. I've made around 30+ calls to Flipkart in order to get this resolved, as my son is falling sick due to the heat wave and the AC is still not installed. I'm very helpless and I feel cheated from Flipkart. I'm drained both mentally and physically due to this service from Flipkart. I would like to get compensation from Flipkart for harassing me and making my family suffer. Please help!

        I am writing this complaint bring your kind attention to the refund for the product I had ordered from Flipkart website. I had ordered a orient cooler and Eureka forbes water purifier on 07th June with Order ID OD[protected] and I paid Rupees 15048/ by my sbi credit card;but I had to cancelled it because of issues with the delivery date.. As stated by flipkart refund policy, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7-8 days ofcancelation, but the refund is still pending. I had tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered and they r unable to solve my problem .I spoke twenty more times to flipkart customer care customer executive, they told it will be resloved within 24 hrs i waited for 15 days but still didn't receive my refund amount.

        Still flipkart customer care customer executive people says that wait for 24 hours, its head ache to call flipkart even they dont address the issue and they dont share infromation well and people who are dealing with front end calls they not polite to talk.I am not ready to wait for longer time.

          I ordered a badminton racket from Flipkart on 16th June, 2022. I submitted the return request the very next day i.e. 17th June, 2022 as I was unsatisfied with the product. But while returning the product, mistakenly I selected the option of replacement instead of refund. Which I realised after 2 days. The date of pickup was 20th June, 2022. So, I cancelled the replacement request before the pickup day and again applied for refund. And the day for pickup was still showing 20th June, 2022. I waited but there was no pickup from Flipkart. It's been 2 days after the pickup day and I'm still waiting for the product to get picked up so I can get my money back.

            I wanted to return 2 jeans I bought on Flipkart because it has poor quality. Return button was not showing of Flipkart. I have been contacting them since 1 week and more than 6 phone calls yet every time they lie about how someone will contact me in next 24 hours and solve the problem but no one does and everyone refuses to connect me to their superior. Now they have stopped replying to ticket created in Flipkart app.

            What is more concerning is they refuse to give assurance in writing.

              I have ordered from
              PETILANTE Online.
              & We have received billing from Indospirit Private Limited.
              2.)MS Office 2019, should be Pre-Installed with lifetime validity as per the description. So paid an huge extra amount for Licensed windows & Licenced MS Office with lifetime validity.(Without preinstalled MS Office, the product is lower in price, I prefered this product for only licessed factory versions ) 3. But No MS Office Pre-Installed as described in the selling portal page of FlipKart.(This is misguiding, misleading & Cheating)

                I have purchased a 2 product from flipcart on 17/06/2022, of 363rs and 349rs each. But I canceled the product on same day 17/06/2022 and refund was provided to me by flipcart was338rs and 324rs only. In both refund I received 25rs less which was showing that you will received in paytm wallet as cashback, but till know I not received my 25rs as cashback or from flipcart.
                Sir please refund by amount of 25rs in each product. Total amount 50rs need to refunded which I have not received in my wallet or same mode of payment.

                  I have ordered my redmi 10 smartphone on 12 june and by flipkart one day delivery is promised on 13th june as promised i recieved call related to delivery i reached at Delivery address gave them verification otp and then there wishmaster gave me the pacakage but in front of wishmaster i found packaged damaged so i wished to open in front of then as i opened the pacakage i found brand seal is also broken and box is empty Nothing was there expect Sim ejector pin and user manual .I said to wishmaster i don't want it is empty then he said sorry i marked package as delivered so i can't do anything you have to do all things on your own so insited wishmaster that please talk to flipkart customer care executive as by talking to you they give me resolution on priority basis but till now nothing is happened by my end everything is clear and i also have recording

                    I have raised return request on an item 3 times and it hasn't been picked up yet. Not getting call back from support team. Same thing happened for two items last month: the return window closed & i had to keep 2 defective products. In the latest return request, it's been 48 hrs and i got no call, no one has so far come to pick it up. This is repetition of what is happening with my previous 4 return orders.. i raise multiple requests they delay and then the window closes.
                    Now Flipkart owes me almost 4k in return and have to pickup the poor quality products.

                      Hi,

                      This is to inform that this is the most pathetic service I have received from flipkart.com. Firstly, I have been delivered a defective fridge, secondly your godrej technician lied to me saying he is placing the fridge for replacement, thirdly, he mentioned inappropriate comments to flipkart stating that the fridge needs repairing

                      Why would I want to repair a one day old fridge??

                      Attached is the video taken on day 1 of delivery.

                      Now, please tell me why should I not file a court case against you.

                      I have called flipkart a zillion times with no resolution. Your executives are highly unprofessional and have no knowledge.

                      They have no idea what to do and only tell that there is a network issue hence we cannot offer a resolution. Please call back

                      Does flipkart think that I have all the time in the world to call everyday for 1 hour only to be given no resolution??

                      I am taking this to the social media and Consumer forum. I booked this fridge on the 14th and raised Complaint

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          1. With reference to the Order Id OD[protected] dated 07 Jun 22 we ordered an Air Conditioner and on flipkart app it is showing Delivered.

                          2. This is to inform you that order item vide above mentioned id is not yet "Delivered" to given address. We are getting a lot of assurance through email as well as telephonic conversation with customer care stating that matter has been escalated to seller and will be resolve within 48 hrs. But this 48 hrs time frame is not ending since 10 Jun 22. The details of email received by flipkart on 11 Jun 22 by Mr Bharat R, 16 Jun 22, 17 Jun 22, 18 Jun 22 by Mr Abdur Rahman and 19 Jun 22 by Mr Mohammad Reehan, all email assuring to resolve issue within 24 to 48 hrs. Now, we are very disappointed and feeling mental agony due to such type of delay.

                          3. Hence, I would humbly request you to do the needful to resolve issues as soon as possible.

                                  I am complaining against FLIPKART who is selling laptops of AVITA. I have purchased an AVITA-PURA laptop on 12th November 2020 through Flipkart invoice number is PL:F[protected]. The Laptop is of very poor quality and its customer care is also extremely poor. It’s not work properly even 3 complete months properly. It is completely out of order from 1st March 2021. I have raised complaints in their customer care many times, they does not provide any service request no. every time they called me wait some days service representative will call you for this complain after two three months go to service centre in Central Kolkata (F1 Service) now they are not providing any service for Avita company and i have email their email id [protected]@avita.com and they are written me to contact their toll free no. for service request. But nothing has been done. Last one year laptop not working.
                                  My studies are affected too much because of the nonworking of the laptop. I want my money back so that I can purchase another laptop for me. I want Flipkart to immediately cancel the marketing of AVITA laptops so that customers are saved from purchasing the wrong product.

                                    I bought the product of Sony wf-c500 headset nd i m not satisfy with his product, bcoz it's not a worth for that huge amount. So I'm asked Flipkart customer care to retake the product but they refused to take return instead of they say go and ask Sony customer care to resolve ur problem. I m asking why did I go and ask Sony customer care then y did u sell it, ur the core to the responsible for sell so u must take my return request. I m not like that product

                                    Flipkart customer service didn't response for my request nd delay the process nd shut their eyes, ears nd mouths for my complaint. No one has gave a proper response. I couldn't understand what is the problem in it, y d they refused to take back their product.

                                    I want to return my product, what is the procedure for it. I don't like a product, it's not fulfill my expectations.audio effects worst in this headset, i didn't blame headset quality, I felt or used better than this headset so compartive it's worst so I m not comfortable with it. I am ask y didn't take back nd gave a unnecessary answer nd asking bribes for return. Its any rules there, if any had explain it afterwards I will give that amount. I[censored] not take back that priduct.I will put negative feedback in all community platform nd next time i will definitely move to Amazon.

                                    U assured the seller nd act like a intermediater, but not to take responsibility. I don't knw who is the seller, i bought the product only for Flipkart bcoz i believed that so I hope to buy the product in Flipkart. But u gave a ans like ask Sony customer service nd we are not take back that product nd etc ans. Afterwards y should I or we bought the product from Flipkart. Amazon customer service is better than u. I lost my money 5000, afterwards i ll recommend my frnz nd relatives go nd buy the product an Amazon don't buy it in Flipkart. I m not satisfy with ur customer care

                                      I ordered Apple 20 W Charger (MHJD3HN/A 20 W 3 A Mobile Charger from Flipkart. on June 15, 2022 Order ID OD[protected] worth Rs 1899. Order was delivered on June 17, 2022 with a fake old black charger, in Apple charger box, very well packed and taped. I called up the customer care to report the same. The customer has called for an investigation and so called replacement (no update on same as yet). I need help to please help me in this issue and help me get the refund or the charger.

                                      Flipkart denies the responsibility towards the said charger and states that the original product was delivered by the courier partner. I would like to please escalate the concern as the said product was not delivered to me and I got a duplicate product. Need help!!

                                      Flipkart team has sent email stating that they will call up by June26, 2022 11:43 am, to resolve the issue. But they never call back or email regarding the same. The team is charting the customers and does not care about the customers. Cheating is a prominent part of trait of Flipkart. Please help!!
