I have ordered mobile from flipkart by Bajaj finance card. The app is showing loan about the order but flipkart still showing the order is pending. The costumer service of flipkart is helping me and they disconnect the calls without solving my issue related to the order.

    I ordered a product OD[protected]. On 18th may and it was supposed to get delivered on 22 may. In the evening of 22 may I called the delivery agent as it was out for delivery, the delivery told me that he will deliver the product tomorrow as it's late. And the next day I can see on the app that my ptoduct is yet to reach my nearest hub. I tried calling customer service but it was in vain, as they can't communicate with e-kart service. Now its 27th may and I am still waiting for my product. And this happened thrice consecutively in this month. And now I am regretting for opting flipkart as a platform to buy product. The customer representative doesn't know any thing, they just blab about what's on flipkart app. As a customer I can also see what's on the app and the customer service also repeats the same rehearsed dialogue thet we are sorry for your inconvenience but they can't give any resolution to the problem. Please share the delivery agent contact information, or let me know till when I can get my product. If this issue will not be resolved today than I have to see other option from consumer forum.

    Yesterday I talked with one of the executive officer named Ashish srivastav, and he assured me that I will get a call or email by today 1000 hrs. But still no one from customer service has reached me and my issue is still unresoved.

        Delivery time slot from guwahati to dimapur takes less then 24 hours, but this product Ekart Logistics - FMPC[protected] seems to be taking exceptionally super long time to reach dimapur which is by now almost 48 hours and still the product is on the way. I am surprised at how flipkart dimapur is functioning. The parcel has left flipkart facility, guwahati at 4:52pm on 25/05/2022 and today being 27/05/2022, the parcel seems to be lost somewhere between guwahati and dimapur. As any parcel takes less then 24 hours from said location to delivery address.

          When I am using mobile I got one pop up window from flipkart 95% off on redmi note 9 pro mobile at rupees 866 only. Only for this 30mins order in 30mins like that came .so I ordered that mobile and payed money but order not confirmed amount debited from my account . Pls help me 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

            Since Flipkart have decided to discontinue the operation / login of my account. I disagree with your views of higher return.
            I dont think you have analyzed it.

            I was not even aware of such policy and no prior communication was made to me.

            I do not understand your policy.

            I disagree with the content mentioned in your email. The products were genuine returne only on true grounds and was allowed and accepted by Flipkart.

            Product received Damaged (Rerturn or Replacement)
            Product Missing from the Packet
            Product Packet returned due to damage ( returned as per per Flipkart Policy)
            Product returned due to size fit/color

            Since your policy do not allow the genuine return and thus making the customer suffer.

            I had placed number of orders and as such I have no details to verify now after the account is Blocked.

            I have Balance of more then Rs.4000.00 in Flipkart Wallet and few orders pending to be delivered.

            Since login is no longer allowed and has been Blocked. I can't use the wallet any more Hence Refund the Balance amount in Wallet to my Bank account and confirm

            Acknowledge the receipt.

              On 13th May my Email was Blocked without any intimation. I called the Customercare number and wantetg to know why this was Blocked buy they had no answer except that you will get meil. On 15th May I did receive the email saying that your email is Blocked by system due to " High Return ". I did wrote a mail disagreeing with their views and wanted to know the details.
              How ever I asked them to refund the Balance amount in " Flipkart Wallet " but the same mail was repeated four times without giving refund.refunding the wallet amount.

                    I ordered two products form flipkart, they arrived and on the same day i returned it on the flipkart app, they accepted the returned amd scheduled the pickup but on pick-up day they just cancel my return without informing me and on the app it's showing the reason which i never selected for .and my reason for return policy is also valid

                      My account has been blocked by flipkart and as i raised a query against it the reply i got is baseless as they say is that i have made heavy amount of returns and that's why my account can't be reactivated.
                      I have been ordering from flipkart for years for confirmation you can check my flipkart account infact recently i haven't made any return only orders got cancelled or delayed by the delivery team. And return requests raised were not from my side but nothing has been returned recently.
                      I have been a plus member for years and was Continuing my journey infact if i would like you to check my order history how loyal customer i am.
                      I asked customer support to help me out but only they do is raise a query and i get the same email every time that returns were made that's why we can't unblock your account and this reason is a lie nothing else.
                      Please help me regarding this and activate my flipkart account as soon as possible Please.

                        My name is Abhishek. I had order HP Pavilion Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5600H gaming laptop on 3rd May, 2022 in Flipkart. The seller on Flipkart was Health & Happiness Pvt. Limited. They had delivered the laptop on 9th May, 2022. We were not sure what happened to the laptop. It didn't turn-on on its first arrival I thought the battery was low at that time. so, I charged it for few hours but that didn't make any difference, it stayed the same. It didn't turn on since its arrival. So, I raised a request for replacement on the Flipkart app. They started the replacement process and on 17th May, 2022 an HP representative visited my place and checked the laptop. He had also approved that there could be some manufacturing defect in the Laptop. He sealed the laptop with HP branding and can't be opened till the pickup is done. So I can't open it or use it, only the pickup person could do that. Later he approved for the replacement on the site. So, Flipkart accepted the replacement on the same day itself (i.e 16 May, 2022). They promised pickup would be done on or before 24 May, 2022. They told me the replacement item will get shipped only after the pickup is done. So, I had to wait till 24 May, 2022 for pickup. I had waited for 8 to 10 days keeping the old sealed dead laptop. And the promised pickup date is passed nobody came for pickup so i waited for 2 more days till 26 May, 2022. There was no change in Flipkart app nothing... No response from Flipkart support. On 26 May, 2022 without saying a word the seller closed the pickup and replacement and raised new pick and refund. Which irritated me alot. They did tell me anything and closed the replacement request which made me so angry. I contacted Flipkart they said it can't be changed you had to return it and get refund for the same. As I purchased it at very low cost using discount offers and all. Now the Laptop price is hiked 6, 000rs more. I can't order it again spending 6, 000rs more. I'm still fighting in this. I'm trying to contact HP through Mail. Hope i could find some help from them. Had a really bad experience with this seller. I don't recommend at all. The Order ID OD[protected].

                        Flipkart has replaced the laptop after 1 week of complaint raised. They arranged a replacement on 1st June and I received it on the next day. I am happy now.

                          I purchased on cooler from Flipkart and it got delivered on the 13th of May and on the same day I raise a return request but still, nobody came for pickup - i am really fed up now by calling customer care daily.

                          My Order ID- OD[protected], it's been more than 2 weeks I am keep calling customer care but no resolution provided till date. Refund also not initiated only they are keep on saying "wait for 24hrs" from last 2 weeks.

                          If required I can share the customer care call recordings also where they mentioned the promise date of the resolution but nothing matched yet with their word.. just they are giving fake promise daily.

                            I have ordered the oppo enco air 2 from flipkart worth 1899/- and i have received the order and i checked my product and the left mic of the earbud is not working properly and the charging c type cable is missing and then i sent the replacement request to the company on 22nd may but still they didn't approve my return request i also sent them the photos of the product and my id proof also still they didn't approve my return request. i need help on this matter please take some action. i want to replace the product in any condition.

                              I've been using flipkart since many years but this has never happened i ordered a product order id - OD[protected] description says chandan rubbing stone chakla pata with chandan stick but received only chakla pata and chandan stick item was missing from package.

                              So, i requested a replacement of the same but received the same thing again with missing item and this time chakla pata was cracked also. I have recorded a video of the same.

                              I spoke to customer care they have requested a refund but this harassment and time wasted which i got from flipkart i wont forget and next time i will never purchase anything from flipkart.

                                I have ordered the grocery items (total 6 items) total cost of Rs. 1064. On[protected], a delivery boy came to my address and delivered the products with two different bills. When I checked then I show that all these delivered products are not mine. I did not order these products. Delivered all wrong products. More specifically, the delivery boy came and put a mixture and biscuits and orange juice, and two bills (without any packaging, he brought a plastic box and open up it and take all these products and delivered them). One bill related to these delivered products is Rs. 408 and another is my ordered bill of rs. 1064. Based on my complaint four (except two products "Mark Premium Cashews" and "Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta") products were returned and refunded. For these two, I am requested for return and refund but again and again, rejected. Please do the proper investigation that why this has happened. There is no mistake on my end but I am harassing again. Due to the mistake of the Flipkart or seller or delivery boy, I am suffering. It is embarrassing for me. I am a regular customer of the Flipkart but never happened harassed like this. It is totally disappointing. Please send the delivery boy (or follow the other way) to my address and pick up the products which are delivered from your end and return my money as soon as possible. I have lost more time and effort for the mistake of either seller or delivery boy. Please save me from this online grocery delivery fraud of Flipkart. The delivery boy may manipulate the delivery process wrongly. But I am suffering so much. Please ask your delivery boy and refund my money and solve this issue.

                                  On 24th of may I have booked 1 mobile from Flipkart which reached Flipkart bandra facility on 25th of may at 7: 46 am but not getting out for delivery because they don't have delivery boys but taking order regularly and when we contact there customer care they put call on hold and after 3 to 4min disconnect the call it's my wife birthday on 27 may i want gift her but they are not helping me out

                                    I had made a Mobile Phone Purchase from Flipkart website on 16th May 2022 with a delivery commitment of 17th May 2022. Till date (26th May 2022) my order has not been delivered. Whenever I try to connect with Flipkart Customer Care they increase the delivery timelines by 3 days. They are also not allowing me to cancel my order and have disabled order cancellation option on their website.

                                      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my sim connection.

                                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the connection.This is making me unable to change the mobile number and i have an order issue with flipkart also.
                                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                        This product doesnt fit my need and the box itself has not been opened upon installation engineer’s request. I have already purchased the same item with different fit from the same seller from flipkart. But they are denying the return / refund now
