    Hi All,

    I have odered TP-link Archer AC600 High Gain USB Adapter & got delivered on 31 May. Inside the package the product is missing. I immediately raised the return on that day but someone at flipkart cancelled the request. Even i raised multiple return requests but not accepting the return. Even the return window is active.

      Order has reached the destination but not delivered on 4 June 2022 and it is taking long than expected date.Ekart service is very bad.I want my order delivered today.I dont know what's taking this long to deliver the order as I called Ekart when they are delivering the order they assured me that they will deliver on 4 June 2022 but in evening they say undelivered

          I have ordered Adidas EQ 21 running shoes size 10 on 22/04/22 and received 8 size shoes Immediately I raised return request but it showed rejected next day. Again I applied the same and called on customer care, executive assured to resolve this issue.It happened 7 to 8 times. I wrote mails too and posted my Adhar and photo as proof . Now I have blocked by flipkart with reasoning that I frequently raised return request but I am unable to understand this because when I did all as executives instructions how they blocked me now I am unable to make return request or mail too. I want my refund of Rs 4059/- I suffered a lot in the time of my cbse 10th exam period. I Mentally harassed by flipkart . I want my refund with compensation.

              I am unable to login to my account. I am giving the phone number but unfortunately I am unable to remember my password, but forget password is not working. It has been throwing error since last two weeks.

              Customer care is not going through at all. It just tells to check your order in your account and getting disconnetced. There is no way I am able to cintact the customer care as well. Also, it is telling to login to your account to contact the customer care.

              Please help me resolve the issue

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics

                The issue that I have experienced was: I am a Flipkart plus Customer, The Samsung 324L was delivered to me on May 31st. And after looking at the product from the front and I shared the happy code with the delivery guy, The same day I was able to identify that there was a dent backside of the caution plate as well as hard scratches within the freezer board. I immediately filed a replacement request on Flipkart and spoke with customer service representatives more than 15 times. The only response I received from them was that the issue will be fixed, however, the replacement request is being rejected by the seller every day. Kindly help me with the replacement and installation of my equipment.

                It occurred on: 31/05/2022

                I've talked to customer service executives more than 15 to 20 times, and I feel like they're simply trying to convince me. I'd want the Flipkart team to go over the attachments I've provided and send me a replacement along with installation as soon as possible.
                Please take immediate action on it,

                  I booked an order in Flipkart of three items with a total of 1342 but they took 50 rs the website saud just to give 1242 on delivery of products but now the delivery boy is charging the whole amount and telling to talk in customer care while there are no Flipkart executive or no or way I can connect to them .

                    I have bought a Motorola Phone from Flipkart on 4th May vide Invoice Number # FAIODX[protected]; despite giving my GST number while booking, they have not mentioned my GST number in the same.
                    Later they are saying sorry and expressing their inability to change the Invoice.
                    I have a doubt that they are a serial offender in this segment & making illegal money out of the GST money.

                        Order ID - OD[protected]. I had ordered a Daikin 1.5 ton AC on 16 May for Rs. 38490. I cancelled the order on 17 May as I no longer needed the AC and requested for a refund. For 10 days I got the message on Flipkart saying Refund request accepted and will be processed shortly. On 26 May I received a notification saying order delivered which is completely false. I have not received the order and my request for refund was cancelled without my consent. I have been trying to contact the customer care executives continuosly for the past 10 days but they are of no use. Even transfer of call to senior representatives is of no use as they keep on repeating like parrots - wait for 24-48 hours for resolution. Kindly mediate the refund .

                          I have booked Auqa Natural water 12 L Alkaline vitamin B12 RO through Flipkart on[protected]. The invoice is attached for ready reference.

                          The above product was delivered on[protected] and the same was installed on[protected].

                          I have faced multiple issues with the product ever since it was installed. Even though the product came with the warranty, the customer care representatives of Aqua asked to pay visit charge of Rs. 300/.

                          As the condition of the product was very poor, I have sent an email to Flipkart grievance team about the product. In response to the email, Flipkart team accepted my request and confirmed that faulty product would be picked up and the replacement product would reach to me by 30th May 2022.

                          The faulty product was picked up from home on 19th May 2022 and replacement order was placed by your team.

                          Despite repeated emails and multiple communications over the phone, the replacement was not delivered till 30th May 2022. Therefore, I have requested the Flipkart team to initiate the refund of the faulty product on 30th May 2022. You team accepted the refund request and conveyed that the refund will be processed within 72 hours.

                          More than 17 days passed since the faulty product was picked and more than 6 days have been passed but I have neither heard anything from Flipkart nor I have received any refund.

                          Multiple emails been exchanged but to no avail.

                          For past many days, I have spent lot of time and energy to get the refund. I have also spend more than 150 rupees a day to satisfy the RO water need of my family.

                          I am using the services of Flipkart since past many years and today I am deeply hurt with the way Flipkart is responding to the above order.

                          Now, I request your good office to intervene in this matter and provide the refund of the money I have spent on faulty product. Which has already been picked up by your team.

                          This will be my last request to Flipkart, with a hope that you will intervene and provide the refund at the earliest. Failing which will force me to explore legal options in this said matter.

                            I was flipkart customer as well as (Plus member) since 2013 . In the lockdown time i had placed 7-8 times order for grocesssary . We have large family and due to lockdown we had not getting grocessry in local market so i had placed order in 2X quanity . For this reason flipkart had blocked my account. I have no issue if they not interested to get business .

                            In the flipkart account i also had flipkart pay later account which was 1187 rs outstanding So i called the customer service and they share us payment link and i had process the payment . After one yrs when i checked our cibil report and found the IDFC Bank which are partner for flipkart pay later account they default us for non payment . When i contact flipkart service they told us Your flipkart pay later account are zero due but IDFC Bank saying they not received the payment . If you paid please ask flipkart to share NOC letter . & flipkart not providing to us . What we do pls suggest us .

                              On 24th May 2022 i have purchased 5 unit of k7 digital security antivirus with order number-OD[protected]. on same day i got only one license key through email and 4 are showing expected delivery by 24th May. Then i called at customer care with full details and they told me their are some technical issue you need to wait till 28th May 2022. Then i called at 29th May 2022. Again they have same story or few lines for customer. They told me to wait till 3rd June 2022. Today i again called at flipkart, and told them you are not resolving my issue and irritating me. They told me again may i hold your call for 1 minutes and again same story you have to wait for 11th June 2022. I requested them please canceled my order and i reorder it. but they are not cancelling my order. So i am requesting you please if you can do something in this matter please look into this matter.

They are not mailing the licence key nor cancelling the order or not refunding my money. Many of time i called them from this number 8054483212. But i have not recieved any call from flipkart side. The number mentioned in this mail not related to me. Never i had this number.                                 Hi Sir,

                                Someone hacked my flipkart account and change mobile no blocked email id so I could not login. Interestingly the call has come from eKart logistics team sister company of Flipkart telling about last order details with full address and convince you that they tried to reach but mobile is not reachable and have to update alternate contact info and ask you to share OTP. Once you provide by trusting then that’s it you will loose your access to your account and they start isie your pay later credit . In my case also my flipkart account is plus account and cardless credit with 70000. From that point I have been trying to reach Flipkart Customercare one of the weakest support team and no proper access as well as response to these kind of sensitive issues. I called almost 10 times without any luck. Please help me to assist on this?

                                  I Ordered Realme C20 Mobile On 4th May, 2022 which due to the excuse of Technical Issues By Flipkart The Product Could Not Be Delivered I Had To Cancel On 10 May . Then, Again I Placed The Order On 10 May Which Was Again Delayed By 11 Days And Again The Same Excuse Was Given By Flipkart . And My Order Was Cancelled By The Seller On 21 May . Then Again I Had To Place A New Order On 21 May And That Also Was Delayed Very Much And I was Told In Email On 28 May That If I Place A New Order In Next 10 days Then They Will Credit Gift Card Of Rs.500 To My Flipkart Account After Delivery Of My New Product In 72 Hrs .And Again Cancelling My previous Order I Placed A New Order And Its Was Finally Delivered To Me On 30 May But Gift Card Still Not Credited After 72 Hrs Also. I Request Flipkart To Credit My Gift Card ASAP

                                    I ordered a cooler from bajaj company on 24th may, 2022. The model is Bajaj 54L window air cooler. I received the product on 29th may, 2022. But when i opened it, the product was different from which i ordered. They sent an old model cooler of the same brand, where there is no humidity controller and auto refill connection. Then i immediately requested for replacement but there is no response from Flipkart. Flipkart customer service has been just passing time as they are not processing the replacement request. Its showing pending till 29th may. They are doing fraud with the valuable customers. And now i want refund anyhow. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as we are facing unbearable summer heat. No response from Flipkart till now.

                                      My account has been blocked by flipkart on 24th may 2022 in that account I have a pay later payment now they are sending msgs to pay the amount I unable to pay the amount in that account because account has been blocked. I called so many tyms to flipkart customer excutive but they are not responding about my problem please solve my problem on before June 5th because the due date is june 5th 2022 if not pay the amount my cibil score will be decreased so try to understand my problem and solve as much as possible
