My Order for a six seater dining table is not getting delivered after 20 days.
It is just getting updated that order is delayed.
We have been trying to get information about the order shipping and raised issue 15 days back but customer care has refused to help us saying they do not have any information about product shipping.
They are even cutting our calls and not replying to our queries saying product is delayed and no information at all about how it is shipped.

      Hello Team,

      This would be appreciated if you help me to resolve this Flipkart issue it has been pending for 2 months and no update no resolution by Flipkart.

      I bought a shirt from Flipkart and they sent me a completely different shirt. I started to follow up with Flipkart to return the shirt and they have been rejection the return request without any reason. I shared all the pictures of the shirt to Flipkart but no luck.

      They blocked my Flipkart account. I have 300 Rupes in my Flipkart wallet and they are replying neither email nor call. I have a list of tickets and they have not been resolved.

        Flipkart flight booking pending

        On 18th may, i did a flight booking on flipkart travel with booking id:[protected]
        My money got deducted and it shown a message booking confirmed with flipkart and pending with airlines.

        It's shocking, that i received a message in next 15 minutes saying the booking failed.

        This is very unprofessional to do the booking, deduct the money and then send a message saying "sorry your booking is failed". What...

        I have bought a motorola smart tv under no cost emi. The billed amount is 38225 rupees. But, the actual amount to converted to emis is 40, 498 rupees by the SBI credi card. Spoke to both the SBI and Flipkart customer care personnel. The issue not resolved.

          I have ordered magnum Trolley Bag on 2nd may 2022 and it was delivered on 10th may. As the product i received was in used condition so i requested a replacement for it. The product was picked up from me on 12th may and the new product was to deliver on or before 21st may. When they were not able to ship the product on time then they extended the deadline for delivery to 24th may. Again they failed to ship and deliver the product and extended the deadline to 30th may. It is 30th may today i have not received the replacement product ( as it is not shipped yet) nor received the refund. I am not able to cancel the order also. I have contacted flipkart customer care many times but they are like teddy bear which can listen but not work upon. So i strictly want refund of it as the promised date of delivery has been failed three times.

            I ordered yoga mat on 13th I received it faulty on 19th may. They took faulty one but didn't sent me either replacement or money. I want to file a complaint on Flipkart for this kind of issue ignoring.

              Refund not received in bank and flipkart is not responding.

              it shows refund has been completed but it has not been credited to bank and bnk is saying that flipkart has not refunded any money....

                    I purchased two external hard drives one after another vide order Id OD[protected] and OD[protected] on 25th and 27th May 2022 respectively. When I connected the 2tb drive which was my first order it was not being detected by
                    the computer so I ordered again a different product because they have mentioned
                    that there is a 7day replacement policy but when I headed there I found only return option was there it's why I placed another order of external
                    hard drive of different capacity and when I received the second order I found accessories missing i.e. data cable to connect with and I again tried for exchange but they given me a
                    return only option again. And since then it's in as it is condition. On calling
                    they people are just trying to mislead and confuse me and not helping me with a proper resolution and so I felt that those people are only misleading the
                    customer and denying to fulfil their obligations.
                    Another important thing that they delivered the product using otp but now they want my ids and documents for what even they don't know. They should have arrange the return package using otp as well like they delivered and this is the height now that they want my noc clause also to use my documents as they want. And
                    because of all these things those people seems suspicious. They even don't aware regarding the laws ans rules because if they know they would have been aware that it's an offensive act which is punishable.

                      There is an issue with the product which i have bought on 2nd Of March (Puma Brand Shoe)but it got defected with in one month.
                      I tried contacting Flipkart multiple times but they are not ready to help and disconnected the call everytime.
                      Also i tried Puma brand and they are ready to help me out but they just need denial email from the Flipkart.

                      I tried contacting Flipkart regarding the same but they are not providing me denial letter .

                      This was going from last one month and they are not responding my calls .

                      I just need a solution as soon as possible because the warranty will be expired by 2 of June ..
                      Hoping for positive response.

                        A parcel which I had not ordered was delivered in my absence to my work address on 18 May on COD basis, as I was busy in a meeting my staff accepted the parcel by paying money from his pocket.                             I cancelled an order on 17th May and haven't got refund till now (29th May). On calling they are asking me to confirm from your bank. The other one on same day said your product has not reached the seller.

                                Order no OD[protected] not delivered. ETA was 23rd May but not delivered yet .Money deducted from account !! Flipkart team not give any positive response, . I had mailed on 24th May @ grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com . But no response received .

                                  Sir, I Abhishek kumar customer of esteemed Flipkart since 2013 . On 26.04.2022 my account was deactivated automatically from my registered number [protected] I tried so many times to activate it but all in vain . On 29.04.2022 I called the customer care number and the lady told me to re-install the app after deleting the previous one . I deleted it and after some time it was restored but when I opened it I saw someone ordered an apple phone from flipkart to pay a later amount . The person who had given the order is unknown to me because presently I am residing in Calicut Airport and the order was placed in Kolkata . Hence I am requesting the following consideration please.
                                  01. During the whole period from my account deactivated on 26.04.2022 from 29.04.2022 upto 1200 hrs i have not received any SMS, Email on my registered phone that my account is deactivated . i tried so many times on 29.04.2022 to activate the account but it always showed that your account was deactivated till i called customer care .
                                  02. I have to pay flipkart pay later in the month april due on 05.05.2022 but in that account EMI of the above phone is also included which was not purchased by me . Hence it is requested that kindly waive off EMI of apple phone . So I can pay the remaining account. If I will not pay the remaining account then it will affect my CIBIL ranking .
                                  03. I have called customer care 05 times to customer care since 29.04.2022 but till now no action has been done from your side. It clearly shows your company character and behaviour towards customers .
                                  04. I lodged a Cyber crime complaint online on 30.04.2022 (Registered no. [protected]) but till today there was no improvement .
                                  05. According to my conscience it is clear that some insider/mole of the company has done the fraud because I have not received a single sms on the day of deactivation.
                                  Kindly resolve the problem.
                                  06.I am enclosing screen shot of mobile phone to consider the same,
                                  your kind cooperation in this regard shall be highly obliged

                                    I had ordered Indus valley hair spa from flipkart with order ID OD[protected]. Mobile no with flipkart [protected]. I ordered the item as a gift for my sister. She was out of town after returning today she opened the item and all o[censored]s were shocked to see fungi outgrowth in the mask. This is really shameful as I brought it for someone . This is not at all accpectable. I want my money back.
