Hi,
The product I ordered on May 8, 2022 and it's prepaid, and was "out for delivery" on May 14, 2022. I called the delivery partner several times but he kept on declining the call on May 14, 2022. Neither he picked up not called me back ever since since then. Because of weekends the product status stays "out for delivery". The next working day(Monday), the product shows delivered. Immediately, I called the delivery partner many times but no response and therefore, raised the same concern with Flipkart mentioning everything. Since May 16th, 2022 I was asked to wait 24-48hrs again and again by Flipkart support team.
Flipkart support team mentioned that the backend team will call me and provide the resolution with the product or by processing the refund by May 20th, 2022.
So far, neither I have received the product nor any update on refund even after raising the same concern again and again.
It was not about the 166rs product, but whatif the product's price was much more than that.
Without the PIN and OTP, how was the order got delivered.

This is totally unexpected, unethical and unacceptable behaviour from Flipkart.

Complaint marked as Resolved The concerned team called and mailed me to connect post raising complaint here.
They further asked me to go with refund or product. The concerned team got the product delivered to me after providing input.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
