    Please refund my money in 24 hours as i havent received any sms when they credit money on 6 may and they dont even accept that i have not receive money as bank manager check the details of my account there is no refrence number shown in ststus enquiry and i already do all things transaction statement is given to them with screenshots and they still not accept i want to get UTR number
    as the status shows on bank that there is no financial transactions perfomed at data range give my refund as soon as possible.

    as they said on 29 April they initiated my refund through NEFT but when checking the details in the bank the status shows there are no financial transactions performed in the data range i.e.[protected] to[protected]. no reference id is established here and the Flipkart executives do not accept and repeatedly say that our seller has credited into your account and is confirmed if it is established on 6 may then why haven't received any message of Rs. 1649/- on my phone it means they haven't refunded anything they just show fake that they completed the refund and that's the reason there is no upcoming status shows regarding my refund into my account. No reference number is shown on my account, no transaction status is established, and all statuses shown are invalid. as I already told them not to share reference id they share with me their UTR number if they refund my money I have given all proofs to them they don't give me any proof I want the UTR number, Transaction ID, Account of the seller who says refund is confirmed and his mobile number. rest u can see the proofs from my side but from your side their is no proof given to me regarding my refund...

      Delivery guy called me that he has comr for pickup and waiting down of my building. I was at office. I asked him to pick the product from my friend from my room as my friend can’t come down. That guy said ok and disconnected my call. When I called my friend, she said no one came. When i called that delivery guy back, he said he’ll come evening. I said that we won’t be available. Then he replied to give ur product to someone else n he’ll pick it up. I didn’t finished my words and again he disconnected the call. I’m very very disappointed. I requested call 4 times from Flipkart and didn’t received any call.

        I have purchased a gold chain from Flipkart on 22/05/2022 worth RS 39893 and i have cancelled the order as some size issue and Flipkart initated a refund on the same day and officialy emailed me that i will get the refund amount on 27th May but they haven't kee the same and after my follow up they have send an another mail says on June 3rd i will get the amount but they haven't angin another date June 5 same not given the refund again now says 9th June i will get. In between thye have send an email and given a refund reference number and i checked with my bank but the bank says there is no such refund request they received from Flipkart

          I made a groceries order on 31st May and was given the delivery date of 2nd June. Today is 6th June and no sign of delivery. The delivery guys are trying to get rid of me as a customer. Because i live quiet far away from the hub and they might not have frequent enough deliveries from my area. The customer support is asking me to wait till 9th June for any update. It's not even the first time, they do this every time! Do you even realise how irresponsible it is to delay 'essential' groceries!? Unexpected from Flipkart.

            I ordered groceries from Flipkart. For the first 4 - 5 times it was all good. But after that they started delaying my order. Also cancelled one order without any explanation after delaying it for 6 - 7 days after the given delivery date.
            They charge me ₹50 delivery fee even at a ₹1000 cart unless i have added atleast 2 expensive items that are being sold at a high price. It has been 14 days since I've been waiting for my current order and they are asking me to wait for 3 more days for any update.

              I have bring ordering stuffs online from Flipkart and I'm its existing customer but once I just cancelled an order because I found some other people selling that same product cheaply. And they disabled COD option for my account. I tried from my dad's phone and it is showing the COD option but not for my account.

                I ordered a samsung double door refrigerator on 4th June 2022 on the exchange offer with my old lg single door refrigerator.
                Today, the delivery boy arrived, checked the old appliance, for about 15 minutes, There wasn't any rust, dent on my old refrigerator and the also the compressor was working fine. The only thing was missing was vegetable basket and bottle rack. Intially he was about to pass the exchange but suddenly he spoke to someone over phone and decided to reject the item. I argued with him that my old product adhere to your guidelines mentioned on Flipkart website. He said, i spoke to my senior and he told me to reject the item though it is in sound condition just because few accessories were missing. It was deliberately planned. I called numerous times to Flipkart executives. Either they put call on hold or disconnect without providing resolution. This is a Clear case of cheating by a online giant like Flipkart by inducing customers through attractive prices in form of exchange and at the end denied exchange of no reason. I have a very bad experience with Flipkart. Amazon is far better than Flipkart in terms of customer service.

                  I had ordered groceries from Flipkart on 28th may till 5 june nit delivered

                  I had called customer care 2 times no one helped, Flipkart is kept my money for one week and not delivered grocery at the time of need please take strict action against Flipkart

                    I have ordered a slipper from flipkart on June 2, 2022, but the wrong product came like other slipper which I have not ordered.. I raised return request, but delivery man refused to take my product, saying that he will only collect the slipper which I have ordered. But how can I give ordered product when wrong product delivered to me!! I have raised the return request again and again, also without asking me the pickup company ekart rejecting my pickup stating "customer decided to keep the product" -- when I told this ekart???? ..                       I have order a phone from Flipkart on 31 may .and it will be delivered on 2 June but it will not be delivered on 2 june on same day the date extend to 4 june but it couldn't not delivered on that day i call the customer care but it says on same it will be delivered on 7 pm otherwise it will be delivered on 5 june but i couldn't receive yet on 5 june i call again it says it will be delivered on 9 june is it fair please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise refund my current phone price

                        I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart with exchange of my old mobile which was getting used at home. The delivery guy came in the evening by passing all day and just said taking the old mobile in hand that the mobile will fail to pass the checks in just 2 seconds. I was surprised. He didn't event know how to cross check the mobile and he didn't know even to open the application where the cross checks to be done of my old mobile.

                        That too he didn't know how to behave with a customer. Absolutely bad bad behaviour. He was in a hurry to reject my mobile exchange and just wanted me to agree on the remaining money to be given and take the new mobile which was ordered.

                        I planned to take the delivery on Sunday purposefully so that I can setup my new mobile easily and gift to someone. But this worse service of Flipkart gave me bad experience. I will give 0 out of 10 marks. They can't return my day and my planned emotions for this gift.

                          I am unable to see download invoice button on website/mobile app (iOS, Android both). I tried getting help from delivery executive on call and chat but no solution. Every time I am told that invoice is sent to registered email id but I am not rcving it.

                          Tried all the steps suggested - uninstalling/re-installing, cache clear, log out/log in but no luck and every time the executive just says mail is sent, wait for sometime, TAT is 24hrs. I need the invoice by today to extend my warranty for the product but I am not getting any solution.

                            I am order on 13may 2022 but not shipped yet & also not provide me cancellation service. More then 20days passed but not given any solution yet. Only customer executive said wait for tomorrow again and again for resolve but not resolve yet.

I contacted the delivery guy immediately after I opened the package.He told me that he will contact the office and then after some time he told me to refund it and my money would be refunded and when I

                                  My name is Kapil Goyal. I ordered a product on flipkart whose order date is 17 May 2022 . Whose order id is OD[protected]. The expected date showing after ordering was 24 May 2022. On May 24, the date changed to May 30. I waited till 30th May. Even after that the product was not received. After that I spoke to the customer care. she asked for 1-2 days' time. Even after that I did not receive the product. On 5th June I called customer care again then I told them either my money should be refunded in 1-2 days or my product should be delivered. He again started asking for time and said that now delivery will be done by 9th June. In this way they have been extending the date. Then I said that in place of my product, there could have been some essential stuff. Then I told them to return my money today or in 1-2 days only. Then he also gave a lot of time to return the money and said that we cannot tell you the time of arrival of money nor can we tell in how many days the product will be delivered.

                                  Please take appropriate action. Every time I call, it is said that your product will be delivered in a day or two. I told him I am complaining in consumer court so he told me where to complain.

                                      Ordered mobile phone two days back. It was supposed to be delivered on 4th June 2022. But delivery date extended to another two days so i cancelled the order as I am going out of town on that day. After that i placed another mobile order but as soon as I place the order the shipment is cancelled by the seller. I tried many times placing order but everytime my shipment is cancelled. I am a flipkart plus customer and i bought tons of products in flipkart over these years. This is how you treat to your customers. I didn't expect this from flipkart.
