I ordered a panasonic split ac and installion kit is missing in it so i order for replacement.
The expected date is 31st of may but they pickup by 23rd may only.
But didn't update on the app.
Calling customer care no response from there side.
Please help it been 15days.

      I am Nagarajan from Tamilnadu, Thiruvallur 602002.
      I have been purchased one AC product from flipkart. That product not working properly after installation. Next day their Technicians visit and check the product their found AC Refregrant drain from Cilinder often period. So I raised replacement request to new product. But flipkart not proper response and still my defect product not replaced. I am so many worried and depression for this purchase from flipkart. Again many time I contact flipkart not resolved concern. Pls help my issue as soon as possible.

          Hello,
          Today i got one call and it was showing flipkart customer service in my mobile so i have received it and that guy represented him as flipkart customer service representative and asked me about my one of the old order which i have placed replacement but it was cancelled somehow and he said they are processing that replacement and asked me to share the otp as he is updating the alternative number and i have told the otp but when i check the email i got to know that guy changed the mobile number to something else [protected]( on his own number instead of mine [protected] )

          later i tried to call that number and he did not recieve my calls and i was getting 100 otp messages that he was trying to do different orders and tried to login my flipkart account but surprisingly its was showing new account without any old orders and contacted the customer service by requesting call back from mobile app and i got the call in 5 min but they rudely saying we cant do anything complain to police.

              I purchased poco x4 5g from flipkart on 27/5/22 it got delivered on 28/5/22
              But when I opened the package I found phone and accessories were missing from box immediately I contacted support but not Got a any proper response

                I have ordered the grocery items (total 6 items) total cost of Rs. 1064. On[protected], a delivery boy came to my address and delivered the products with two different bills. When I checked then I show that all these delivered products are not mine. I did not order these products. Delivered all wrong products. More specifically, the delivery boy came and put a mixture and biscuits and orange juice, and two bills (without any packaging, he brought a plastic box and open up it and take all these products and delivered them). One bill related to these delivered products is Rs. 408 and another is my ordered bill of rs. 1064. Based on my complaint four (except two products "Mark Premium Cashews" and "Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta") products were returned and refunded. For these two, I am requested for return and refund but again and again, rejected. Please do the proper investigation that why this has happened. There is no mistake on my end but I am harassing again. Due to the mistake of the Flipkart or seller or delivery boy, I am suffering. It is embarrassing for me. I am a regular customer of the Flipkart but never happened harassed like this. It is totally disappointing. Please send the delivery boy (or follow the other way) to my address and pick up the products which are delivered from your end and return my money as soon as possible. I have lost more time and effort for the mistake of either seller or delivery boy. I am attaching all the products image and bills which have been delivered. Please save me from this online grocery delivery fraud of Flipkart. The delivery boy may manipulate the delivery process wrongly. But I am suffering so much. Please save my life and money.

                Again and again, I have complained (making a phone call to customer support and writing the email to grievance several times) about the same but no solution. My request is, again and again, rejected without any proper justification or investigation. This is eight-time I am writing to you. Now I am totally depressed and mentally tensed. I have put lot of effort and time but no solution. Now it is mental torture for me. I am also totally out of control and mentally harassed. Now my account in Flipkart is blocked. But one email came to me that in my purchase history number of returns is high. As per the suggestion of the customer support team, I returned products again and again but it is rejected again and again and I deprive to get the solution. In this case, also I have no mistake. But, Why my account is blocked I do not know.
                I am a customer of Flipkart. I have been victimized by the Flipkart team and delivery boy. I am an ordinary person, Rs. 806 very much matters to me. Till now Flipkart nighter refund my money Rs. 806 nor the products which I have ordered. I am victimized by the Flipkart fraud. Please help me either refund my money Rs. 806 or deliver my products. For this problem, I do not have any mistakes, it is the mistake of the Flipkart seller or the delivery boy, or other teams.

                    Flipkart — Wrong Product Delivered
                    I have ordered a BOAT ear buds and after receiving from delivery person I found that the ear buds were different product and that also damaged. and they delivered wrong product in box
                    I complain the same by calling the flipkart customer support but they are delaying the issue everytime I call them and not at all coming for pickup

                    On 18th of may I ordered Samsung Galaxy M52 from ecommerce website Flipkart. on 25th of May, I received a refurbished Galaxy A52s. On asking for refund they gave a mail which read that, I should provide any user ID like AADHAR or PAN or DL.

                    I refused to share my ID proof on security basis and privacy concerns as the mail sent by them read that -

                    WE WILL BE VALIDATING THE ID PROOF SHARED BY YOU THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT TOFLIPKART FOR THE USE OF IDENTITY PROOF. PLEASE SHAREV THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE IN YOUR REOLY ALONG WITH THE ID PROOF.

                    I GIVE MY EXPRESS CONSENT TO FLIPKART FOR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF MY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THIS EMAIL.

                    This mail looked very malicious to me and I decided not give any sort of ID to them except my college ID. They rejected my refund request on two several occasions. Upon mailing them, talking to multiple customer care personnel they still are not hearing any of my plea.

                    On to my surprise UIDAI issued a public notice on 27th of May to not to provide any company or institution with your AADHAR COPY or AADHAR NUMBER.

                    I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                      I didn’t receive my order as it is showing that it’s delivered.It was delivered to a different address I wasn't even aware of how the different address came into my account had a proof (received mail) with an order confirmation and the delivery address( which I had given at the time of ordering) and confirmed by executives that NO address change request had been made in between.I spoke to many Flipkart customer executives almost 40 people/calls-no one is able to resolve or help me to understand why the issue occurs and your escalation team (one of the customer executives transferred the call) said that “we can’t do anything the product got delivered, leave it for now, if you want you can order this product, we don’t make this happen next time ”What the hell-Why should I leave it, It’s a very big concern for me-with Flipkart's TRUST, DATA PRIVACY, INTEGRITY.
                      How come someone's address came into my account? How should I leave it -my product and the mental stress due to holding for longer hours of calls with your executives. Every time, when I get a call from a customer executive, Some new person will come online and I need to explain again and again that almost 40 times,
                      I’m very disappointed with the way your customer support or escalation team works! Let me know if you want can forward or share the order confirmation mail which I received after the next second of placing the order. Where you can see the exact delivery address which I had given at the time of placing the order.I had almost 20 recordings of call discussions with your executives please don’t make me to go any further extent. Resolve the issue.for reference and to investigate from your side I'm attaching the Order details below order id : OD[protected]This is the Mail I received after the order was placed- here we can see the delivery address that I had given. But you made the delivery to some different address- which I had never seen.

                        I purchased an lg tv order number OD[protected]. The installation is not happening even after a week of delivery and they are delaying the installation indefinitely with rude customer care representatives. The return is also not approved due to the delay in installation. This can be a defective piece which flipkart and the seller is trying to get away with using this technique

                          My name is Gaurav and I ordered a watch from Fipkart.com. I got in the wrong size so I tried to return it 3 times but Ekart Logistics rejected my pickup request all 3 times with issue as Product Mismatched, but no one came to pick my product. Now the return period is about to get over and I don't know what to do.

                            I have purchased a redmi note 10 pro on 25 may 22 but the order was not placed and this is a prepaid order. When I contact Flipkart for refund they tell me to wait till 27 may but when the refund was not credited to my account on 27 may I contact Flipkart and they told me that the refund was completed by seller but the refund was not credited to my account and told me to contact bank then i contact my bank and tell him all the details and reference no PZT[protected]QPDQ508 and after checking the details he told me that no refund with this reference no has been credited to my account!! After saving my pocket money of 2 years i am going to purchase my first smartphone for my study needs but this incidents happens with me. Refund amount ₹14, 778 . Please refund my money Flipkart!! Please help me !! I am also providing my bank statement

                              Vide Order No. OD[protected] dated May 24, 2022, an order was placed on Flipkart App for iPhone 13 (RED) with exchange. There was no provision during the placement of order that the box, charger, cable etc. of the old phone must have to be given at the time of delivery. It’s to be noted, now Apple does not provide charges, etc. along with the iPhone, and it has to be separately procured.

                              A delivery executive Mr. Suraj Dipak Gajabe (Mobile No.[protected]) came for exchange on Friday, 27th May 2022, who demanded the box and charger for the old phone, which were not available with me. It would be interesting to note that the delivery boy dd not any physical ID card. After repeated request he shared the scan copy of ID cards, which is not a valid document as per law.

                              The delivery Boy then showed me an unofficial message showing that those items were required for exchange, else the order will be cancelled. The delivery boy also talked to one Mr. Mukesh Singh, who also instructed him to do so. Upon query, he tried to shout at me without any cogent reasons saying that he’s following his senior’s instruction. Meanwhile, as per his request, I had to remove the cover, screen-guard, etc. from the phone.

                              Ultimately, the delivery boy did not budge, despite my repeated requests that the demands are not as per written Flipkart order resulting into unnecessary harassment and wastage of time for delivery.

                              Thereafter I received an automated call asking whether I require re-attempt of delivery, to which I selected yes.

                              To my surprise, I received message that I have rejected the order and hence a refund is issued. Why, should I place an order in the first place? This is an illegal option exercised by Flipkart/ associates to harass the gullible customers. This practice must be going on with the help of the deliberate option in the software system. The order was cancelled by Flipkart/ associates and not by me.

                              Flipkart does not appear to have clear-cut SOPs in place to ensure customers are not harassed.

                              Kindly look into the matter and take urgent and necessary preventive and precautionary steps to ensure gullible customers of Flipkart and other online platforms are not harassed cheated like this in collusion with seller/ delivery staff.

                                I placed the order for Apple iphone13 on May 28, it showed that it will be delivered on May 30. On May 30 the product was initially out of delivery in the morning, i called the delivery executive to coordinate the delevery timimgs and he says the product has be sent to a wrong side of deliveries and will be delivered tomorrow. i did a 100 calls to the flipkart customer service for a proper resolution but they only kept me saying to wait uintil May 30 7pm. i waited but the was nothing from flipkart. Today May 31, when i called them for understanding of the oissue, they now tell me to wait until june 1. Its an iphone 13 for gods sake, that a lot of money of mine struck, not many poeople can take a chance by putting thier 50, 000-60, 000 at stake like this. I dont understand why is it so difficult for a product to be delivered when it was already ouit for delivery. Utterly poor service by flipkart. Get my product delivered today at any cost. I've waited enough and cannot wait longer.

                                  I have purchased a Crompton Optimus 65 Air Cooler from Flipkart and I received a damaged product from Flipkart. I have kept for replacement of the product and after 7 long days they have replaced the product. But the replacement product is also damaged and it has grease applied for the wheels. I have reached out to Flipkart to tell that the replaced product is aslo a damaged one. It's been almost 8 days and till now the issue is not resolved and I didn't get any refund.
                                  Everytime I reach out to the customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours but the issue will not get resolved.
                                  Flipkart is becoming fraudkart day by day. Cheating customers with damaged products and then not resolving the issue and not even bothering about customer complaints.

                                  I request consumer board to take action against Flipkart for cheating customers.

                                    I putchased boat airdope117 on 17 may through flikart and he promised to deliver on 24 may but still not delivered and flipkart sent a mail to your delivery is delayed and he promised to deliver on 31 may .. but still not delivered and he told me to wait sometime he resolved it on urgent basis . And again sent mail to deliver your product in next three day...i am asking if you not delivered the product in time then why ekart logistics taking delivery..now my delivery is stuck on Kolkata mother hub from 28 may.
