My order id= OD[protected]
is set for a pickup and then refund.
The product is a BlueStar 1.5 Ton Split inverter A.C cost Rs- 34, 499/-
The product had some warranty issue as i could not avail the warranty of the product so flipkart decided to return the product and Refund me .
Now the the main problem arrising is that the pickup was supposed to happen on 13th May 2022 but due to some unexpected delay they messaged me that it will happen by 18th May then on 18th the pickup did not happen so i called them again .
They again made some silly excuse and told to pickup by 21st .
Now on 21st i called them again and they said sorry some delay is happening we will pickup by either 23 for sure or 24th .
I called multiple times on 23 that pickup did not happen then they said on 24th it will happen but even on 24th i got no update or anything such related to pickup of my Air conditioner.
I called multiple times and wasted so many hours talking to customer agent of flipkart but none of them provided any satisfaction resolution.
Flipkart has wasted so many days and still not able to pickup my product and refund me my amount.
The climate is so hot, unbearable and i don't have A.C, i'm spending my days and night in fan and still sweating.
If flipkart can't pickup the product then at least refund me my amount.
It's high time now, i'm having issue doing my work from home job as well in this hot climate.
I will seek higher authorities and ask refund for all my losses if it occurs due to unabe to do my job.
Flipkart, You better pickup the item in a day or 2 otheriwse i'll file a case too.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shubh111 Below are the screenshots of emails they kept of sending after every unsuccessful pickup
and keep making excuses again and again.I'm am really fed up by their fake dates and failing to pick my order and provide me refund.
A strict action will be taken against flipkart if i don't get my refund within few days
