    I am not able to login into my flipkart account. It shows an error while attempting to login. My Login Id is [protected]@gmail.com / [protected].
    I forgot my password. I am also not able to recover my password. Please do the needful as soon as possible

          Order IDs - OD[protected], OD[protected]
          I had order 2 Motorola Smartphones on 26th May and it was supposed to deliver on 28th May. It didn't deliver on the expected delivery date and delivery got delayed for some reason. I contacted customer care, they said, they are sorry and will try to deliver it by 30th May. I waited till 30th May and order is still not delivered. I contacted customer care on 30th May after waiting order to be delivered till 7PM, they said delivery agent will try to deliver the product in next business day. Even on 31st May order is not delivered.
          Today, it’s 3rd June, still order is not delivered. Flipkart is not delivering the order and on top of that, it’s not letting me cancel the order.

              My order was expected to be delivered on 2nd June. The status says pin code address mismatch but I have ordered multiple times at the same address.
              I have exchanged my current phone value and I need to be present during it, but now they have rescheduled it to 4rh June. I am ready to go to the FC but I'm not sure I will get my phone exchanged there.
              What a poor service by Flipkart and eKart. My exams will start from 4th June and I will have to take my current phone and then from the behind he will come to deliver the product but then there will be no need of this exchange discount. What a gameplay!

                      I had ordered the adreno nutraceuticals performance whey 1kg pack, chocolate cake batter flavor worth ₹1, 549. The product delivered to me is not what I ordered.
                      Its adreno nutraceuticals super mass weight gainer 1kg pack, chocolate cake batter flavor worth ₹499.

                      This product comes under the category of products with a no-return policy of Flipkart.
                      But in my case a completely different product has been delivered to me.

                      I don't want to technically return the product. I want the product I ordered because I have already paid for it.
                      I have paid ₹ 1, 050 extra for the wrong product which was delivered to me.
                      I believe the concerned authorities at Flipkart look into it and take the necessary actions needed and ensure that this issue is resolved.

                          Recently I ordered a printer of HP which was delivered . The delivered item is not working properly, received Item is defective.

                          I was requested for return and seller also approved three time but order is not picked up yet, 31st was last day of picked up.

                            I have order Realme 9 5g from Flipkart which I recieved today. The product is really not up to the mark & I am highly disappointed with the product performance & features. I raised for refund but they denied my request & said they can only replace the product. The product is of no use to me & I am begging them to please refund my money but they won't listening. I have no other option to go to consumer court for my rights.

                              मेरा नाम रवि झा है सर मैने 20मई 2022को एक OnePlus wireless Z2 blutooth ऑर्डर किया था. जो की मुझे 24मई को प्रोडक्ट मिला. जब मैं प्रोडक्ट को ऑन किया तो मुझे प्रोडक्ट Defective मिला. तो मैंने flipkart customer care में फोन और उनको पूरी बात बताएं. तब उनके तरफ से Replacement Request हुआ. लेकिन आज तक ना तो कोई करियर बॉय आया पिकअप के लिए ना ही कोई replacement product मुझे मिला.
                              जब भी मैं Flipkart customer care में फोन करता हूं तो मुझे एक ही जबाव मिलता है . हो जायेगा तुम्हारा product replacement लेकिन आज तक नही हुआ.

                                        My account was blocked without any prior communication citing any issues however after reaching out CUSTOMER care, they have mentioned the reason below -

                                        We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                        I really don't understand on what basis they have actioned since I'm having good purchase history and hardly any returns. On my account, 3200 super coins are left unutilized and also I'm not able to access the details of my Flipkart Axis CREDit card on app.

                                        This is being the case for many of CUSTOMERs and hardly find any reason why the particular account has been blocked.

                                        This being the case needs to action similar cases and provide exact reason for blocking rather stating ### reasons in a template format.

                                        It's been a month and still no response on this.
