Respected Team,

I purchased my RealMe Narzo 30 pro 5G phone from TataCliq last year in november paying the full amount . The phone got locked today[protected] with the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan and it is asking me to pay the due amount.

I have checked with the RealMe support, TataCliq Support and both say they have nothing to do with this. I am unable to reach the Flipkart support team. I am not sure why i am getting this message as i have paid the full amount during the purchase. I request the Flipkart team to please unlock my phone immediately as i am suffering unnecessarily..

Please kindly reach out to me @ [protected] for helping me with unlocking my phone.

      Hello Sir/ Ma’am,

      My Mobile No : [protected]

      I had purchased IFB 23SC3 Convection Microwave oven from Flipkart and it got delivered at my address on May 5, 2022.
      When I opened the box, I noticed that, the starter kit is missing in the box, which was mentioned in their product specifications.
      I had called their customer care several time asking about the missing started kit( around 20-25 times) . The Customer care executive mentioned that he will resolve the issue & they will give reply within 2-3 days. But there service are so slow and poor.

      I tried calling them again and agian to check the status of my query, the attending executive asked me to get it replaced so that I can get the starter kit with replaced item . They made a replacement request on 9 may 2022 and I got replacement on 11 may 2022 but still starter kit is missing. The received box content are as follows: 1] A microwave oven 2] inside microwave, there were 02 grills, 01 baking tray, 01 user manual, 01 cleaning procedure pamphlet & 01 metal tong .

      I have been calling till date several times to customer care & every time i get a FALSE promises from the executive that they will solve my problem till that specific date, but till now they are unable to do so

      THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM Flipkart.

      Request you to look into my request & expect it will be resolved soon and I will be issued a starter kit as mentioned on the site.

        Order was cancelled saying it was out of stock,

        I complaining against flipkart as they are providing offers to increase the flipkart reach only, I have ordered a croma 190 l refrigerator with order I'd OD[protected] at price of 1279 rupees only . After 8 days they cancelled it saying it was out of stock by the seller, if it was out of stock, how can it is even possible to place a order then. I have raised a complaint against it on flipkart costumer care, now they asked me to reorder...

        I ordered Realme 8S 5G from flipkart on 15th April 2022 in exchange of MIA2
        (Order id - OD[protected] which cost total Rs 17101 ( Rs 9501 paid from Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card + Rs 7600 MI A2 Mobile exchange ). Due To Damaged Product i replaced my new mobile Realme 8S 5G and got new Realme 8S 5G (Date - 27 April 2022) but again i got damaged product so i contact with flipkart customer care and initiated to return this product and refund my money.I returned this mobile (Date - 30 April 2022). Flipkart told me that your refund amount of Rs 17001( Rs 9401 in My Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card + 7600 by Flipkart Gift Voucher ) will be credited on or before 6th May. I Got refund of only Rs 9401 in my Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card but i didnt got Rs7600 For exchange of Mi A2 past 10 days. Everytime i connect with flipkart customer care they always told me that wait, dont worry your money will get credited, always they give me different date but never credited my amount. Please take this issue as serious concern and please provide me the refund from flipkart as soon as possible.

          I have ordered phone from Flipkart on 3rd may ..
          It was supposed to be delivered till 10 th of May
          I was tracking order .it was delivered to Patna location on 6th May ..on 7th i called customer care and asked for faster Delivery as I was not available on 8th ...they said have made request with courier partner ..after mentioning that I will not be available on 8th delivery was attempted ..informed courier service boy to deliver next day ...next day no call was made or no movement of package...on 10 they mentioned order cancelled as per customer request ..where no delivery attempt was made after 8 and I have not requested for cancellation ...after contacting customer service again they told to re order the phone on higher price as compared to price on which I have ordered and no explanation why order was cancelled and why it showing as per my request where I have made any such request.. complaint number with Flipkart In[protected]

            I purchased Redme Narzo 20 Mobile with order "OD[protected]" in 25th Dec 2020 and recently I lost my mobile in train.

            I complained in the police station and they required mobile invoice so that they tracked my lost mobile handset.

            The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

            Please look into this

              I ordered a Yelloe Maroon sling bag on 28th April got it delivered on 5th May.when i opened the package i was shocked to see that the seller has send me a completely different colored product with lot's of scratches, i ordered maroon but received beige color clearly written on the product tag.I raised a return request on the same day at first the pickup date was given 7th May then 9th then 11th May but till today no one came to pickup the product nor any update was received.I can very well understand that the seller did that intentionally and flipkart is not even bothered to look into it. The resolution date was showing 11th May but today when I checked in the app the resolution date was removed and no clear information was given about what's going on.I am tired of talking to customer service people they are so helpless that they are just asking to wait till when they don't even know that. Flipkart cannot arrange a pickup for the last 5 day's, this is how customers are treated.Its like daylight robbery. Why will a customer waste so much of time just to return an item? It's clear that returns and refunds are not easy trust me..If you are on the loop hole, you won't get any actual help from anyone.Once if the logistics and seller decides they wont pickup your return item, your money is gone. Please be aware before you order from Flipkart.I even asked for refund, since the pickup issue is from their end and customer has got nothing to do with it, but they denied. Escalations are fake, because escalations dissappears automatically.I can see no resolution date in the app, all were removed without even my concern. Amazon's service is far better than this and it's more trustable website. The pickup wasn't done from Flipkarts end so it's their fault, why everytime the customer is suffering then how can it be a customer centric company? Poor seller and return/refund policy. There is no use of being a plus member. once you are the target, your money is gone seller, flipkart, logistics no one will be bothered. I live in a metropolitan city still such incidents are happening in daylight. Every day they deliver thousands of products but cannot arrange a pickup? Is it at all trustable? Flipkart is not safe.

              It's 13th May and no one came to resolve the issue. The pickup and refund is still not done. It's not an issue from the logistics end.Its flipkart who's holding back the refund. Amazon would have credited the amount long back.Am saying this from my personal experience . Amazon is far more safe and reliable. Never go with with flipkarts offers and discounts, they will loot in a different way. There are many incidents like this happening everyday, its flipkarts extra source of income by not giving refunds. Flipkart is a scam. Logistics has nothing to do with it. No one's going to take care of it, since it's online shopping. And also there's no use of being a plus member, you will be treated even more badly.

                Dear sir, My SBI credit card has been used by someone to make an unauthorized purchase of Rs. 149900/- from flipkart. please find attached screen shot of notification message that i have received for this purchase: it is not done by me. i have already blocked my credit card. i would like to report a fraud and also please cancel the order and refund my money.

                  I was Ordering an iphone X refurbished from flipkart but when i got is a kids toys so as i was returning it My account been blocked and when i try to reach to the official they said they will look into it. and some official said I've returned many product which lead into blocking the account. which i don't return any product and Sad thing was i was fraud by flipkart and all i want is to get back my account

                      I ordered an iPhone 12 from Flipkart on 5th of may 2022 and the promised delivery date was 10th of may 2022 and the promised shipping date was 5th of may 2022 but as of today 10th may 2022 the order hasn't even been shipped yet and they have extended the promised delivery date to 16th of may 2022 which is not comfortable for me I had complained about this issue toh the customer care executives but they said that they are looking into it and as I quote they said that the product is delayed because of an unforseen issue by the seller and as of now I cannot cancel the order as the price of the same has significantly risen and it was a assured product plus it's an prepaid order please kindly help me on this issue.

                        I have purchased a tv on Flipkart and the price of the tv is 40, 594 and the protection price is 3, 499 rupees. Total price of TV and it's protection is 44, 093 rupees.The payment is converted to EMI of 4900 per month, but 5190 has been detected from my account. And also the Flipkart is saying that the total price of TV and it's protection is 44, 950 rupees but it's actual price is 44, 093 rupees.

                          I have purchased airpods 3 from Flipkart on 6/5/2022 but the serial number on the box is different from the invoice due to which iam not able to register the product on apple website
                          I have also logged complaint on Flipkart customer care regarding invoice of my airpod3 my complaint number isIN[protected] and my Order ID - OD[protected] .but in my app it is showing that my case is resolved, but still i havent got my new invoice in which serial number of my product which is W2NPXMKF6F mentioned. So it is my humble request that kindly help me in providing me my fresh soft copy of invoice where serial number is mentioned, so that i can avail service of the product.

                            Recently I ordered 4 set of pack of good knight mosquito coil for Rs 223 discounted price. However I was delivered some low quality All out old stock.
                            I tried contacting Flipkart chat support call backs and calls on[protected] to resolve it. However call drops multiple times after silence.
                            Even though it is a small amount this behaviour is not fair.

                              I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
                              Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

                              They simply say that it is taking time. You took time for about 10 days whereas u have promised to resolve the issue within 3 days.

                              I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                              When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of in Rs 40000.
                              And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
                              So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dues of Rs 2730 if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately. I don't have any pending in flipkart pay later. So please close this
                              Pending dues of Rs 2730 is showing in CIBIL report as written off
                              So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                                I have created flipkart account 6 Years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
