I ordered a monitor for Rs. 23, 500 from flipkart on 1st April. I received it on 13th April and the product turned out to have a defective screen. I raised a refund request and it's been automatically cancelled without my consent. This has happened twice and now I'm unable to raise a refund request anymore. This is really frustrating. I got a defective piece and flipkart is not cooperating with the refund.

Hi, I’m Rahul varma, I’ve purchased a mobile phone worth 15297 Rupees on 13th April 2022. My order id was OD[protected] and i bought this purchase on EMI . After ordering in couple of hours order got automatically cancelled and refund initiated. But when I called my bank to close the EMI they agreed to close the EMI but the charged me 251 rupees for processing fees. I agree there is a processing fees when i select any EMI option...

Flipkart was very good in the past, but in the past couple of years, its has deteriorated..

I have paid 2299 INR to flipkart through Bhim app. Bhim pay has given me the confirmation that the amount has been given to flipkart into his account but flipkart is arguing and saying that they have not received any amount even after i have given them the confirmation of transfer. my bank has also confirmed me that the amount has been transfered to the flipkart account.
flipkart is waisting my so much time. this is so disturbing.br...

Sir, I am using Flipkart pay later for the last 6 months . I never have been late for payment. They have blocked my pay later account for no reason 😞....

Please close my pay later facility as the account is dormant and its having an impact on my credit score....
