I have ordered grocery from flipkart (20 items). After getting the order i found out that 3 items were missing in the packet i got....

My account has been blocked, I was repeatedly sending wrong items and customer care used to say that order again, now it will be right But still sending wrong, damage, missing like this and blocked my account Give me my refund then do anything with the account I want my 1499 ₹...

I have ordered a laptop on 13th April 2022 and got the delivery on 14th April. But when i open the box i saw that the laptop front side have to many scratches which means the product is in damaged condition.
I had call the customer care and ask them for a return request but they made excuse of technical issue and till today 20th April 2022 they have not solved my issue.
