I have ordered a Samsung ear buds live prepaid and after receiving from delivery person I found that the ear buds were missing from the box. The flipkart packaging that came with the box was intact but the box of the Samsung buds live was preopened before.
I complain the same by calling the flipkart customer support but they are delaying the issue everytime I call them.

Product is new. Probably someone took out the ear buds before packing it with flipkart.

    I've ordered a realme C20 model mobile phone on 13th March 2022 (Order id - OD[protected] through Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 15th Mar 2022. I started using the mobile from the same day and notice there was a network problem (intermittent) where I've to put on flight mode and restart the phone etc. Few days passed and return policy also got expired on 22nd March 2022, the network problem seems to be consistent and was getting hanged badly + heat while charging. So, finally I took a call on 15th April 2022 (after 1 month) to return this mobile through exchange and buy samsung mobile. But, while doing the exchange process, Flipkart pops up a message this IMEI number is not matching. I thought maybe due to some technical issue this might have happened and I tried the same thing on 20th April 2022 and was getting the same issue. I raised a complaint on 21st April 2022 (Incident ID:- IN[protected]) where Flipkart support mentioned they'll resolve this by 24th April 2022. I waited till 24th April and called them on 25th April where they mentioned to wait till 28th April to resolve this issue. On 28th April they sent an email to send picture and IMEI number details and I replied on 29th April. From that time onwards, I'm keep on calling them everyday but the executive will say to wait for 24 hours. Today is 8th May (20 days completed since I raised the complaint). I've suffered a lot and my time has also got wasted in chasing out them.

      Hi Flipkart Team,
      Ordered Moto G52 From Flipkart with Order Id : OD[protected] but received Realme C11

      Customer care not helping and saying it was open box delivery
      and it's your fault that while receiving you didn't check...
      but the delivery person came around 7pm, he was in a rush...
      as something like this never never happen with me
      hence I took the delivery without opening the box and now i got stuck

      Now Not able to process Return request, getting "Return cannot be placed for this reason. This was an open box delivery. " when Reason for Return selected as : Received Wrong Item

      Please help me on this, it's my humble request..

        I ordered DSLR canon 1500 D but inside the package item is not there, instead of dslr detergent soap is there.
        Its fraud from Flipkart.
        I have unboxing video of this where it is clearly show there is no dslr camera inside the package.
        I already applied two times for refund but both the time Flipkart rejected my refund request.
        I am in too much tension because rs 32000 is a huge amount. So kindly resolve this as soon as possible and refund my money.

          I have purchased De Faboulus shampoo of 5 quantity (Order ID - OD[protected] total amount is - 3295rs.
          The product I received yesterday it is totally duplicate.
          I have called to customer care so many times from yesterday to return the product, either they gave any illogical excuses or they disconnected the call.
          I have attached pictures of both original and fake one. Left one which I have purchased from local shop(original) and the right one which I have received from flipkart yesterday.
          1. Packaging of bottle like bottle cap, bottom of the bottle totally different it is like any local shampoo
          2. Shampoo quality, smell is totally different.
          I want to return this duplicate product and refund thr money.

            We ordered a tv unit from jeeves through flipkart but received a broken product. We requested for replacement and it got approved but it had been 7 days now, flipkart promised to pick it up latest by 7th May but still no one has come to take it. Their customer care say they have escalated the issue but no use. We are unsure what to do with the heavy damaged product taking up our space and our money has been wasted.

              I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback guarantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline on 3rd may 2022 and they told they will resolve this issue till 6th may. But no resolution is provided. Everyday i follow up with them and they are just increasing one day each time. I clearly told them that my buyback is going to expired in next month and i need to do the buyback in this sale offer only.
              But they are not providing any solution for this nor they are commiting anything that what should happen if the sale period is over.
              Kindly provide me a solution for this.

                Hello Team,

                I need your help. I had ordered 4lehenga from flipkart sites to gift nearest relative. After successfully placing the order, the amount has been deducted from account and it was waiting for the courier pickup since I ordered (last 15days). Now I can see that the all order has been cancelled by the flipkart as product is out of stock just one day before the delivery without any intimation. Just let you know in between the product was available on the site for sell. Several times I have contacted to customer about the orders but their response was very poor. So, I reached out to you for justification could please help me to get proper justification.

                    I purchased iPhone 13 from Flipkart and I received scratched and old phone I paid almost 69500 rupees. I am very much disappointed because after paying this much of amount I received scratched and damaged phone. I really don't know Flipkart verify their sellers or not but it is very disappointing being a old customers a Flipkart even they are not doing replacement I and not refunding my money. Whenever I am raising a request no one is reaching me out and they are just sending email query got resolved even know want to reach me out till now and whenever I am calling customer care they are just saying to wait for certain period and again they close this query. I just have option to post this everywhere online Twitter Facebook Flipkart Instagram so that people can get to know about the Flipkart fraud and don't order any expensive or any kind of products from Flipkart. It's very annoying and disappointing for the customers to follow up with these people dear customer service is pathetic.

                      I have purchased iPhone 13 from flipkart And they delivered within 24 hours but the phone I received was used scratched with some decent polishing on it When I wipe the phone with cotton cloth whole colour was leaving the edges and the screen was scratched. I contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times but they are just giving timeline to wait and no one contacting me when to know about the concern properly and just emailing me that "Query resolved" Flipkart is just doing fraud and We are Losing or hard on money after trusting on these people. It Costed me almost nearby 70, 000. I am Very disappointed and Getting there to complain on what to do just I have option to post this every year so that people don't trust on Flipkart.                         Return Requested but No Pick Up & Refund Happened

                                    I ordered boat avaante 2000 soundbar. The installation was delayed by 1 week due to technical issue, the request for installation had not been entered at all, finally it got done after close to 30-40 support calls/escalations.

                                    After that I didn't receive a coupon which is clearly mentioned in the offer list and terms and conditions. The offer clearly states if I'm a first time boat buyer on Flipkart i will receive a coupon to buy boat rockerz 355 for rs 1 on 5th May. No coupon received, again had 40-50 calls with escalations, everyone one agrees it is supposed to happen but no one has the authority to fix the issue. The resolution time now provided is beyond the offer period itself. Seniors who this issue is escalated also just queue another request without any solution.
                                    In the past few months i have experienced the worst customer support response from Flipkart, causing me to waste days of my time following up and escalating with no avail, call drops, explaining the issue over and over again in each call, wrong responses, technical problems, etc.
                                    This is a severe breach of consumer trust and there has to be action against Flipkart for doing this.

                                    Updating again 14th May, offer period is over, no coupon received, no resolution to my queries, issues are still open.

                                      Flipkart is asking for aadhar card for id verification for return of my return of order id OD[protected] and return id[protected] and is asking for consent to share my adharcard with 3rd party . why should i give my adharcard for 3rd patry verification I can show it to delivery personel why to flipkart and 3rd party.
