    Issue - Flipkart Order not delivered yet after multiple complaints paid More than 1 lakhs for order & they are mentally harassing us.

    Order not delivered yet after multiple emails and calls, this is complete harassment.
    I ordered the tablets for my children's online classes/studies. It was showing that the delivery deadline is 15th May.
    The product reaches near my location on 15th, May morning 6:31am itself. But they didn't delivered it on 15th may, instead they extended the deadline to 17th May pathetic, customer service. I was concerned about my order, so I complaint to Flipkart about delivery...they didn't gave any reason for delay. Instead they made false promises to deliver it on 16th, this hampered my children's study... anyways as they promised to deliver it next day..I took leave from office on 16th and waited whole day for order delivery but again no one came for delivery, when I called Flipkart they didn't pickup my call, I chosen call me back option mre than 20 times but not even a single time they called and also messaged them approx 10-12 times but they didn't responded. At the end of the day, I got a call back from Flipkart & told them to talk to Flipkart senior executive, they put me on hold for so long and finally disconnected my call and did not called a me again. This is complete harassment. Because of it I am very much stressed and frustrated, lost our complete peace of mind as I paid 1 lakh 10 thousands rupees for this order. And it is also affecting my children's studies, they are unable to take classes online as the school software is not working with mobile phone. Anyways on deadline 17th May, extended delivery date, again it was not delivered on 17th May also I wasted my 2 hours on talking to multiple Flipkart customer care support executives making false promises that they will deliver it anyhow on 17th end of the day. But disappointing even on 17th May there was no sign of delivery. The same thing is repeating on 18th May also...they are not picking up my calls.

    Kindly file a case against flipkart for not fulfilling the commitments, fake promises, worst services, inconvenience to customer and harassing the customers. As ordered the product on discounted price in sale, i don't want to cancel the order, I want my product to be delivered on 18 May asap and also Flipkart should pay us Rs. 20000 for mental Harassment and our loss and such inconvenience strictly.
    Kindly resolve my complaint and take a strict action against them as they are doing this with many customers, those who can't reach out to consumer forum or do not know how to deal with such issues and complain against them.
    I will be highly thankful to you. Thank for providing us the platform to raise our voice against such pathetic companies.

      We placed an order of 11 KG LG Semi Auto washing machine on 04.05.2022 with availing offer of Rs. 1300/- on replacement of 6 KG LG Semi Auto Washing Machine. We got very bad experience. Subjected order was delivered on 12.05.2022 instead of last date of delivery i.e. 10.05.2022. Ekart delivery person delivered item at around 18:38 hrs. and rejected pickup/replacement offer citing mismatch product and taken Rs. 1300/-. They told family members that old machine can not be picked up as it has major damages. Later on around 22:04 hrs. we got an message that your old product pickup cancelled due to "Mis-match". This is absolutely wrong and we have been cheated by these people. Delivery was completed without obtaining our satisfaction and OTP too. A call was made to my no. and asked for OTP, when we raised our concern, it was told that we should be contacted after consulting their seniors but still passing of more than 12 days no one contacted us in this regard and we are still awaiting for pickup. We are attaching messages, offer of replacement, video of old machine and voice call for your kind information and in support of our claim. Kindly look into the matter and hope justice will be given to us. ... Thanking you.

        Allie Wood sold a dining table through Flipkart which was a substantial product. Dining table started cracking on the top on its own due to the temperature changes in the city atmosphere. Called Flipkart and got the phone number of the seller and shared the pictures of the table to the seller. Seller started avoiding my calls from then and never replied to the messages. Called Flipkart to get help again. Flipkart concluded that it is physical damage made by me intentionally and closed my complaint. They told me to get help from the seller, but he is not responding. Flipkart told me to some how contact the seller and beg him to fix my table.

        Someone please help to get a compensation or replacement of the product from Flipkart and/or the seller Allie Wood.

                Please don't buy Asus laptop from flipkart. Check my invoice in photos, my laptop is in 7 days replacement time
                They have a replacement policy of 7 days but they won't take it back ever because they have an OPEN BOX DELIVERY IN WHICH YOU CANNOT PLACE RETURN IN ANY CASE NO MATTER WHAT ISSUES YOU ARE FACING.
                I have MULTIPLE ISSUES with this laptop
                Firsty the charger had no packaging and sticker envelope had no stickers in it looks like this laptop box was opened before
                Secondly it has windows 10 and i ordered windows 11 model
                Third issue is with sound, this laptop has sound issues and display issues, the display flick sometimes and sound goes off out of nowhere
                Fourth issue is the battery, the battery percentage and standy time changes in seconds from 7 hours standy to 2 hours standy
                I have called more than 50 times explaining these issues

                    I ordered a product which had good review and the price was 2399 at offer it was 999 so I though it will be a good product and people also gave good reviews. So I ordered but when I got it it was not at all as expected..immediately I requested for return.. Since last three/four days they are rescheduling the calling date.. Still they haven't called me.. If they delay the dates then after the particular date the product couldn't be accepted by the seller. But I want to return this and want the refund amount of 999. Kindly help me out. I am repeatedly trying to contact and ask for help but flipkart not responding.

                      I Have Ordered Van Huesan Women Jeans From The Flipkart App under the order ID OD[protected]. Due To Some Size Issue I Created Return Request On 5th May. According To Description Somebody Should Pickup The Product Upto 11th May. But Nobody Came To Pick Up And Cancelled The Return Request. So I Created The Return Request On 11th May Again. After Putting So Much Pressure The Product Was Picked Up On 12th May. But This Time Customer Care Fooled Me By Saying That Soon I Will Get Refund.                         I am CONTACTing your CUSTOMER care team since one month to resolve my issue with Pay Later account, but your team not able to do the same, and I didn’t expected & faced this type of services from you, Which is the Worst CUSTOMER service I ever seen in my life.

                        Here is the highlighted issues. which need to be resolved within a limited time period.

                        First of all, Currently I have only 3 ongoing EMI transection which are below (as in my Flipkart Pay later account).

                        2. I did all the payments on time From Jan-2022 to May-2022 which are on my bank statement. but the IDFC bank showing overdue amount in their system and the CREDit bureau reports also which is very Nonsense.

                        I CONTACTed to the bank regarding the overdue, and the Bank answered me that “your payments are not reached to us from the Flipkart please CONTACT Flipkart or Ask them to send us a E-mail confirmation that there is no overdue amount in your account. So that we will update in our system”

                        So I want to know the ### who’s responsibility is this, which My CIBIL score is going down day by day and my other finance products are blocked due to the affected CIBIL score.

                        Your CUSTOMER care team is asking to CONTACT IDFC bank and the Bank is asking to CONTACT Flipkart, So, I want to know a thing from you that, IDFC bank is the financial partner of pay later system, It’s your Job to CONTACT Finance Partner & resolve the CUSTOMER issues, why we will do your Nonsense Job?

                        All the supporting documents are attached.

                        IF THIS ISSUE NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS, I WILL FILE TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE FLIPKART COMPANY.

                          I ordered a black Tokyo talkies top on 7th May but I got a completely different product and also in larger size. Then I requested a replacement but my pick up rejected every time by delivery executive saying some content is missing and told me to asked Flipkart about the missing image. Then I cancelled my replacement and request a return but Flipkart didn't pick up my order. Price of my top is 327.

                            Ordered "Quantity :3" of a Contact Lens solution, but the received Courier package has only "Quantity: 1", while the Shipping Label mentions 3. Order was delivered on Apr 28th.

                            Called delivery executive again on same day(Apr 28th), and he said only one package was received for that order.

                            On same day Apr 28th, I Raised a query via "Contact Us" from the Orders Page via Flipkart App, Waited for a long time on Chat and no one showed up. Raised multiple callback requests as well, and no calls were received.
                            Finally on May 6th, the Support Requests raised were closed as Resolved, when no one even attempted to contact me back to find what the issue was.

                            Tried again after few days, and finally was able to get hold of a Customer Service executive. Now they say, Return Period of the product has expired and they cant do anything about missing Quantity:2 (i.e they will just keep the money paid for them). I told them that i have already reached their chat support with the issue on Apr 28th itself, and also asked how the Return Period matters for a Product on which there is no Return option in the first place - and also that the issue is for mismatch in Order Quantity not that i want to return, but they have no answers.

                            Never realized Flipkart has such Pathetic Customer Support, compared to their competition, until i had this issue. Very tough to reach a Customer Support person, and once we get through they cant resolve even a simple and straight forward issue. And i was a customer with multiple big ticket purchases in past several years, and this was just a 300 Rupee item each. Seems they just don't care about the customer and their support Executives don't have much options in the system to help customers with these issues.

                              But Assembly bolts were missing from the product, so I wanted a replacement for the product.
                              But since then there has been no progress,

                              Its already more than a week and replacement is no soon than 27th May.

                                I Purchased 1.5 ac from Flipkart. After delivery the installation was done on 10 may 2022. The very next day while using the ac we realized that the water is coming out from the indoor unit inside the room. So raising the concern I call to lg customer care log the complaint . They send me the contact of its nearest centre. When I talked at that number the engg said that some local guys done the installation. He raise some point which are follows

                                1. Is ur engg check the vaccume in the pipes
                                Answer : no
                                2. If the connection pipes are greater then 5 meter then they have to add some more gass into the ac.
                                Answer : as per engineers the length of Piper were 8 meters. 3 meter (lg provided) + 5 meter (15 foot ) additional.
                                3. Have checked the ampere.
                                Answer : no.
                                4. Have they provided the bill
                                Answer : no
                                5. How much I paid to them.
                                Answer : 5700 rs
                                6. He informed me if lg engg have not done the installation then lg product warranty may affect.

                                I already have done installation payment to Flipkart arranged engg. So I m requesting to Flipkart plz arrange a lg brand authorised service engg for the resolution of my issue. And get the issue resolved asap. If the brand engg service is chargeable then flipkart have to pay the same to them.

                                Respond me asap.

                                They neither called me nor resolved my issue. the issue is still unresolved. I keep contacting to customer care. they are keep asking that our senior team will contact you. Once a person contacted me i told him about the issue that the person who install my ac was not from LG . They had assigned my home installation to Jeeves company person. they are not proficient. you can check more then 500 people raise the issue on flipkart portal . but they are not taking care for the same. As per LG portal they are having everything written, they clearly mentioned that the installation should be maid my LG authorized engg only. it may create a big issue for my product. That's why I only want installation from LG authorized engg to install my AC. I am keep contacting to Flipkart for my product Installation bill they are not providing me . i am having proof that i paid 5700 to there service engg using UPI.                                 Check the Screenshots they are saying issue has been resolved but all my issue are in unresolved and open condition.

                                They are not providing me bills as well

                                  I have ordered product on 13th may and on 16th May it was cancelled automatically at 7:16 am. I contacted customer care and they told me that I was not at home that's why order cancelled but that time I was at home. If I will order it again I have to pay more price. If delivery person came to my home he must contacted me but I haven't received any call. Please take any action on this negligence or lie of Flipkart. Either this happened due to negligence of delivery person or flipkart is doing fraud with customers
