I had booked order for wardrobe - 3 door from wakefit. the seller personally contacted me to inform that the product has discontinued and please cancel it. first of all flipkart was not ready to cancel the order as it was over sized and against their policy. then somehow they got convinced seeing the email from seller that the product from the seller has been discontinued, so they cancelled my order. but the refund is still yet to receive.

    I ordered a product from flipkart, but when I opened it the product was missing from the package.When I requested to refund my money they are telling me to submit Aadhar card or oan card for verification.But as per Indian government acts not any third party can ask aadhar card forcefully to anybody.Please give me my refund as soon as possible.

        I have ordered iphone 13 mini pink 128gb with exchange from flipkart on 11thMay2022. It was to be delivered on 13th May 2022. First Delivery person denied the delivery at address he said you have to come to office i ent to office waited for 2.5 hours till he returned after delivering all the parcels then they denied my exchange product stating vague reasons like screen is comming out i have get this phone checked from authorised apple certified service centre F1 Solutions jammu . An engineer there confirmed there is nothing wrong with the phone the same i told to that person He was sikh wearing a turban and the delivery boy named surinder. After wasting my whole day they denied the exchange despite my phone is in perfect condition. Those were ji words the sikh guy he said koi jo mrzi kre mai isko kabhi approve nahi krunga. The kind of gunda raaj going on with consumers and flipkart is doing nothing. I have also attached the pictures of my phone and also the terms and conditions of the flipkart for exchanged phone. Please help me out i have paid 54799 rupess . I have also shared the video of my phones condition to flipkart as well on their twitter handle.

          I have a flipkart pay later account which is now controlled by IDFC first bank. But these people have wrongfully posted a personal loan of 60000 and 30000 on my CIBIL report which i never took. All these marketing schemes and reputation of teh company, and they wrongfully just post anything on anyone’s CIBIL. I do not even use flipkart pay later. There are no dues in my flipkart pay later account. Still they have posted 12 months personal loan of 2 amount : 60000 and 30000 wrongfully in my CIBIL. This is just disgusting and shameful act from such reputed company.

            Flipkart has blocked my account saying that I have been returning items frequently wherein I have only returned 1 or 2 items. Almost all my major online purchases have been on flipkart including my mobile phone. This is very unfair on part of flipkart to block my account with proper verification. It is only right that flipkart unblocks as soon as possible.

              I ordered LG Convertible 5-in-1 Cooling 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Dual Inverter AC with order ID OD[protected] on the 6th May 2022 and the delivery was expected by 9th May 2022. Today is 13 May and the product is not even shipped yet. I have already paid for the said product expecting it to be delivered and installed on time. The issue is not resolved even after calling customer care multiple times. Kindly resolve the issue and deliver the product at the earliest.

                My self shaikh faisal
                Product name= mooncraft wooden dinning table set with 4 chair and 1 table.
                Total Amount =23, 318
                As this was ordered on Friday 18th March 2022 and it has to be dileverd on before 8 th April 2022. But till now they have not dileverd the product to me . As it is almost a 1-1/2 month and therir is no response from the Flipkart company.as this was purchased from CREDIT CARD on merchant EMI as it was already converted and my EMI was started and 1 month due is pending the bank charges have applied to it .and on 15 may 22 it's is my second month EMI WILL start so i appealed them to cancel my order and refund back my money.but no resolution provided by Flipkart company they are just extending the dates but no reply .
                So i kindlly request you to look in to my issue and resolved this issue as soon as possible .and get refund back my money by Flipkart .

                  I had ordered headphones worth 8000
                  (Order I’d-FMPP[protected]) from Flipkart on 6may. They claimed that the product will reach me by 9th. It didn’t.
                  On 9th, they extended the delivery date till 12th. Today is 13th and I still have not received the product. They have extended the date till even 17th now.
                  On tracking my order on ekart, it shows that the product is at the same location since 7th of may. There has been absolute ZERO progress in 7days in the order and I don’t know if they lost my order or anything like that.
                  As a consumer, my time is getting wasted and am very disappointed and angry.
                  When I call the customer care, they just tell me to wait and nothing else. I demand one day delivery of my product as soon as possible or else I’ll have to take legal action.

                    I had lot of troubles with Flipkart from past 2 weeks. I have also complaint about same product on this site as well as consumer FORUM.

                    Now I am facing another problem, i have talked to CUSTOMER care of Flipkart atleast 15-20 times and most of the time the executive hangup the phone and doesn't call back.

                    I asked them multiple times about getting refund of the phone that was exchanged with this product in my bank account in. Those executives including their senior told me that they will transfer money to my bank account but they sent the money to the Flipkart gift card without my approval. I asked them to send it in bank account and now they say "sorry". I am hearing the word "sorry" from the past 2 weeks and never get satisfactory response.

                    I had faced lot of issue on Flipkart just on this product and now they sent the money to Flipkart gift card which forces me to shop in their garbage site again. I wanted to delete my Flipkart account after this stupid mess but i get disappointment and ### treatment from this site.

                    I want the gift card balance transferred to my bank account. This is my final request after that i am not gonna use Flipkart ever again.

                    I am done with this stupid site.

                    Amazon is 100x times better than Flipkart, I never faced puny issue on amazon and Flipkart on the other hand just ### test their CUSTOMERs.

                      I ordered mobile phone twice with old mobile exchange offer and both times the order was cancelled without any genuine reason. For the 1st order, they gave the reason that order was cancelled by the seller. Second time, the reason given to me that delivery partner to deliver on my location dur to pin and address mismatch. Then, I contacted the delivery partner immediately and they gave me different reason. They told flipkart doesn't accept old phones now. The more interesting thing was an offer placed without the offer was delivered to my address. So, now I want to know the genuine reason for the cancellation of the first two orders.

                        I have purchased moto g52 on 5th of may. The speakers producing terrible disturbing noise, I'm not at all interested in repair service I didn't paid 16500 to buy a defective handset and give it to repair, please flipkart look into it and give me replacement. The seller is "TREASURE HAUL ONLINE".

                          Hey i am Shiva i ordered samsung F23 5g on Apr 24 it was supposed to be get deliver on 27th but it got postponed for 2 times and finally after waiting with full patience one of the executive called me to say that my order has been cancelled due to logistics problem and as a compliment I will get 1500 gift card if i order the same product within 10 days, so i ordered but it's been 4 days i haven't received any gift card from Flipkart i tried to customer care they kept me in wait for 30 mins! They didn't even solved my problem what kind of customer care is this loll i thought Flipkart is way better than Amazon but hell no Amazon is better atleast they will say it up our face the truth.. gonna uninstall Flipkart and will never install it and even i will make friends family relatives to uninstall this false promising app they just lost a loyal customer

                              My order Id : OD[protected] I have placed Ac which lasts 4 star 1.5 capacity on Flipkart as on 27/4/22 delivered on 28th of April . According to Installation technician Confirmed that there is an defective product on arrival . so we placed a replace request . Again Technician confirmed same issue & Uninstalled on 6th may . but the status doesn't updated on Flipkart . My request got beyond dates as Voltas people concluded they have updated but issue was being there from Flipkart service mistake from your side making me suffer .I need replacement at any cost .Technical issues doesn't head up from customers point . make confirmation with Voltas people & make replacement or else return back my amount as soon as possible .

                                I Purchased the device on May7th 2021 via smart upgrade plan, I paid the remaining 30% ammout back to flipkart before the due date however my device was still locked and no matters how many times I call the customer support my calls are hanged over or i am just given a new date everytime.

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered A Nike shoe of size 9, but due to fitting issue, seller refused to return the item. While raising a complaint, I have received the call from flipkart customer support and he talked to me a very rude manner. He even told me not to place any order and leave flipkart if I am not happy. He told me he dont have enough information and he cant help me with anything. He disconnected the called during the conversation in a very rude tone.

                                    Realme GT2 Pro

                                    I bought a Realme GT2 Pro smartphone alongside which an offer was attached to get Realme Watch S for free..
                                    The watch was due after 15 days but its been 25 days almost and still the offer hasn't been provided to me . It's nowhere reflecting in my Flipkart account as well..
                                    Repeated follow-ups with Flipkart support has been a waste of time and effort. I have reminded them more than 20 times now through calls and tweets but still...

                                    I ordered a VEERAA CLOTHING Printed Women Round Neck Blue, Grey T-Shirt (Pack of 3) on 2nd May 2022 and paid online (Prepaid) and was supposed to get the delivery on 8th May 2022. On sunday evening i got a message that the product is out for delivery and at 6.27 i received a message that the product is delivered by Laxmikant Velip. I was at home and the product is not delivered to me. i complained to the customer care the same day at night 9 pm. and they promised to resolve the issue by 13th May 2022. Today i received a message that the query is closed. Now the customer care is just disconnecting my call if i question them. they say wait till 19th for a resolution for the query. each day ive followed up with flipkart with no reply

                                      My order has reached hub since 10 th but they haven't delivered it to me yet. I have reached out to hub but they're just not at all co operative and one guy told us that our area is not serviceable itself so my parcel might as well be returned to seller. Customer care is just saying I'll receive the parcel nothing else. And for new orders they're saying on website that I'll receive it by tomorrow itself. What's the point of having plus membership and ordering in sale if it doesn't even deliver the product to us.
