    I ordered a head set, i has been received on 7 may 2022, It not worked properly, On the day itself i applied for return & refund. They are asking to send my ID proof along with product images. I spoked with flipkart customer support they told me that with out my ID they can't accept the return request. I asked why? they are saying this is flipkart policy. I asked to send me the flipkart policy approved by Indian Government. They told me that they can't disclose the policy. Any corporate policy must be publicly display to peoples right? If flipkart can't disclose their legally approved policy why should i disclose my ID proof to them?

        I ordered a book and now it is not as expected ..i want to return the product. They (ekart) accept request but no response of any delivery agent or manager from ekart hisar ;Haryana .
        Try to soon resolve my issue .
        They have given 10 may;2022 (today) date.but no delivery agent has yet come for pickup !!!

          I asked for return of a product from flipkart and the E kart logistics courier service canceled it twice until it exceeded return policy date and the product is damaged didn't work for single, I talked through flipkart customer care service they said they would help me out but no one came to pick it up and it costs 2300 ruppess which is a lot so I want my refund back, it's not my fault that no one came to pick the damaged used product they sent me I'm a student and 2300 is a lot for me pls sort this out as soon as possible

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              I've been a regular Flipkart customer and recently ordered a pair of puma shoes. There was a size issue so I tried returning it thrice but the serial number didn't match anytime. Tried contacting customer care but they literally don't help. They cut the call after putting on hold and misguided me. I was asked to wait and they said they sent a complain but instead I get a notif that my return was cancelled (this happened 3 times again). The return policy is valid only till 16 May and I'm stuck. My money is literally wasted and if no action is taken I'd never think of ordering from this app.

                I have bought Realme book slim over Flipkart which was delivered on 4th May 2022. I found that there is a charging issue with the device not charging. I have contacted the customer service and authorized service centers. My issue hasn't been resolved with them and providing false information about the service centers like when we consult them they were like we wont do service for laptops but in both realme and flipkart website it is showing they provide . The Flipkart return policy expires on 11th May 2022 but the seller is not accepting the return of the defective item. From the 6 days they were not solving the issue and telling me to consult service center and do some changes in the laptop which were not helpful to solve my problem each day they are coming with a new one and at last they are saying our team will contact you by 1th may by then my return policy will be completed . so I need want to return the defective item and need a refund for selling me the defective product .                     I ordered a Yelloe Maroon sling bag on 28th April got it delivered on 5th May.when i opened the package i was shocked to see that the seller has send me a completely different colored product with lot's of scratches, i ordered maroon but received beige color clearly written on the product tag.I raised a return request on the same day at first the pickup date was given 7th May then 9th then 11th May but till today no one came to pickup the product nor any update was received.I can very well understand that the seller did that intentionally and flipkart is not even bothered to look into it. The resolution date was showing 11th May but today when I checked in the app the resolution date was removed and no clear information was given about what's going on.I am tired of talking to customer service people they are so helpless that they are just asking to wait till when they don't even know that. Flipkart cannot arrange a pickup for the last 5 day's, this is how customers are treated.Its like daylight robbery. Why will a customer waste so much of time just to return an item? No refund provided

                            Ordered Moto G52 From Flipkart with Order Id : OD[protected] but received Realme C11

                            Customer care not helping and saying it was open box delivery
                            and it's your fault that while receiving you didn't check...
                            but the delivery person came around 7pm, he was in a rush...
                            as something like this never never happen with me
                            hence I took the delivery without opening the box and now i got stuck

                            Now Not able to process Return request, getting "Return cannot be placed for this reason. This was an open box delivery. " when Reason for Return selected as : Received Wrong Item

                            Please help me on this, it's my humble request..

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 2nd may 2022 for a consideration of rs.31999 paid via hdfc credit card. The product got delivered on 4th May 2022

                              The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                              There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed.

                              I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable.

                                Am really disappointed, I think Flipkart will cheated me, No one contacted me and no one visited and no one check the product but I got message your product return rejected due to product mismatched. How it's possible without checking. Why you're people behave cheaply and given wrong update. Am facing this issue for last 10 days without proper resolution.I got message for pickup schedule yesterday for 7.52pm but no one contacted me and no one visited and checked the product but I got update in today morning, your request return cancelled due to mismatched the product. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                                  I ordered a Infinix X3 103 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 30th of March from flipkart. My order no was OD[protected]. I have cancelled my order on March 31st 2022. During placing my order I made the payment through ICICI Bank credit card with 12 months EMI option. But till date I have not received the amount refund to my account. I have called several times to customer service and mailed also but nothing happened. Now more than two months over but till date Even EMI was generated. I have not received the amount refund to my credit card account. I need your help on urgent basis.

                                    I have ordered a Huami Amazfit GTS 2e smartwatch on the 30th April 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 2nd May 2022. After making the payment online and also after it was shipped to my nearest delivery hub, the product didn't go out for delivery for couple of days and it was already the 4th of May. When I asked the customer support about this they said that there's some logistics error from the Flipkart delivery side so I will have to cancel it and place the order again from a different address if I want it. I was ready to adjust and I cancelled it and also placed a new order for the same product on 4th May 2022. This time I had to provide my old hostel address (since I'm new to this city I have no place else) and I had to collecting it on the road when it's being delivered (since I don't stay there anymore) and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th May 2022. But, even on the delivery day it was not out for delivery. I again had a talk with the customer support and they promised that it would be delivered before 7pm on the 7th of May itself. I waited until 8pm and it was not even out for delivery yet so I again connected with the customer support and informed that if it's getting delayed and being delivered on the next day (8th May 2022) I need it before 2pm as I had a train to catch at 4:30pm. She promised that it would be delivered by then for sure. The next day the product was not out for delivery until 2:40pm. I tried contacting support again and it was no use, I tried requesting the delivery agent to deliver it immediately and he refused and told me that it would only be delivered after 6pm. I cancelled my train ticket and asked him if it's possible to deliver between 6:30 to 7pm and he said he will do it. So I had to book new train tickets for the next day at 12:30pm (afternoon) and i went to the delivery location at 6:30pm waiting for the delivery. He didn't show up till 6:50 and I called him. He said he will be there in 15mins and he did not show up for more than 30 mins. I again called asking him to deliver it immediately and he cut the call as I was speaking and never pickup up my calls after that for a while. I tried contacting customer support but it was no use I kept calling the delivery agent repeatedly and he picked up my calls after nearly 2 hours of standing in the middle of the road (at 8:15pm) and started talking back to me saying, "you think completing a delivery is that easy? Can you do that then?". We had the call for couple of mins and then he again promised that he will be there to deliver it by 8:30 for sure. And as expected yet again he didn't show up and neither did he answer my calls. I waited till 9:30 without food or water, and on the roadside for 3 whole hours. Then had a call with the customer support executive and he gave me an address landmark and asked me to go there and contact Flipkart for delivery hub location so that I can go in person and collect it myself. The next day (9th May 2022) I went there (about 12kms away) and stood there for more than an hour being on call with the customer support team and they were denying sharing the location or the contact number. I literally stood under the sun for another 90 mins yet again because of them and had to go back home and so cancel the train ticket for the second time. The next day morning (Today - 10th May 2022) at about 6:30am in the morning I got an update from Flipkart saying, "As per your request the order was cancelled" without my consent at all. I never asked them to cancel this order. Also, for further proo I have all the call recordings of my phone conversation with the delivery agent as well as the Flipkart customer support. During the 3 hours that I stood on the road for delivery I've made 56 calls to the delivery agent and every single call that he didn't answer, every single call that he spoke back to me, every single promise he made me for the delivery is all recorded. And also I have about 25+ call recordings of me speaking with the customer support along with all the promises that they have made as we. Also I still didn't get the refund money from my first cancellation itself which was supposed to be refunded by 8th May 2022 and now this product is also cancelled by them and wrongly accused me for cancelling it. When I called the customer support regarding the same they're saying that nothing can be done now since the product is cancelled. If I want it I should place the order again (now the prices have gone up in all the websites). I asked them how could you cancel without my consent and apparently the delivery agent said that I refused to take the order this morning. He claims that I refused to collect the order from him.

                                      I've ordered the product online though flipkart on 3rd May and it showed that the product will be delivered on 9th of May, but it did not get delivered instead the expected date has increased to 16th May now... i talked to the customer care but they responded by saying that it was a technical issue and they too are helpless and i hae no other option but to wait for another 8 days to get the product delivered... not satisfied with this kind of behaviour... my 2 weeks are wasted...

                                        I ordered Noise ColorFit Caliber Smartwatch (Green Strap, Regular) on[protected] and get delivery of sunday . order is collected by my warden because on sunday there is my extra classes in allen, when i came at hostle i receive package and when i open it it is empty so i call customer support they create a return request but it gets canceled every time i create a new return request
