I have ordered a MOTOROLA e40 (Pink Clay, 64 GB) from Flipkart on 3rd Apr '22 and delivered on 10 th Apr '22 with order id: Order ID: OD[protected].

I have faced two Problems with this product
1. Phone is not getting charged
2. Overheating issue of Charger and Phone

I have requested a return on 12th Apr '22. After the Executive call, the request is verified. After that, a technician...

I ordered 3 products on 14th April, 2022. Two of the those were to deliver on 16th april and rest one was to deliver 18th april but not any product is delivered yet.

Firstly they did not pick up the call. They don't know how to address the queries properly. They did not understand the problem of customers. And if you ask them questions or ask to pass the call to senior executives they cancel the call. Pathetic service.

Product delivered is not matching to product displayed in advertisement. Local quality product is delivered and now Flipkart is not accepting return/refund giving excuses that product do not have return policy.

Above reasons is wrong as product matching to advertisement/display is not delivered.

I should get return/refund as this is breach...

I had received Flipkart Gift card worth Rs.60, 000 from my friend and added to my wallet on 10th March 2022 for shopping but on 11th March 2022 all Gifts card were deactivated by Flipkart, since then I am following up with them but only getting 24 hours wait period without activating my Gift Card.

I would like to say that My account no is [protected]. I purchased a product from flipkart on 13th April 2022 on cash on delivery mode and also returned it on 14th APR 2022. As per their confirmation they refund the money on 17th APR 2022 .But it still has not been reflected on my account . The refund reference number given by them is OD[protected]. Today when I was open my flipkart application than I see my flipkart account was blocked.. They are not any advance information to me... Please unblock my account...

AC delivered in 16th April 2021, but it has got too much of delay in installation of said date 18th, and then 19th and then 20th. It is almost put me under really a mentally depression state and loss of business and work during all these 5 days from 16th -21st april.
