I purchase split ac with order id od[protected]. Which is replacement against my early order which is received on 6 may 2022 . At after installation & at the time of demo it is noticed by installation technician, a indoor unit is defective / damage & required for replacement. My return id[protected]. I have pay rs. 1415/- in cash to technician who come for installation on 7th may 2022. Now i have received replacement on 22 may 2022 after 15 days from your company which is very late. Now installation schedule on 23 may 2022. One technician came for installation & demand for installation charges for rs. 1415/- . They say to me if you not agree for pay of installation charge, i cancelled your installation.
What is this sir ? i have pay for slipt ac on 4 may 2022 but till date i d'not use my ac it is clear that negligence of your company's system.
Hence it is requested that kindly arrange for installation of my split ac without payment of installation charges due to this is replacement of defective / damage unit. It is not a my mistake. Why i pay second time of installation charges.

      I ordered the product. But when I received the product with Order ID - OD[protected] on 15th May 2022, one part of the Purifier is missing in the package i.e inner filter which name should be UF membrane filter. I raised the return request for the replacement of the product on the same day. They scheduled the call for knowing the issue. I explained properly. They canceled the replacement request. I have continuously applied 5th time the return request and talked to their executive about 20 times till now but no one able to resolve the issue and provide me the replacement. Everyone saying in product there is only on item in package i.e 1 water purifier and there is not mention any filter. But in package we got all parts like Purifier tap, 2 water containers, 2 filters etc and all we have to assemble by self.
      I have been very frustrated from this.
      PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND PROVIDE ME THE REPLACEMENT OF MY PRODUCT.

        This issue is regarding fraud case against Flipkart and the delivery executive who took away the product and did not update on flipkart application that product is picked up. I got a message same day in the evening around 6:30pm that return rejected due to product mismatch. Hence, shoes are stolen and refund not initiated.

        I raised the concern immediately with flipkart customer support service and explained them that this happened and i got this message that return rejected and so on. They said no need to worry, it is a technical glitch. Your issue will resolved at the earliest.
        Second time again I called and I asked for incident ticket number for follow up Flipkart Customer Support for Incident: IN[protected]. I have been promised that by 20th May 2022 till 9pm, the issue will be resolved. I waited and called flipkart customer service again after 9pm, then I was told your issue is highlighted and you will be contacted by the team in next 24-48 hours. Again i waited on 21st may but no call received . I raised the issue again in flipkart application by following Need help option, raised callback request, wrote the email with detailed issue. Like this the days are passing and everytime I call flipkart customer support I have been given same answer wait for 24-48 hours, but then NO single CALLBACK from FLIPKART and NO RESOLUTION.

        I have the picture of the delivery executive who came at my door and picked up the product, his number was also noted at our main security gate, i tried calling him multiple times but he doesn't answer.
        Its clear cut FRAUD CASE, the person has stolen SKECHERS shoes and now not replying to calls.
        This is the sole responsibilty of FLIPKART company to take action against him and refund my money.

        I request the team to take strict action against FLIPKART negligence. Its a mental harassment of the customer who shops with them on trust and they ditch the customers and does not even provide resolution.

        In short : -

        1: A person comes and takes the product and later he cancelled the pickup. Which is straight away a criminal offence.
        2: According to the initial discussion with the customer care folks we are supposed to get a pickup slip every time we return a product. But never have I ever got such a receipt from your representative. I also checked with other friends and family and they also confirmed that they have also not ever received any pick up slips.

        Both of the above issues are a major shortcoming on the part of Flipkart.

        I urge the team to consider this issue and take action on priority because if such thefts kept on happening, people like us will stop using such fraudulent online platforms.

          It is almost a year and I want to pay the advance amount, but Im not getting any option to do so in the app. The link for smart upgrade is broken.

          I have gotten no proper replies from CS team either.
          I want to pay this off and make sure that the phone does not get locked, so kindly please look into this.

            Pls dont buy medicines from flipkart healthplus

                I ordered a Green soul mid back ergomic chair that promised of support as an office chair for people beyond 5.6ft. I am around 5.5ft and this chair offers 0 back or thigh support. My back hurts and the seat is so small that their is issue with blood circulation.
                Despite the wrong product description Flipkart is adamant in not taking return of the product, while assuring that they will resolve it. They are redirecting me to Green sould who are blaming everything on Flipakrt. The chair came unpacked and the delivery status too wasn't updated till 4 days after the delivery. PLEASE HELP!!

                  I have recently purchase BOSCH 263 L Frost Free Double Door Top Mount 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator [IMEI/Serial No:[protected] ] from flipkar the seller is Consulting Rooms Private Limited, (GSTIN - 27AAGCC4236P1Z9) I got the refrigerator delivered on 16 may 22. I notice that there are following things missing
                  1. all the trays in the main fridge
                  2. tray and Ice box in freezer When I placed the return request it was rejected and I was told to contact the brand.

                  Then I placed another return request. they accepted it 6 days after delivery date. they sent another refrigerator with same problem of missing accessories.

                  this has caused me a lot of harassment. I want resolution for the same.

                    I ordered for a lenovo laptop on 3 may 22 and same got delivered on 07 may 22. When i tried to switch it on found that touchpad and audio device is defective. I immediately contacted the lenovo support as well as flipkart. The flipkart was telling that after brand certify that the product is defective on arrival then only they will initiate the case for replacement. Lenovo support took almost 2 weeks to ascertain the complaint and of late on 18 may the lenovo rep visited and sealed the laptop. They were telling that its dealer who need to check and deliver the laptop and for any replacement the seller need to take the call. Till date Im sitting idle with a defective laptop delivered to me by flipkart. In flipkart app it is showing that brand visit is due. Even the lenovo rep completed the visit. my Rs. 32800/- got stuck. Neither im able to buy a new one nor iam getting the replacrment. My daily earning got hampered due to the mismanagement and poor quality check. In view of the above who will take the call for the monetary loss happened to me and for the mental agony

                      I ordered Apple i phone 13(256) GB from the flipkart on 9th May 2022. I got tempered seal product on 10th May 2022. Immediately i put replacement request on the same day. They accepted the replacement request and promised to replace it by 13.05.2022. I got attached message from flipkart on 13.05.22 " order rejected:Apple i phone 13 tracking ID:FMPP[protected] was not accepted during delievery and is being returned to seller.". Even the delievery boy has not come to home and i never rejected the delievery of replacement. Immediately i called to flipkart customer care. Since 13.05.22 i have called and contacted with customer executive several (more than 100 plus) times.They had made false promises and raised every time new date of replacement like first on 16.05.22, next 19.05.22 &then 22.05.22. I am tired and felt so desappointed. The flipkart has not considered customer voice and metally harassed us . Ultimately i requested for cancel the replacement and asked for refund. My credit card bill is due. I have to repay it immediately on 25.05.2022. May please issue my refund immediately. i m tired and frustrated with flipkart.May please do needful on priority basis. immediately.

                        I ordered a product on the 7th of May 2022 and the order ID is OD[protected]. On the 8th of May, I received a notification that my order has been shipped and the delivery date is 14th of May. I didn't get the product delivered on time. Upon tracking, the package has been shipped and the expected delivery date has been changed to the 20th of May. I waited till 20th of May, but, the package was not delivered. Then I contacted their customer support and they assured me that the package will surely reach me by the end of the day (20th may). On 23rd May, still not received and the expected delivery date is further extended to 27th May

                          I am a flipkart plus user. I ordered all in one english core book from flipkart on 3rd may which is still not delivered i am very much frustrated i paid them shipping charges then also they are delaying the delivery they are arriving on my nearest hub and again going back to the shipping place again and again continuously and the customer support is none other than a foolish show to fool customers. I can't bear this any more if flipkart cant order my product then cancel my order. Don't waste my time. By showing the excuses of 3 day delivery every time they are fooling me. I shouldn't trust this foolish loss making company. I will prefer amazon next time.

                            There is a terrible experience on buying Xiaomi 11i phone through Flipkart. This type of worst experience I have had never got in buying anything from Flipkart in last approx 8 years.

                            I had placed an order around the 7th of May and received a phone around the 10th of May. We could start the phone on
                            the 14th of May and came to know there is some issue with the screen of the phone - primarily on receiving of call caller id is not displayed and the screen remains in sleep mode. So we place a return request on the 15th of May for which your executive called me to discuss the issue on the 17th of May and I had explained the issue to your executive and requested for return of a product which was agreed as well but to my surprise return request was rejected stating remark as issue resolved with troubleshooting.

                            To raise a complaint against that I had to call thrice to your service executives. Out of three calls in two calls after understanding the issue your executive kept me on long hold and disconnected the call. Luckily third time your executive could help and raise a return request. But again a fresh process will start and your executive will call me to understand the issue on 21st of May. Post that there will be a technical visit and post that if Flipkart wishes return request will be accepted.

                            You can check the email confirmation from Flipkart dated the 15th of May (trailing email) confirming for return request receipt but again to my surprise, during the discussion with your executives on call I was informed that 7 days return policy means 7 days replacement policy.

                            I would request Flipkart to stop the false marketing of the return policy and help to resolve the issue quickly. In the given instance even if I accept a replacement of the product approx 1 month will be over by the time I get the replacement of the product so there is again the loss of 1 month warranty period.

                            I paid money to Flipkart around 15 days back but I still don't have the product to use. Dont know in what capacity flipkart is holding my money

                            Terrible experience this time on buying a product from Flipkart.

                            Customer care team is not supporting to reolve the issue. They close complaint with false remark that after speaking with sudtomer issue is resolved. Two times emailed to grieveance email id of flipkart and they reverted with timelines for resolution but nothing happened.

                            After a long waiting time of approx 10 days, yesterday a service engineer visited and had dome some diagnose run and the issue was resolved. Though the issue is resolved, I am not satisfied with the service standard demonstrated by Flipkart as they were not taking any actions to resolve the issue. Even their grievance team members’ communication to resolve issues was not entertained by the Flipkart service team and they close issues autonomously without speaking to the customer as “the issue is resolved after speaking with the customer. Now I will think multiple times before buying any electronic product from Flipkart.

                              i raised a request with Jeeves consumer services and they had sent the technician to check up the issue with it. After checking the issue the technician said that there is some issue PCB and he had raised a request to replace the PCB
                              Than struggling after almost a month i got a call from Flipkart and Jeeves that my AC cannot be repaired and you will get refund but Struggling to get refund after Flipkart made promise for refund but was not done after 45 days

                                I am Jayasurian, hailing from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. I have purchased a mobile phone through flipkart e-commerce platform on 17th April 2022.
                                It was purchased under an offer named "Smart upgrade plan" under which I am eligible for a discount that I can pay after an year. Accordingly, I have availed the same and have been trying to make payment through the link provided by Flipkart through email. All the times, the links provided were not working and I could not make payment. (Screenshot of error displayed is attached)

                                I have raised this issue well in advance to the flipkart support team and all my efforts went in vain and I could not find a method to make payment to them. All email corresponding in this regard are available.

                                Now, the device has got locked (as per terms and conditions of the offer plan), citing that the payment was not done.

                                Despite the fact that I have raised flag about the payment link not working, because of the negligence from flipkart side, I am in a position of not being to use my device.

                                I request the honorable office bearers to help me in this issue and advise further.

                                    M Devanshu. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note 9 pro mobile which costs 20990in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.867

                                    I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                                    Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                                      M Divanshu. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note9 pro mobile which costs 20990 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 9 pro for rs 867..

                                        I have had a horrible customer care experience on Flipkart. Customer care is unavailable. even if they are available. They would ask you to wait for a certain period of time then they would cancel the return request without any valid reason. And why do they need my identity proof for returning an OTG oven not only that they want me to consent to share my identity proof with other organisations. How can I consent to such a thing. They didn't want an ID verification when they sold me that product. Why do they want it now. It's not like I am a new customer I have been using Flipkart for more than 5 years now. In that time I have bought and return several items without any issues.
