Flipkart Complaint No : IN[protected]

I have placed an Order for Voltas Air Cooler (Model : VOLTAS ALFA 28E WHITE COLOR) in Flipkart and have paid Rs.5, 549 via my PhonePe UPI ID.

I got the product delivered on[protected]. As per the website description, product title and images, the Air cooler must be of WHITE COLOR but I have received MAROON COLOR. I informed this issue on mail, chat, & call to Flipkart and to the Seller (Electronics Mart Limited) on the very Same day.
The seller informed that the mistake was from their end as they currently they don't have WHITE COLOR Model and is ready to process the Refund on Return. Also, I have contacted the VOLTAS Team to check the Air cooler's functionality and found it to be defective piece.

I contacted the Flipkart Customer Support via Call and, they initiated the return. But all of a sudden, I could see my return request is rejected and my Flipkart Account is Blocked for Exceeding the return requests.

(FYI - Most of the cases, the sold products are either defective, damaged or wrong ones. It is the responsibility of Flipkart to make sure the product is delivered as promised. Blocking the account for exceeding return requests has no sense. So do you want me to be silent whenever you're delivering the wrong/defective/damaged products?.)

Moving forward, As the seller is ready to provide a refund, I need Flipkart to arrange a pick up for the wrong Product and Retrieve Back my Blocked Flipkart account. Ignoring on which I will have to file a legal suit in court for delivering me wrong faulty product.

    I had ordered a wall fan on 14 april (zigma charm anti dust 12 order no - od[protected]on flipkart, by continously delaying they finly cancel my order on today 14 of may 2022, while talking to costomer care they reject my request to reorder this on old price rate.So kindly take step to resolve this.

        I have ordered redtape shoes worth ₹1449 from Flipkart. Today the delivery came. I have choosen cod as the payment method and while paying I paid the required amount through upi. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it shows payment failed on the delivery executive's phone
        And he didn't hand over the parcel.

            As mentioned in terms and conditions of flipkart, the value of old mobile will reduce in case of dents, bends or crack on body or screen. My mobile has none of them. Only 1 dot like thing on side of the body which cannot be categorized as dent.
            Not sure if flipkart expects us to exchange brand new mobile.

              I used Flipkart pay later on 14 July 2021 and then I paid that amount on 22 July 2021 after that I claimed warranty Flipkart pickup my product and they initiated refund in to my account but not Received in to my bank account..

                so many time call the customer care officers.

                Still my complain is not solve so many days i am waiting for confirmation.

                Samsung service center can not issue the service note and all related documents.

                His tell me to deal with online customer service we can not halp you.

                If you can not solve my issue then we filed the case consumer court.

                  पिछले कई आर्डर से देखा जा रहा है कि मेरा आर्डर Ekart डिलीवरी एजेंट के द्वारा डिलीवरी अड्रेस पर डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी करने से इंकार किया जाता है .. जिसमे की Order ID - OD[protected] को E-katr के द्वारा आउट फ़ॉर डिलीवरी होने के बाद भी मुझे प्राप्त नही हुई और Flipkart सहायता टीम के द्वारा 20 दिनों में भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर पाए और अंत मे आर्डर को रद्द कर दिया गया जो कि ग्राहक लिए परेशानी का कारण बना..
                  ठीक उसी प्रकार इस Order ID - OD[protected] को भी डोर स्टेप पर डिलीवरी करने से इंकार किया जा रहा है..
                  अतः श्रीमान से जानकारी प्राप्त करना चाहता हूँ कि फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा दूसरे/तीसरे तल्ले पर रहने वालों को डोर स्टेप सुविधा दी जाती है या नहीं ?
                  अगर हाँ तो मुझे भी आर्डर प्राप्त होना चाहिए ?
                  नहीं तो क्या इस संदर्भ में उपभोक्ता न्यायालय का भी सहारा लिया जा सकता है ?
                  किर्पया जानकारी प्रदान करने की कष्ट करें ...

                    I have ordered puma shoes from Flipkart but didn't receive product on time so I have called many times to Flipkart then they delivered me puma empty shoe box without item.for this issue I called Flipkart customer care after that they blocked my account.

                      I had booked order for wardrobe - 3 door from wakefit. the seller personally contacted me to inform that the product has discontinued and please cancel it. first of all flipkart was not ready to cancel the order as it was over sized and against their policy. then somehow they got convinced seeing the email from seller that the product from the seller has been discontinued, so they cancelled my order. but the refund is still yet to receive.

                        I ordered a product from flipkart, but when I opened it the product was missing from the package.When I requested to refund my money they are telling me to submit Aadhar card or oan card for verification.But as per Indian government acts not any third party can ask aadhar card forcefully to anybody.Please give me my refund as soon as possible.

                            I have ordered iphone 13 mini pink 128gb with exchange from flipkart on 11thMay2022. It was to be delivered on 13th May 2022. First Delivery person denied the delivery at address he said you have to come to office i ent to office waited for 2.5 hours till he returned after delivering all the parcels then they denied my exchange product stating vague reasons like screen is comming out i have get this phone checked from authorised apple certified service centre F1 Solutions jammu . An engineer there confirmed there is nothing wrong with the phone the same i told to that person He was sikh wearing a turban and the delivery boy named surinder. After wasting my whole day they denied the exchange despite my phone is in perfect condition. Those were ji words the sikh guy he said koi jo mrzi kre mai isko kabhi approve nahi krunga. The kind of gunda raaj going on with consumers and flipkart is doing nothing. I have also attached the pictures of my phone and also the terms and conditions of the flipkart for exchanged phone. Please help me out i have paid 54799 rupess . I have also shared the video of my phones condition to flipkart as well on their twitter handle.

                              I have a flipkart pay later account which is now controlled by IDFC first bank. But these people have wrongfully posted a personal loan of 60000 and 30000 on my CIBIL report which i never took. All these marketing schemes and reputation of teh company, and they wrongfully just post anything on anyone’s CIBIL. I do not even use flipkart pay later. There are no dues in my flipkart pay later account. Still they have posted 12 months personal loan of 2 amount : 60000 and 30000 wrongfully in my CIBIL. This is just disgusting and shameful act from such reputed company.

                                Flipkart has blocked my account saying that I have been returning items frequently wherein I have only returned 1 or 2 items. Almost all my major online purchases have been on flipkart including my mobile phone. This is very unfair on part of flipkart to block my account with proper verification. It is only right that flipkart unblocks as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered LG Convertible 5-in-1 Cooling 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Dual Inverter AC with order ID OD[protected] on the 6th May 2022 and the delivery was expected by 9th May 2022. Today is 13 May and the product is not even shipped yet. I have already paid for the said product expecting it to be delivered and installed on time. The issue is not resolved even after calling customer care multiple times. Kindly resolve the issue and deliver the product at the earliest.

                                    Product name= mooncraft wooden dinning table set with 4 chair and 1 table.
                                    Total Amount =23, 318
                                    As this was ordered on Friday 18th March 2022 and it has to be dileverd on before 8 th April 2022. But till now they have not dileverd the product to me . As it is almost a 1-1/2 month and therir is no response from the Flipkart company.as this was purchased from CREDIT CARD on merchant EMI as it was already converted and my EMI was started and 1 month due is pending the bank charges have applied to it .and on 15 may 22 it's is my second month EMI WILL start so i appealed them to cancel my order and refund back my money.but no resolution provided by Flipkart company they are just extending the dates but no reply .
                                    So i kindlly request you to look in to my issue and resolved this issue as soon as possible .and get refund back my money by Flipkart .

                                      I had ordered headphones worth 8000
                                      (Order I’d-FMPP[protected]) from Flipkart on 6may. They claimed that the product will reach me by 9th. It didn’t.
                                      On 9th, they extended the delivery date till 12th. Today is 13th and I still have not received the product. They have extended the date till even 17th now.
                                      On tracking my order on ekart, it shows that the product is at the same location since 7th of may. There has been absolute ZERO progress in 7days in the order and I don’t know if they lost my order or anything like that.
                                      As a consumer, my time is getting wasted and am very disappointed and angry.
                                      When I call the customer care, they just tell me to wait and nothing else. I demand one day delivery of my product as soon as possible or else I’ll have to take legal action.

                                        I had lot of troubles with Flipkart from past 2 weeks. I have also complaint about same product on this site as well as consumer FORUM.

                                        Now I am facing another problem, i have talked to CUSTOMER care of Flipkart atleast 15-20 times and most of the time the executive hangup the phone and doesn't call back.

                                        I asked them multiple times about getting refund of the phone that was exchanged with this product in my bank account in. Those executives including their senior told me that they will transfer money to my bank account but they sent the money to the Flipkart gift card without my approval. I asked them to send it in bank account and now they say "sorry". I am hearing the word "sorry" from the past 2 weeks and never get satisfactory response.

                                        I had faced lot of issue on Flipkart just on this product and now they sent the money to Flipkart gift card which forces me to shop in their garbage site again. I wanted to delete my Flipkart account after this stupid mess but i get disappointment and ### treatment from this site.

                                        I want the gift card balance transferred to my bank account. This is my final request after that i am not gonna use Flipkart ever again.

                                        I am done with this stupid site.

                                        Amazon is 100x times better than Flipkart, I never faced puny issue on amazon and Flipkart on the other hand just ### test their CUSTOMERs.
