I have booked the laptop through Flipkart
and there were some good offers ( Exchange old laptop + Price was also low + ICICI credit card free EMI option) on that time and I just had to pay Rs 37927/- with a replacement of my lenovo Z580 laptop. Replacement amount was Rs 9000/-. My lenovo laptop was running good and no scratch over there .
On 27-Jan-22 once delivery person was looking into my laptop he was saying that you can sell it in outside to get good price . Then I told that I am ok with replacement of Rs 9000/- amount in Flipkart . Then he took some pics from back side of my Laptop with zoom and told me that replacement amount is Rs 1300/- only.
I was shocked and ask him for justification, then he told that sorry sir I am non technical person so tomorrow (28-Jan-22) a Flipkart technical person will visit your home and check thoroughly . I agreed and told hime to do that . But on 28-Jan-22 morning we got surprised that Flipkart has cancelled the order without any confirmation/information from me.
Then I have raised my concerned to Flipkart Support and grievance team for this un ethical things happened.
Even I thought if any further issue on replacing old laptop then I will not give my old laptop and buy the ordetef laptop by paying of Rs 9000/- more amount at the time of delivery as also I had that option too.

Once raised, from Flipkart support team Mr Sk khizer Aleem has contacted me, my husband Mr Sarbajit were talking on behalf of me entirely for this . I described my issue over call and need proper justice for this unethical things happened . I asked him to reorder the same with same offers . But he couldnt do that and was telling for 1000 or 2000 rs in Flipkart wallet which was not acceptable for me. Then he told that we are sorry but one other option he can do that is (email conversation) :

As discussed over the phone, We would like to inform you that you can place order for 'MSI GF63 Thin Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q/60 Hz) GF63 Thin 10SCXR-1618IN / GF63 Thin 10SC-612IN Gaming Laptop' with any of the payment options (Cash on Delivery or by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking) and share us the new order ID by replying to this mail so that we can track it, once the same is delivered, the seller will refund 90% of the difference amount to your account.
If you're opting for the exchange offer, the price of exchange product will be decided by the executive who comes for validation, and the difference amount resolution provided by seller is only for the new product and if doesn't include exchange product.

I agreed with it and on 04-Feb-22 I have booked same laptop with price Rs 52990/ and successfully delivered on 08-Feb-22 (OrderId: OD[protected]
as Flipkart promised the refund of 90% of the difference amount( Difference amount was : 90% of {[protected]+9000) = 6063}, that is Rs 5456.70/- .
I have mailed for the refund .Then Mr Sk khizer Aleem from Flipkart had contacted me almost everyday and assure about my refund and on 10-Feb-22 he asked my bank details via email where the refund will be credited.
Then and then I replied with my necessary bank details and he assured that refund will be reflected in my account in 7- 10 days . I was also fine with that .
But after few days I have been contacted by some other Flipkart Support person's and they are telling that seller will not pay the amount in bank and you have to take it in our Flipkart wallet where only option is to buy product in Flipkart. I was really surprised and asked about the reason .They continuously told me that seller has changed their policy. I clearly told and also emailed that we purchased the product in Flipkart not from the seller website and if policy is coming into the picture then also they should follow the policy once the issue raised and what they have promised.
After that it was very irritating for me, every Support person contacted and told that we are sorry we can give you in wallet 100% if the difference amount I, e 6063. But I was not be able to do that as I have already full paid Rs 52990/- from my credit card not in an emi. So I need refund the money in my account only otherwise it will be impacted in my financial area . So I requested them to process my refund in my bank account as they promised.
On 28-Feb-22 I had a conversation with Mr Sk khizer Aleem and as an extremely harassment and for this fraudulent activity I finally told him to give 10000 in my Flipkart wallet. I will adjust my financial problem with other way and I will close this issue. Also informed over email that it is alteady delayed a lot if it is not addressed by 28-Feb-22 then I will take legal action for this cheating .
Now next drama has been started, Mr Sk Khizer Aleem didnt call me after 28-Feb-22 and some other support person's reach out to me and told me wait till 10-Mar-22 for the resolution. I have also waited for that but didn't care to resolve this, every time they emailed that my number is not reachable etc etc .
All the email communication I have attached in pdf format.
After an extreme harassment on 24-Mar-22 one Flipkart Support guy called me and adamently saying continuously that you have only option take 90% of the diff amount in Flipkart wallet otherwise we are closing this issue.
Hence I dont have any option to do other than to legal action for false promises and to provoke customer to buy product.
My humble request is that please give me the proper justice and to get proper compensation for all harassment and trouble faced financially.
