Along with it i got an offer that if I will pay 349rd as advance payment then I will get one year Disney plus Hotstar membership. I paid rs 349 as advance payment and remaining amount for air cooler as cash on delivery. But I immediately cancelled the order as I wanted to make some changes to the order. Flipkart has blocked my account without informing me. After mailing and contacting customer care many a times they are telling just due to high returns they blocked.
But inspite of being plus member I ordered one wallet and they gave me wrong wallet and as I was placing return they blocked according to me but they are saying due to high returns.
They are still delivering me products but no refund is being given by them not...

We ordered a Elica Chimney from Flipkart on 20th March, 2022. Received it on 24th March. Ordered bosch mixer grinder on 14th March costs 6200/-. But flipkart delivered dog food instead of grinder on 19th March. Immediately spoke to customer care. They created return request quoting wrong product delivery.
However they are cancelling the product return request and making comment that the buyer wants to keep the product.
Cancelation of return happened thrice and they are marking the issue as resolved....
