One month back on the date of 25 march 2022 on morning when i try to log in into my flipkart account .There was error i thought it was some glitch and after than a hour, i tried to again log in but these time the account was logged in, after a second it logged out, then i tried but then it shows your account has been blocked and please contact to customer care but when i contacted the customer care first time they said ' it will be resolve in 4 days. After 4 days my issue was not resolved after that i contacted more than 25 times to customere care every time i contact customer care .They said 'sir it will resolve after 4 or 5 days' or they would gave a date. We should raise voice against this type of business. Please solve my issue. I need to pay the bill of flipkart pay later. They are adding the interest. Please solve my issue. Let see does democracy has the power to solve my issue or not ?

    Flipkart paylater service is negatively impacting my credit score. Few months ago I checked my cibil report and that said 15000 loan amount in idfc First bank.. and then I realized that is from flipkart paylater service
    . I had only 1000 rs eligibility in flipkart paylater and I purchased a product with that amount and paid before the due date then they increased my limit to 3000. And I called flipkart customer service and closed the paylater service .. after few months I checked my cibil report but the 15k loan in idfc First bank is still active.. then I contacted idfc First bank for this issue but they said you need to call flipkart customer service for this issue which I already did .. so the thing is bank and flipkart is never find a solution to resolve this issue..
    I request flipkart to please solve the issue ASAP

      I had purchased a galaxy f62 on flipkart on half payment plan. At the end of one year i had to make remaining payment which was 7200 o else they would block my mobile. Now the date for my mobile to get blocked was 30th of march and i made the payment of 7200 on 7th of march 2022. Now i have contacted flipkart for more then 20 30 times and each time they have given me different reasons before they told me the payment was done and will unblock your mobile and after few days they blamed bank that transaction is declined. I have checked multiple times with bank and they have provided me with proof that amount is accepted by merchant. Two days back one of the manager called me that we cant unblock your mobile because they have some problem and he told me he will refund my entire amount and asked me to send my mobile back. I agreed on that and yesterday when i called them to check on that same they denied on the same and told me your transaction is cancelled by bank. Its been 2 months now my mobile is blocked please help me

          My name is rahul i placed the order vivo mobile the amount is 10490 and i received the order yesterday but when i open the box mobile is missing inside only back cover and charger is available inside i called so many times but i did not get any response from your representative side and also the your executive hold the call more than 20-30 min when i frustrated i disconnected the call and again and again your people disconnected the call so many times this is not a right way to deal with any customer so please refund my amount i cant wait for long days its my harden money so I request you guys refund my money...

            I have ordered Peter England single breasted suit order Id:OD[protected] but I want to return this product because of size fit issues and the delivery boy is refusing to take the pickup saying that RVP tag is missing but I didn't get any RVP tag in the product I also know that I am not the only one facing this problem when I searched for the solution many people were facing the same i also talked to customer care but they only gave me the assurance that my product will be picked up but still it is not working...

              Ordered Realme Air buds pro from flipkart on 13 April, 2022 and received it on 14 April. Though the delivery was great but have received defective product as left bud is not working properly. Tried to contact flipkart customer service on 14 april but on of them did not reply and other just cut off the call. Applied for replacement which got rejected.
              Again contacted flipkart customer service and this time they applied for the replacement. In this they also told me that a technician will visit me. Received a call from the technician and he told me that my house does not come under his area so he won't be coming again called the flipkart customer service and told them the same to which they replied not to worry and a technician will visit again after some days the replacement request got rejected with the message that 'the product got fixed by troubleshoot' but not a single technician visited us.

              Also have contacted realme on 17-18 April and received a mail that they will replace these but I have to decline as Flipkart customer care already initiated a replacement process and I thought that flipkart would help here. after that replacement request from flipkart got rejected I again contacted realme but have not received anything back.

              Today is 30 April and a lot of my time is already wasted for this and yet I have not received any feedback either from flipkart or realme.

              Please provide me refund for these.

                I would like to bring to your notice that I have ordered some products during the Big Billion period but due to delay in delivery, I need to cancel some of my orders.

                Due to this, Flipkart has blocked my account. If you see my order history, I have ordered multiple periods since years and always abide by the policy of Flipkart.

                  I got delivered a product I didn't order.That too Cash on Delivery.Since I was not at home my younger brother received and paid for it.I Don't know where to complaining.I am calling their helpline number they are saying call from the number you placed the order from.But I didn't order anything.

                    I ordered mobile phone[protected] from flipkart that time mention delivery date[protected], but without my knowledge they are changed delivery date to[protected]. i reached to customer care they are not connect my call and some times not responding. product came near area but still it will not reached delivery address distance 30mins journey only. more than 10days delayed. it is big number delay services. no response, no apologies, no connecting...

                    I had purchased a PUMA Puma Rebound LayUp SL Sneakers on[protected], Order ID: OD[protected]
                    its been more than 5 times I have requested the refund and got rejected and got a mail to upload ID proof, as I don't have any proof with me, so I can't do that. And I also don't want to share my personal documents with third parties. Accepting my return request is my right, and give me refund. Solve as fast as possible.

                        I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500058 for almost 4-5 years now. Suddenly almost 90% of the items went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500058 for about 2weeks. . Almost every item went to Not Deliverable status for this pincode. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and giving a very generic answer

                          I bought mobile on 18the april 2022. Return policy of mobile ends on 24th april2022. i have given replacement requested on 23 april 2022 for Samsung F23G.

                          Without contacting me they simply posted as replacement rejected. i called customer care nearly 24 times from the last 8days. they are not giving proper information. kindly consider and take necessary action for my replacement.

                          Visited on 3rd may 2022, Mr Dinesh Technician visited my new Samsung F23 5G mobile in my house, he has checked my mobile, initially temperature 39 degree celsius at 12.26pm, after 20minutes again checked the temperature 41 degree celsius.

                          Am not satisfied his visit. He was favour for his company and reject this request for replacement.

                          As per the policy, i have complaint and given the replacement requested(filed on 23rd april 2022) before the end policy(ie 24 th april 2022.

                              I have order the Rajdhani Arhar Dal from Flipkart. It was clearly mentioned that the goods can be returned. My order no. is OD[protected] and get it dleivered on 29.04.2022.
                              Now i have contacted the helpdesk regarding the return of Rajdhani Arhar Dal as the quality is not adequate but now they are refusing that the said product can't be returned.
                              Also the order contains the complimentary offer of 1kg Atta @ Rs.1, which was also not received in the package.

                              I want to return the order and want the refund for the same.

                              Please help.

                                I did call on the helpline number[protected] which didn't solve the problem at all rather the executives failed to resolve the issue themselves and even failed to connect me to a senior level executive to resolve the issue and they even dropped the call many times saying we are trying to connect to a senior or saying it will be delivered within 24 hours
                                I hope you look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as you can understand how important the grocery items are !!

                                      Hello, We Ordered A Product Through Flipkart With Cash On Delivery Option. Usually We Using Online Payment Options Only, But This Time We Chose COD. Before Delivery We Paid through Online Instead Of COD.

                                      But At Delivery Time, The Delivery Agent Told Payment Not Credited So You Should Pay Here.
                                      I Explained To Him But He Told No You Should Pay, Flipkart Will Refund Your Amount.

                                      So Two Times Paid, For Refund We Requested For Call Back From Flipkart Customer Service.

                                      Lot Of Delays And Network Issues Finally They Contacted And We Explained To Them.

                                      They Told Yes We Understood And Will Help You, Just Give One Minute To Solve And they put Hold On our Call.

                                      They Told One Minute. But We Waited 27 Minutes In The Call Just Repeated Music Only played And Call Ended From Them Side.

                                      We Really Annoyed The Behavior Of Flipkart Customer Service.

                                      No Live Chats
                                      Worst Customer Executives
                                      Cheating customer Service

                                      Then How Can We contact Them if any issues.

                                      Very Very Worst.
