I bought realme 9 pro plus on 5th April 2022 from flipkart, I was facing an issue with the device so I initiated a refund, for which I had to face many issues because flipkart was not co-operating at all, they also tried to cancel my replacement request themselves after delaying replacement till exchange duration expired. Somehow I was able to get a replacement for this device and the new device that I received in replacement had the same performance issues. Being dissatisfied, I initiated a refund request, the delivery guy was supposed to pick up the product on 21st April, but they have not sent a pickup guy to pick up this faulty device yet. Not only that, they are dropping calls after saying that we are putting you on hold to collect information, this purchase experience has become an utter nightmare for me and I would really appreciate it if they just take this faulty device back and send me my money. I have been having conversations with their call executives and they are saying that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs, but no luck so far. I've kept call recordings for evidence purposes.

Complaint marked as Resolved They picked up the product from the doorsteps and refunded the money in 3 days as they informed. They also took a follow-up to check if I've got a refund or not.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
