I ordered 12v/4.5ah square shape battery but i received 12v/5ah rectangle shape battery. I try to return but return was rejected four times and finally they blocked my flipkart account. I m unable to view my previous order..

    I had ordered 17 grocery items which were assured to be delivered on 28 April 2022 but only one item received. When I talked with Flipkart person, he could not resolve the issue nor gave any satisfactory answer. He could not place my call to seniors. When I asked him to cancel the order, he informed me that it cannot be cancelled. When the company assured delivery of products on a particular date and timing slot, it is responsibility of Flipkart to ensure delivery as per the contract between supplier and consumer. The non compliant of contract entitles the party not only to cancel the contract but also seek damages for violating the terms and conditions of the contract. Flipkart to provide immediate resolution.

        I brought a realme phone from flipkart and received a defective phone, which I try to replace from last one weeks, but they continuously harassing me, every time they promised the replacement but after reaching final point they just cancelled the replacement. They send technicians two times but after technicians visit also, problem not solved. I want to return this defective phone as soon as possible.

        I called them several times, and follow all procedures to replace my phone, they send technicians to my place, technicians came, check this phone and mark this phone a defective one, and give me assurance that my phone will get replaced, but after that also my replacement got cancelled.

            On 27th April night I received notification from Flipkart site for mobile offer, that iPhone 11 is for Rs. 1999/- I paid the amount but not received any confirmation. Now my money is stuck

            Please help me refund my money back to my account on an urgent basis.

              Flipkart delivered me a Samsung a7 tablet on 22 April 2022. But on unboxing I noticed it not bootted and Screen flickering/ Screen Blinking .I immediately registered complain to Flipkart. Initially they registered my complain and refused to replace the tab and said to contact Samsung customer service for my issues.

                    I ordered a laptop on 14th April. I was delivered a dead laptop on 19th April. After multiple failed attempts, I was able to get my replacement request approved.
                    But on 28th April, the delivery guy came and refused to pick up the defective laptop saying it is not working whereas I raised the replacement request because the laptop was defective and dead.
                    Now I am being asked to wait till May 3 after paying 82000 rupees.
                    Such pathetic service by Flipkart.

                      Tracking number FMPP[protected] and order number Order ID - OD[protected]The parcel reached the nearest hub of kvauri hills on Wednesday morning, 27 Apr 2022, however the parcel is not delivered. I reached out to the hub, and the supervisor informed they are searching for the parcel in their hub. Its been 2 days now that my phone is not delivered and my money is stuck! The customer services say that they have noted the feedback and hub people say they are searching! When asked for a SLA they say they are searching... The team is playing with customer's money and time! I visited the hub today and waited close to 2 hours for them to search the product and hand it over to me. I've been visiting the hub for 3 days now, yet no action or movement on the tracking! I'm sure the hub is not as big as amazon forest ! This has become a joke and a lame excuse for flipkart and ekart services.

                        I make an online purchase from flip kart, today(28/04/2022) the delivery boy called me for the delivery at 11 am and he told me he will deliver my product with in one hour, after 2hours i called him and asked about the delivery then he talked me he is near my location, at that time i was in hospital with an emergency and i talked him about the emergency so he replayed me that "no worries he will be their for 2hour ", so when i returned i called him back for my delivery he didn't picked my call for 3 times, after 30min i called him again at that time he picked my call and shouting at me and disconnected my call, i called him again to ask about my delivery at that time he replayed that" let me think about your delivery if i have a good mood then i will deliver" this was the final call from the delivery boy.

                          Dear Grievance Officer,

                          As I am a plus customer, my order is OD[protected]. The promised date of delivery of this product is 27th April 2022, but you failed, your customer care agent told me that 100% of the product will be delivered to you the next business day. And the next business day the agent told me sir the product will be delivered to you by 03rd of May 2022. What is wrong with you people, why would you book my order if you failed to deliver so many times.

                          My Past experience was also not good, as I canceled my order due to a delay in delivery.

                          I need Compensation for this delay and also need delivery by today only. If possible for you then reply to me otherwise don't waste your time on Plus customers.

The flipkart customer care employees are pressurerising me to cancel the order from my self. Due to which all my promos and coupons will be lost. Hence I want this order to be delivered to me.
