    I ordered boat avaante 2000 soundbar. The installation was delayed by 1 week due to technical issue, the request for installation had not been entered at all, finally it got done after close to 30-40 support calls/escalations.

    After that I didn't receive a coupon which is clearly mentioned in the offer list and terms and conditions. The offer clearly states if I'm a first time boat buyer on Flipkart i will receive a coupon to buy boat rockerz 355 for rs 1 on 5th May. No coupon received, again had 40-50 calls with escalations, everyone one agrees it is supposed to happen but no one has the authority to fix the issue. The resolution time now provided is beyond the offer period itself. Seniors who this issue is escalated also just queue another request without any solution.
    In the past few months i have experienced the worst customer support response from Flipkart, causing me to waste days of my time following up and escalating with no avail, call drops, explaining the issue over and over again in each call, wrong responses, technical problems, etc.
    This is a severe breach of consumer trust and there has to be action against Flipkart for doing this.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Updating again 14th May, offer period is over, no coupon received, no resolution to my queries, issues are still open.

      Flipkart is asking for aadhar card for id verification for return of my return of order id OD[protected] and return id[protected] and is asking for consent to share my adharcard with 3rd party . why should i give my adharcard for 3rd patry verification I can show it to delivery personel why to flipkart and 3rd party.

          I have order to you boys & girls 2 pair of Scandal on 26/04/22. I am waiting for your delivery but suddenly i saw a massage in my mobile on Flipkart side that order are cancel . After that i have contact to your costumer care team they says we have not provide this item in this price you have do another order in another price, I am very disappointment, Kindly help me on this matter.             Hello,

            This is painful to report that my product was supposed to be picked up 3rd may and is still not picked up and no one contacted me! Everytime i call the customer care they put me on hold and never return and raised the complaint in mail also but not responding, this has gotten out of hands and i need the refund to be processed right away as i dont really care when you get the pick up scheduled, i need the refund to be initiated right away. I am begging flipkart to refund my money asap!
            If anyone reads these emails at all, consider this an urgent escalation of the issue!

            Hello,

            I think Flipkart will cheated me, still my issue not resolved, I got wrong update from Flipkart. No one contacted me and no one visited and checked my product but they will give update your return rejected due to mismatched the product and also my Flipkart account not working.

            If anyone reads these emails at all, consider this an urgent escalation of the issue!

              I have cancelled an Order in Flipkart for which I had made a payment of ₹34990 on 25th April. I was supposed to receive the amount by 29th of April and its 7th of May and I have not yet received any refund amount. All the Flipkart Customer Support says is that refund has been initiated by the seller so I have to go and check with my Bank regarding the Amount. Such a Pathetic Customer service.

                After so many failed conversation with customer service, I am doing this email.

                Dear Flipkart
                I am using your services for 8-9 years and I have not felt so pathetic than before.
                I have ordered an AC on 19 April and since then I waited to get it delivered and your seller did not send me and my payment is pending from then on.
                I had done SBI EMI option and I have pending EMI on 9th.
                I have spoken to the SBI also and they have not received any payment!!!
                Are you serious?? for a product that did not even shipping and payment is with you from 19th?????
                What is the issue when your seller has not delivered the item and cancelled on their/your end?
                I need my money back ASAP, charges that are borne on my card.
                And it's your responsibility to close the EMI.
                After so many calls, your executive tells me yesterday that I need to speak to SBI at my end. What a disappointment? This is the way you treat your old customers.
                Its more than 20 days, I have not received my product, nor my money and I am paying EMI.
                Are you pushing a customer to drag this more?????
                Don't you have any policy to punish the seller where he did not deliver and cancel and you are instead irritating the customer.?????
                I need to speak to you on urgent basis, provide me my money back as well as give me the charges that I had to pay on extra.
                And get it closed from SBI, right now? they are charging me instead???
                Please see the number IN[protected] (your executive has also marked this on wrong product on some jacket but this related to AC.
                Sort this ASAP.

                      I have placed an order of Panasonic AC with Flipkart during the Flipkart Sale days. Flipkart Cancelled that order by giving the reason that we dont have that AC in the stock. Afterthat they increased the price of that AC and the stupid seller was accepting the same model of AC after that. Now Flipkart is not refunding my money even after doing the thousand time followups with them for our own hardearn money. Please do the needful It's more than 10 days even the seller has still not initiated the refund.

                        Recently in Oct 2021, I purchased Boat Rockerz 250+ plus neckband earphone from Flipkart. Currently I am facing 'Power on failure' problem. As the device is under warranty I claim warranty for product. They informed me to submit the invoice. I submitted paper(Tax Invoice + Shipping label) received during delivery but boat denied calling it as Shipping label. So I want Invoice so that I can claim warranty. &Also I am not getting any response from flipkart customer service center,

                        The invoice is not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                        Please look into this !

                          I have a Purchased a mobile phone vivo v23 from Flipkart in January 2022 with buy back guarantee offer. Now I want to you this offer to purchase another phone but cannot redeem the offer because every time there is shown that ABB is not enabled for this account I raised this issue with Flipkart customer care many times but cannot resolve the problem

                            Flipkart have blocked my account without genuine reason by saying that i have high returns from my account but i was legally right and i didn't. Main thing is I had 8000₹ worth of giftcard in my account which they stole it and didn't wanna return it. Flipkart is fraud and cheated me and took my money and coins.

                                Sir, I have purchased a bed from flipkart, which was delivered on 3/5/22 and installation scheduled on 4/5/22.On 4/5/22 I got a SMS regarding details about the technician attending the installation with contact details.On 4/5/22 evening I got a call from the technician regarding when I want my installation, I told him to install on 5/5/22 .he said he will attend on 5/5/22 .On 5/5/22 afternoon I got a call from the technician, like two times only one ring and cut.Actually mobile was in my hand at that time.Right away after that I got a call from flipkart support to cancel or reschedule the installation as the technician is unable to reach me over phone.This is one type of technique to escape the installation on the scheduled date.I didn't cancel or reschedule the installation, because on the scheduled date I.e 5/5/22 I was at my home waiting for the technician putting all other works aside.I even called the technician from the SMS.he didn't lift my call.So I want flipkart for early installation of the bed or else I will return the bed.

                                  Order Moto G52 From Flipkart with Order Id : OD[protected] but received Realme C11

                                  customer care not helping and saying it was open box delivery
                                  and it's your fault that while receiving you didn't check...
                                  but deliver person came around 7pm, he was in rush...
                                  as something like this never never happen with me
                                  hence i took the delivery without opening the box and now i got stuck

                                  please help me on this, it's my humble request
