First I see the post in Facebook in the name of Jayakumar regarding job post with number +[protected], then I message him he told this Flipkart customer service post, he arranged the interview also in virtual and he took interview then he send offer letter also, then he ask amount of 4777/rs for process I loos 1899/rs before it all happened, no he ask money for laptop and others.

    I HAVE PURCHASE BORICIL BOWL FROM FLIPKART, THE PARCEL WE RECEIVED IS SMALL PACKAGE, WHICH HAVE SMALL SINK JALI
    WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, THEN I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT
    A GUY COME WITH PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT AND REFUSE TO GIVE US REPLACEMENT STATING THAT IT WAS TIFFIN BOX, WE TOLD HIM TRUTH BUT HE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL REFUSE TO Believe and left with the package without giving us replacement for the same

    when we try to contact flipkart they are saying they have raise issue against it, but now policy is ended to return item, i have raise concern the same day i have rcvd wrong product, then how come its my fault, so they said they will look in to it, but i still didn't rcvd any update about it
    i believe flipkart using it to cheat on honest customers WHICH IS REALLY WRONG

        I had ordered an AC on 20th April 2022. The order was supposed to be delivered by 22nd Apr 2022 however I got the update that delivery is delayed and now the order will be delivered by 24th April. Till today(25th Spril 2022) there is no update on Shipment. Seller is not shipping the order although there is stock and seller continued to accept the order of same AC till 24th April 2022

              I order a phone on 14th with a one day delivery date and with a firm issued gst bill. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th but even after 10 days I haven't received the order. I raised a complaint against the seller that they are processing other orders but are not processing mine. Flipkart care also confirmed that the product is available in stock but there are other issues by the seller. I was given 21st april as the date of resolution for my query which extended further to 26 april and now to 28 April. Whilst i received the call from Flipkart confirming that seller will surely be able to deliver it by 26th of April. But it's still not processed. Seller (TradePLFIPLecom) was easily selling the product everyday, but was not fulfilling my order, neither I am getting any resolution or any updates regarding my order.
              I also have a doubt as I checked the seller online and got to know the review about the seller, that they have done this before also when someone asked for a gst bill in the name of a firm, they didn't process the order.
              Please help me with this issue. It's been more than 10 days

                I had ordered an earphone from Flipkart. Order id OD[protected]. On 20th Apr'22 and I received an empty box on 22nd apr'22. I contacted the Flipkart team and they have rejected my request stating that the seller has sent a complete box.
                Please help me get the refund.

Total 4 nos.unauthorized / fraudulent transactions, each of Rs. 14850 have been done by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to please stop the payment for above transaction reference numbers and please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.                         I ordered kenstar 50L desert cooler on 29/03/2022 and they delivered on 02/04/2022.but they delivered different model cooler and it was defective same time i complain to the delivery guy but he insist me that raise a online complain they will replace your product within two or three days. But still no action has been taken.
                        Only they are changing pickup dates.

                            I have order a refrigerator and received a damaged product, later I have placed a replacement for the same. Again the replacement product was also damaged and delivery team took it back.
                            Now Flipkart is unresponsive to refund process.

                            Open issues were marked as Resolved over night without any communication or closure comments. Not sure how Flipkart is operated. When an issue is raised by customer, without communication or without mentioning any comments how Flipkart can close the issue? What is the purpose in raising fault with them? Refer attached images.

                            Flipkart is asking for ID proof to process return of a product bought and received damaged. Why is the ID required here? They haven't asked the same while placing the order, and have not asked while delivering the product. Why suddenly now? No, I am not sharing my ID details to Flipkart.

                                The ekart delivery courier is fraud.Flipkart has no control over them they do whatever they wanna do as per their wish.The don’t pick items as they have made up their own rules.When we call Flipkart they assure that they will rectify the mistakes but the same thing happen over again.The Customer Services are also very untrained

                                  I have ordere Titan NN 2598SM04 ladies Karishma Analog wrist watch but received totally different products with different Products ID and price.
                                  Box is also in broken condition without top lid. I is a shameful act by suppliers that he didn't check the item before despatch. This kind of cheap act is not acceptable by a Flipkart.
                                  I am a very old customer of Flipkart and this issue really hurted me because this product is purchased to gift someone and due to this sour delivery now I can not fulfill my wish.

                                  Please look into this matter and take necessary action against this

                                  Issue is not been resolved, my refund is still pending, because pickup is no done by Flipkart courier partner. They are refusing to pickup.

                                    I have ordered one air cooler of crompton brand on dated 17th April 2022. The delivery date was 23rd April 2022. When I call the delivery agent, he simply rejected my call for three times. Due to this I couldn't attend my driving test which costs me a loss of Rs. 5200. When I called flipkart customer care executive they told me that your product will be delivered by EOD anyhow. Due to this I missed my relative's wedding because I am the only person who was available in my house to receive and pay for the product. On 24th April 2022, I received an update on my complaint that the delivery person couldn't find my location and product will take another 4 days to deliver. I just to know Is this some kind of internal scam where delivery company use to delivery one's product to another person but giving false reasons? Meanwhile my old mother and father who couldn't bear this hot summer are the only one who is suffering in this scam. I want complete compensation from Flipkart and Ekart delivery companies at the earliest.

                                      I have raised this complaint through "resolver.in" but still no positive response from flipkart.

                                      Date of Incident: 29th March 2022
                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered an LG AC 5-star unit along with extended
                                      warranty cost Rs2599. The delivered unit was wrong so, I returned the unit to flipkart and the refund
                                      was processed.
                                      Its been more than 20 days since the refund requested but the refund for the extended warranty is still
                                      pending and I received calls from flipkart customer service 8-10 times asking me to wait for 24 hours
                                      for the refund.
                                      It occurred on: 29/03/2022.
