    Hi,
    I recently ordered Mi TV from Flipkart, since then I'm facing this irritating customer service regarding my delivery. They don't let customer to contact them directly when there is any issue with the delivery. At first when I spoke to customer care they said the product will be delivered at some specific day, it missed, later I called after several continuous calls and chat support then they said it's delivering which didn't happen again. Later when I tried to contact them it's simply being told by auto bot that there is some issue complaint is raised and it will be resolved soon be patient I'm not at all getting connected to customer care agent at all. Hardly I received one call from Flipkart which they simply called and are not speaking I think it was just called by auto bot only so just to make sure that they called and later on they say that there are some network issues. Seriously pathetic service. Now my product is there in nearest hub only since 4 days but it's not being delivered. Whom the hell I should speak to. We don't even know if they did something to the package and changed some parts also. Seriously this is the worst ever service and worst ever experience I had with any ecommerce company. Flipkart is worst to the core. Please take a complaint against this and make sure that this worst Flipkart changes its customer service point and also improves delivery.

    Just now I recieved a call from Flipkart while I'm speaking to them they disconnected my call. See this is how customer support is working. Really irritating.

    One more call from Flipkart again disconnected without speaking anything. Why do they even call if they don't want to talk they just want to showcase that they have called and later cover stating that there are network issues. This is irritating to the core.

      I purchased Mi10t under buyback guarantee option which is valid till 17 June 2022. Whenever I am trying to use buyback value option under exchange option I receive error thta ABB is not enabled for this account. I raised my complaint with Flipkart support however no response received yet.

        Hello, I need a very urgent help (by today) as I lost my mobile number registered to Flipkart. And it's now accessed by an another person. He's changing my account details such as (password, name, address) again and again, even trying to buy stuffs through my name.

        When I'm changing the mobile no. the otp is being sent to both nos. (new + old) Help me please!

        So, I have currently deactivated my account.

          I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is.

            I have created my flipkart account in 2016 with my phone
            number [protected] few years a back i changed my number into
            [protected] and forget to update in flipkart now my old
            registerd number is losted and cant be recover, the main
            problem is when i tried to update my new number otpare
            being sent to the both new and old numbers .This making me
            unable to change the mobile number
            place do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my

              I ordered fire boltt hurricane smart watch and it got delivered yesterday but I don't why the battery is draining too fast, I mean it is not giving battery backup as mentioned above in specifications by websites and poor in display too so I thought of returning that product and get refund. And more over I have requested too for a refund but still they is no update on that, it's really disappointing. So do my refund as soon as possible and let me order something else as there is big savings sale too. And yes I am plus member too in flipkart so please make it fast

                On the month of February 2022 my flipkart account got unreasonably banned I ordered some products which were defective so were returned and then i ordered a phone which a seller automatically cancelled and then again i did ordered but after a few days my account was banned and after contacting you through mails and calls and every possible means i couldn't possibly do it and now that the phone has some problems and i couldn't even download the bill also the account is connected with my pan card so if the registered mobile no. Is lost then my cibil my credit will be good as dead so atleast do me a favour please unlink my pay later and if possible please unban it even if i have to pay fine for unbanning it I am willing so please do it.Thank you

                  Once I enter my mobile number and Click send OTP, an Error message - "Unable to Proceed error message" is displayed. There is no option for OTP login also. My email ID has been linked to the same account and still, the same error message is displayed. The entire is not accessible to me due to this issue and unable to purchase anything. I cant buy another SIM or create a mail ID to log in and use the service. I tried reaching out to Customer Care. After selecting the language, it just says Go to My Account and see your order, after that call gets disconnected. I'm facing this for several months and nothing resolved.
                  Note: I may not have logged in to the application for several months, but when I need it back I should be able to.

                      I have purchased a camera using Flipkart pay later EMI. I made all my payments before it's due date. There is no late payment reflected in Flipkart pay later. But the same time the lender (Flipkart pay later ) IDFC bank send me a legal notice stating I missed 4 to 5 emi's and blocked my account. And also this affects my cibil score. I have all proof with me. And now I am thinking about move legally.

                          Hi Team,

                          Good day, need your assistance to resolve my concern with Flipkart.com

                          On April 18th in FlipKart.com, I have placed ordered for couple of products like APICAL Plastic, Carbon Steel Car Door Guard for Rs: 555 + PRTEK Plastic Car Bumper Guard for Rs: 557 and the order number is : OD[protected], expected delivery by April 24th.

                          On April 24th PRTEK Plastic Car Bumper Guard only got delivered, whereas  APICAL Plastic, Carbon Steel Car Door Guard wasn't delivered, but in the Flipkart portal it was updated as delivered.

                          Hence logged ticket: IN[protected] and it was promised to get it resolved within April 29th. But till now it wasn't resolved, instead the ticket got closed without any resolution.

                          Requested call back for multiple times from April 29th... No proper response or resolution instead customer agents are disconnecting the call and not ready to reopen the ticket itself.

                          At-last on May 2nd one of the customer care folk Mr. Nitin helped to reopen the ticket and escalate it again.

                          But I don't think, I will get proper resolution. Need your intervention to speed up the resolution.

                          For your reference, attached email conversation and package delivered picture and Flipkart order delivery status etc.

                            Flipkart EMI Fraud

                            I availed an emi loan with flipkart. I had funds so decided to close the emi by foreclosing it. I contacted flipkart support team they informed to contact idfc first bank with whom flipkart does the fundings. I went and paid the dues, the loan account was closed but flipkart paylater still shows the amount as pending. Flipkart collection team had called me more than 100s of time. The issue is already with flipkart escalation for now 6 months...

                              I have ordered 3 mobile to 3 different place to my brother, sister and collegue. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for Ministry of Defence. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You

                                Ordered Highlander shoe from Flipkart. They sent the shoe which was damaged inside but the packing was good when return request raised they rejected twice As there was issue with item, I raised a complaint third time regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                  I went to order some items from flipkart.com on 1st May around 01:30pm of total payable amount of Rs.951, when it asked for payment of Rs.50 I proceeded however despite paying the sum the order was not placed tried to contact their customer care services multiple times but didn't get to talk to them

                                    We have ordered Voltas 1.5Ton AC of make 183VCZJ ( order no: OD[protected] which was delivered on 15th of April and technician arrived for installation on 16th April. He suggested that the AC unit and the outdoor units are not compatible since both have different CBU codes and are of different models. We requested Flipkart for replacement of the unit but the request was not processed and they asked us to file for return and refund. We filed the same on the 20th and haven't received any updates though May2nd was given as the last day for resolution. However when I tried to call the customer care, it either says the number is incorrect or the customer care executives are busy. When I call from another number the call was connected. However, the executive puts my call on hold and disconnects after a while. This is heights of injustice and fraud. I want an immediate explanation right now or I will file a complaint on flipkart in the consumer court.

                                      Sir I would like to bring into your notice that in Flipkart app refund completed showing but till now I haven't received my refund. Also they didn't gave me any refund reference number upon asking one customer service had ended the call. OD[protected] order Is this. Seller cancelled my order saying it's price error. 4999 rs is stuck with Flipkart And they saying we have initiated but not given refund reference number also .PLS help me in this matter it's a big amount for me.
