I bought mobile on 18the april 2022. Return policy of mobile ends on 24th april2022. i have given replacement requested on 23 april 2022 for Samsung F23G.

Without contacting me they simply posted as replacement rejected. i called customer care nearly 24 times from the last 8days. they are not giving proper information. kindly consider and take necessary action for my replacement.

      I have purchased an LG AC from from Flipkart and also I have purchased an installation package for the AC from Flipkart but Flipkart has delivered me a faulty AC ..their technician made a fool out of me saying that the AC is okay but they will do the installation properly again..but instead of raising my complaint again and again on Flipkart none of their technician came to solve the AC problem..

        I had ordered one plus buds amounting to Rs.4999 from Flipkart on 21apirl . On 27 april, the order was delivered. The outer package was intact but the inner package was in a bad state. When I opened the inner package, I found that I was delivered a one plus box but not buds in box.

        Immediately I raised the return request but there was no response from the customer service team for 48 hours despite me contacting them multiple times. So, I sent a message to their Twitter handle for which they responded, and asked me to attach my Aadhar card for a third party vendor to authenticate and they have also asked me to sign a Consent form which states 'Lodging of FIR for the missing Mobile/Laptop'.

        Flipkart is forcing me to share my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share such confidential documents to Flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered box product, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same?

        Also, why is Flipkart demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing Laptop/Mobile? I had ordered for a one plus bud, not a Mobile/Laptop.

        Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a week for them to resolve this issue, but in vain.

        I want Flipkart to -
        1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
        2. Send a replacement or refund the amount paid 4999.
        3. Send the correct consent form for the one plus buds not for Laptop/Mobile if they want me to sign it.

        Kindly help me out.

          My order number is OD[protected].I ordered I pad 9 generation on 26 April.Today is 29 April product is not even packed, Flipkart did it because i order product at discount my friend ordered without discount and his product is shipped, Shame on Flipkart &HydtelRetailsSales .I know in the last flipkart and its fraud seller will cancel it but if you dont want to give products at discount then why you show it on the site .You guys are making Indians customer fool .I want my product at same price don't dare to cancel it and whosever flipkart agent is resolving this issue please take it seriously i don't want those message that we will try our best.

            Hello sir i ordered one plus bud from Flipkart and after 7days I get it but whn I open I receive only one plus box and redcable voucher and invoice but one plus bud is missing from package.
            After this i tried to reach Flipkart support but I didn't get help after that i tweet on twitter they call me and said that you have to file FIR form send on your email.
            And also I shared my aadhar card with Flipkart now they say to file FIR.
            I'm a student and i don't need any police matter because my family they not allowed to order from online, I'm pissed in it .
            I don't know what's will I do .

              We have ordered a fridge from Flipkart worth 25000/- they delivered it on[protected]. when we asked why the fridge is locked, they said the LG installation team will come and open it and they noted down OTP. We observed more damage after they left, and we have raised a request for return. they keep on rejecting our requests. We have called customer care as well; they also said the same. Finally, they are saying return time is over and we must keep this damage fridge. LG installation team is saying that this fridge is totally damaged, and they will not do anything.
              It’s been more than 20 days; Flipkart team is not responding to our requests. We even commented this in their website. They are denying all our requests and comments saying that this our fault though they have delivered damaged product.
              I request you to make the delivery of new fridge as soon as possible and take appropriate actions against the employees who are at fault.

                I had purchased led tv from Flipkart which was delivered on 27 April 2022 and as per applications, it installation was supposed to done on 28 April 2022. But no body has connect with me regarding this and customer care support team also do not have answer

                    Dear team,

                    I had ordered two trousers of Tokyo talkies via order no OD[protected] but after checking both didn't fit me at all.

                    Generally flipkart products are on returnable within 15 days so I didn't check the days. On 11th day I tried to return the product but its was showing that return period is over.

                    My concern is just that i have not used these products so please pick these products and refund me the amount of these products.

                    As these products are no use for me.

                      I ordered Adidas running shoe 7no. But I received copy shoe 9no. When I return the product courier service boy not pickup the product they told me the product is not same .after then I complaint Flipkart help lineno. coustomer excutive told me follow my instruction and I follow they tell me cancel the previous return order create a new return and i follow the steps . After some time Flipkart excutive send me text message regarding return pickup date and time mention but courier service boy not contact me then I again complaint and customer excutive told me return request cancelled and create a new return request i follow the same steps 3to 4 times after 2days my account is blocked ..
                      I have received system generated mail
                      High numbers of return so your Flipkart account is blocked..and no longer login in future ..
                      Flipkart koi help nhi kr rha h fraud kr rhe h 😠😠😠😠😠
                      Don't buy any product by Flipkart..

                        I bought the AC from flipkart which I have got which was supposed to be installed by flipkart which is not done yet and I am not getting any satisfactory answer after talking to flipkart their senior officer 30 mins to hold the call After disconnecting the phone and now my phone is also not found in flipkart

                          I Haven’t received my order and it is showing delivered in app as well as they marked deliver in Flipkart’s seller’s ID(They have to mark either delivered or not delivered to notify higher team).
                          I was trying to call on the number of delivery guy they give after payment, and it was on reject list ( Reject list for Unknown caller feature he must be using ) as it was informing me person is busy just within a one ring.

                          I have made my full payment and this kind of Scam happened.

                          I WANT STRICTEST ACTION AGAINST THIS DELIVERY GUY AND WANT MY PRODUCT TO GET DELIVERED .

                              I had ordered 17 grocery items which were assured to be delivered on 28 April 2022 but only one item received. When I talked with Flipkart person, he could not resolve the issue nor gave any satisfactory answer. He could not place my call to seniors. When I asked him to cancel the order, he informed me that it cannot be cancelled. When the company assured delivery of products on a particular date and timing slot, it is responsibility of Flipkart to ensure delivery as per the contract between supplier and consumer. The non compliant of contract entitles the party not only to cancel the contract but also seek damages for violating the terms and conditions of the contract. Flipkart to provide immediate resolution.

                                  I brought a realme phone from flipkart and received a defective phone, which I try to replace from last one weeks, but they continuously harassing me, every time they promised the replacement but after reaching final point they just cancelled the replacement. They send technicians two times but after technicians visit also, problem not solved. I want to return this defective phone as soon as possible.

                                  I called them several times, and follow all procedures to replace my phone, they send technicians to my place, technicians came, check this phone and mark this phone a defective one, and give me assurance that my phone will get replaced, but after that also my replacement got cancelled.

                                      On 27th April night I received notification from Flipkart site for mobile offer, that iPhone 11 is for Rs. 1999/- I paid the amount but not received any confirmation. Now my money is stuck

                                      Please help me refund my money back to my account on an urgent basis.

                                        Flipkart delivered me a Samsung a7 tablet on 22 April 2022. But on unboxing I noticed it not bootted and Screen flickering/ Screen Blinking .I immediately registered complain to Flipkart. Initially they registered my complain and refused to replace the tab and said to contact Samsung customer service for my issues.
