    I got a defective product against which i asked for replacement or refund, but the replacement request has been declined by them and also the return request has been cancelled. Now the return period is also over and everytime they say we will resolve your issue within 24hrs or 72hrs but no resolution has been provided yet. Now i am planning to file a legal complaint for the mental harrasment and also the fraudlent services they have provided for the product that i ordered. I want my money back and compensation for my time. My order id is OD[protected]

        Hi Team,

        I have purchased LG AC worth of Rs 32480. It was delivered on 15th April and request technician installation on 17th April. We were waiting since morning however techinican did not visit our place.
        Also since morning we have been following Flipkart customer care executive they told that in next 1 hour technician will visit. It never happened. I have made approximately 25 calls to your support team.

        I have wasted my entire day because of this, I request you to take this matter seriously and compassion for the mental harassment.

          lost my mobile on sealdah station time of missing 5am to 6am, date- 17/04/2022. Place of missing of platfrom no;-9.

          You are request to dear flipkart team. Block my mobile imei number .

            On 15th APR I've made an prepaid order ( realme 8) at 12499. After 8hours I've change my mind and cancelled the order. Flipkart is saying that the seller has refunded my money, but after 4days I didn't recieve the money. I've shared the bank details also. Still no resolutions are given. They are only saying seller has refunded. That's all.!??!!

            Please refund my money within 48hours. Not more than that. Otherwise I've to go consumer court.

            Too many fraud calls are coming... I want to warn you guys. If one more is coming then I'll flood your numbers. Don't play with me. :-) do not dare to call me again fraudsters. If you are at gurugram, saltlake or hariyana or delhi. I'll find you.
            You are lucky, i have the same problem seller omnitech retail has my over 1 lac rupees and flipkart is refusing to refund it. It's been 16 days.

                  My flipkart account no is [protected], it is 7-8 years old account flipkart blocked for unknown reason.as per my experience recently all my orders where delayed and I got mails and calls from flipkart for cancellation and reorder of the products accordingly cancelled and reordered the products but after this flipkart blocked my account.
                  my account wallet has 1500 rs. and having 2400 supercoins so total 3900 Rs. stuck in flipkart account. its my humble request to flipkart please unblock my account to use that money or transfer this money to my bank account.
                  it my hard earned money and savings.

                    I have ordered Moto g22 (4+64gb) iceberg blue mobile 13th April 2022 from FLIPKART . I have received Screen Defected mobile in 15th April 2022 .I have Raise return request (refund) two times on FLIPKART immediately but flipkart cancel my return (refund) request two times and costumer care did not received my call back request .Moto g22 price i have purchase 9999 indian rupees from credit card.

                      I bought an AC (Order placed on Mar 18, 2022 & Order ID OD[protected], it got delivered on 2nd April as promised.
                      There was missing pipe accessory and the same was reported by the installer and they registered the return request. But on Flipkart application, installation had been completed and they were continuously asking about this purchase experience.
                      After one week of continuous emails and calls with less supportive staff my replacement was accepted and new AC was delivered after approx one month of originally ordered date (Order ID OD[protected]. Now the regarding the installation no body is approaching from the company. I think my issue will be resolved ones the season is gone.

                      when I am reviewing the product, they are not publishing it on the product page & 24/7 customer assistance is not working from my account as they have disabled it.

                          I have cancelled an order on 26th March and the refund has not yet been initiated. I have talked to customer service several times but the only response I get is that I will be updated in 24 to 48 hours which I never get and I have to follow up again.

                          It has been almost 24 days and the refund has not yet been initiated.

                            I ordered "Safari Mosaic Check-in Suitcase - 26 inch" from Flipkart on 12th April 2022 however, on today(18th April) Flipkart cancelled my order with no reason.                               Dear Team
                              Order OD[protected] received a defective mobile phone from Flipkart which is not working and I have raised the complainant immediately about the item is defective and not working .
                              Now they are nit sending the Technical person to verify the same
                              They are just dragging the call with executive and still after 4 days also my return has not been picked and the amount paid Rs.4499 is still not refunded .
                              How can I approach consumer forum for the refund which is still pending .
                              I am waiting for the person to picke up the defective mobile phone return and refund my money back to me

                                    Reminder 1 !!

                                    Sad to see that no resolution has happened yet. Your commitment was 48 hrs. We are standing at 96 hrs.

                                    With great regret I am writing this email to you, I tried reaching out to your customer care every day multiple times & also seeking help from your pick up partner & spoke to your hub for resolution. But none of your partners were able to resolve my issue. Now I tried to reach you expecting faster resolution, if failed I will have no option left to highlight to social media & my legal advisor. Please Help!!

                                    I have purchased the Hitachi 1 ton 3 Star Split Air Inverter AC - White on 24th March 2022. On 27th March 2022 it was delivered. And on 28th March 2022 installation was done. After 2 days i.e on 31st March 2022 we found that AC is not working & we called up the Hitachi customer care.

                                    A Hitachi technician arrived at our place and confirmed after checking the machine that there is an installation issue hence they can't help & directed us to call flipkart and get the resolution.

                                    It took 3 days from flipkart to get the technician to visit our place. People are very rude & its hard to tolerate them. The Flipkart technician said the machine was defective so requested us to place the return request.

                                    Then I had to call the flipkart customer support to uninstall the product. After that I had to place a call for return.

                                    On 5th April 2022, I placed the return request. Again got harassed by their customer support & their pick up boys. They are regularly delaying the process. After several complaints finally on 7th April 2022, the pick up boy arrived & picked up the product. The pick up boy said that within 5 days I will get the refund.

                                    Since 7th April 2022 post the pickup of the defective AC is done neither pickup done is showing in my app (refer to my screenshot attached) nor refund has been processed. We are regularly calling the end number of times customer support team, pick up team but they are simply bluffing us & as on date no resolution has been initiated. This is simply a fraud nothing else. Every time when we call them they mostly disconnect or don't reach us with any response.

                                    Requesting you to please intervene & help us to resolve at the earliest. My entire money has been debited along with the installation amount. Product Price Rs 29800 + Installation Charges Rs 2700 + Bank EMI Charges. My first EMI was also charged.

                                      I ordered a Jabra Elite 75T wireless earphones on 15.04.2022 and the parcel was delivered on 17.04.2022 via flipkart. As I opened the parcel it was noticed that the earphones and its charging case is missing. I have done everything in my oower to get my return and refund request approved but the only thing I received was an email from flipkart stating that the seller has denied the request and they sent the product intact. Now, Flipkart investigating team has asked for some supporting documents which I submitted by replying on their email but their email id “[protected]@flipkart.com” is not deliverable and my email was not sent. Please help me out
