    The issue that I have experienced was: i bought blue star ac from flipkart but the ac is having colling issue so i raise a complaint against it but now its more then expected time i talk to customer care executime more than 20 times bot not getting my problem resloved . Please do something for me i would be very thankfull to you.

    It occurred on: 8/04/2022

    i want to return the product and want my money back because my patient is over and i dont need the product any more.

      I have ordered vBank Supreme Books Pack 2020-21 (English Edition) (Paperback, Adda247 Publications), TGK Flip Cover for Realme Pad 10.4 inch Tablet on 14 april 2022 through prepaid method. It showed expected delivery date as 20 april 2022.. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub on 16 april 2022 itself, but still they postponed my order to 20 april 2022 saying my order is out of delivery area (Pincode- Address mismatch) which is completely fake. They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order., but today they cancelled my order and put replacement for product saying shipment issues and posponed to april 30 2022 which is very unfair and too long .I want an compensation of rs1000 for automatically cancelling order and put replacement request and prolonged delivery date for replacement product without my consent. So i demand Flipkart to give me compensation of Rs1000 for causing mental trauma and harassment.

        Respected Sir/ Mam,

        This is to inform you that I placed order against order on 6th April order ID:-OD[protected] o[censored]GC NET solved papers[protected] but physically received theory book on 9th April-22 same day I request for refund but no one comes for pickup till now after several reminders and request and my money hold by flipkart. Flipkart gives a pickup date but many times pickup commitment every times failed.

        I am a student required refund and need to order new book

        I am requesting to you that kindly help to arrange my refund.

          I have ordered the above item with the order I'd OD[protected] on dated March 3, 2022. Unfortunately I have received a damaged old product and a different local brand in Boat box from the Flipkart. Since then I'm trying to contact Flipkart customer care for several times to return and replace it/refund my money. After several calls finally they accepted the fault and process for replacement, but again the delivery was rejected by the Flipkart without any reson and they marked the issue as resolved. I'm crying for help from the day of delivery. They cheated me with the seller. Without solving my issue or any contact, how they can marked as issue is resolved. Such a nasty kind of customer support they have.
          Kindly solve this issue and obliged me.

              I ordered a phone [ Samsung Galaxy A52 s, 8gb variant black colour] from Flipkart on 13th April 2022. I recieved my product on 15th April 2022. The packing of the product was sealed but I don't know if it was authentic because when I opened the phone it was sealed I saw that the phone didn't require any configuration. Later I also saw that there were messages on the phone from 28th of March and one call is also place from that phone on 28th March only. I informed flipkart immediately and asked for replacement to which they declined saying the seller doesn't have replacement. To inform you sir I was promised 7days replacement policy from Flipkart but I didn't get it. Anyhow I accepted it and asked for return and refund instead and shared pictures with them. Again flipkart rejected my return request as the seller said the product packaging was intact.
              I repeatedly told flipkart that the seller is fraud but I think Flipkart is more helpful towards the seller than their plus member customers who bought all her phones from Flipkart till date.

              Sir, the plan basically is they will reject my request everytime and then my return period will get over and I won't be able to do much. So, yesterday night I contacted Samsung customer care to know the activation date of my phone. They asked me the serial number of the phone and I got to know sir that the phone was activated on '31st of December 2021' . In shock I started gathering proofs. I contacted Samsung again. They asked me to file a case against flipkart and the seller. I want my refund from Flipkart so that I can purchase my phone offline sir.I don't have a spare phone and it's getting really difficult to function without a phone.
              You are my only hope sir. I worked really hard for the money and with that money I bought the phone so that I can study. Kindly help me with this sir. I shall be eternally grateful.

              Below I'm attaching all the documents and pictures: invoice I received from Flipkart and everything.

                  Actually i ordered a boat avanta soundbar on 10 April..i paid the Money using gift card voucher ..and the amount is 10077..after one day i cancelled the product...but I did not get any refund money from Flipkart...the support team is also not responding... it's been 10 days now...

                    I Purchase a MouliK - Made With Love Polyester Adults Mosquito net for window Mosquito Net (Grey) dt. 29.03.2022 and this product do not mach my window so I refund this Product dt. 31.03.2022 Flipkart received this product 2nd April 2022 and my bank details share Flipkart online portal. They are showing this portal "We have completed your request for refund. ₹379.0 will be refunded to your Bank Account ending with **********922 by Apr 02 " but not credited Rs. 379.00 in my Bank Account . Then I Call Flipkart consumer care, they told me you farther bank details input the SMS link. I apply this link then disply " You have already Shared the account details with us. please check your Order Details Page for your refund Status." I confirm this massage Flipkat consumer care, but till date I do not refund Rs.379.00 .

                      Od[protected] is my order number. I'd like to cancel my order because the chair is of worst quality. I attempted to return the merchandise the same day it was received, but your customer service department never called me back, despite my request on the app. Please cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

                          It has been deducting a huge amount of money through credit cards without my knowledge.It is very embarassing to know that such a popular online shopping app like Flipkart is cheating their customers like this.what is your plan?? I do want my cash back immediately.It is not one month that the money is been deducting but is happening every month.Legally it is not true.WANT MY CASH BACK!!!

                              I ordered for return of an dress I bought for my baby. The piece is small in size and defective (Had multiple stains in the product). I ordered for return. The pickup person says the product is having stains and the I cannot take it back. The actual product received itself is stained. Its actually printing marks over the dress. Now the flipkart status says "return approved" but no one else is coming for the pickup.Calling the flipkart customer care number is a total waste as it says go to my order page in your account for more details and the call is getting disconnected. I need some help in this regards.

                                  I Ordered in Flipkart on 05-Apr-2022 based on the delivery to be done by 08-Apr-2022. I was tracking the order on 08-Apr-2022 and it was mentioned that delivery was postponed to 11-Apr-2022 without mentioning the actual reason. I called Customer care and would like to know the exact reason I had been informed that they also don't know.

                                  I informed them to escalate, which they said escalated but I did not receive any further follow-up. As I suspected the 11th also the product was not delivered and I have been approached the customer care,

                                  The first time they disconnect the call
                                  The second time they asked me to hold and disconnect the call
                                  The third time, I preferred the language English but the customer care executive started spake in Hindi
                                  finally, the call has been answered and escalated to the next level, but they also don't know the reason and asked me to wait up to 15-Apr-2022. then it was postponed to 17-Apr-2022. Today is 19-Apr-2022, still I haven't received the product and have not been informed of the exact reason. the same product I have ordered through Amazon and it had been delivered. But Flipkart is fooling the customer by saying unexpected issue which no one will accept

                                  I have the following issue with the Flipkart

                                  1. Harassing Customer and forcing the customer to cancel the order.
                                  2. Delay Reason not transparently informed to Customer.
                                  3. Failure of the FlipKart Tracking system to make the customer lose the trust on Flipkart

                                    I have purchased my tv on 8 April (Order ID - OD[protected] and it's not installed till now .. i am sending queries from last 10 days now it's refunded policy is about to expire .. what will I do if installation is not done ...everytime i call they said it will done by today but it never and Now it showing that installation has been cancelled ... Without any reason and i haven't done that ... when I called technician provided by Flipkart for visit he never pickup my call or disconnect that and after that he call from another number of an unknown person and talk to me in very inappropriate and very false language using very bad and abusive word.. ... Plz help me out ..or i have to go to consumer forum for this harrasment done by Flipkart
                                    It's return period is almost over.
                                    Is this you "Costumer First " service.

                                    I have done so many complaints to costumer care but no action has been taken till now.
