On 30th October, i ordered one plus buds Bluetooth headset in grey colour. I recieved the product on 2nd November, but before that let me explain. The delivery was to be on 1st November but i called the delivery person and told him to come on 2nd November as i was out of town. Actually before that i told him that i will try to come in the evening but as i was late, I called him again and told Him to come on second November. On second November when I received my parcel instead of the headphones I received a stone. I was so disappointed as it was my first time ever happened to me from Flipkart. It is indeed because i have ordered iphone11 pro last year on November but nothing like that happened. And the most shocking part is that iphone 11pro cost more than the earbuds I ordered this time. May i know the reason why this has happened to me?
And continuing with the incident, right after I receive my parcel and open the box (actually it was a Diwali gift for my brother as he really needed one) But When he did the unboxing, it was a stone. And if you could see the video that I have sent you, you will automatically understand that the AirPods should be on the top of the AirPods shape handle, but instead there was nothing and then when we checked the small envelope on it, we received a stone. Right after that, I called the delivery person and then I asked him to come and check and return my item. He told me that he will come after sometime But instead he never returned. So I called the Flipkart customer care (by sending them a chat in the help section and which they called me in 5min) I first complain regarding the item and then I asked him to kindly look into my issue so He told me to have patience and that they are looking for my issue. After that I again call the delivery man but he told me that he would come after sometimes since he is delivering items to other customer. And then he never returned so I again asked the customer care to talk to me and she told me that she’s looking into my issue and even asked me to return from my Flipkart app through my account regarding the earbuds, but I could not do it as it got rejected and I don’t blame the seller because it was the same seller who sold me the iPhone 11pro last year. According to my suspect, it would be the delivery guy because he keeps ignoring my call and then later when I called him again and again instead of him his friend pick the call and talk to me. I asked him several times regarding his name and details that you would never give his details and ask me who asked for it. I told him that I was going to file a suit against him as well as the Flipkart company. But he never told me his name and his details and cut my call. Instead he told me to go and complain in the Kamla Palace where there is Flipkart courier centre. After so many call at times he never pick up my call. So he’s the suspicious person regarding this fraud situation.
I again called the customer care And was told that she have tried to put the complain and for the return, but it got rejected again and again so she said that I should place the return option but it happened the same way to get rejected. She told me that within 24 to 72 hours, I would receive a mail where I should raise my complain and then it will be all sort out. But since my email ID was not updated I did not received the email. So right after 48 hours and above, I asked the customer care to call me since it was emergency. But
The call got disconnected. So again I asked the other customer care to called me and I reported the same issue to him. He even asked me to give him 24 to 48 hours regarding the issue. He told me the same that Ill received an mail but I didn’t even after I updated my email id . But I didn’t recieve a mail till now and its already 50hours. Thats the reason m writing it to you. As i was told to report it to this mail. I have already waited for almost a week and i have lost patience. M sending all the evidence of this situation and so if within 2days I didn’t recieve my refund, i will take the case to the court as m already a lawyer. Please investigate and the other evidence you can find it in the audio of the flipkart as everything gets recorded. its been already been more than 6 months and no action has been taken yet

These item cancelled on 29 March but not received refund till date I even tried to call customer care Flipkart but they did not resolve my issue till now April 24 even they asked my bank details I provided but they did not refund me till now
