I have ordered a product pedestal Fan on 13 march 2022, flipkart given expected date as 22 march. But there prolonged for 25 march and cancelled my order. After this issue, I have received a text message as order cancelled and as a compensation we are providing 150rs voucher as, I should order the same product, than only I can get this voucher. So i again checkout the product but there increased the price of 130 rs extra.
But irrespective of the price, I ordered same product again for more price. Second Order ID OD[protected], again the flipkart started the same pattern of delaying My order, finally cancelled my new order also. I have tried 4 times to connect with flipkart executive but there are putting my call in hold for 20 to 30 minutes and disconnecting the call.
So bearing all this issues by me, I am posting this compliant. I want compensation to putting me in this problem.
