I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 686681 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost of the items from all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for my pincode about 5 days ago. But when i got a order some days back at that time it was okay to deliver in my pincode 686681 it's showing available. Now it's shows not deliverable .Even at the peak time of corona it was deliverable but how come suddenly all items become not deliverable ?! .

    I bought 2 Apple MHJD3HN/A 20W 3A Mobile Chargers on April 2, 2022 in a deal for INR 235 each (Order ID OD[protected] and OD[protected] totalling INR470 (current price INR 1900 each). The payment was made online using my HDFC bank debit card. The delivery date of the order was April 6, 2022. Suddenly on April 5th, 2022, Flipkart cancelled the order stating that the said order has been cancelled because of techincal issue and wants me to buy the product again at the updated price. But in an online transaction, once the transaction is processed and the payment is completed, the sale has to be completed by delivering the said product to the customer. I need help to please help me get the same charger at the stated price (ie INR 235 each). Please help me resolve this issue.

      I placed an order form Flipkart of Realme wireless 2 earphones order I'd - OD[protected] on 27th of March. But I got the difference model of same brand since then I'm requesting to return or replace the product but every time it gets rejected and they do not give me any reason of rejection of my complain. I'm so much irritated from this behaviour. I'm so much troubled from this. I've brought product worth lakhs from Flipkart I've never faced this kind of crap. I want solution asap. Otherwise I've to go for legal court or something. It has been 15 days and I'm so much stressed. Please give me a solution ASAP.

        Hi,

        I had ordered Head & Shoulder shampoo from flipkart application which was coming under an offer where they were offering 1950ml for 500 Rs. On 13th March 2022 my order was placed and on 16th March I received the delivery.

        But, unfortunately this was not the same order as I placed . I placed order for 1950 ml and I received only 650 ml product. Moreover this product defective as well, shampoo was leaking from bottle when I unpacked the order.

        Immediately I tried to return the product from app but it didn't work giving error as "something went wrong. Please try again later". After 3-4 calls to flipkart customer care they were able to successfully place replacement request for product on 17th March and After some verification the replacement request was approved and placed on 19th March.

        It was supposed to be delivered by 25th March but On 25th March I received mail stating that due to logistic issues product is delayed and will definitely be delivered by 1st April 2022. After that I keep getting notifications that my product is shipped (27th March).

        On 28th March I suddenly got a mail saying that this order is cancelled due to quality issue and money will be credited in 7-8 days.

        Now I don't understand few things :-
        1. Replacement order was cancelled due to quality issues. Why was this quality check not performed on first order, that product was delivered to me without any problem ( except the fact that it was not the same product nor in proper condition) .
        2. I ordered this product because it seemed that there was some offer going on and I was getting product at low price, now obviously I'm not getting same product at same price.
        3. This is clearly not the correct way of handling the customer request if the seller was at fault you should have changed the seller and sent the product from different seller because the product was being manufactured by different company not by seller right ?
        4. Even in future if I get some offer and try to order product I need to keep in mind that this order may again get cancelled.
        5. Wasn't it responsibility of flipkart to proactively check the seller credibility rather than waiting on customer to suffer and than report an issue ?

          Order ID OD[protected]. And I had raised two return request of the product, both the time flipkart cancelled my product without informing. And now app is showing return period is over. This is really a scam and this is the second time I’m facing this kind of issue in flipkart. Also if I’m requesting a call from flipkart, customer agent is putting on hold and then not at all coming back, I waited for around 25 min in the call but no luck.

            Hi, I had placed an order for a CROCS Bayaband Men Blue Sandals but i do not want it since it has manufacturing default . They accept my return and pick-up was April 1 st but till now they delaying whenever i call customer care they saying wait for 24-48 hours from two weeks but issue was not resolved and yesterday i have requested multiple call backs from the customer care but they put me on hold and the line drops . Extremely unhappy with the service .

            Please do the needful by processing the return request and process...

              I have received a wrong model of the watch. Its not the same as I ordered. I have placed a return request within my return period but Flipkart is continuously failing to pickup the product and cancels the pickup at the pickup deadline without prior notification. I complain again and they promise a future pickup date but the cycle repeats such that return period has already ended and now I can't place a return request by myself. Flipkart places a return request by themselves but again they don't pickup my product and cancel it.

              I shop from many online sites and it is evident that there will be issues. Myntra and amazon issues has been resolved but Flipkart issue remains. Customer care is not able to provide immediate resolution and the case manager also doesn't follow up with me.

              Providing me with another pickup date is not the solution i am looking for, because they will fall again and keep on harrasing me. I want Flipkart to provide me full refund and they can pick the item up whenever they wish to.

                Hi all, at march 27th i received, Order ID - OD[protected]
                CROCS Bayaband Men Blue Sandals from Flipkart and it have wrinkles on all topside so same day i raised return request they accept to pick up at April 1, but they didn't pickup at April 1 and today was April 13 even whenever i call customer care they say wait for 24-48 hours from two weeks but issue was not resolved, and yesterday i call customer care 4 times and they hold my call and cut the call without reason .

                    I had used Flipkart Paylater in month of November, 2021, last date of its payment was 5th of December, 2021. However, i paid the minimum due amount, as on the due date, that is on 5th of December, 2021. After sometime, while applying for loan it came to my knowledge that Flipkart which has tie up with IDFC Bank for its Paylater has shown my payment as overdue with an amount of Rs. 3545 along with Delayed payment. I have raised the concern thrice with Flipkart, however, no positive response has been received. Every time they say that it will be dealt, however, no response ever received.

                    My CIBIL & Experian score has fallen sharply due to this, due to which my loan application was rejected and moved to private lender, which was charging high interest rates. This has resulted in mental harm, harassment and has also affected my reputation.

                      Battery in watch is draining too fastly.I have received watch 6 days back and return policy is there till 13 April of this month, due to this defect I am trying to return the watch but Flipkart is doesn't responding and asking the questions repeatedly.I need immediate response

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number[protected], the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        So Please Solve my problem as soon as possible to update from old number [protected] to my new mobile number [protected] to my flipkart account.

                          Some one Place order using my Mobile no and my old address where I’m residing almost 8 years back. Order No. OD[protected]. When i see this will contact flipkart customer care to inform and cancelled my order your team is unable to cancelled order they inform me to cancel if any call from delivery person call. Today i get call from this I inform them this not my order he say will cancel will call evening I’m in work so i ignore it. 12th April 2022 night 10.27 PM i get call ask for OTP to cancelled order I deny to share OTP using bad word to cut call.

                          Afternoon I Got call from [protected] / Night get call for OTP [protected]. So please take necessary action to save your customer where we order product regularly via flipkart where above fraud activity done some of your partner or delivery person do the same, please take action to save your goodwill of flipkart. I'm safe as some of your customer may loss. They target regular order customer.

                          I book support call for Flipkart I get call on time [protected] I explain the same they disconnect my call and wait for response but no response so please help us to find solution.

                                I have been trying to call them for a refund but they are reluctant to perform and process the refund. this service was availed from the Flipkart Portal.

                                Kindly check as the rating is fake and the team is fraudulent.

                                  I had ordered REEBOK FOREVER FLOATRIDE GROW Running Shoes. firstly it is going to deliver on 4th April 2022 but the product not delivered on given time, after that it is showing that you product will be delivered by 7 Apr. 2022 but next day (On 5th April 2022) the product got delivered. the outer package was intact but the box is in dilapidated state. When I open it I found that shoes are missing from box. (Images Attached What I have received)
                                  Immediately I raised a return request and try to contact with Flipkart costumer support as well as with delivery person, but got no response from their side.
                                  flipkart forced me to share my confidential documents(AADHAR CARD, DRIVING License, VOTER ID) to process my return request. I don't want to share my confidential documents to flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks but for saving my huge amount i.e 5999/- I have shared my confidential documents.
                                  After sharing all these documents my return request gets rejected by flipkart without giving any suitable reason.
                                  Immediately I raised another return request and talked to their costumer executives they says due to some technical issues your request got rejected. Now Their technicalities also bare by costumers, what is logic. And after all Now the flipkart is demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing laptop/Mobile ? I had ordered for shoes, not for mobile/laptop.
                                  Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a week for them to resolve my issue but nothing done yet.

                                  I have already shared my confidential so please process my return.
                                  Send a refund of amount paid (Rs, 5999/-)
                                  Send the correct consent form for my shoes not for laptop/mobile if they want me to sign in.

                                        We purchased an Airconditioner of Llyod via flipkart on 30th March 22 and it was delivered on 4th April 22. When we installed it, we found out that the compressor is defective and the AC is not working. So we raised a return and replacement request on Flipkart for the same. The technician sent by flipkart examined the AC and wanted to damage it by telling us that it will be easier to replace the AC in such a condition. We disagreed. It's been five days now since the replacement request. We haven't received any updates from their side. I have reached out to flipkart customer care and they told me they will contact me with the updates but nothing so far. I would like to get a replacement as soon as possible or I would like to get my money back. Order ID is OD[protected]
