I want to raise a complaint regarding late delivery of my product I have placed an order on 06 April 2022 on flipkart they given me expected delivery date on 12 delivery but I haven't received my product yet I have already raised a many complaint in flipkart costumer service care. They're not giving me a proper solution. And increasing a deadline time day by day.I have no update yet regarding my product. So I want to file a complaint for that saller name- Omnitechretail and my order number is OD[protected] and my shipment number is- FMPP[protected].
Please help me out from this query it is very important for me.

    I had placed two orders, which I later cancelled and haven't received refund yet it has been over 12 days; even after numerous calls and messages.
    Flipkart's seller partner Omnitech retail is trying to defraud me by withholding refund in the event of order cancellation. The seller owes me Rs, 1, 02, 476.

    For the first order (OD[protected] i have only received a partial refund, refund for hindware nevio plus chimney is still pending (Rs.12, 255). As for the second order OD[protected]Amount Rs. 90, 221), cancellation happened within 5 minutes of placing the order. And the refund has not even been initiated 12 days later. After speaking to 7 executives, i finally managed to get an executive to raise tickets. Since then i am simply waiting for a resolution and flipkart escalation team is asking for more and more time to get the seller partner to return my money. I have written an email to the CS head and [protected]@flipkart.com but as expected not response or resolution has been received so far.

    I have been a plus member for some time now and this is the first time that a seller is trying evade a refund, shameful!. And since flipkart is the intermediary and my transaction was with flipkart, the company is equally responsible for the fraud and liable.

    Update flipkart needs more 5 days to resolve a simple refund issue on a cancellation. That would may it 17 days. Pretty sure i won't recommend flipkart for big appliances to anyone. Amazon has better buyer protection policies. Flipkart enables fraudulent practices.

    Update it's been 15 days i have spoken to people from customer service, Greivance and escalation team all of them blame other departments and tell me the complaint has not been raised properly and that they will do it in 24 hours. But since then many 24 hours have passed and i can't get a refund on a cancelled order. Also when i tell them that i will have to seek legal representation they tell me its my right to do so but there is not much they can do to resolve the issue because it's a higher level failure. Safe to say most of their staff is either untrained, unintelligent and/ or incompetent. So i am left with no choice but to seek legal help. Final note Flipkart has failed to resolve my issue. And since my over 1 lac rupees is stuck with the seller or flipkart for 15 days and i have to go to consumer commission or civil court to recover this money and punitive damages.

    Proof of payment made to flipkart. Only partially amount has been received. Total amount witheld by flipkart Rs.1, 02, 476.

    Flipkart customer service is so incompetent and incredibly helpless. They call and keep asking for 24 hours, 5th time in a row. Looks like they don't have any legal understanding with their partner seller (omnitech retail), whi ch is why the seller is evading refund payment on a simple cancellation for over 12 days and tarnishing flipkart's reputation.

      I placed an online order on Flipkart for “Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro” with online payment option using discount codes and my Flipkart super coins available. At the time of purchase, Flipkart listed it as next day delivery, which is why I bought it, as I needed an earphone urgently. The product was listed at 7999. I bought it at around 6500. My amount got debited and the order id was generated. Delivery showed within 2 days.

      I have already complained about my issue of SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB S7 PLUS . But Flipkart saying wait for 24 hour everyday and does not initiate my refund of 52999 rs.
      It is very big amount for damaged product. Which is scrap for me.
      It is hard to pass every second .
      Please refund my money any how.
      I got too much disappointed from Flipkart . Till now i have shopped more than lac rupees from Flipkart and now they are not providing solution.
      I have raised return request within return period itself .

          I have ordered an AC and the outdoor unit's vibration made to replace it.
          I have already raised a return and Return was supposed to processed on 11th and a technician still yet to visit. whenever we are caling they are saying to wait for 24hrs.

            So i ordered Samsung F23 5G and it got deliver on 24th march on the same day i have raised the replacement request of performance issue (cellphone was overheating and Langing) then for the Jeeves TECH visit an employee came named Naushad Shaikh, he checked the issue and while puting the review the cellphone droped by his hand and it got damaged then naushad has approved the request next day pickup boy came and saw the damaged product he refused to pick because request is raised for performance and it is damaged so he asked me to connect again with flipkart team. I call flipkart team then they proceed with the refund but the seller again again rejecting the refund, i recently got the update that on 11april pickup was schedule but again seller rejected the same.

            Now i m very frustated i m without cell phone from last 20 days, my money got stuck and i m just trying to call flipkart daily, you can check the call logs and issue which is raised by me, i may request you to escalated it to the concern team and get back with solution of refund

                I have made the payment on 7th of Dec of amount ₹8997 but since I have fight alot no one is responsible neither bank nor flip kart now I am worried that where is my payment gone please help and look into this matter

                The payment is done 3 times 2 times upi which on the spot got reversed but 3 time the amount debited but not reversed me back and I have complained to my bank they are telling to contact to merchant and flip kart telling to contact to bank now I am stuck in between please help into matter

                See the bank information also I am sending to you as 3 times payment done 2 times upi it goes reversed and 3 time internet banking it's got deducted from my account but not gone to merchant and bank is telling it's successfully done

                  Hi,
                  i have ordered 3 bedsheets from the seller Home Candy on April 10th. On 13th i have received the courier. When i opened the package, it contained only 2 bedsheets, but the attached invoice was for 3 items. After realizing that one of the item is missing, i raised a refund request. But they rejected it saying all 3 are delivered. I have reopened the refund request again, however they dejected it again. The return period will end on 20th and i need either
                  1. A refund from the seller or
                  2. Deliver the missing item

                    I order a wireless headphone from Flipkart on 30 march on sale and it was delivered to me on 2nd April but it was empty when i open the box envelop there is nothing in the box its fraud with me and then i call delivery boy and he refused my call and no response on my call then i raised complaint to flipkart that the box was empty but till now from 2nd April to 16 April no response no resolution is given to me i call them daily but they didn't listen me and cut my call as switch to call on hold . Its totally fraud with me . I want my money else product.

                      I raise return request for 2 white shirts multiple times but all the pick up is rejected..giving reason on message product mismatch but no one come to collect such products.. and the both product has return policy 1 is 14th apr and other is 18th apr.22 on daily basis tellecaler me and assured to return the product but in evening received a meesage product mismatch..what is the logic to giving return period to customer if flipkart unable to meet his obligation.. their telecaller wasted our time for taking so much info about product and still not provided any solution..till now attended 7 telecaller calls .. order id OD[protected]

Contacted Flipkart several times to follow up but of no help.

                            I had ordered a shoe from Flipkart on 06-04-22 order no - OD[protected] from the account rachitha.[protected]@gmail.com. The received the item and realised I needed a bigger size. I requested an exchange with a bigger size, the exchange was initiated and I the exchanged product the next day. When I opened the package the box was in crappy condition, the shoe was stained, damaged, and the actual shoe size was wrong. I asked for a 7 (when I asked for the exchange) and I got a box that said the shoe size is 7 but the actual size of the shoe in the box was 6.
                            I've been tryna get a refund since 9-04-22.
                            The refund request was rejected for God knows what reason, and after talking to the customer support they've asked for my ID proof. But have given me no means of sending the ID proof. The email they asked for is from a no reply email. I can't do it from the app either coz it says error.
                            To add insult to injury the customer support will not call me back or even if they do they'll just put me on hold and cut the call.
                            What should I do now?

                                  My name is Radhakrishna, I have ordered Lenovo X18 through flipkart and i recieved the product 7th april 5pm, when i checked the wireless earbuds, right earbud not working and turn on, i have contact flipkart customercare and i have explained my issue.

                                  Flipkart support team suggested to replace the product and provide the address for replacing the product.

                                  i have reached the address and provided all the details and invoice, but they said, we are unable to replace the product please contact lenovo custemer care and provided the number[protected], but number not connected.

                                  Again i contect to flipkart custmer care and inform the all the details. they said this issue resolved by 13th april, please wait this will be proccessed.
                                  but after 14th brand warranty expaired and they said again i have taken the request.

                                  Every time they are taken the request provided the resolution date, my flipkart app will showing resolved the issue provided the date.

                                  This is the process repeatedly, i am unhappy with this flipkart purchage

                                    On flipkart, I placed a order of Nike shoes (size :6.5) but they delivery different product of nike (size :5.5) .
