My son received a gown from flip kart delivered to my address, and he paid for it thinking of I ordered

I have checked my flipkart account and their is no order of the product

I have made a call to customer care but its not been connected

I believe that i have been scammed

Please help me to get my refund

      I have place order on 9th April a trolly of skybag . On 11th April the delivery person came and delivered tshirt to my wife . He just asked for otp and my wife was unaware what was to be delivered and she shared . She told the deivery guy that we have trolly to be delivered but he said he delivered the product which was given to him . I immediately within 1 hour raise request callback and raised complain. The executive denied to take complain as it was not showing delivered and asked me to call back after 24hours. On 12th April i spoke to senior executive and she assured me the issue will be reolved by 15th and she will call me back and pickup was scheduled. On 14th pickup was scheduled by deivery guy refuse to take product as it was obviously not matching . Then again i called cc and pickup was reschedule on 16th. This time the delivery guys did not come and cancelled pickup saying customer want to keep the product . Then again I called and got surity it will be reaolved by 18th . On 18th to my surprise i saw the return was cancelles and again Ibcalled customer care and they said it will be resolved by 20 and on 20 I get mail it will be resolved by 21 . So far nothing has happened and as delivery guy know me he is not coming to pickup another product also qs he cancelled my pickup request earlier .

      So flipkart is not taking any action from thier end and everytime come up with new date .

      Please help I really lost trust on flipkart.

        I got different colour .I ordered black colour I12 earpods from shopsy its is not working properly . I wanted to return the product but opction was not showing up in the app. But it has 7 days replacement policy .I have got product today but then also it is not showing up any return opction . please resolve my issue fastly

          I purchased Samsung Split AC from flipkart. After receiving and installation on 13.04.2022 ( by paying 1414 rs ) the product not providing cooling . I request replacement. Till now ( on 20.04.2022) flipkart not responding on replacement. I gave a complaint on 19th April about delay then flipkart representative called me and asking for more time. But I don't want their product any more because of their delay process. I called them for refund but they are accepting the request, flipkart representative constantly asking for more time.why I give more & more time after paying? They have taken enough time.

              My account has been blocked, I was repeatedly sending wrong items and customer care used to say that order again, now it will be right But still sending wrong, damage, missing like this and blocked my account Give me my refund then do anything with the account I want my 1499 ₹

                I have ordered a laptop on 13th April 2022 and got the delivery on 14th April. But when i open the box i saw that the laptop front side have to many scratches which means the product is in damaged condition.
                I had call the customer care and ask them for a return request but they made excuse of technical issue and till today 20th April 2022 they have not solved my issue.
                The return window is going to close on 21th April 2022.
                Please help me and provide me the refund for my product.

                  Flipkart gave me a credit limit of Rs. 55000/-. In October 2021, I purchased a phone amounting to Rs.16749/- on Flipkart Pay Later EMI for three months. In January 2022, I cleared the last EMI but in my Cibil report, apart from Rs.55000/- credit, Rs.16749/- is showing as a personal loan in my cibil report. I tried connecting to Flipkart and they said your loan is cleared and you need to connect to IDFC Bank for loan closure as I connected to IDFC, they said to connect to Flipkart as they can help you with the pay later option.
                  It's been three months, I'm fed up with that. It is showing as a personal loan which is already closed in January 2022.
                  I tried talking to the executive and they told me to hold on to the call for details and then disconnect the call.
                  I will lastly take legal action against both if my issue doesn't get resolved..

                    I have ordered MIVI collar 2A Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart on 1st of April 2022, i have received the product on 6th of April, later than i used the product and the sound is lagging too much, i have tried the headphones with other mobiles, i have tried charging the device, even after full charge the sound is lagging, at that point i am so frustrated with the device and i checked that i am eligible to return it so i requested a return on 12th of April and return got approved and pickup was expected on 14th of April, till than i waited for somebody from flipkart courier partners to come and pickup, but no came and i have got a message from courier partner that pickup rejected for product mismatched and there is the point that no one from courier partners come to me or even they didn't try to contact me and they are saying that product mismatched after that i have contacted flipkart customer care they put me on hold and didn't give a satisfying reply, they said that someone from courier partner will pick the product by tomorrow but later no one come to me and i was trying to contact that pickup guy whose number came into the message from courier partners out for pick up message, but no one came i tried again to contact flipkart customer care but they are just saying that we processed your complaint with our courier partners but nothing happened.

                        The issue that I have experienced was: i bought blue star ac from flipkart but the ac is having colling issue so i raise a complaint against it but now its more then expected time i talk to customer care executime more than 20 times bot not getting my problem resloved . Please do something for me i would be very thankfull to you.

                          I have ordered vBank Supreme Books Pack 2020-21 (English Edition) (Paperback, Adda247 Publications), TGK Flip Cover for Realme Pad 10.4 inch Tablet on 14 april 2022 through prepaid method. It showed expected delivery date as 20 april 2022.. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub on 16 april 2022 itself, but still they postponed my order to 20 april 2022 saying my order is out of delivery area (Pincode- Address mismatch) which is completely fake. They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order., but today they cancelled my order and put replacement for product saying shipment issues and posponed to april 30 2022 which is very unfair and too long .I want an compensation of rs1000 for automatically cancelling order and put replacement request and prolonged delivery date for replacement product without my consent. So i demand Flipkart to give me compensation of Rs1000 for causing mental trauma and harassment.

                            This is to inform you that I placed order against order on 6th April order ID:-OD[protected] o[censored]GC NET solved papers[protected] but physically received theory book on 9th April-22 same day I request for refund but no one comes for pickup till now after several reminders and request and my money hold by flipkart. Flipkart gives a pickup date but many times pickup commitment every times failed.

                            I am a student required refund and need to order new book

                            I am requesting to you that kindly help to arrange my refund.

                              I have ordered the above item with the order I'd OD[protected] on dated March 3, 2022. Unfortunately I have received a damaged old product and a different local brand in Boat box from the Flipkart. Since then I'm trying to contact Flipkart customer care for several times to return and replace it/refund my money. After several calls finally they accepted the fault and process for replacement, but again the delivery was rejected by the Flipkart without any reson and they marked the issue as resolved. I'm crying for help from the day of delivery. They cheated me with the seller. Without solving my issue or any contact, how they can marked as issue is resolved. Such a nasty kind of customer support they have.
                              Kindly solve this issue and obliged me.

                                  I ordered a phone [ Samsung Galaxy A52 s, 8gb variant black colour] from Flipkart on 13th April 2022. I recieved my product on 15th April 2022. The packing of the product was sealed but I don't know if it was authentic because when I opened the phone it was sealed I saw that the phone didn't require any configuration. Later I also saw that there were messages on the phone from 28th of March and one call is also place from that phone on 28th March only. I informed flipkart immediately and asked for replacement to which they declined saying the seller doesn't have replacement. To inform you sir I was promised 7days replacement policy from Flipkart but I didn't get it. Anyhow I accepted it and asked for return and refund instead and shared pictures with them. Again flipkart rejected my return request as the seller said the product packaging was intact.
                                  I repeatedly told flipkart that the seller is fraud but I think Flipkart is more helpful towards the seller than their plus member customers who bought all her phones from Flipkart till date.

                                  Sir, the plan basically is they will reject my request everytime and then my return period will get over and I won't be able to do much. So, yesterday night I contacted Samsung customer care to know the activation date of my phone. They asked me the serial number of the phone and I got to know sir that the phone was activated on '31st of December 2021' . In shock I started gathering proofs. I contacted Samsung again. They asked me to file a case against flipkart and the seller. I want my refund from Flipkart so that I can purchase my phone offline sir.I don't have a spare phone and it's getting really difficult to function without a phone.
                                  You are my only hope sir. I worked really hard for the money and with that money I bought the phone so that I can study. Kindly help me with this sir. I shall be eternally grateful.

                                  Below I'm attaching all the documents and pictures: invoice I received from Flipkart and everything.

                                      Actually i ordered a boat avanta soundbar on 10 April..i paid the Money using gift card voucher ..and the amount is 10077..after one day i cancelled the product...but I did not get any refund money from Flipkart...the support team is also not responding... it's been 10 days now...

                                        I Purchase a MouliK - Made With Love Polyester Adults Mosquito net for window Mosquito Net (Grey) dt. 29.03.2022 and this product do not mach my window so I refund this Product dt. 31.03.2022 Flipkart received this product 2nd April 2022 and my bank details share Flipkart online portal. They are showing this portal "We have completed your request for refund. ₹379.0 will be refunded to your Bank Account ending with **********922 by Apr 02 " but not credited Rs. 379.00 in my Bank Account . Then I Call Flipkart consumer care, they told me you farther bank details input the SMS link. I apply this link then disply " You have already Shared the account details with us. please check your Order Details Page for your refund Status." I confirm this massage Flipkat consumer care, but till date I do not refund Rs.379.00 .
