My name is Radhakrishna, I have ordered Lenovo X18 through flipkart and i recieved the product 7th april 5pm, when i checked the wireless earbuds, right earbud not working and turn on, i have contact flipkart customercare and i have explained my issue.
Flipkart support team suggested to replace the product and provide the address for replacing the product.

i have reached the address and provided all the details and invoice, but they said, we are unable to replace the product please contact lenovo custemer care and provided the number[protected], but number not connected.
Again i contect to flipkart custmer care and inform the all the details. they said this issue resolved by 13th april, please wait this will be proccessed.
but after 14th brand warranty expaired and they said again i have taken the request.
Every time they are taken the request provided the resolution date, my flipkart app will showing resolved the issue provided the date.
This is the process repeatedly, i am unhappy with this flipkart purchage
