Dear Flipkart Team,
Please check the below mentioned team and update the status of my Refund.
i am unable to understand the following points :-
A) i submitted the cancel request dt on 24th Jan'2022 at 7:00 AM and Flight Time was 1:30PM and why Flipkart Team submit the Cancel request to Airline dt on 26th Jan'2022 ???????????????? (Is it my Fault).
B) I shared the passenger covid report also dt on 24th Jan'2022 in the Morning at 7.00 AM and clear mentioned in the mail "Pls Cancel the Ticket" now team ia making the excuse like we received only covid report.
C) i already received the 7-8 call from Flipkart Team and thay always making the different different excuses like
Flipkart Team did not received the any cancel msg from you in written (i have proof also)
Flipkart Team did not received the call from your side (i have proof also)
Flipkart Team did not get the Refund from Airline and and we will not give the refund.(is it my Fault if flipkart team contact after 2 days)
Now the my questions are:-
Why Flipkart Team not contacted to the Airline before departure of Flight.
Why Flipkart Team not contacted with me on time.
Why Flipkart Team not contacted to the Airline dt . on 24th Jan.(Same Day) it is chances to get the Refund.
Flipkart Team suggested me, Pls contact to Airline and Cleartrip, This is not my duty if i have to contact than why you are taking the chrages anyway i contacted (mail to airline and cleartrip also dt on 24th Jan'2022) but still my Refund is pending.
I want to my Refund otherwise i have to raise the complaint on Conusmer court.
Once check, How much Business i am giving on the monthly basis to the Flipkart.
