I bought a new mobile phone Samsung galaxy f23 on flipkart along with exchange of my old mobile. However the delivery agent rejected stating phone has a dent.
Firstly, as per flipkart t&c while buying phone, it was clearly mentioned that scratches, dent would lead to price reduction and not rejection. So why is flipkart not following the t&c?
Secondly, it is not a dent but a minor smudge. You cant even see it unless you look super closely and feel with your fingers.
I have raised an issue in app but i am not getting any response.

The phone is in very good condition and i am attaching pics for your reference. Also attaching the pic showing minor smudge and it is not even crack on the body.

I am still awaiting details on the rejection by delivery agent and what action flipkart is taking against this.

Many customers are suffering because of this. You can see the same thing has happened with others in lot of negative reviews and twitter so please define your policies, t&c clearly and follow it.

It is clearly written in the t&c while buying the phone on conditions leading to exchange rejection and value reduction. So please adhere to the same.

Same thing happened with me today and even customer care executive is not responding well to this problem I had to give them difference amount to get deliver my product. www.flipkart.com you should atleast check if your stated policies are got implemented or not

      I have been trying to place an order for a product since 5 days but flipkart is not allowing me to do so. It is a game product that I want to buy, and it is not letting me add it to the cart and pay for it. I have taken out a loan from zest money to get a flipkart gift card and pay for the order but the flipkart app/website is not letting me. Upon further digging I noticed that my account has been blocked from doing so. It works on other accounts. I am not able to order any "Games" from the "Games" section. I have been trying to call the customer care on multiple occasions but they have been careless and very unfair. They do not have a proper response nor resolution. There is some form of technical blockage placed from the backend and no one refuses to accept so. They cut my calls, they put me on hold for hours. This has been a very bad experience to follow up with flipkart support everyday, I have even contacted them on Twitter but they do not help.
      There is no order number I can submit because the order does not even go through like I mentioned before. If someone can actually help from Flipkart Support I would provide them with my account email.

      Summary:
      I cannot place an order from a particular category (Games) of products. Flipkart support does not know what to do, so they are not helping me—disconnecting calls while waiting for hours.

      I was notified by Flipkart support that the problem will be resolved by 15th April 2022. No calls or any form of responses as of now. They've left it high and dry as always.

      Flipkart has changed the date of resolution to 16 April 2022 without any prior notice. No one has called yet. I have called Customer support and they have not responded. 7 days and counting. :)

      Flipkart has failed to respond to my requests. Additionally Flipkart has supported a seller who sold a used and damaged product. I have paid for an new and original item and received a used and damaged product.

        I had ordered the dress but instead i received slipper with same company package. I have raised return request 5 times. Everytime customer care tells wrong product will be picked up for return but in end they cancel the request. Kindly help me on this matter. My order id is OD[protected].

          I had purchased an AC and Installation & Demo package for a total of Rs 34, 379 on 20/2/2022.

          The AC was Rs 32, 940 and the Installation and Demo was Rs 1, 298.

          However, I had to pay the FULL cost of the installation, including basic installation and additional parts. The installer did not acknowledge my payment of Rs 1, 298 to Flipkart. They also did not know anything about Jeeves, which is the company Flipkart apparently uses to source the installation.

          I then cancelled the installation on Flipkart, and am waiting for the refund of Rs 1, 298.

          I have already raised this issue multiple times without any resolution from their end.

              I ordered some products throgh pay later payment later i paid all payments ontime
              But flipkart is not updating to financial partner all the payments
              Now financial partner is calling me and asking to pay all the payments and they are reporting to cibil that i was not paying
              I have complaint to problem flipkart customer service 20 times but no one helping me get solving the issue
              Now my cibil is decreased from 770 to 636

                I order a smart watch and I paid for this but order is not placed and I does not get refund, flipkart said that they does not get money and my money is deducted from bank, they said contact your bank and then I contact to bank and also aply for dispute objection they said transaction is successful but flipkart said they does not get money and they do not refund to me plese hel to get my money

                  It's been ten days since I ordered, yet I do not have my product; I'm a Flipkart plus user and pre-paid the order.

                  I have been following up with your team since April 3rd. First, they said it would be delivered to me on the next working day, which did not happen; they promised me the date of 8th April, nope did not get it, and finally, it's 12th now, and when I call your team, they either hung up by placing me on hold or do not call back.

                  Please let me know whether you will deliver it or not; I want the CD, nothing else; if you guys do not respond to me or solve my issue, this will go to social media!

                  Also, please check using my below mobile number; I have called you at least twice a day for two follow up, and your agents keep hanging up my phone; they are doing something else to hang up my phone!

                    I have ordered infinix laptop from flipkart app on 16 march 2022. It was supposed to be delivered by 2 april but it never got dispatched and i had already paid the amount 31640 rs. I filed complaint but flipkart never gave me satisfactory answer. They just gave me next date twice in a week. Later on 12 april flipkart cancelled my order without giving me and reason of cancellation. Now i have to pay the amount in EMI as bank denied to convert EMI into single time payment. Moreover it was no cost EMI so i was supposed to get the reimbursement by flipkart against bank processing fee and GST on emi but flipkart paid me only original amount that is 31640 rs. But i will have to pay 38000 for that product which i never got. Attached is the total amount i will have to pay (38640) and amount flipkart refunded (31640) and prder details about how much of my time flipkart has wasted.

                      Hello,
                      I have actually got the faulty product .order number (OD[protected] which got delivered on Mar 21st 2022 and opted for replacement ([protected]) instead of return on 28th Mar 2022. Looks like that the gravest mistake i have done.
                      Its been almost 16 days and I am contentiously following up raising multiple support ticket including on social media like twitter but till date the replacement has not been happened.

                      All of a sudden, today 13th Mar without my concern they have canceled by replacement ([protected]) making me fool all these days. I am totally disappointed with the way this case has been handled.

                      All I wanted is either to replace or refund

                      Still no one from Flipkart support has shown the responsibility to check with customer to resolve. Flipkart is totally ruining the customer service.

                        I ordered a refrigerator via Flipkart on 2nd April 2022 and it got delivered by 6th April 2022. The service engineer visited our home to install the product on the next day, the 7th of April. During the installation, he didn't turn the refrigerator on and asked us to turn it on after an hour. When we turned it on, we saw that the fridge does not provide any cooling at all.

                        I have contacted the service engineer and he asked me to raise a complaint with whirlpool. When I contacted whirlpool they said, they will send another technician to repair it. Now my query is, why do I bother to repair a new product? I have requested a replacement via Flipkart 5 times and every time they are rejecting my requests. They are showing a cause that the courier partner delivered the product intact.

                        Nobody is paying any interest on this matter, nobody is helping me. I haven't purchased the product from a local shop, so it is Flipkart's responsibility to replace the product by forcing the seller. But they are not paying any attention.

                          I ordered a wristwatch of Fastrack make from Flipkart with the order number OD[protected]. It was delivered to me on April 12, 2022. I opened the box in the evening and was shocked that the watch sent to me was actually a used one and that too used for several years or so. I requested for a refund but the person who came to pick up the watch threw it away saying that it was old. Of course it was old. That's what the complaint is all about. I have been writing to Flipkart since morning but they don't answer. My all attempts asking them to call back failed.

                            I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 686681 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost of the items from all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for my pincode about 5 days ago. But when i got a order some days back at that time it was okay to deliver in my pincode 686681 it's showing available. Now it's shows not deliverable .Even at the peak time of corona it was deliverable but how come suddenly all items become not deliverable ?! .

                              I bought 2 Apple MHJD3HN/A 20W 3A Mobile Chargers on April 2, 2022 in a deal for INR 235 each (Order ID OD[protected] and OD[protected] totalling INR470 (current price INR 1900 each). The payment was made online using my HDFC bank debit card. The delivery date of the order was April 6, 2022. Suddenly on April 5th, 2022, Flipkart cancelled the order stating that the said order has been cancelled because of techincal issue and wants me to buy the product again at the updated price. But in an online transaction, once the transaction is processed and the payment is completed, the sale has to be completed by delivering the said product to the customer. I need help to please help me get the same charger at the stated price (ie INR 235 each). Please help me resolve this issue.

                                I placed an order form Flipkart of Realme wireless 2 earphones order I'd - OD[protected] on 27th of March. But I got the difference model of same brand since then I'm requesting to return or replace the product but every time it gets rejected and they do not give me any reason of rejection of my complain. I'm so much irritated from this behaviour. I'm so much troubled from this. I've brought product worth lakhs from Flipkart I've never faced this kind of crap. I want solution asap. Otherwise I've to go for legal court or something. It has been 15 days and I'm so much stressed. Please give me a solution ASAP.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had ordered Head & Shoulder shampoo from flipkart application which was coming under an offer where they were offering 1950ml for 500 Rs. On 13th March 2022 my order was placed and on 16th March I received the delivery.

                                  But, unfortunately this was not the same order as I placed . I placed order for 1950 ml and I received only 650 ml product. Moreover this product defective as well, shampoo was leaking from bottle when I unpacked the order.

                                  Immediately I tried to return the product from app but it didn't work giving error as "something went wrong. Please try again later". After 3-4 calls to flipkart customer care they were able to successfully place replacement request for product on 17th March and After some verification the replacement request was approved and placed on 19th March.

                                  It was supposed to be delivered by 25th March but On 25th March I received mail stating that due to logistic issues product is delayed and will definitely be delivered by 1st April 2022. After that I keep getting notifications that my product is shipped (27th March).

                                  On 28th March I suddenly got a mail saying that this order is cancelled due to quality issue and money will be credited in 7-8 days.

                                  Now I don't understand few things :-
                                  1. Replacement order was cancelled due to quality issues. Why was this quality check not performed on first order, that product was delivered to me without any problem ( except the fact that it was not the same product nor in proper condition) .
                                  2. I ordered this product because it seemed that there was some offer going on and I was getting product at low price, now obviously I'm not getting same product at same price.
                                  3. This is clearly not the correct way of handling the customer request if the seller was at fault you should have changed the seller and sent the product from different seller because the product was being manufactured by different company not by seller right ?
                                  4. Even in future if I get some offer and try to order product I need to keep in mind that this order may again get cancelled.
                                  5. Wasn't it responsibility of flipkart to proactively check the seller credibility rather than waiting on customer to suffer and than report an issue ?

                                    Order ID OD[protected]. And I had raised two return request of the product, both the time flipkart cancelled my product without informing. And now app is showing return period is over. This is really a scam and this is the second time I’m facing this kind of issue in flipkart. Also if I’m requesting a call from flipkart, customer agent is putting on hold and then not at all coming back, I waited for around 25 min in the call but no luck.

                                      Hi, I had placed an order for a CROCS Bayaband Men Blue Sandals but i do not want it since it has manufacturing default . They accept my return and pick-up was April 1 st but till now they delaying whenever i call customer care they saying wait for 24-48 hours from two weeks but issue was not resolved and yesterday i have requested multiple call backs from the customer care but they put me on hold and the line drops . Extremely unhappy with the service .

                                        I have received a wrong model of the watch. Its not the same as I ordered. I have placed a return request within my return period but Flipkart is continuously failing to pickup the product and cancels the pickup at the pickup deadline without prior notification. I complain again and they promise a future pickup date but the cycle repeats such that return period has already ended and now I can't place a return request by myself. Flipkart places a return request by themselves but again they don't pickup my product and cancel it.

                                        I shop from many online sites and it is evident that there will be issues. Myntra and amazon issues has been resolved but Flipkart issue remains. Customer care is not able to provide immediate resolution and the case manager also doesn't follow up with me.

                                        Providing me with another pickup date is not the solution i am looking for, because they will fall again and keep on harrasing me. I want Flipkart to provide me full refund and they can pick the item up whenever they wish to.
