My order ID is - OD[protected] and box π¦ was not properly closed at the time of delivery. Ask delivery boy so he said sometimes its happened if something wrong you can connect to support. When I checked the inside Apple packing - it has only Brand Documents and not having MagSafe charger. Raise complaint to support so they asking my ID proof however I have shared whole Masked Aadhar card with Virtual VID for my safety as per Govt guidelines. But they denied to consider it and reject my claim of replacement/refund. I am asking to Flipkart- what do you want. First you stole my product in between warehouse to delivery and then harassing me for asking ID proof like I steal this. This is not a matter of βΉ 4500/- this is a matter of faith in online shopping.

Updated by vickie3333 I asked Flipkart to investigate and refund or replacement whatever as per their policy, they asked my ID proof which is risky so i have shared my Masked Aadhaar card pdf as per government guidelines so it has only a virtual ID (not proper Aadhar number) with my address and photo but they denied the claim and ask me original adhaar card like I am thief and they investigate on me. Such a embarrassment for me. Now they completely reject the case and not picking my call even.

I recently ordered a Usha table fan, The package was delivered about a week later on April 1. The fan parts looked dusty and the motor shaft had some rusted spots on it. With no surprise, When I assembled the fan it just didn't work, It only made a loud humming noise. I immediately requested for a refund on the same day of the delivery. The refund was accepted and the pickup was to be completed on April 5, but I didn't get a single call or message regarding the pickup. I raised a complaint on the pickup not being completed. Flipkart promised that my issue will be resolved by April 13 and kept delaying it further until April 17. Then they just cancelled my return request stating that the seller was not able to fulfill the refund request. Now that my 10 day return window has closed, What does Flipkart want me to do with the defective fan?. I received a defective product and I requested for a refund within the stipulated return period and yet Flipkart won't replace my product, Then why even bother to have a return window Flipkart? Looks like the seller just scammed me, I just can't explain this scam any further. Please kindly look into the issue Flipkart.

I have bought Samsung galaxy tab s7 plus but it was damaged and raised return request within return period but Flipkart is not initiating refund . Flipkart only troubling me and since 14 april Flipkart saying we will resolve you issue by 15 april then said by 3 pm 15 april then 4 pm 15 april then 16 april same thing that by 12 pm the 3 pm then said 17 april and now by 21 april
My product cost is 52999 rs and it s pen nib is damaged but Flipkart and seller and troubling me and not providing my refund

I got a delivery from Flipkart on 5th april which is broken, so i requested a return for that order on 6th april, flipkart said that they will pickup the order in 2 days but no one came till 12th April. On 12th april they cancelled the return request and when i tried to request again they said that return policy is expired. Withholding refund on 2 cancelled orders (total amount Rs.1,02,476)
I had placed two orders, which I later cancelled and haven't received refund yet it has been over 12 days; even after numerous calls and messages.
Flipkart's seller partner Omnitech retail is trying to defraud me by withholding refund in the event of order cancellation. The seller owes me Rs, 1, 02, 476.
For the first order (OD[protected] i have only received a partial refund, refund for hindware nevio plus chimney is still pending (Rs.12, 255). As for the second order OD[protected]Amount Rs. 90, 221), cancellation happened within 5 minutes of placing the order. And the refund has not even been initiated 12 days later. After speaking to 7 executives, i finally managed to get an executive to raise tickets. Since then i am simply waiting for a resolution and flipkart escalation team is asking for more and more time to get the seller partner to return my money. I have written an email to the CS head and [protected]@flipkart.com but as expected not response or resolution has been received so far.
I have been a plus member for some time now and this is the first time that a seller is trying evade a refund, shameful!. And since flipkart is the intermediary and my transaction was with flipkart, the company is equally responsible for the fraud and liable.

Updated by rubyj Update flipkart needs more 5 days to resolve a simple refund issue on a cancellation. That would may it 17 days. Pretty sure i won't recommend flipkart for big appliances to anyone. Amazon has better buyer protection policies. Flipkart enables fraudulent practices.

Updated by rubyj Update it's been 15 days i have spoken to people from customer service, Greivance and escalation team all of them blame other departments and tell me the complaint has not been raised properly and that they will do it in 24 hours. But since then many 24 hours have passed and i can't get a refund on a cancelled order. Also when i tell them that i will have to seek legal representation they tell me its my right to do so but there is not much they can do to resolve the issue because it's a higher level failure. Safe to say most of their staff is either untrained, unintelligent and/ or incompetent. So i am left with no choice but to seek legal help. Final note Flipkart has failed to resolve my issue. And since my over 1 lac rupees is stuck with the seller or flipkart for 15 days and i have to go to consumer commission or civil court to recover this money and punitive damages.

Flipkart customer service is so incompetent and incredibly helpless. They call and keep asking for 24 hours, 5th time in a row. Looks like they don't have any legal understanding with their partner seller (omnitech retail), whi ch is why the seller is evading refund payment on a simple cancellation for over 12 days and tarnishing flipkart's reputation.
I placed an online order on Flipkart for βSoundcore Liberty Air 2 Proβ with online payment option using discount codes and my Flipkart super coins available. At the time of purchase, Flipkart listed it as next day delivery, which is why I bought it, as I needed an earphone urgently. The product was listed at 7999. I bought it at around 6500. My amount got debited and the order id was generated. Delivery showed within 2 days.

So i ordered Samsung F23 5G and it got deliver on 24th march on the same day i have raised the replacement request of performance issue (cellphone was overheating and Langing) then for the Jeeves TECH visit an employee came named Naushad Shaikh, he checked the issue and while puting the review the cellphone droped by his hand and it got damaged then naushad has approved the request next day pickup boy came and saw the damaged product he refused to pick because request is raised for performance and it is damaged so he asked me to connect again with flipkart team. I call flipkart team then they proceed with the refund but the seller again again rejecting the refund, i recently got the update that on 11april pickup was schedule but again seller rejected the same.
Now i m very frustated i m without cell phone from last 20 days, my money got stuck and i m just trying to call flipkart daily, you can check the call logs and issue which is raised by me, i may request you to escalated it to the concern team and get back with solution of refund

i have ordered 3 bedsheets from the seller Home Candy on April 10th. On 13th i have received the courier. When i opened the package, it contained only 2 bedsheets, but the attached invoice was for 3 items. After realizing that one of the item is missing, i raised a refund request. But they rejected it saying all 3 are delivered. I have reopened the refund request again, however they dejected it again. The return period will end on 20th and i need either
1. A refund from the seller or
2. Deliver the missing item
