Hi Team,
It's been ten days since I ordered, yet I do not have my product; I'm a Flipkart plus user and pre-paid the order.
I have been following up with your team since April 3rd. First, they said it would be delivered to me on the next working day, which did not happen; they promised me the date of 8th April, nope did not get it, and finally, it's 12th now, and when I call your team, they either hung up by placing me on hold or do not call back.
Please let me know whether you will deliver it or not; I want the CD, nothing else; if you guys do not respond to me or solve my issue, this will go to social media!
Also, please check using my below mobile number; I have called you at least twice a day for two follow up, and your agents keep hanging up my phone; they are doing something else to hang up my phone!
