Most of Flipkart products are not getting delivered at my post code in South Delhi 110025. It either says out of stock or product not deliverable. Kindly check the same.

    I ordered Motorola e40 (carbon grey 64gb) .This is delivered on 12 April.But when I opened the box that time I saw mobile phone is missing from this box only accessories are present .Now I raise refund request on Flipkart .But they are rejected request again and again.I want resolution again this as soon as possible.I want resolution fastly without any delay

          I ordered Samsung galaxy A 12 6 128 GB phone from Flipkart which delivered on 2 April 2022 . After delivery of the product I checked and find it that sound quality low.
          mobile does not sound during a call is facing a problem like sound quality low. So I raised return request to flipkart for defective product.
          From Flipkart, they arrenged technician & visited 3 times so far . He closed the issue saying network problem and other SIM can be operated.
          In this mobile I need to install Airtel SIM which is not working .
          This was not communicated while purchasing the mobile in your site.no information was given about the SIM in Flipkart site..
          I don't want such mobile which can be operated other SIM .

          They are ready to refund my money. I have been calling customer care service yet no proper response was given till date. Kindly take proper action and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible. They are forcing me adjust with that mobile to use with other sim. attached is the invoice notice and cancelled replacement

            I received a oneplus damaged headset and raised many complaints and return but it seems like they don't want to take their different and defective item they are a fraud or their seller is fraud someone in the middle is looting the customer

              Flipkart exchange policy over mobile phones, etc. is fraud. When you buy mobile phone on exchange, wishmaster will come with your new phone and you are ready to exchange yours they will deny to pickup the phone and asks for cash. It is just the strategy to make the customer ready to purchase the product by showing exchange price. No valuation deciding things Either you have to give full amount or cancel the order .Support is useless in this.

              I have purchased the phone like this. My phone was in good condition and working fine. Everything was good just a minor crack in the corner or screen. I was ready to revaluate the amount. But No valuation things works here as mentioned in the policy. I think flipkart was expecting the new phone in the name of old.

                      My order ID is - OD[protected] and box 📦 was not properly closed at the time of delivery. Ask delivery boy so he said sometimes its happened if something wrong you can connect to support. When I checked the inside Apple packing - it has only Brand Documents and not having MagSafe charger. Raise complaint to support so they asking my ID proof however I have shared whole Masked Aadhar card with Virtual VID for my safety as per Govt guidelines. But they denied to consider it and reject my claim of replacement/refund. I am asking to Flipkart- what do you want. First you stole my product in between warehouse to delivery and then harassing me for asking ID proof like I steal this. This is not a matter of ₹ 4500/- this is a matter of faith in online shopping.

                      I asked Flipkart to investigate and refund or replacement whatever as per their policy, they asked my ID proof which is risky so i have shared my Masked Aadhaar card pdf as per government guidelines so it has only a virtual ID (not proper Aadhar number) with my address and photo but they denied the claim and ask me original adhaar card like I am thief and they investigate on me. Such a embarrassment for me. Now they completely reject the case and not picking my call even.
                      This complaint was mark resolved without any help or resolution...!

                        I recently ordered a Usha table fan, The package was delivered about a week later on April 1. The fan parts looked dusty and the motor shaft had some rusted spots on it. With no surprise, When I assembled the fan it just didn't work, It only made a loud humming noise. I immediately requested for a refund on the same day of the delivery. The refund was accepted and the pickup was to be completed on April 5, but I didn't get a single call or message regarding the pickup. I raised a complaint on the pickup not being completed. Flipkart promised that my issue will be resolved by April 13 and kept delaying it further until April 17. Then they just cancelled my return request stating that the seller was not able to fulfill the refund request. Now that my 10 day return window has closed, What does Flipkart want me to do with the defective fan?. I received a defective product and I requested for a refund within the stipulated return period and yet Flipkart won't replace my product, Then why even bother to have a return window Flipkart? Looks like the seller just scammed me, I just can't explain this scam any further. Please kindly look into the issue Flipkart.

                            I have bought Samsung galaxy tab s7 plus but it was damaged and raised return request within return period but Flipkart is not initiating refund . Flipkart only troubling me and since 14 april Flipkart saying we will resolve you issue by 15 april then said by 3 pm 15 april then 4 pm 15 april then 16 april same thing that by 12 pm the 3 pm then said 17 april and now by 21 april
                            My product cost is 52999 rs and it s pen nib is damaged but Flipkart and seller and troubling me and not providing my refund

                              I got a delivery from Flipkart on 5th april which is broken, so i requested a return for that order on 6th april, flipkart said that they will pickup the order in 2 days but no one came till 12th April. On 12th april they cancelled the return request and when i tried to request again they said that return policy is expired. Since then i have been fighting with flipkart customer care, but they are denying me any help. Please help me get the solution

                                  Delivery boy propose to come 1 kilometer before from my Delivery place. He sit in one place and ask the customer to collect the parcel from His place. We are select the online for that we can't go out from home for the purchases. But still your delivery people ask to come somewhere to collect the parcel. How it's Right? The purpose of online purchase not completed

                                      I purchased narzo 30 pro from a friend who purchased it from Flipkart before 11 months, it was just 1 month used. Unfortunately, it is locked and showing to pay the rest amount under smart upgrade plan.I am even ready to pay the amount in such cash, But i have no option to pay, Flipkart customer care support is saying that I have to access the Flipkart account from which i purchased the product, but i have no such access to that account, So please look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible, I am ready to pay the rest amount if any, but please unlock my phone.
