Hello, so I recently received a phone Realme GT Master Edition as a gift from a colleague of mine which was brought under flipkart smart upgrade plan.
Unfortunately due to some internal circumstances I have loss all contact with him which have defaulted him in making the remaining EMI payment.
This is concerning because my phone might become locked if the remaining payment is not made which can only be made in the original flipkart account where this phone was purchased.
I have attached the IMEI details of the phone. Therefore I'll be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

Well it's been some days since I've posted my complaint. I did get the notification on my email that it's been notified but I still yet to get an update.
Same problem is with me. I paid 100% amount at the time of procurement and after updating my device to Android 13, I got a message to accept Flipkart Smart Updrade Plan. I went to Realme service center, They revert back my Rom to android 12 from 13. But problem was not resolved. They told me that this problem belongs to Flipkart and only they can resolve it. I told all these to Flipkart customer care, they checked everything, and told that my device was never under that plan and their technical team will resolve it. But till now nothing happened. I am not ready to accept that plan which I never opted at the time of procurement. Now only Indian Government or IT ministry can resolve this problem faced by Indian Citizens from MNC company.

    I have purchased Realme C35 mobile from flipkart and received defective which is not charging, after return request technician alloted from flipkart but no one visited after 3rd time return request one person came for checking and only reset the mobile and told if issue not resolved do return request again, i am try all the things but flipkart care also not responding and take this issue seriously, it is requested thatpls considered at earliest

      Hi i am Shailendra Nagar my registered number is [protected]. I have make an order on Flipkart Today was its delivery date. They give me an executive no. I call him on that no. But this guys cut My call. And after 2-3 hours he came to my venue and call me I tolled him right now I am for with my venue. He not listen anything after that and cut my call than I call him 4-5 times but he cut my call everytime. And before 1 hours I call him again he pick my call when I tolled him that why you are not picking my call than he talk to me so ruddlly. Plz tak action against this guys.

        Flipkart not responding properly to my problem. I ordered AC from flipkart. The product is defected. Request them for replacement on 14.04.2022.but till now they r not responding. I want my money refund. Register mobile number-- [protected]

          Actually i have raised request for returning my product.As i received footwears of bad quality .I have used it only for 2 days but they start cracking from base.Quality is really poor. But courier boy denied that ue can't take my product back because it is used .But earlier customer support told me that i can return my product but they are denying now.My money got waste. footwear life is of hardly 10 days I want claim for their poor quality footwear

            I had ordered DIZO GoPods Neo through flipkart but the mic and fit was not good so I requested Flipkart to return this product on 17th April 2022 and I was informed that the technician will arrive on 20th April 2022 and check for the product but he did not arrive and Today 21 April 2022 Flipkart refused to collect the order. I would like to request to flipkart to provide me my refund asap and collect the product from me.

              I went to Flipkart supercoins section and there was an option to do recharge using supercoins and I did a recharge but the problem is, Flipkart deducted all of my supercoins .
              This problem exists with every flipkart plus account I have . Even if I have 2000 supercoins and I do a recharge of even 239, flipkart deducts all of my supercoins .

                I have placed 2 orders ( Order ID: OD[protected]
                & OD[protected] on Flipkart dtd 11th March'22. Till 26th March'22 there was no confirmation on the item deliveries. Hence had to cancel both the orders.
                Since 26th March'22, the refund amount of 22434 INR is still not credited to my SBI Credit card account.
                And every time I call the Customer care, i have to explain the ordeal and they hold the call for few minutes and vanish by disconnecting the call.
                They just give polished commitments which will never happen.
                I am really frustrated with the irresponsible delays from Flipkart and i would urge them to take the responsibility of Refund delays and payback the late payment penalties which i incurred on sbi my credit card.

                  I've bought samsung F235g (4gb, 128gb) through flipkart.com and the phone is overheating and restarting again and again.

                  For that i've put a replacement and they have registered a technician visit for me first there technician even not bothered to answering my calls but finally he visit.

                  The technician even saw that the device temperature is more than 50 degree celsius and the temperature was peaks as much as high 59 degree celsius at that time.

                  The problem : the technician has given a fake update to flipkart that the issue is resolved although the issue is not resolved and technician also take my scenario casually and say that i bought cheap mobile and all these problems are common and happens.

                  I'm having the screenshots of my device that the temperature is 59 degrees and it was measured by an app which is installed by that technician.

                  Now what should i have to do? I bought this phone on EMI and now all these things happens, too much mentally harassed and flipkart customer care team also not responding from 3 days.

                  The technician was from jeeves.co.in company which has tie up with flipkart and all the problem was with the technician who was giving wrong updates to the flipkart company

                      Refund Fraud, cheated for over 1 lac rupees

                      Flipkart is refusing to return my money on cancelled orders it's been over 15 days. Total amount Rs.1, 02, 476. I have contacted their CS head too with two reminders and all emails have been ignored. I believe flipkart is conducting this scam in association with
                      or through seller omnitech retail (suspected subsidiary). So far i have found no contact information for omnitech retail and flipkart refused to divulge seller information...

                      i bought 3 products from Flipkart and 2 product is different brand and one product is missing from the package

                      i also raised a complaint in flipkart customer service

                      but evertime he response me same answer that
                      your account is blocked for high amount of return request

                      but i return only 2 products

                                Hi Team,

                                I placed an order at Flipkart on 15th April for a mobile phone which is Realme 8 128 GB. And I was supposed to receive this product on 17th April. On 17th April, I got the delivery boy's number in my order details. Instead of getting an update from his side, I called him almost 100 times between 05:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and every time he picked up the call promised to deliver the product in the next 2 minutes and then finally I received the delivery failed message from Flipkart. How come?

                                On 18th April again I did almost the same thing to get my product. Unfortunately at the end of the day, I got the Failed delivery message from Flipkart as my corresponding pick up item was rejected. How is it possible when no one came to my doorstep? Don't you think that this is some kind of a fraud or scam, run by the delivery boys or the seller?

                                I raised the concern with your customer support team and was promised to receive the product by 18 April. And today is the 20th of April and still, I am waiting for my product even for a single update

                                Unable to understand why Flipkart is not showing interest to deliver the product, even if the product is prepaid.
                                Why are your Wishmaster delivery boys doing misbehaviour with customers?

                                Do I exist for Flipkart?

                                  I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      Flipkart supplied faulty Bluestar Inverter split AC. AC was delivered on 6th of April and Installation done on 8th April. AC worked for one day and other day stopped cooling. And next day we informed Cool control systems which is service partner to Bluestar. Next day they came and tested for 2 days and confirmed indoor unit and outdoor unit is faulty. We informed Flipkart after multiple calls received call from Flipkart saying will replace the AC with free installation. Prior to that a technician will visit my home on 19th April and verify and confirm the replacement. Till now no technician visited and me and my family members suffering from sunstroke including kids. I made multiple calls to Flipkart to track the status of technician visit, only once they responded and said have to wait until technician visits and rest of the time kept disconnecting my calls while I am talking to the Flipkart agents. Having paid to Flipkart for AC and they haven’t provided proper service and gave faulty product.

                                      Still waiting for technician to visit and replacement of AC. My kids suffering from sunstroke and myself too. Flipkart is such a worst company giving priority to customer concerns even after payment is done.
