I am using Flipkart over 3-5 years and Flipkart given me option for payment with Flipkart pay later lended by idfc bank. Recently from 3-5 month Flipkart blocked my paylater options without any reason after i have paid all dues clearly. I dont know why this happened. My CIBIL score is also affecting because of this idfc Bank lender....

Received an order on Thu, 17th Mar 2022 for Webcam + few other items.
Upon trying to download invoice - I can see all items in the PDF except the webcam.

I have talked to customer support multiple times, and I'm told there is an error in generating invoice and "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team"

But no resolution yet even after many phone calls - trying to explain the issue to each support...
