      Dear Sir,

      I have ordered a MSI brand laptop from flipkart prepaid with a credit card for an amount of 74740/- Rs. Now, the order has been put on hold. Even though the order is ready from the seller to be dispatched, flipkart isn't shipping the order.

      The order has been put on hold for unknown reasons, told by the flipkart executive. If the payment is already done (prepaid order), for what reasons it's not getting dispatched. Flipkart isn't giving any reasons.

          I had ordered Apple iPad Air (4th Gen) 64 GB ROM with Wi-Fi Only (Space Grey) amounting to Rs 38, 990 from Flipkart on April 11, 2022. On April 13th, 2022, the order was delivered. When I opened the package, I found that I was delivered the wrong product. The product that I had ordered was of Space Grey colour but what I received was Sky Blue colour.

          I tried to contact Flipkart's Customer Support for this matter which was more of a hassle as it was difficult to hold a complete and clear conversation with them.

          However, after several attempts of contacting Flipkart's customer support they told me that in order to process my return/replacement, they will be pressing charges against the seller for misshipment of product, and for that, they asked me to share my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share such confidential documents with Flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered misshipment products, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same?

          Flipkart is causing me too much mental stress and I've been waiting for them to resolve this issue but in vain.

          I want Flipkart to -

          1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
          2. Send a replacement of the product with the right description as ordered or refund the amount paid (Rs. 38, 990)

          Kindly help me out. All the images are attached for verification.

            Good day

            I received samsung galaxy buds live bluetooth headphones on 26th march2022 from Flipkart by paying full amount of Rs 5399, and on same day after receiving product i raised return request for product as the product was found to be defective/ damaged, there are many issues with the headphone which are as mentioned: headphone sensors do not work, headphone produces too much static noises which makes it unwearable after 20mint, battery backup is very poor, automatic noise cancellation feature in the headphone does not work, the headphone do not give indication for calls and cannot be used for taking calls as the headphone do not interface with calls making it useless during call.

            Upon requesting Flipkart to pickup the product and provide refund the flipkart executive after inspecting the product informed that the serial number of the product does not match with the packing it came in, which means the product I received is a counterfeit product and not original, so the flipkart did not take the product back and henceforth from there on i have requested Flipkart atleast 10-15 times to take the product back and provide me refund but nobody is listening to me nor does providing any resolution. I tried calling Flipkart atleast 30-35 times but still yet to receive any resolution. It is been more than 3 weeks that i am trying to get the refund from the company for the defective product but is of no use.

            Please kindly help me to get my refund from Flipkart as i tried everything possible from my end but could not succeed also along with refund i need a compensation of 300% of what i paid to get product for all the mental trauma, harassment, bully, for physical pain by calling and explaining them over and over again to new executives, for wasting so much of my time from last 3 weeks, for giving counterfeit product, for providing poor customer service.

            You can check the attach files for ref., that the dates are getting postponed everyday and is been more than 3 weeks that nobody is bothered to resolve my issue.

            I request you to please look into it and do the needful.

            With ref to my complaints made on 12th april, 17th april, 22nd april, 6th may 2022 i am yet to receive any update on my complaint status
            Flipkart is not responding or resolving the issue as needed. I asked for 500% as compensation along with refund amount for the duplicate product that i received ut yet to receive any inout on the matter

            Please advise further mode of action to escalate the matter.

            With ref to my earlier complaint made on 16th april, 22 april, 27 april regarding defective samsungs galaxy headphone with follow on made on 6th may and 12th may but i did ot received any help or support from flipkart team and i am ignored by them all alone.

                  This is regarding order OD[protected] I ordered to purchase Pacific gold leather belt on April 11 using net banking (screen shot of bank statement is attached) .. and cancelled the product on the same day..

                  I can see status as refunded rs 394 but i have not received any refund till now.. i called customer care on april 13 and they requested to wait till April 15, but even after April 15 i have not received refund and called customer care and customer care executive raised an complaint on seller and i sent email to [protected]@flipkart.com aswell... This is really bad part of service as i have been a customer from past 5 years, but never had this kind of issue..i lost trust on you and will be careful while purchasing in future as you dont know if you will receive the product or refunds in case of cancellation..pathetic experience

                    Placed my order with Flipkart on 11th April 2022 where the special price of Addidas daily 3.0 shoe was 2239. They cancelled my order reason out of stock when I could see same product now listed with higher price. Spoke to customer service on April 15th and he ensured order is on track. Clearly unethical practise and customer harrasment from Flipkart

                    I have also reverted back to Flipkart on 15th April with incident number Incident: IN[protected].

                    This is completely breach of trust

                    Respected forum ombudsman,

                    Can we further pursue this case forward as I believe Flipkart is proud to work with unethical practises which is not in best interest of consumer. To enforce a fair practise and i demand some strict actions to prevent future occurances.

                    Please let me know the next steps from consumer perspective.

                        This is regarding my buy back option of MI 10T phone. With this complaint I would like to notify you with great disappointment that I have been constantly made to face the problem by not granting me the option to avail the buy back option for which I am entitled to. Despite escalating it several times in the past it has still not been resolved and the option is still not made available to me. Please find the following history of my escalations and resolutions provided by your team so far. I firmly want you to consider this request as final and provide me the option immediately to execute my buy back option without any further delay or hassle. Failing to provide me with an option could compel me to take legal action against you.

                        I have Purchased MI 10T mobile phone (Lunar Silver, 8GB|128GB) on 9th march 2021 (Order ID: OD[protected] with a buyback option valid until 12th march 2022 with the price guarantee of 24, 500.

                        Problem/ Issue 1 : The deadline to avail the buyback option was 12th March 2022. I tried to avail the buyback option in January 2022. Surprisingly I could not find this option available to me.

                        Escalation 1: I contacted you in January 2020 to report the above issue by speaking to the customer care executive, who informed me about the status that this option has been already availed by me (which was completely false and incorrect status).

                        Resolution by the Flipkart team: During the investigation of above escalation your team found that there was a problem from the side of the vendor which caused the reflection of incorrect status and unavailability of buy back option and due to this I was also offered a goodwill gesture gift card as a compensation for the problem faced.

                        (After the first escalation the buyback option was made available to me, which reflected in the month of February 2022)

                        Problem/ Issue 2: To avail the option I ordered a new phone (Samsung A52s 5G) on 9th March 2020 under the buyback scheme by paying the difference amount of Rs. 6, 548.00. The new phone was supposed to be delivered on 11th March. When I checked the delivery status on the evening of 11th March it indicated a revised delivery date as 13th March. On 13th March I visited the Ekart logistics facility to enquire about the status of delivery of the phone. Surprisingly it had already reached on 11th March, and I was told that the logistics team has not received the final clearance from the seller to deliver the phone and hence it is being returned to the seller.

                        Escalation 2: I contacted the Flipkart support team to report the above issue.

                        Resolution by Flipkart team: The support team member informed me that my order is still in process hence a complaint cannot be raised at this point of time. He informed me to wait until the placed order gets cancelled, so that they can escalate this to the back-end team.

                        Escalation 3: My online order of phone got cancelled on 19th March 2022, soon after this I had been following up with the support team for further escalations. The escalation process took longer, and the deadline of 13th March was passed by then. With my continuous efforts I got a call from your social media team conveying that the vendor has agreed to extend the buyback deadline until 30 April 2022.

                        Problem/ Issue 3: Unfortunately, I could not find the buy back option in the app and also in the browser as conveyed by the social media team. I have been constantly trying to raise this issue with your support team by reporting the above issue, but I have not received any response yet, which is very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from Flipkart.

It seems to be an intentional delay in the process to make the validity of the option to expire. Now there is still time for the extended validity until 30th April. I would warn you for the last time to enable the buyback option on my account for enabling me to place a revised order for my new phone well before the deadline of 30th April.

                        Do the needful: Please enable the buy back option for placing a new order of a phone as early as possible.

                            Sir I ordered a titan edge watch via flipkart worth rs. 13929 INR on 03/03/2022 and i got my order on 06/03/2022. I got a local watch instead of titan edge.                               I purchase a product from flipkart .

                              I Ordered this product on 12 March 2022 AND this is delivered to me on on 23 March.
                              after discount its price becomes RS 21499/- . This amount is paid me online by SBI Credit card .
                              Installation and demo is free which is offered from flipkart but Installation is not done till now.
                              Return policy is over.

                              Istallation last date is 29 march 2022.

                              I complain about this many times but only give me 48 hours times by flipkart, not done any solution by flipkart.

                              I AM TOTALLY DISTURBED BECAUSE MY CREDIT CARD BILL IS GENERATED.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have contacted Flipkart on multiple occasions after they blocked my account for unknown reasons.

                                    I have raised a request on their Twitter account on Nov 4, 2021 and inspite of following up multiple times till Nov 12, 2021, they did not give me any relevant response and eventually I had to give up. Chat screenshots attached.

                                    On Nov 12, 2021, I sent a mail to their grievance office at grievance.officer[at}flipkart.com regarding this. I got a very quick response within hours from their support team giving a baseless response --

                                    "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                                    I asked them to provide the proof of this allegation and how they can track if people are actually using the products, but they decided to completely ignore all further mails and no response received till date.
                                    I have almost all the items I have purchased from Flipkart and can even show it as proof in the form of live photos of the said items.

                                    I would like consumer forum to take strict action against Flipkart as they are blocking people's account based on their faulty system and then not supporting afterwards. I have purchased so many items from Flipkart and have been a customer for more than 6-7 years. But now, I don't even have access to the invoices of my products and it is becoming difficult to even claim warranty of these item or sell them second hand if I want to due to lack of invoice. Please help me on this issue. I am attaching my chat screenshot and mail communication with Flipkart here.

                                        I ordered a refurbished phone (Pixel 3) from Flipkart last month! The phone stopped charging. They provided me with xtracover support number and mail id! ( None of those work). I tried contacting Flipkart customer 13 times after that with no avail. Im fed up at those point, Flipkart bis pretty much scamming the Indian public and there's no one that can catch them. Im sitting with a 11k dead phone in my hand.
                                        Just a note the refurbished phone ka cover for 12 months under warranty!
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
