    I have ordered my product on 15 October 2023 and as of now have received 4-5 delivery dates and for all those dates I have not received the product. Everytime getting new date only.

      I ordered a 1.5 ton split voltas ac on October 7th 2023 through Flipkart. I placed my order on exchange of my working 1.5 ton lg split ac.
      Flipkart sent Jeeves uninstallation services on the 8th October 2023. A person by the name of Sumeet Tiwari from Jeeves uninstallation services dismantled my lg split 1.5 ton ac. He released the gas and took away all the accessories ( the back stand, copper pipes and electrical wiring and also released the gas). The money paid for the ac include the exchange amount of 5200 rs for the lg split ac.
      Now flipkart has cancelled my order. They have not fitted back my lg split ac. Cause they have already taken the fittings and have not paid me. I have been continuously calling them to fit back my ac but they are not responding. Every time I call they say they need 24 hrs to resolve my issue. I just want my ac fitted back in its place.

      Similar is the case with me.. Looks like flipkart had started a second hand business to loot fellow people like us

        I have ordered a Bluestar AC 1.5T 3 star on 02 Nov 2023 during big billion days and as the product was not moving from their hub since 11 th Oct, i have raised multiple complaints and the simple reply from Flipkart says a dedicated team is working. In the meantime, a guy from flipkart team visited home and uninstalled a running AC ( as i had availed exchange of Old AC) on 14.10.2023. To my surprise, i received a message from flipkart on 28.10.2023 indicating the order was cancelled as seller is unable to ship the product.

        On 02 Oct, same product was offered on amazon at Rs.28000/- and due to old flipkart relationship, i chose to order it on flipkart and now the product is shown at 36000/- on other ecommerce sites also.

        Flipkart enjoyed the credit of 28000 for almost 25 days and now simply shelving off their responsibility to serve the foolish customer.

        I wanted that AC at the same price to be supplied by Flipkart & uninstalled product to be taken as part of exchange.

        I am yet to hear anything from Flipkart

          I delivered a Woodland sneaker on 20/10/2023 through Flipkart from Hs Atlas Trade Fashion. They cheated me with duplicate product. After using two or three days the stiches & threads become damage, the products inside color also becomes removing. The cheated the good branded company and the customers. the invoice of the product should attached. please do the needful.

            We have purchased kent water purifier.
            But it comes old pics. We didn't opened that box. Because that time we are not there. Flipkart guy given nearest house.

            Kent service engineer came and opened that box, he told this is used one, kindly replace the product. Then we log the complaint, but they rejected.

            Kindly help we don't want bad product.

            Kindly replace or return the water purifier.

            Now also i am requesting you kindly replace.

              I am so frustrated and tired of ekart delivery operation that I'm writing this complaint in hope, my Order ID - OD[[protected]] and tracking ID is FMPP[protected], called Flipkart CS many times they don't know and don't tell anything to me they just tell delayed delivery, so I took it in my own hands and visited the ekart hub nearest to me where the package was last shown on tracking there I got to know that the package is (mis routed) and now it's been many days the package hasn't moved, when I seek help from customer care they just repeat the lines like 'your revised delivery date is 20th oct' and then increasing the date till 03 nov' now they don't realise what I want to say, the package is stuck at Pune motherhub_pune since 20th Oct after missing promised delivery date of 17th Oct. And when I ask for a contact information of some shipping and delivery manager they don't provide any detail, Flipkart customer service associates are so rude they don't listen they just repeat words like a bot.
              I don't have any options to approach and resolve my delayed delivery issue I don't know if writing here would solve the problem but if there is anybody listening please sort this out please as I am a work from home employee I need the product as it is a laptop that needs to be used for work.

                I order a 3 seater sofa cum bed on 24-aug-23 from Flipkart and got delivery on 11-sep-23. The sofa was good in compact size but have poor quality and defects so I requested return and refund, this was done under return period of 10 days as per Flipkart policy. I have raised complaint of return and refund by Flipkart app. Now the flipkart updating fake resolution by showing tech visit completed and my Query has been resolved by trouble shooting. I have made 6 times return request via Flipkart but all the times they rejected my complaint / request. Flipkart is harrassing me by giving dates to make tech visit but no tech visit being completed. I have done so many follow ups / mails and conversation but they are not initiating my return and refund request.
                I asked filpkart to provide their nodal officer contact details but they abruptly deny.
                I request Kindly help on this matter.

                  On 28th Oct 2023, I received an incorrect product. Additionally, the delivery personnel did not allow sufficient time for me to thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery.

                  The product in question is a MOTOROLA Edge 40(Viva Magenta, 256 GB which I purchased for Rs. 26, 999. However, I received a different product worth only Rs. 18, 999 (MOTOROLA g84 5G). This discrepancy is highly concerning and has caused me great inconvenience. Upon discovering this error, I immediately tried to process a replacement or refund request through the Flipkart app.

                      Hi I have complained about this issue twice last week but there is no response. Please someone look into the issue of Invoice/bill not opening after downloading. Order no OD[protected]. I expect bill/invoice to be sent to my mail address very soon. This is just a poor service offered by Flipkart where customers are not able to open the invoice for their products. Hope to hear back from Flipkart service asap.

                        I have ordered IFB microwave oven which was cancelled by ifb technician at the time of installation as there was noise issue.
                        The technician said that the machine will be replaced bh flipkart. i tried reaching both IFB customer service and flipkart and each time IFB asked Flipkart to replace the product.
                        When I raised this issue with Flipkart instead of solving my issue they simply blocked my account for no reason.
                        This is the worst customer service I have came across.
                        If a product is cancelled at installation according to flipkarts terms and conditions it will either be replaced or refunded, but nothing happened.

                          Order is showing in the Flipkart application as delivered.
                          But I have not received the order.
                          Checked with neighbours and security person but no luck.
                          When asked Flipkart customer support, they closed the issue saying that order delivered by sharing OTP.
                          Delivery person never called me and not shared any OTP.
                          Out for delivery msg is also not recieved.
                          I have called Flipkart support for 6-7 times but everytime they raise issue and close it next day saying that order delivered already.
                          I am not getting any help from Flipkart and I am very frustrated now.

                              I ordered ambrane powrbank and i got delivered on 17 October but after checking it i check it was defective piece so i poace replacement request but seller reject but in 3rd attempt seller accept and send new one in replacement but i am on school that's why my grandfather took the parcel and he didn't open it in front of delivery boy because he didn't know so much after i come back to home i check this is another powrbank from local company not from abrame company so i place refund request but seller reject my request everytime and i try to contact flipkart but can't but in somedays flipkart contact me and say sir we understand we can give you refund before 28 or 29 October but I didn't got sny refund please help me to bring my money back

                                We had ordered wake fit Gingham Engineered Wood 3 Door Wardrobe from Flipkart on August 03 2023 and it was delivered on August 025th 2023 and the mentioned as it delivered on August 19th 2023 and it was damaged and we tried contacting Wake fit and Flipkart but it was unsuccessful and after two month's on October 20th 2023 they had taken our product return and refund has been not yet received from Flipkart even after 10 days. When We reached customer support they were just saying we will refund but they are not even responding our calls and we did not got refund.

                                      Paid to Flipkart to ship me fresh new Jacket but Flipkart seller sent me torn jacket with broken zip. When i am returning this damaged product Flipkart is charging me Rs 50 for return fee. I don't wont to pay return because it is their seller's fault that they sent damaged item. I also ordered Green color jeans and seller sent us blue jeans and when returning again Flipkart is charging Rs 50 return fee. I had conversation with their customer service and supervisor but no proper response else they said you should before buying that some seller charges return fees we checked return policy again but nowhere mention about this charge still. Then they said your returns are more than avarage, i replied that i am doing shopping befor 2018 continuously and i have ordered thousands of products. So if i am getting fraud product from seller then i had to returned thats sellers fault you have to charged them not to customer. But no proper response from their side. They raised my return request for both of products and charged me Rs50/- per product for no reason i got a lose. I also posted this in the comment box of their post on their facebook page but no help from flipkart.
