I have ordered laptop from Flipkart on 11th Oct 2023. It is almost 27 days yet it is not delivered. I want to cancel the order but support team told it is not possible. I have been contacted by delivery agent and they told delivery is not possible due to technical issues. What do I have to do to receive this undeliverable product or cancel this product.

    I am a flipkart customer ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) and had got 414 Supercoins in my account based on my past orders.
    On 31st October 2023 it was showing 114 Supercoins going to expire on 1st Nov 2023, so to avoid expiry, i wanted to use supercoins but on 31st October most of the vouchers and everything was showing as "Out of Stock" and was not able to use 114 Supercoins and had raised concern with flipkart and last date of resolution was mentioned as 3rd Nov but on 2nd Nov itself the issue was marked resolved without any resolution. My 114 Supercoins got expired and i now i would need refund of my 114 supercoins as it was flipkart issue and was unable to use supercoins.

    Please action against flipkart.

      I have ordered an laptop from Flipkart on October 11 2023. It is not delivered till now and I have asked for cancellation from support team they said that it is not possible to deliver. Then delivery person called me and said that due to some technical issues product delivery is not possible. How can I cancel this non deliverable product or receive it.

        I had buy a laptop from Flipkart on 12oct, and I got my order on 14 October, I had received a defective product, as it was dead on arrival, so I had on 15 October to customer care executive, and later I had ask brand to have a technician visit at my place, so they had provided me a technician visit and even technician was unable to start the product later that they provide me DOA certificate and sealed my laptop on 21 October.
        From then I'm calling to Flipkart and they just saying me to wait and wait I had waited till the 1th November promise date that was provided by you all, even on that day I haven't got any response from your side, and then I had call any to customer care they told me to wait till 4th November, even on 4th November I haven't got any response. They always tell me to wait even after 22days .
        That is very urgent product for me, I need this product within 2 days, please response to my mail, and provide me a resolution and my product.

                I have ordered one palazzo kurta through Flipkart and it didn’t delivered yet. Delivery status came in 25 th October 2023 as it got delivered. I have not received yet, I have raised the complaint regarding this issue and the problem has not resolved yet.they are telling they have delivered it by after getting the one time password.but I have not received in my number….Very very bad service of Flipkart and telling unnecessary resolutions……

                    I placed an order on 14 october Poco c55 mobile. it was resheduled many times and lastly cancelled without my consent. order tacking id is FMPP[protected]. no response from courier side and flipkart side. such a awful experience to me, i never trust flipkart again, and i will never take this easily.

                      I am ordering the laptop for the 5th time and always getting daelayed and finally cancelled. From 13 oct i have been placing the orders and they are getting cancelled. Finally i am just done with flipkart. Flipkart customer care just answering the call and saying that the order will be delivered soon. Todays dte is 4th and my delivery date has been given 3rd. Flipkart is ####. Try to order from another sellers. I have been patiently waiting from 20 days. Try to deliver the order fast or else I will sue the company in customer court.

                        I have placed a grocery order on October 27th, 2023. Out of 24 items, only 9 items were delivered. Remaining items were missing and so I have raised a missing item request through the customer service. The customer service executive informed me that there is no missing items option, we can get refund only through return process only. So, executive raised a return request. But I received the mail that all the items were delivered. But that is not true. I received refund of almost all items except 2 items, because they can't get it back those items. I have raised a return request about 4 times each times mentioning that it is missing not am returning. on 30th October 2023, my account was blocked due to the highest number of returns history. so far, I made all requests through customer care only. Now, they are rejecting my unblock request and I still have prepaid pending orders to be delivered. in addition to that, i have money in gift cards as well. Please look into that and resolve my issues.
                        1. Unblock my account
                        2. Refund for the 2 missing items
                        3. let me know the status of my pending order to be delivered. Delivery date is 26th oct but yet I didn't receive.
                        If you couldn't unblock my account, please transfer the gift card money to my bank account.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have bought a Bharat Lifestyle 6 seater sofa whose ID is OD[protected].
                          I received a broken piece so immediately I raised a return request on 18th October. They have given the expected pickup date 3rd November. But till now I have not received any call.

                          Meanwhile I have raised 4-5 complaints regarding this but no answers on those complaints
                          Now situations come, even customer care keep my phone on hold or mute.

                          Please help me here to initiate my refund ASAP, as this is festival season and I have already ordered a new sofa, but I can't get it until unless this sof gets out of my house.

                          Your help will be highly appreciated.

                            I have ordered Boat Aavante Bar Thump with Wired Subwoofer, RMS 200 W Bluetooth Soundbar from flipkart on 15th Oct, 2023 via Order No. OD[protected]. Order delivery due date was 29th Oct, 2023. I haven't received the order yet. When I call on customer care today, they asked me to reorder the same product as there are some issue with their logistic vendor and I have to reorder the product with new payment. They haven't informed this thing in prior. I have even asked customer care executive Mr. Pathan Zuber to provide me the product on same price or provide me the coupon which I can redeem and reorder but he is not agree to do the same. Product price at the time of purchase was Rs. 6, 999/- and they offered a discount with ICICI credit card and final price was Rs. 6, 299/-. When I checked the price now, The price is Rs. 6, 999/- and there is no discount with ICICI Bank Credit Card. I believe that they have done a misrepresentation of price to attract the customer and they can't afford a product on that price that is why they are not delivering the product. I had to gift this product to my brother in law before 30th October, 2023 which I was failed due to false commitment of the company. I need a compensation for the same and the product too

                              I bought oppo Reno 10 in Durga Puja sale giving lucrative Exchange offer on old Mobile they were to take my phone and refund me 8850 as Exchange for it, but their pickup guy never showed up nor called me. And the pickup got cancelled on the last day, when complaint was done to Customer care, they are not taking any responsibility nor rescheduling the pickup.Its a fraud with me . Why would I buy from Flipkart if not for the exchange offer.

                                I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order that I received. It is not original, as shown in the attached images, and it has a sticker on the box stating "TECH ISSUE F[protected]".

                                Even though this was an open box delivery and another family member received it on my behalf due to which I was not able to see at that time that the product is original or not, I believe that Flipkart has a responsibility to ensure that the products it sells are genuine and free of defects.

                                I am a regular customer of Flipkart and I have always been satisfied with their service in the past. However, this experience has left me very disappointed. I am requesting that you please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                Specifically, I would like to request a replacement for the OPPO Enco Air 2 Pro headset. If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund for the product.

                                  I ordered "Sound Boss Androidify 3rd Generation 9" Inch Android 9.1(1GB/16GB) For Maruti Suzuki Baleno Android Car Stereo' from Flipkart, and my item was delayed. When I received it, it wasn't in the original box.
                                  I've had to call for installation and support four times every day. The Flipkart support team has been disappointing. They don't provide confirmation for support tickets, and every day, I have to repeat the same story. Even after four days of follow-up, installation support hasn't been arranged. It seems like Flipkart's installation support team doesn't prioritize completing their support requests. Their services are very pathetic. I'm completely disappointed and have expressed this during my support calls three times, but they never seem to care.

                                      I booked fridge from Flipkart on 15.10.23 making online payment of Rs. 13390, i got delivery on 28.10.23. I checked the fridge after 12 hours, water was peeping out of Deep Freezer Zone and there was vibration. I immediately contacted Flipkart, they addressed me to L.G. Dealer, where they took my complaint. I clearly told them not to repair the fridge. Just check and i will put a return request in Flipkart.

                                      Flipkart said he would resolve the complain by 05th November, 2023. I gave him the jobsheet of L.G. Technician, i clearly stated i don't want replacement but return / refund of Rs. 13390 paid to them. Flipkart return / refund period id 7 days and L.G. retun / refund period is 05 days, within 2 days of getting delivery, i put the request for which i have got mail & recording of the technician.

                                      I addressed the return request to Flipkart, also to L.G. Dealer by writing mail to them. The technicnian Mr. Aziz came from L.G. Dealer and gave the job sheet stating compressor, vegetable tray and deep freezer lock was not proper.

                                      Today i receive message from L.G. Dealers, they cannot resolve my complain at the same time, i received message from Flipkart that my complaint is resolved and they can't do anything as time has lapsed. I gave them the jobsheet number within two days, how can they lie that the time has lapsed on contacting Flipkart, they said that they have wrongly resolved the complaint.

                                      Kindly help the needful, i have never lost any battle because of youself.

                                      I had booked LG 185 L Shiny Steel, GL-D199OPZY REFREGERATOR from Flipkart on[protected], I received it on[protected] at 01:00 PM. Delivery boy just opened the clip wire on it and removed the box from top, there were a couple of thermocol sheets covering the door with tape. I asked him whether this was a seal pack, he said yes and told me to check, where anything is broken or not, i said nothing is broken, i told him to demonstrate, he said that the technician will come after 04 hours and provide the demonstration. When no technician came, i called Flipkart and was told to start and check the refrigerator, i did and loaded it after 12 hours as mentioned. But when I touched the door, there was a vibration. I called the LG Customer care and told them, they asked me to register the mobile number and give them a pincode. Suddenly after 05 mins the vibration disappeared. I told them that there is no vibration now.
                                      But vibration exists intermittently, water droplets fall from the freezing zone down, & the vegetables tray cover slips, ahead of the tray. I registered the concern with LG and also on flipkart. As per terms, LG return / refund period is of 5 days and Flipkart's return / refund period is of 7 days.

                                        Supposed to be delivered by 10 Oct 2023, but not delivered. I had to purchase similar one offline for my work. Even after multiple requests and calls to their customer care, Flipkart is not resolving my payment return issue. Their customer executives (both junior and senior level) say they cannot cancel the order as per the policy and ask me to reject when the item comes for the delivery. But the item never comes for delivery. They gave at least 10 different resolution dates but nothing o[censored]se happened so far. I purchased this item using credit card EMI. The card statement also is generated with the EMI, so I have to pay the EMI for a product which was not delivered, and I need no more. I called at least 20 times their customer care and requested them to cancel my order so that I can contact my bank to cancel EMI. Kindly take up this issue and try to resolve sooner.
