Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered two products from Flipkart on 10.10.2023. The order details are as below:
1. CROCS Classic Men White Sandals (order id: OD[protected], delivery date: 18.10.2023, Price: 1442.00)
2. WOODLAND Slippers (order id: OD[protected], delivery date: 15.10.2023, Price: 1330.00)
Both the products were unfit for me and so I applied for the return of the product. The very next day the product was picked up for the return and refund status showed "processed". They provided the bank reference number as[protected] and[protected] respectively for both the products. But till now there is no refund in my account till date 25.10.2023. I have made multiple calls to the flipkart customer care, but there is no positive response from flipkart's side. I have also contacted to the bank's customer care with the reference number, but they said they cannot help with the reference number and the issue can only be resolved from the flipkart's side. I have visited the bank, but there is no provision with the banking staffs to track the transaction with the reference number provided by the Flipkart. Even after multiple calls to the flipkart my issue is still not resolved and they talk about the bank reference number every time. On 23.10.2023 and 24.10.2023 Flipkart marked my opened complaint as "resolved" without even with any prior intimation or valid reason. While complaining about the same again on 25.10.2023, Flipkart executives gave no valid reason and clarification for closing my issue regarding refund. Hence it is clear that the company is fooling around the customers. There has been no contact from the Flipkart executives to me regarding the refund issue, this shows the negligency regarding the customer service.
I request you to kindly take suitable and necessary action and escalate the issue regarding the refund of Rs.1442 and Rs. 1330 of my purchases into my bank account.
I have attached my invoice copy of the orders and bank statement from 25.09.2023 to 25.10.2023 to verify the credit entry of aforesaid amount into my account.
