I was tried for refund but they are rejected second time for replacement again they are rejected i m seriously feels harassed help me pleas actually i got wrong product like cheap in qulity also it is glass bottle which is not excepted now i wanted to refund my 780 rs pleas help me 🙏 ORDER CONFIRMED november 03 2023 order deliverd november 07 2023 1st refund complaint for refund 10 th of november 2023 2nd complaint for replacement again denied also coriour boy said that his not get any instruction or information receive for product with photos which i got dublicate and already uploaded after uploading photos they are accepting for my refund

no one call me after this rais complaint here yes but when i tried from Flipkart they are call provide resolution date but my request canceled no positive response i want to refund because of wrong item. FINALLY AGAIN THEY ARE REJECTED MY COMPLAINT, today 19 th of November 2023 piked my product but wish master not updated my status, they said company has rejected to take back your parcel. again today 20 th on November 2023 i received massege for pickup how could i return product now? i don't have my product, , , i dont understand when flipkart team aprovel my return product all details i have shared already so why they are not accepting for my refund.

They are received my today 19 November 2023product pick-up my product but they are not proceeding for refund wishmaster said that they will return my product.
i received the call from consumer support and they are ask me for vouture number which is they will providing as a refund amount and also atm number validity date
already my picup approved by flipkart but ekart logistic hub trimurti nagar nagpur they refuse to take my pickup product order, wishmaster reshedule for my pickup product even already pick my product succesfully so now i dont have my product but wishmaster reshedul my produnt agai and again.

    Hellow flipkart support team this is Tanveer ahmad your flipkart plus premium member ordered Motorola edge mobile phone on 26 jully 23 recived product with missing Acciceraise returns the product and in replacement which was deliverd on 18 Sep 23 Recived (Vim bar soap) in brand box with flipkart paking raised the return request on same day but after doing all formalities as per flipkart back end team viz consent form product images inner and outer ID proof with product invoice multiple times but unfortunately all 05 refund requests got rejected without any legmitiate reasons by the saller, I am mentally being tourched and harassed by the flipkart support team and saller, 03 and a half months has already passed with out any proper resolution/refund seems flipkart is fully supporting their sallers for dragging and mentally harassing the customers recently back-end team has called and take account/Bank details but after doing all formalities the queries are showing as resloved which is a grave concern and matter to be look after, flipkart social media team has raised the complaint on 31 of last month 16 days has now passed but unfortunately they are un able for providing me the resolution and even they always reply be assured our team will contact you but no one has called me so far I have paid my hard core earned money to the saller, which I need to be refunded immidately without any further delay, team is not co-oprating for reslovation this is complate harassiment, more than 62 complaints have already registard with flipkart for the same issue but till date nothing has been done but, flipkart team they are just try to give free hand to saller and drags and harassed the customer. now it's requested that a strict action may kindly got initiated to the defaulter and my log pending refund may kindly got initiated with out any further delay as I have already suffered a lot.

              Order had been booked on 2nd November and suppose to deliver by
              4th November, but surprisingly it was further delayed for 7th Nov. Now Flipkart has no clue at all about the delivery. Every day I need to take a follow up and they answer to wait further 48hrs.

              It's is shameful that they still didn't identify what is the issue with delivery and where it stuck. It is roaming only at one place since more than a week. All these incidents highlight their ability and service to the customers.

                I have placed an order which is Sound Boss Androidify 3rd Generation on Nov 1st 2023 Order ID- OD[protected]. They showed my delivery date as Nov9th but it didn't deliver so i reached customer service they said your order will be deliver on next day Nov10th on that day also it didn't deliver, again i have reached the customer service they said you will receive within nov 13th still i didn't receive my order and the customer care service agent saying please wait until Nov 17th ... I have trusted the flipkart and paid my money and they are not delivery my order on time which you provided even they are not providing the reason for delay or anything about my order. so i said If you cant deliver my order on time means please cancel my order and refund my money please ..i am requesting to cancel my order but they are not doing it .Please cancel my order and refund my amount, I don't need anymore delivery extensions from flipkart.

                  Sir/Madam,

                  With reference to the subject cited above and Order ID - OD[protected] regarding Tupperware classic 1000ml, I am filing a complaint that my above item was not received by me or my neighbours but marked delivered in my Flipkart account. I have contacted the Flipkart support team but from their end also they have informed me that the delivery person has delivered the item to me. Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]
                  On 27th October, delivery agent called me at around 7 pm but since I have given my office address I have already left my office at that time so he could not delivered but he asked for my mobile number. I don't know what for he asked for my number but I just gave it to him. I thought that he will deliver on Monday the 30th October but till now I have not received it.
                  This is the first time that I'm facing this issue after so many years of purchasing from flipkart. I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously as there may be something wrong with the delivery agent and maybe it will affect other customers also who have done prepaid order from flipkart. If possible kindly provide the mobile number of the delivery agent so that I can contact him personally or maybe can I get a refund so that I can order a new one.

                        I bought Nilkamal Alpine Engineered Wood Shoe Rack on Oct 13th 2023 and it got delivered on Oct 27th 2023. After few days engineer came and found that product defective and initiated a replacement. We didn’t get any communication from their end and we asked for a refund on Nov 9th 2023. They sent a replacement which is a part of the purchased product on Nov 11th 2023 after calling them multiple times. Every one is asking me to wait for 72hrs no engineer contacted in between.

                            I ordered a Samsung galaxy S22 mobile phone from Flipkart with the seller TrueComRetail.

                            When I wanted to download the invoice document from the website they shared a corrupt file which I can't open. On contacting customer support multiple times, they said that they are sharing the invoice bill to me through my registered email but I am not recieving it. I am not receiving their invoice mail, I am getting their feedback form everytime on my mail correctly.

                            Please do help me in getting me my original invoice bill.

                              I have received a damaged product (rat eaten shoes) i had generated the return request right away with all the images proving that i have received the damaged product. Now due to some application problem the pickup agent is not accepting my product.                                 The mobile phone was not delivered yet. But the last delivery date was 29 october. Then to since the delivery date was extended many times but the order was not delivered yet. I am already paid the payable amount to the company and also the charges related to emi conversion taken by the credit card. And now the company call to cancel the order.                                     My friend ordered a iPhone to my address it supposed to deliver before 9 pm. Two delivery person came to my home nearly after 9pm to my home. It was a open box delivery so I was taking a video. The person was rushing and very roughly handling the box. I want to check the IMEI number he started shouting at me because he was late for other delivery. Infront of my house. He wanted to take the item back without OTP. It's a decent colony and I felt very much insult because of shouting of your delivery agent at night. I didn't ordered abuse from Flipkart. This is not the way delivery agent behaves towards customer. It's a serious issue.

                                      23I have ordered a phone in exchange during the sale period. Phone delivered on the date told but the exchange is not processed till date. When i tried contacting them they told its a mistake we will arrange the pickup within 24 hours but nothing happened. later i found it got cancelled on their own thus i tried contacting again and this time i lodged a complaint with complaint number IN[protected]. still problem is not resolved as in this complaint they assured me 72 hours for resolution. moreover as every company records call for training and quality purpose i want them to listen to my recordings where they just pickup the phone ask about the complaint and put me on hold for 10 10 minutes. this is ridiculous, disappointing, disheartening, immoral as well as mannerless. kindly look towards this as a serious issue and provide me timely and correct remedy.

                                        1. Order the product on 13th Aug 2023.
                                        2. Wrong size of the product delivered to me on 23th Aug 2023
                                        3. Returned the product saying the size is not correct. Delivery person picked up the product.
                                        4. Initially when spoke to the flipkart team they said the correct product will be delivered to me. Many calls with Flipkart I made and everytime got the same answer.
                                        5. After a long period of time, my replacement product not delivered to me. I requested flipkart to return back my money and I am not ready to wait indefinetly.
                                        6. They said they process for refund of my amount and said within 72 hours I will get refund.
                                        7. After long followup, till now I my amount is not refunded.
