    I have ordered an iphone 14 plus on 8th December and the promising date to delivery was on 9th December but today is 11th December till now also i didn't got my product from this seller and i have paid full amount to this seller so there is no response from seller or Flipkart

      I ordered Kaspersky premium antivirus digital version ordered on December 9th but it's not delivered yet. I raised query but they are asking Bank account details. I don't want to share those details. I want the product with 1year validity or else refund my amount through the way I paid. Several other companies doesn't ask for bank details but the refunds. I don't know why they're asking. It's said that, the details to be shared to seller. Problem is not with me, it's with seller as well as the Flipkart, then why I have to share my details. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. And grievances are also not responsive.

          i cannot purchase anything using flipkart pay later emi
          whenever I'm trying pay using flipkart pay later emi but the option of emi is showing unavailable or ineligible and i try this on other other product but the same i faced everytime

            I Placed An Order For Groceries At Flipkart, Order No - OD[protected] Date of Purchase[protected] Amount paid- 2487 /- And Although It Was Marked As Delivered, It Never Arrived At My House. I Filed A Complaint With Flipkart Because It Was A Prepaid Order For Which I Had Paid The Full Amount. After Ten Days Of Inquiry, They Closed My Complaint Without Posing For My Consent, And I Never Heard Back. They Also Declined To Take Up My Grievance again Regarding The Order. I Politely Requested That The Flipkart Representative Provide Accurate Investigation Details, Such As The Recipient, Name, Or OTP For A Delivery That Did Not Occur, But They Did Not Answer And Just Apologized For Cutting The Call.
            I Still Haven't Received My Order Or Refund After 22 Days, And Flipkart Hasn't Responded Either.

              Flipkart has sent me defective asus tuf laptop really disgustinng behaviour by flipkart now they are not ressponding to my request as now ihave not much time to call everytime flipkart if flipkart not ressolve my issue in 1 week i have to go to consumer court for my grivenence

                  I have purchased 2 books in flipkart for Rs.590 on 1/12/23 with Indian bank through net banking and cancelled the order on the same day.
                  Flipkart initiated the refund on 1st December 2023 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 7th December 2023.
                  I checked my account on 7th December but the amount was still not credited in my bank account, I followed up with Flipkart and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
                  shared the Refund reference id and Payment reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. I have shared the
                  bank statement as an evidence to them but every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side
                  and asked me to contact my bank. Please find the details provided by Flipkart.

                    We raised complain - claim ID CLCPV [protected].
                    and get SMS from you many times on dates - 5, 11 and 19 Nov 23 showing that technician assigned. but he visit one time and said to sent washing machine at service center because he have not equipment to open screws.

                    we call on support they informed that service canter will collect and deliver the machine after repair.

                    But till now not any visit and not collect the machine.
                    We are facing the problem but no support from your end.
                    We call many time on support every time reply that problem will solved in 2 days.

                    We revived an SMS on 19 November that Washing Machine Claim CLCPV[protected] has been successfully completed.

                    But nobody visit and repair It. (100% fake report by your local Technician)
                    We again report this on support then again assure to solve problem in 2 days. same reply many time bu no solution till now.
                    Please take immediate steps for solution Otherwise we have to go consumer court.

                      I purchased a Bosch Front load washing machine WAJ2416SIN through flipkart.com against invoice No. FAC4LO[protected] dated 3 Dec, 2023. Invoice copy enclosed.

                      M/s Consulting Rooms Private Limited, Gurugram -registered supplier on flipkart.com - was the seller of the Bosch product.

                      The product was delivered at mentioned address on 6 Dec, 2023 without inlet hose, user manual and other essentials required for installation and regular operation of the unit.

                      I was not expecting such practices from Seller / Manufacturer.

                      Moreover flipkart.com put the blame on the customer for failing to check presence of inlet hose, user manual and other essential parts at the time of door delivery of the product.

                      flipkart.com is not entertaining repeated return and refund requests, instead claiming to provide resolution by 19 Dec, 2023.

                      As the product is bought against a exchange of old washing machine, the customer is not having any other means to do away with dirty laundry.

                      Moreover flipkart.com is luring prospective customers of same product on its website with better discounts, offer and promising delivery of 2-3 days.

                      These tactics are causing immense mental, social and monetary harassment to me.

                      Please intervene, investigate and provide speedy replacement / refunds.

                              Till today, after raising complain 4 times ceiling light still not returned.

                              Due to Flipkart negligence & not responses, my Diwali spoiled & i am calling every week from 5 nov for wrong material returned & my refund.

                                  I had made recharge of 479rs for my Airtel number [protected] from Flipkart date 5 Dec 2023.
                                  Sir my complaint is regarding wrong information displayed by Flipkart on product catalogue of recharge section for mobile.
                                  Sir I want to take benefit of 10% off on use of super coins and I got not a single rupees cashback by use of 10 supercoins which according to to offer is 47.9 rs on 479 rs recharge.
                                  Now issues are raised several times on Flipkart help centre but till date no resolution is provided to me.
                                  Kindly help me to get refund back.

                                    I ordered tempered glass for samsung tab a8 from flipkart assured seller and also it doesn't have return policy
                                    First time when I ordered it was totally broken so I ordered 2nd time and this time it was also totally broken (381+361=742rs)

                                    The product doesn't have return policy that doesn't mean ths seller will give broken products several times they are taking our money without any responsibility

                                    It will be good if they return the money or give us another not broken tempered glass

                                        I had ordered HRX ignite EB 500 eliptical with 3kg Flywheel 8level on Nov 6-2023 and product delivered on 17 nov 2023 and installation completed on 20 nov2023, up to installation of product we had not open the box which was delivered, when installation completed by the company person the product which we ordered was not there and was questioned. the demo person and he said i will complaint to my company person and till dont use the product and he gone, frequently call to him and he was not replied.then i had registered a complaint on flipcart app they said no return and problem resolved .
                                        I am asking to the company i am not returning the product for refund i am asking right product which i was ordered till now there is no response
                                        what i had to do with that product which was not used to me
                                        please resolve my problem by deleviring the right product and take the wrong product which was delivered
