This issue is regarding my account.
Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
I am a plus member from past 3 years. Currently I have more than 300
supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
I am willing to pay.
Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
not a reseller, I always order products for my personal use. Recently I
ordered 3 shirts (Killer brand) from you but the seller cheated me with wrong ones since
the product was under return policy. Although you people helped me but
after making several calls but I never complaint regarding the same. Then I
ordered Flying machine jeans and seller sent me jeans of different shape, size and brand. After
returning them flipkart blocked me.
and my multiple order is on a way which payment is done by flipkart paylater how i will get the updates and payment is already done,
Why should one keep defected items with
them?? Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
taking actions on sellers and flipkart who are trying to cheat your customers you are
blocking your own customers.
Not expected this from company like flipkart.
Please kindly help me with the same.
