I orderd prarthna dhoop combo pack of 2, it should have come in box with the quantity of 400 grms, as there is no return policy seller cheated and sent me 30 % of quantity without box and broken,

i complained to flipkart, that had no action for a week, finally i complained here on consumer complains, i am happy that flipkart did action because of you, so they raised replacement.

seller sent me replacement but...

The product are delivered without quality check and the user manual, warranty card, remote and aux cable which are usually provided in a cover packet is missing in the soundbar package. I contacted the customer support and Given request to return for replacement I was been informed it will be exchange only if the company approves
but it is right how can I use the soundbar without remote and aux cable which are missing...

On 8th August, i saw Realme c55 on the flipkart app and wanted to buy it. It showed that if i ordered within 15 mins, I can get the order delivered the next day. I have ordered Govo gosurround 900 sound bar on[protected] from Flipkart and it was delivered on[protected]. But when I opened the package the user manual, soundbar remote, warranty card, aux cable are missing in the box which are usually provided in package. I contacted the customer support and they said that they have raised a replacement of product for missing accessories but it still showing "pending for approval"....

My order not delivered by the agent from e kart and the delivery completed showing on the Flipkart page..the agent have called me once and they asked my location after that no calls received from he and I tried lot of time via call but he rejected the call. Please help me to get the order...

I ordered a face wash in flipkart i got it..but it was fake ... There is not mentioned its company name...and also spill out from its container...and its differ in texture...the original has a thick structure and dark colour but it is loose and light in colour...

I have 3 gift card worth Rs 1750 but I try to add this to my flipkart wallet I am getting this error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card".

I have ordered grocery from Flipkart on 3rd of August 23, I was given a delivery slot of 4th August 23. On order tracking page they are daily changing the dates and not delivering it to me. I have already paid the amount in advance and there is no option of cancelling it also. I am calling customer support also from past 4 days, they daily says that I will get the delivery by next day and close the call. They people have no option of taking...

I have bought Moto Edge 30 ultra in exchange of my old Samsung M51. When the delivery person came to pickup the phone, he reduced the value of the phone failing the "Color Discoloration" check by himself. In actual there is no such issue.
Since I was not satisfied, I raised a complaint with the Flipkart, they said they will try the exchange again but no person has come yet again.
