I have been purchasing goods from Flipkart since several years. I am a premium plus member. I recently purchased purchased a roti maker from Flipkart. This was my second roti maker. But I am utterly disappointed by the service of the roti maker. Primarily, the roti maker lacks safety measures like ISI mark.

I ordered F&D F210X from Flipkart on 5th of August. The title of the product states "F&D F210X 30 W Portable Bluetooth Home Theatre (Black, 2.1 Channel)"
which clearly means the speakers are rated at 30W according to Flipkart.
Even the option to choose the variant states 30W, 74W, 84W etc implying the product is rated at 30W.
Upon receiving the order i saw in the manual and the box that the product is rated at 15W instead...

My product amounting to rupees 75k is still not delivered by Flipkart and their logistics partner ekart..it has been 10dats they are continuously delaying the delivery ...the agent is out for delivery for so many days .the delivery agent is not picking up the calls..ekart agent is always busy...he might have switched the product with a duplicate one .pls help....
